Description

【0001】

【0020】

Figure 0004222032
【0021】

[Patent Document 1]
Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 2000-167021
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, in such a conventional example, the range in which the lower massage part can be moved by the reciprocating mechanism is uniquely determined, and the range in which the acupressure protrusion moves cannot be adjusted depending on the size of the foot. For this reason, when a person with a small foot massages, there is a problem that it is dangerous from the viewpoint of safety if the shiatsu protrusion moves beyond the heel of the foot, and when using it, the position of the user's foot is the range of movement of the shiatsu protrusion There is a problem that the position must be adjusted to match. Also, the shiatsu protrusions appear and disappear from the bottom of the footrest every time, and the shiatsu protrusions move under the footrest during massage use, making it difficult to recognize the current position of the shiatsu protrusion and making it unusable There is.
[0006]
This invention is made | formed in view of said point, and makes it a subject to provide the foot massage machine which can adjust the range to which acupressure is applied with an acupressure protrusion by foot size.
[0007]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to solve the above problems, a foot massage machine according to the present invention includes a housing having a footrest on the top surface on which a foot can be placed, an upper massage section composed of an upper air cell disposed on the footrest, and the housing. A lower massage part composed of a lower air cell built in the body and an acupressure protrusion protruding from the lower air cell; a reciprocating mechanism for reciprocating the lower massage part in the longitudinal direction of the foot placed on a footrest; Foot massage provided with a control unit for controlling the reciprocating motion mechanism and provided with means for changing the reciprocating motion range so that the reciprocating motion range by the reciprocating motion mechanism of the lower massage portion can be changed according to the size of the foot placed on the footrest. A bottom portion of a recess in which a foot formed in a housing is housed constitutes the footrest, and an upper air cell is provided on each of the side surfaces on both sides of the recess. A control unit that controls to drive the lower massage part to reciprocate while holding the foot from both sides with air pressure in the expanded state and inflating the lower air cell and protruding the acupressure protrusion upward. have a, to increase the projection amount to the acupressure protrusions the arch side provided with a plurality in the width direction of the footrest on the foot bottom massage of acupressure protrusions upward, placing always foot tip of acupressure protrusions It is characterized by protruding above the table . The range in which the lower massage part reciprocates can be set by changing the reciprocating range variable means according to the foot size. As a result, the acupressure protrusion protrudes beyond the foot size of the person to be massaged (over the heel), and there is no dangerous acupressure such as rubbing the heel side of the foot. it can.
[0008]
In addition, while holding the foot from both sides with air pressure in the state in which the upper air cell is inflated, the lower air cell is inflated to control to drive the lower massage part to reciprocate with the finger pressure protrusion protruding upward. by having a control unit, you can massage as acupressure protrusions in a state and acupressure protrusions while holding the foot in the upper air cells projecting reciprocates back and forth, to be with acupressure soles which masseur is Such a torrent acupressure can be reproduced, and a strong acupressure feeling can be produced even compared to acupressure that is simply pushed up from below.
[0009]
In addition, by providing a plurality of shiatsu protrusions in the width direction of the foot on the footrest in the lower massage part and increasing the amount of protrusion above the shiatsu protrusion on the arch side, it is possible to ensure acupressure even in a concave shape like an arch The tip of the protrusion can be applied to the sole, and the entire sole can be massaged firmly.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
First, the basic configuration of the present invention will be described with reference to FIGS. A pair of recesses 8 having a width in which a foot can be accommodated is provided in the housing 2 which is a main body of the foot massage machine, and the bottom of the recess 8 is a footrest 1 on which a foot is placed . The upper air cell 3 is attached to the side surfaces on both sides of the recess 8, and the upper massage part 4 is formed by attaching the upper air cell 3. In the upper massage part 4, air is supplied from an air source such as a compressor, and the upper air cell 3 expands or contracts so that massage can be performed.
[0016]
Below each footrest 1 in the housing 2, a lower massage cell 7 composed of a lower air cell 5 and an acupressure protrusion 6 driven up and down by the lower aircell 5 is arranged. Has long holes 9 in the front-rear direction, which is the longitudinal direction of the foot, and acupressure protrusions 6 are positioned in the respective long holes 9. The acupressure protrusion 6 can be taken in and out by supplying air to the lower air cell 5 to expand or contract the lower air cell 5.
[0017]
A reciprocating mechanism for reciprocating the lower massage portion 7 back and forth is housed in the housing 2. The reciprocating mechanism includes a drive motor 10, a screw shaft 11 that is rotationally driven by the drive motor 10, and a movable plate 12 that is screwed with the screw shaft 11. The movable plate 12 to which 11 is screwed can be reciprocated back and forth. The movable plate 12 which is reciprocally driven in the longitudinal Yes equipped with a lower massage unit 7, so that the lower massage unit 7 is reciprocated by the reciprocating drive of the movable plate 12. The reciprocating drive mechanism and the air cells 3 and 5 are driven by being controlled by a control unit.
[0018]
When the foot massage machine configured as described above is used, the foot is placed on the footrest 1 so that the foot is placed in the recess 8, and the upper air cell 3 is driven to press both sides of the foot with the upper air cell 3. , Air massage to release the pressure. Further, by driving the lower air cell 5, the acupressure protrusion 6 is moved up and down, and the acupressure massage of the sole can be performed with the acupressure protrusion 6. At this time, by reciprocating the lower massage part 7, the position of the acupressure protrusion 6 can be changed to massage at any position on the sole.
[0019]
In the present invention, as described above, the reciprocating drive range in which the shiatsu protrusion 6 is reciprocally driven by the foot massage machine can be varied depending on the size of the user's foot. For example, the acupressure protrusion movement range L is varied as shown in Table 1 below by a foot size selection input of the operation device 13 as shown in FIG. In FIG. 4, 14 is a power button, and 15 is a selection button for selecting a foot size.

