BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a drug that imparts a skin care effect to a textile product using a ferulic acid derivative .
[0002]
[Prior art]
Ferulic acid is widely known in the food, cosmetic, medical and other industries as a physiologically active substance that prevents oxidation and discoloration.
Also in the textile industry, there is an attempt to provide a fiber product having an ultraviolet absorption effect excellent in durability by fixing ferulic acid and its derivative to a fiber material (see Patent Document 1). Here, it can be used in combination with other chemicals such as shrink-proofing agents, water repellents, antibacterial insecticides, flameproofing agents, antistatic agents, dyes, etc. It was not a thing.
[0003]
[Patent Document 1]
Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 5-125668 [0004]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
This invention makes it a subject to provide the chemical | medical agent which can provide the skin care effect of using a ferulic acid derivative , such as a beautiful skin effect, an anti-aging effect , a rash prevention property, or an antiallergic property to a textile product.
[0005]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In the present invention, a. At least one ferulic acid derivative selected from the group consisting of ethyl ferulate, hexyl ferulate, undecyl ferulate and 2-ethyl-1-hexyl ferulate; b. Amino acids , ceramide, licorice glycyrrhizic acid, raspberries, lavender , rosemary , eucalyptus, hinokitiol, bamboo extract, aloe extract , grapefruit, lemon, jojoba oil, olive oil, citrus oil, seaweed extract, squalane, collagen, sorbitol And the said subject was solved by using in combination with the at least 1 type squeezed from the group which consists of glucose and glucose.
[0006]
That is, the agent of the present invention uses the a component and the b component in a weight ratio of 1 : 2 to 2: 1 , and thus has a synergistic effect that is not expected when the a component and the b component are used alone. It is possible to provide the skin products with skin care effects such as a skin beautifying effect, anti-aging , rash prevention or antiallergic properties, which are initial purposes, to the textile product.
[0007]
The drug containing a component and b component is preferably used by microencapsulation, inclusion by cyclodextrin, or vesicle structure. In this case, not only oiliness but also hydrophilic compounds such as fibers, nonwoven fabrics, The fiber web can be imparted with good washing durability, and in particular, the use of a binder can improve the washing durability.
[0008]
[0009]
[0010]
The drug containing a component and b component adheres to a fiber product using a binder, and gives a skin care effect to the fiber product. Examples of the binder include an acrylate ester type, a urethane type, and a silicon type. It is preferable to use polymers such as fluorine and epoxy.
[0011]
In the present invention, such a drug is fixed to the fiber product, and it is possible to give the fiber product a unique effect of skin beautifying effect, anti-aging , rash prevention or anti-allergic properties. The agent of the present invention may be a treatment liquid containing a binder, attached to a textile product by a known method such as dipping, padding, or coating, and then dried and fixed.
[0012]
The processed fiber product may be any shape such as yarn, woven fabric, knitted fabric, non-woven fabric, and fiber web, and the type of fiber is not particularly limited. The adhesion amount of the functionality-imparting agent to the fiber product is not particularly limited, but is preferably about 0.05 to 5.0% by weight in terms of solid content.
[0013]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Next, examples of the present invention will be described. In the examples, “parts” or “%” means “parts by weight” or “% by weight” unless otherwise specified.
[0014]
[Example 1]
20 parts of 2-ethyl-1-hexyl ferulate, 20 parts of ammonium glycyrrhizinate, 5 parts of ethanol, 10 parts of adduct of 10 moles of nonylphenol ethylene oxide, 20 parts of a silicone resin as a binder, and the rest to 100 parts in total with water A processing agent for fiber webs was obtained.
Next, after dipping a processing solution diluted with water so that the weight of the processing agent becomes 100 g / L in a cotton plain fabric with a basis weight of 300 g / m 2, it is squeezed with mangle and pre-dried at 100 ° C. did. Subsequently, it was heat-treated at 170 ° C. for 3 minutes to obtain a care mat. This product has antiallergic properties and is very useful as a care mat.
[0015]
[Comparative Example 1]
The same method as in Example 1 was carried out except that 3 parts of 2-ethyl-1-hexyl ferulate of Example 1 and 37 parts of ammonium glycyrrhizinate were used. The resulting product was substantially free of antiallergic effects.
[0016]
[Example 2]
10 parts of undecyl ferulate, 15 parts of silica microcapsules of squalane, 5 parts of ethanol, 10 parts of adduct of 10 moles of nonylphenol ethylene oxide, 20 parts of silicone resin as binder, and 100 parts by weight of the rest with water. A processing agent was used.
Next, a solution obtained by diluting the processing agent with water to 30 g / L was attached to a wet tissue paper (cellulose fiber web) having a basis weight of 25 g / m 2 with a kiss roll so that the pickup was 50%.
[0017]
[Comparative Example 2]
The same method as in Example 2 was performed using wormwood extract instead of the squalane in Example 2.
[0018]
The wet tissue obtained in Example 2 and Comparative Example 2 was applied to the elbow part, covered with a nylon film, and stopped with an adhesive tape for skin and allowed to stand for 4 hours. As a result, the product of Example 2 was excellent in skin care properties and exhibited a skin beautifying effect, whereas the product of Comparative Example 2 did not show good skin care properties.
[0019]
[0020]
[Example 3 ]
20 parts of 2-ethyl-1-hexyl ferulate, 20 parts of squalane and raspberry vesicle structure, 5 parts of ethanol, 10 parts of 10 mol nonylphenol ethylene oxide adduct, 20 parts of silicone resin as binder, and the rest with water A total amount of 100 parts was used as a fiber web processing agent.
Next, a processing liquid obtained by diluting such a processing agent with water to a fiber web having a basis weight of 200 g / m 2 (knit made of 20% nylon, 30% acrylic, 30% wool) to 150 g / L is taken as 100% pickup. After soaking, it was squeezed with mangle and pre-dried at 100 ° C. for 5 minutes. Subsequently, it heat-processed for 1 minute at 170 degreeC, and it was set as the limb protection cover implement for esthetics.
At bedtime, one of the limbs was covered with such a protective cover, and the other limb without a protective cover as usual, and after one week, the state of the limb was compared with a microscope photograph. As a result, the limbs with the protective cover were free from wrinkles and whitening effect was recognized compared to the limbs without the protective cover.
[0021]
[Comparative Example 3]
A. Fiber web processing with 40 parts of 2-ethyl-1-hexyl ferulate, 5 parts of ethanol, 10 parts of adduct of 10 moles of nonylphenol ethylene oxide, 20 parts of silicone resin as binder, and 100 parts of the rest with water. And B. A processing agent for fiber webs, 40 parts of squalane and raspberry vesicle structure, 5 parts of ethanol, 10 parts of adduct of 10 moles of nonylphenol ethylene oxide, 20 parts of silicone resin as binder and 100 parts in total with water. The same test as in Example 3 was performed.
As a result, the wrinkle-removing effect and whitening of Example 3 were obtained when either the A processing agent (not including the b component of the present invention) or the B processing agent (not including the a component of the present invention) was used The effect could not be obtained.
[0022]
【The invention's effect】
In the present invention, by using a combination of the ferulic acid derivative particular compound, in textiles, skin beautifying effect, anti-aging effect, rash-preventing properties, making it possible to impart the functionality of the anti-allergic.
