Description

【0001】

[0001]
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a boot-type range hood fan, and more particularly to a boot-type range hood fan that prevents waste gas from leaking into a room and improves waste gas capture efficiency.
[0002]
[Prior art]
In the boot-type range hood fan, a filter is detachably disposed across the front end of the partition plate and the top plate of the hood body, and the rear side is a front panel that covers the side space around the blower except for the air inlet. There is a structure that is isolated from the front space.
In this prior art, the side space around the blower is complicated and cleaning is very troublesome due to a protrusion such as a joint flange that assembles and forms the hood body.
A front panel is provided in order to eliminate this troublesome cleaning.
By the way, there is a type called a rectifying plate guide system as a flat type range hood fan which is different from the boot type range hood fan.
In this rectifying plate guide method, a filter is detachably provided at a position one step deeper from the open portion of the hood body, and a rectifying plate is provided on the upstream side of the filter to secure a suction space between the open edge of the hood body. It is arranged to concentrate the suction force around the rectifying plate to prevent air leakage from the open edge of the hood body into the room and improve the waste gas capture efficiency.
[0003]
Not only the flat range hood fan described above, but also the boot-type range hood fan with a deep front panel attached type is provided with a baffle plate in consideration of the case where a large amount of smoke is generated due to grilled fish etc. It can be said that it is preferable.
When a baffle plate is provided, the suction force is effective for the waste gas that tends to leak into the room from the rear side of the side of the hood without effectively acting on the suction as it rises along the partition plate. It becomes possible to act on and attract.
However, since the current plate is a relatively heavy object, it is necessary to cope with the hood body itself having a strong structure, which may cause a problem in production cost.
In addition, a large amount of oil and fat is attached to the current plate and flows down along the surface, so that the recovery means is required.
Although it is proposed to support the lower end of the rectifying plate with a structure similar to a U-shaped filter bar that supports the filter as a recovery means, this rectifier plate may be manufactured exclusively for the rectifying plate. Since the inner width dimension is slightly larger than the thickness of the oil, the oil and fat overflows over a long period of use and drops downward.
[0004]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
The present invention has been made in view of the above-described conventional circumstances, and the technical problem is that the weight of the rectifying plate for preventing leakage of waste gas to the outside of the hood body is not concentrated locally, and the rectifying plate is transmitted. The oil and fat flowing down is received with a simple oil receiving and partitioning structure that does not become an obstacle to rising waste gas.
[0005]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The technical means taken in order to solve the above-mentioned object is to cover the front open portion of the hood body so that it can be opened and closed with a front plate, and to incline an upwardly inclined partition plate into the hood body toward the front plate side. A front panel that disposes the upper space in the front-rear direction by crossing the upper space of the partition plate in the left-right direction on the front surface of the fan casing of the blower. A boot-type range hood fan in which a bell mouth is attached to the front panel to form an air inlet of the blower, and a rectifying plate is disposed in front of the air inlet. The rectifying plate is attached to and detached from the front panel. An attachment means for freely attaching is provided, the front side of the partition plate is continuously extended to the front of the lower end position of the rectifying plate, and an upright portion to which the lower end of the front panel is attached is provided on the partition plate. At the bottom of Providing a communicating portion, forming an oil line in the partition plate that communicates with the communicating portion and directly below the bell mouth and the fan casing to reach the back side of the hood body; An opening for discharging to the oil pack provided on the back surface of the hood body is opened, and an oil drain hole facing the oil line is formed in a low wind pressure area where the high wind pressure of the blower in the fan casing does not act. Features.
In addition to this feature, the oil line is formed in a substantially funnel shape in a plan view having an expanded portion corresponding to the communication portion by press molding on the partition plate, or the oil line is formed on the partition plate. It is characterized in that an oil guide is superimposed on the upper surface.
[0006]
[Action]
According to the technical means, the following effects are obtained.
This boot type range hood fan attaches the front panel and the current plate by attaching the front panel to the standing part standing from the hood body and the partition plate, and holding the current plate by the mounting means of the front panel. The weight of the rectifying plate and the front panel is dispersed by the hood body and the partition plate provided obliquely. In addition, the oil and fat that adheres and flows down to the surfaces of the current plate and the front panel is received by the partition plate and guided rearward through the communication portion of the upright portion to prevent downward dripping. In addition, the suction force of the waste gas suction space formed between the rectifying plate and the partition plate gives a backward flow force to the oil and fat flowing down from the rectifying plate to the partition plate, and the rear end of the partition plate Immediately send to the side.
