Description

【0001】

[0001]
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a door cylinder tube insertion hole obturator (hereinafter simply referred to as an obturator). In particular, the cylinder tube insertion hole on the outer surface of the door can be easily obstructed with a simple structure. The present invention relates to an occluding device that can be improved.
[0002]
[Prior art]
For example, as shown in FIG. 1, the cylinder lock 2 that houses the cylinder lock 1 protrudes out of the door surface through the side plate of the lock box 3 and the door 4. The protruding portion is covered with the decorative ring 5.
[0003]
Incidentally, the cylinder cylinder 2 itself is fixed to the lock box 3 via mounting blocks 10 and 10 (see FIG. 2) formed on the outer peripheral surface of the opening edge and mounting rods 6 and 6 penetrating the lock box 3. The
[0004]
Therefore, in some types of high-grade doors, an escation (decorative seat plate: not shown) may be mounted instead of the decorative ring.
[0005]
This escation is usually a vertically long plate material, and its surface is decorated with sculpture or the like, and is mounted so that it can be called from the indoor side to the outer surface of the door with a mounting screw.
[0006]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, the dimensions of the lock box 3 and the position of the escation mounting screw are substantially fixed, and as shown in FIG. 3, the position of the mounting screw is such that the upper end of the raw hat box is given up.
[0007]
Therefore, as shown in FIG. 3, in order to avoid interference with escation mounting screws, screw grooves 7 must be formed in the ceiling plate 3a of the lock box 3, and screw holes 8 must be formed in the upper ends of the side plates 3b of the lock box. However, these screw grooves 7 and screw holes 8 are not necessary for a lock box for a door using a decorative ring.
[0008]
In FIG. 3, the screw hole 8 is U-shaped, but depending on the cross-sectional shape of the mounting screw, there may be a semicircular screw hole or a rectangular one.
[0009]
However, separately manufacturing a lock box having the same mechanism but having a screw groove 7 and a screw hole 8 for mounting screws separately causes an increase in cost and is also controlled. Therefore, screw grooves and screw holes are also formed in the lock box for the door to which the decorative ring is attached.
[0010]
These screw grooves 7 and screw holes 8 are opened in the vicinity of a dead cam 9 for operating a locking member such as a dead bolt, as shown in FIG.
[0011]
On the other hand, as shown in FIG. 1, a cylinder cylinder insertion hole 11 for passing the cylinder cylinder 2 and the mounting block 10 is opened on the outer surface of the door 4, and the cylinder cylinder mounting block from the door outer surface side when the cylinder lock is mounted. 10 is inserted into the lock box 3, and the mounting rods 6 and 6 are inserted into the mounting block 10 from the free edge of the door and fixed.
[0012]
Therefore, the movable part of the decorative ring is lifted, and the tip of the wire having a special shape is inserted into the lock box 3 from the screw groove 7 through the cylinder tube insertion hole 11 and between the door outer surface and the lock box 3. Then, since the deadbolt is pulled by pulling this, there is a disadvantage that unauthorized unlocking is not impossible and thus the security property of the lock is lost.
[0013]
It should be noted that this unauthorized unlocking method has a problem in crime prevention when it is made public, and is described in the registered utility model gazette according to utility model registration No. 3080899, and therefore, description thereof is omitted here.
[0014]
An object of the present invention is to provide a closing device having a simple structure for closing the cylinder tube insertion hole 11 opened on the outer surface of the door.
[0015]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to achieve the above-mentioned object, the invention according to claim 1 is characterized in that a cup-shaped cylinder cylinder carrying a cylinder lock on the inside and projecting a mounting block on the outer periphery of the opening edge is provided with the opening end on the inside. Insert the mounting block in the lock box through the side wall of the lock box through the cylinder tube insertion hole opened on the outer surface of the door, and pass through the lock box from the free side edge of the door. In the case where the cylinder is fixed to the lock box with a mounting bar that passes through the cylinder, a flange that covers the cylinder insertion hole from the outside and a cylinder that has the same diameter as the cylinder cylinder insertion hole are connected in the axial direction. A ring-shaped body penetrating through an inner hole through which the open end of the cylinder passes, and a main body that can be expanded by cutting out a thin portion through which the mounting block of the cylinder cylinder passes, and an inner hole portion of the main body The space where the mounting block passes through And having a service.
[0016]
【Example】
Embodiments of the present invention will be described below with reference to FIGS.