Figure 0004222032
[0021]
As a method for changing the acupressure protrusion movement range L, for example, a movement recognition detection plate 16 is provided on the reciprocating movable plate 12 and a recognition sensor 17 for recognizing the position of the movement recognition detection plate 16 is fixedly provided. and leave, movement by reciprocating mechanism as to detect the movement recognition detection plate 16 at a fixed recognized sensor 17 recognizes the position of the current, the acupressure protrusions 6 exceeds the set movement range not move Is regulated. It can be recognized easily position the acupressure protrusions 6 each position signal (make each different drilling pattern for each position) for example, using a light sensor built-in photo-interrupter or the like moving recognition detection plate 16.
[0022]
By doing in this way, the reciprocating range of the shiatsu protrusion 6 can be changed by the control of the control unit by simply inputting the foot size, exceeding the leg size of the massaging person (exceeding the heel) 6 protrudes and dangerous acupressure such as rubbing the heel side of the foot is eliminated, and an optimum acupressure massage that is safe and suitable for the foot size of the user can be performed.
[0023]
Next, the example shown in FIG. 5 will be described. This example is basically the same as the above example, and only the differences will be mainly described. In the case of this example, as shown in FIG. 5A, the upper air cell 3 is inflated with the foot 18 placed on the footrest 1 to hold the foot 18 from both sides, and the lower air cell 5 is inflated to inflate the sole. With the acupressure protrusion 6 protruding, the control unit can control the acupressure protrusion 6 to reciprocate back and forth as shown in FIG. 5B. When acupressure massage is performed under the control of the control unit in this way, it is possible to reproduce a torsional acupressure as if a masseuse is pressing the sole of the foot, compared with acupressure that is simply pushed up from below. Even now, you will be able to produce a strong sense of acupressure.
[0024]
Next, the example shown in FIG. 6 will be described. This example is basically the same as the above example, and only the differences will be mainly described. A plurality of acupressure protrusions 6 are provided in the lower massage portion 7 in the width direction of the foot on the footrest 1, and the amount of protrusion above the acupressure protrusion 6 on the arch is increased among the acupressure protrusions 6. It is. In the case of this example, the acupressure protrusion 6a having a large protruding amount on the arch side and the acupressure protrusion 6b having a small protruding amount opposite thereto are provided. In this case, the tip of the acupressure protrusion 6 can be reliably applied to the sole even with a concave shape like an arch, and the entire sole can be massaged firmly.
[0025]
Next, an example of the embodiment of the present invention shown in FIG. 7 will be described. This example is basically the same as the above example, and only the differences will be mainly described. In the case of this example, the tip of the acupressure protrusion 6 is always protruded above the footrest 1. That is, the acupressure protrusion 6 protrudes upward from the footrest 1 even when the lower air cell 5 is contracted. If the acupressure protrusion 6 does not appear and disappear from the footrest 1 as in the prior art, the position of the acupressure protrusion 6 is not known regardless of whether the acupressure protrusion 6 appears or not. become able to.
[0026]
Next, an example of the embodiment shown in FIG. 8 will be described. This example is basically the same as the above example, and only the differences will be mainly described. In the case of this example, a foot tip air cell 20 is provided on the foot tip side of the footrest 1, and a foot tip cover 21 that holds the foot tip above the foot tip air cell 20 is provided. The foot tip air cell 20 is supplied with air from an air source so that the foot tip air cell 20 can be expanded or contracted. The upper toes are massaged. In this case, it is possible to reproduce a massage that is sandwiched between the toe tip air cell 20 and the toe cover 21 and rubs the toes. Further, when acupressure massage is performed in the lower air cell 5, the toe can be pressed by the toe cover 21, which can prevent the lift of the foot and can provide effective sole pressure.