Moreover, the oil line which guide | induces the fats and oils which flow down from a baffle plate or a front panel to the arbitrary surface side of a hood body peripheral surface (a side surface, a back surface) via bellows and the directly under fan is formed. Since this oil line only needs to be shallow, it does not become an obstacle that interferes with the rise of waste gas, and the oil leaked from the bell mouth mounting part and blower is also transferred to the oil pack. Discharge.
Further, when an oil line is formed by press molding on the partition plate, the partition plate can be formed into a rib structure to improve the deformation resistance of the hood. Further, when the oil guide is overlaid on the upper surface of the partition plate, the oil line can be formed on a planar partition plate.
[0007]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Next, an embodiment of the present invention will be described.
1 to 3 show a first embodiment of the boot type range hood fan of the present invention, and FIG. 4 shows a main part of the second embodiment. Symbol A is the range hood fan.
[0008]
This boot-type range hood fan A is provided with a partition plate 3 that is inclined upward toward the front plate 2 at the middle and high parts of the hood body 1 whose front opening is covered with the front plate 2 so as to be opened and closed. A blower 4 is attached to the front surface of the space above the plate 3 near the rear surface 11, the front panel 5 is attached to the front surface of the blower 4, and a rectifying plate 6 is disposed further forward.
[0009]
The partition plate 3 is fixed to the back surface 11 and both side surfaces 21 and 21 of the hood body 1 in a water-tight manner by means such as spot welding as in the conventional case, and the front edge is shown in FIG. In this way, the lower end position of the rectifying plate 6 arranged in front of the front panel 5 is continuously extended to the front rather than on the vertical line.
[0010]
The front panel 5 is attached to the front surface of the fan casing 14 of the blower 4 so as to divide the space above the partition plate 3 into a space on the blower 4 side and a space on the blower 4 side. The mounting flange 25 is bent at a right angle at the upper edge, the right and left edges, and the opening 15 having the same diameter as the front opening 44 of the fan casing 14 is formed in the main plate 15.
The front panel 5 has a lower end screwed to the upright portion 33 of the L-shaped material 23 that overlaps the extension 13 portion of the partition plate 3, and the mounting flange 25 is attached to the top surface 31 and the side surface 21 of the hood body 1. Similarly, the screw 100 is attached by fastening.
[0011]
The L-shaped member 23 has the same length as the inner width dimension of the hood body 1, and is appropriately spaced in the length direction at the lower half portion of the standing portion 33 that is not used as a screwing allowance with the front panel 5. Thus, a communication part (communication hole) 43 is formed.
[0012]
The current plate 6 has an area slightly smaller than the front panel 5 and is detachably attached by attachment means 7 provided on the front panel 5.
The attachment means 7 is fixed to the surface of the lower part of the front panel 5 and a pair of left and right receiving parts 17 and 17 for supporting the lower end of the rectifying plate 6 so that it cannot move back and forth, and fixed to the upper part of the front panel 5 6 and a pair of left and right mounting arms 27 and 27 for fixing the screw 100, and with the lower end of the rectifying plate 6 mounted, the upper portion of the rectifying plate 6 is screwed to the mounting arms 27 and 27. The rectifying plate 6 is installed by stopping 100, and a waste gas suction space X is formed between the periphery of the rectifying plate 6, the extension portion 13, and the inner surface of the hood body 1.
[0013]
Reference numeral 8 denotes an oil line formed on the partition plate. As shown in the drawing, the expanded portion is positioned at the same position as or slightly forward of the upright portion 33 and is pressed when forming the partition plate 3 with a substantially funnel shape in plan view. A discharge port 18 is opened in a constricted portion which is formed into a concave shape by molding and is located near the back surface 11 of the hood body 1, and the discharge port 18 is provided in an oil pack 9 detachably provided on the back surface 11. Is faced.
The oil line 8 is routed directly under the bell mouth 24 and the fan casing 14, and the expanded portion is expanded more than the communication portions (communication holes) 43 located on both sides, so that all the communication portions are provided. The oil and fat passing through 43 is allowed to flow down to the discharge port 18.
