[抗菌効果の評価]
上記実施例1〜実施例5を用いて腋臭菌(Corynebacterium minutissimum)に対する抗菌効果を評価した。なお、同時に実施例1〜5において1−(2−エチルヘキシル)グリセリルエーテルを精製水に代替して比較例1〜5を調製し、同時に抗菌効果を評価した。抗菌効果は、ブイヨン培地にて培養した腋臭菌を1.0×107cfu/gなるように実施例若しくは比較例に植菌し、3,5,15,30分後に生菌数を確認した。結果を表2に示す。

[腋臭防止効果]
上記実施例1〜実施例4を用いて腋臭防止効果の実使用試験を行った。なお、同時に実施例1〜4において配合した制汗有効成分を精製水に代替した比較例6を調製し、実使用試験に供した。実使用試験は、腋臭を気にする成人男女20名を一群として、実施例若しくは比較例を1日2回4週間連続して腋下に塗布させ、使用前後に(1)腋臭の程度、(2)腋下の発汗量について、アンケート調査を行った。結果は、評価点の平均値にて、表3に示した。

2:やや強い臭いを感じる
1:弱い臭いを感じる
0:わからない(無臭)
(2)腋下の発汗量