4 and 5, reference numeral 12 denotes a main body of the obturator according to one embodiment of the present invention, and the main body 12 has a collar portion that can cover the cylinder tube insertion hole 11 (FIG. 1) from the outside. 13 is provided.
[0017]
In the illustrated embodiment, the outer shape of the flange portion 13 is a horizontally long ellipse circumscribing a cylinder portion described later.
[0018]
The main body 12 also has a cylindrical portion 14 having an outer diameter substantially the same as the cylinder cylindrical insertion hole 11, and the cylindrical portion 14 and the flange portion 13 are in the axial direction of the cylindrical portion (vertical direction in FIG. 5). It is connected continuously.
[0019]
Further, as clearly shown in FIG. 4, an inner hole 15 having a shape through which the open end (see FIG. 2) of the cylinder tube 2 can pass is penetrated inside the main body 12.
[0020]
Then, one of the thin portions (upper and lower portions in FIG. 4) through which the cylinder lock mounting block 10 passes is cut out to form a slit 16.
[0021]
Therefore, as shown in FIG. 6, the main body 12 can be expanded in a direction in which the interval between the slits increases.
[0022]
On the other hand, the obturator according to the present invention includes spacers 17 and 17 in addition to the main body 12 (see FIGS. 4 and 7).
[0023]
The spacer 17 is inserted into a portion where the mounting block passes in the inner hole portion of the main body, and is formed in the inner hole portion of the main body when the obturator is mounted in the cylinder tube insertion hole 11 of the door 4 as will be described later. It closes the hole.
[0024]
As shown in FIG. 4, the spacer 17 in the illustrated embodiment has a shape in which a thick ring is cut by a pair of planes sandwiching the center axis thereof, for example, with a predetermined adhesive on the outer peripheral surface of the cylinder tube 2 by a double-sided adhesive tape. It is desirable to bond at an angular position.
[0025]
The obturator according to one embodiment of the present invention configured as described above is arranged at the inner end of the cylinder cylinder 2 with the decorative ring 5 as shown in FIG. 7 after the lock box 3 is attached to the door 4. Wrap it.
[0026]
At this time, the spacer 17 is bonded in advance to the cylinder cylinder outer peripheral surface at the same angular position as the mounting block 10.
[0027]
Further, in order to wind the main body 12 around the inner end portion of the cylinder cylinder 2, the slit 16 is opened to expand the main body (see FIG. 6), and the cylinder cylinder 2 is inserted into the opened portion. Can be easily wound.
[0028]
Next, contrary to the above, when the ring-shaped main body is tightened in the direction in which the interval between the slits 16 is narrowed, the outer diameter of the cylinder portion 14 (see FIG. 4) is slightly reduced. The end is inserted through the cylinder tube insertion hole 11 and inserted into the door.
[0029]
Then, although the cylinder part 14 of the main body 12 passes the cylinder cylinder insertion hole 11, the collar part 13 is hooked on the opening edge part of the cylinder cylinder insertion hole 11 of a door outer surface, and is latched by this (refer FIG. 7). .
[0030]
After that, in the same manner as in the conventional cylinder cylinder mounting operation, the mounting blocks 10 and 6 that pass through the side plate of the lock box 3 and pass through the box from the free side edge of the door are passed through the mounting blocks 10 and 10 inside the box. The cylinder cylinder 2 is fixed by
[0031]
Once attached, as is apparent from FIG. 7, the main body and the spacer constituting the obturator cannot be pushed into the door, and cannot be extracted from the door outer surface side.
[0032]
In the obturator according to the present invention mounted on the outer surface of the door as described above, it is impossible to lift the movable part of the decorative ring 5 and insert a wire into the door through the gap.
[0033]
4 and 7, the cylinder tube insertion hole 11 (see FIG. 1) has a central portion at the center of the cylinder tube 2 itself, and an annular gap around the cylinder tube 2 has a tube portion 14 of the obturator. This is because the spacers 17 are closed.
[0034]
【The invention's effect】
As is apparent from the above description, the present invention comprises a flange portion that covers the cylinder insertion hole from the outside, and a cylinder portion having the same diameter as that of the cylinder tube insertion hole. A ring-shaped body that penetrates an inner hole through which the opening end of the cylinder passes, and a main body that can be expanded by cutting out a thin portion through which the mounting block of the cylinder lock passes, and an inner hole portion of the main body. Since the spacer inserted in the part where the mounting block passes is mounted so as to close the cylinder tube insertion hole from the door outer surface side, it is possible to completely prevent unauthorized unlocking by inserting a wire from the cylinder tube insertion hole. It has the expected effect of being able to.