Reference numeral 63 is a rising piece at the front edge (extension tip) of the partition plate 3 and is formed with a short dimension.
[0014]
The blower 4 is a small sirocco fan, and the opening 44 is provided in the front side plate 14b of the fan casing 14 manufactured by spot welding or crimping and fixing the left and right side plates 14b, 14b of the volute-shaped body 14a. A fan motor having a bell mouth 24 attached to the opening 35 of the front panel 5 to form an air inlet 34 and a fan mounting shaft (not shown) that can be driven to rotate so as to close the opening 44 of the rear side plate 14b. 54 is attached, and a fan (sirocco fan) 64 is attached to an attachment shaft (not shown).
[0015]
The fan casing 14 is formed by surrounding a discharge flange 14d by bending a mounting flange 14c outwardly on the upper edge of the body portion 14a and the upper edges of the side plates 14b, 14b. The mounting flange 14c is formed in the hood body. By being attached to the top surface 31 of 1, it is installed in the vertical direction.
[0016]
Further, the fan casing 14 has an oil drain hole 74 in a low pressure area S1 that is out of the high pressure area S at the lower end portion of the body portion 14a.
[0017]
The high pressure area S is a portion where the fan 64 just faces the lower end portion of the trunk portion 14a, which is directly below the center of the volute, and high wind pressure acts in this portion in the centrifugal direction of the fan 64. One or a plurality of oil drain holes 74 are formed in the low wind pressure areas s1 on both sides where the high wind pressure does not act.
[0018]
Although the low wind pressure area S1 has a slight difference depending on the size of the sirocco fan, each of the low wind pressure areas S1 is secured about 15 mm, and when there is one oil drain hole 74, for example, a triangle having a size of about 5 mm in the central portion, The holes are opened in a polygonal shape such as a quadrangle or a star shape, and in the case of a plurality of holes, about 2 to 3 are opened in the adjacent shape with the same shape or different shape.
The oil drain hole 74 may be formed in a cutout shape from the edge of the body portion 14a.
Of course, the oil drain hole 74 faces the oil line 8.
[0019]
In the boot-type range hood fan configured as described above, the suction force is concentrated in the waste gas suction space X around the rectifying plate 6 to suck the waste gas and exhaust it from the exhaust duct 200 to the outside.
Then, the oil and fat components flowing down along the surface of the rectifying plate 6 are received by the extension portion 13 of the partition plate 3, specifically the flat portion 53 of the L-shaped material 23, and the oil line 8 from the communication portion 43 of the standing portion 33. In addition, the oil and fat flowing down along the surface of the front panel 5 is also guided to the oil line 8, sent to the blower 4, blown off by the fan 64 and attached to the fan casing 14, avoiding the high pressure area S. The oil and fat that moves to the low pressure area S1 is also discharged from the moving ledge to the oil line 8 through the oil drain hole 74, and further the oil and fat that overflows from the gap of the attachment portion to the front panel 5 of the bell mouth 24. Take the oil line 8.
And it concentrates on the discharge port 18 of a lower end, and is dripped at the oil pack 9 from there.
Further, the suction force of the waste gas suction space X formed between the rectifying plate 6 and the partition plate 3, specifically the extension portion 13, is transferred from the rectifying plate 6 to the extension portion 13 (specifically, the plane of the L-shaped member 23. It can be effectively used as a forcing force that pushes oil and fat that has dropped onto the portion 53) backward.
Further, when the rectifying plate 6 and the front panel 5 are attached, the front panel 5 is first attached, and the attaching means 7 is used to attach and support the rectifying plate 6 in front of the front panel 5.
[0020]
Although not shown, a filter having a size slightly smaller than that of the rectifying plate 6 and slightly larger than that of the intake port may be disposed between the front panel 5 and the rectifying plate 6.
In the case of this embodiment, a support arm having a filter bar at the tip is projected from the upper part and lower part surfaces of the front panel 5 to the front, and the filter is supported by the upper and lower filter bars so that it can be inserted and removed. Make the structure.