[0027]
Next, an example of the embodiment shown in FIGS. 9 and 10 will be described. This example is basically the same as the above example, and only the differences will be mainly described. In the case of this example, it has the positioning projection part 22 for setting a foot | leg on the upper part of the air cell 20 for a tip end of the footrest 1. FIG. In this case, when the foot 18 is set on the footrest 1 as shown in FIG. 10, it can be adjusted to the base of the toe on the positioning projection 22 of the toe, and the foot massage can be easily performed at the optimum position. it can.
[0028]
Next, an example of the embodiment shown in FIG. 11 will be described. This example is basically the same as the above example, and only the differences will be mainly described. In this case, the toe cover 21 is detachably attached, and the toe cover 21 can be removed in the direction of the arrow in FIG. By removing the toe cover 21, as shown in FIG. 11 (b), an ankle or calf can be placed on the footrest 1 for massage.
[0029]
Next, an example of the embodiment shown in FIG. 12 will be described. This example is basically the same as the above example, and only the differences will be mainly described. In the case of this example, the thing which has the acupressure protrusion 24 different from the lower massage part 7 is attached to the upper air cell 3 so that attachment or detachment is possible. That is, the acupressure protrusion 24 is provided on the attachment plate 26, and the attachment plate 26 is sandwiched between the bands 25 and attached to the upper air cell 3. In addition, about the band 25, since the upper air cell 3 expand | swells and shrinks, it is better to expand and contract like a rubber material following it.
[0030]
In this case, since the upper air cell 3 expands and contracts, an acupressure shape that cannot be formed by itself can be formed by separate acupressure protrusions 24, and each is integrated by a band 25 according to the expansion and contraction of the upper air cell 3. Acupressure can be effectively performed on both sides of the foot with separate acupressure protrusions 24.
[0031]
【The invention's effect】
In the first aspect of the present invention, the reciprocating motion range variable means is provided so that the reciprocating motion range by the reciprocating motion mechanism of the lower massage portion can be changed according to the size of the foot placed on the footrest as described above. Therefore, the range in which the lower massage part reciprocates can be set by changing the reciprocating range range according to the foot size, and it exceeds the foot size of the massaging person (beyond the heel). This eliminates dangerous acupressure such as protruding and rubbing the heel side of the foot, making it possible to perform an acupressure massage that is safe and suitable for the foot size.
[0032]
In addition , while holding the foot from both sides with air pressure with the upper air cell inflated, the lower air cell is inflated and controlled to drive the lower massage part to reciprocate with the acupressure protrusion protruding upward Because it has a control part to perform, massage can be performed such that the shiatsu protrusion reciprocates back and forth while the foot is held by the upper air cell and the shiatsu protrusion protrudes, and the foot masseur performs acupressure while pressing Such an acupressure can be reproduced, and a strong acupressure feeling can be produced even when compared to a simple acupressure that is pushed up from below.
[0033]
In addition, since the lower massage part is provided with a plurality of acupressure protrusions in the width direction of the foot on the footrest and the amount of protrusion above the abutment side is increased, it is ensured that even a concave shape like an arch is acupressure The tip of the protrusion can be applied to the sole, and the entire sole can be massaged firmly.
[0034]
In addition, since the tip of the shiatsu protrusion was always projected above the footrest, the position of the shiatsu protrusion could not be known unless the shiatsu protrusion protruded from the footrest as in the conventional case, regardless of the appearance of the shiatsu protrusion. It is possible to constantly recognize the position of the acupressure protrusion at the present time even during massage.
