【The invention's effect】
As is apparent from the above description, the lining structure for a concrete storage tank according to the first aspect of the present invention is a concrete storage tank composed of a lithographic bottom wall and side walls and a lithographic roof ceiling wall covering the top. It is a lining structure of a concrete storage tank in which a wall surface is formed by lining with a steel plate, and the lap joint of each lining steel plate on the bottom wall, side wall, and ceiling wall is on the lower side in the lap joint The peripheral edge of the single steel plate is fixed to the concrete inner wall so that the head of the anchor bolt protrudes slightly from the surface of the single steel plate or is flat with an anchor bolt. The single steel plate located on the upper side is overlapped with the anchor bolts, and the periphery of the single steel plate located on the upper side excluding the overlap joint is removed. The anchor bolt is fixed to the concrete inner wall so that the head of the anchor bolt protrudes slightly from the surface of the single steel plate or is flat, and the peripheral edge of the overlap joint is a corner. Sealed to the upper surface of the lower steel plate by meat welding, and the adjacent inner steel plates are joined one after another to form the lining of the inner wall of the concrete, so the lining structure has excellent airtightness and liquid tightness. The adjacent lining steel plate and anchor bolts have a structure in which the entire circumference of the steel plate is fixed to the inner wall surface of the concrete, thereby improving the adhesion to the inner wall surface of the concrete and preventing the occurrence of weld deformation and distortion due to fillet welding. And a flat lining inner surface is obtained. In addition, the anchor bolt is covered with the adjacent steel plate and hidden, and the location where the steel plate is penetrated and fixed is not exposed to the inner surface of the storage tank. Since there is no object, no foreign matter adheres and the cleaning operation is flat and easy.Further, since the steel plates located on the left and right of the corner portion of the ceiling wall and the side wall or the corner portion of the side wall and the bottom wall have changed the length of the steel plate in the vertical direction, the overlapping portion and fillet weld in the lower side horizontal direction are Stepped so that it does not coincide with the straight line at the corners, minimizing the number of side steel sheets to improve the workability of welding and improve the quality of welding, and reduce deformation due to pressering and welding of plates can do.

Furthermore, the lining structure of the concrete storage tank of the invention according to
[0039]
According to a fifth aspect of the present invention, there is provided a method for lining a concrete storage tank, in which the inner wall surface of a concrete storage tank composed of a lithographic bottom wall and side walls and a lithographic roof ceiling wall covering the top is lined with a steel plate. It is a construction method of a concrete storage tank to be formed, and first, the roof ceiling wall surface is a flat plate with the head of the anchor bolt slightly protruding from the ceiling steel plate surface using the anchor bolt at the periphery of the steel plate alone. Fixed to the roof ceiling wall surface, which is a concrete roof ceiling, and then the overlap joint of adjacent steel plates covers and overlaps the anchor bolt on one side of the overlap joint of the steel plate, and the overlap joint The anchor bolt is used for the peripheral part of the single steel plate excluding the part, and the head of the anchor bolt slightly protrudes from the ceiling steel plate surface or becomes flat. After fixing to the roof ceiling wall, which is a concrete roof ceiling, the peripheral edge of the lap joint is sealed with fillet welding, and the ceiling steel plate is constructed in parallel from one corner, and the steel plate on the top of the column is further attached. After the construction, the side wall surface is a concrete side wall so that the peripheral edge of the steel plate alone is anchored using an anchor bolt so that the head of the anchor bolt protrudes slightly from the side steel plate surface or is flat. Next, one side of the anchor bolt is overlapped and overlapped by the overlapped joint portion of the adjacent steel plates, and the peripheral end of the overlapped joint is sealed by fillet welding, and sequentially in a ring shape from the upper stage. The bottom steel plate is constructed with the bottom plate left, and then the bottom wall surface of the steel plate alone is anchored to the bottom of the steel plate, and the anchor bolt head protrudes slightly from the bottom steel plate surface. Or a bottom steel plate which is fixed to the bottom wall surface which is a concrete bottom wall so as to be flat, and then overlaps and covers one side of the anchor bolt with a superposed joint portion of adjacent steel plates, excluding the superposed joint portion After fixing the peripheral edge of the single unit to the bottom wall surface of the concrete bottom wall using an anchor bolt so that the head of the anchor bolt protrudes slightly from the bottom steel plate surface or is flat, The peripheral edge is sealed with fillet welding, the bottom steel plate is constructed from the outer circumference to the inside, and finally the bottom steel plate and the bottom steel plate are constructed. After fixing the steel plates to the concrete wall with anchor bolts so that the outer periphery of each steel plate does not move In addition, in order to weld fillet the polymerized steel plate, it is possible to prevent the occurrence of shrinkage deformation and distortion due to welding heat generated during welding construction, improve the quality of the welded part, and sequentially seal and join in a flat state with good workability. it can. Furthermore, since the anchor bolt is covered with an adjacent steel plate and does not appear on the inner surface of the storage tank, it is not necessary to take a sealing measure or a liquid-tight test at the penetrating portion.Further, since the steel plates located on the left and right of the corner portion of the ceiling wall and the side wall or the corner portion of the side wall and the bottom wall have changed the length of the steel plate in the vertical direction, the overlapping portion and fillet weld in the lower side horizontal direction are Stepped so that it does not coincide with the straight line at the corners, minimizing the number of side steel sheets to improve the workability of welding and improve the quality of welding, and reduce deformation due to pressering and welding of plates can do.