The oil and fat leaking from the filter bar is similarly dropped on the flat portion 53 of the L-shaped material 23 and flows down from the communication portion 43 to the oil line 8 in the same manner as the oil and fat dropped from the rectifying plate 6.
[0021]
The oil line 8 may be configured by superposing an oil guide 28 on the upper surface of the partition plate 3 as shown in FIG.
The oil guide 28 is formed by extending short side walls 28b on both left and right edges of the plate body 28a having a substantially funnel shape in plan view similar to the oil line 8 described above, except for the ends of the expanded portions. Superposed on the partition plate 3 in a state where the front end is in contact with the rising piece 63, and the narrowed portion extends to a position directly above the discharge port 17 that is opened near the back surface 11 of the hood body 1 in the partition 3; A communication port 28c communicating with the discharge port 17 is opened in the narrowed portion.
As described above, the L-shaped member 23 having the upright portion 33 is superposed on the upper surface of the expanded end portion without the side wall 28c.
And the fats and oils which pass through the communication part 43 are guided to the communication port 28c, the discharge port 17, and the oil pack 9.
[0022]
Also, since you have to extend continuously specifications Setsuban 3 in front plate 2 side, a side view triangular area on the partition plate 3 can be reason as the oil reservoir of large capacity, the maintenance period It will be suitable for today's long-awaited needs. In the case of this embodiment, a drain plug that can be opened and closed as appropriate is provided in the rear lower end region of the side face 21 of the hood body 1 and recovered by an oil pan disposed at another location. It is.
[0023]
【The invention's effect】
Since the present invention is configured as described above, it has the following advantages.
The front panel itself feed air blower, the attachment means for attaching detachably the current plate of smaller area slightly larger than the front panel to conceal at intervals an inlet from the front is provided, the current plate with mounting means The partition plate is continuously extended to the front plate side to the front of the lower end position of the rectifying plate, and a waste gas suction space is formed between the extended portion, the rectifying plate, the hood body, and the partition plate. And since the front panel is attached to the standing part standing up from the partition plate, the hood body, and the communication part is provided in the standing part, the weight of the front panel supporting the current plate is The hood body can be received in a distributed manner without being concentrated by the rigidity of the hood body and the obliquely arranged partition plate, and the durability can be maintained without the hood body itself having a robust structure. Moreover, since the rectifying plate is mounted using the mounting means provided on the front panel, there is no concern about the size of the hood itself even though the rectifying plate is installed. Since the assembly of the rectifying plate is completed by attaching the rectifying plate to the body and the standing part standing up from the partition plate, and supporting the rectifying plate with the mounting means of the front panel, the rectifying plate is used for wide capture in front of the front panel The installation work can be performed using the space, and the installation workability of the current plate can be improved. In addition, oil and oil dripping from the rectifying plate, front panel, and blower can be prevented from dripping by assembling the partition plate with the front end extended to the front plate, which hinders waste gas rise. In addition, a large-capacity oil reservoir is naturally constructed on the peripheral surface (side wall and back plate) of the hood body by extending to the front plate side, making it ideal for today's needs to extend the maintenance cycle A type range hood fan can be provided at a low price. And the suction force of the waste gas suction space formed between the flow straightening plate and the partition plate gives a downward flow force to the oil and fat dripped from the flow straightening plate to the partition plate, and the rear end side of the partition plate Since the partition plate has a gentle inclination, the viscosity of the oil and fat becomes relatively high due to contaminants, and a weir is formed at the dropping position, which triggers the front end of the partition plate It is possible to enhance the guiding action of the oil and fat without fear that the oil and fat will drop onto the cooking utensil or the like from the side.
Also, when the grease leaking from the mounting portion of the bellmouth with grease dripping from the rectifying plate lead to any surface side of the hood body peripheral surface with an oil line, and to guide the oil pack, partition The plate can be used as a falling body for oil and fat and discharged to the outside without stagnation. Of course, the oil line can be shallow even if it is recessed in the partition plate, and waste gas collides. And there is no worry of becoming an obstacle that hinders the rise.
Grant Resistant degree effectively reinforce the partitioning plate rib feature Oh Irurain can be configured suitable support structure to support the current plate. By effectively reinforcing the planar partition plate that does not hinder the rise of the waste gas at all, it is possible to combine the excellent support function of the current plate and the desired waste gas rise guide function.
