【発明の属する技術分野】
この発明は、パチンコ機、スロットルマシン等の遊技機に関し、主としてパチンコ機の制御基板取付台を、制御基板と共に覆う新規な裏カバー装置に関する。

【従来の技術】
従来、例えば、遊技機としてのパチンコ機において、遊技盤の裏面には、中継基板を覆うようにして制御基板取付台が開閉可能に組み付けられるとともに保持手段によって閉じ状態に保持されている。また、制御基板取付台には制御基板を収納した制御基板収納ボックスが装着されている。前記制御基板の不正改造、例えば不正ROMの交換を防止するために、制御基板収納ボックスには様々な工夫が施されている。一般的には、制御基板収納ボックスのボックス本体とボックスカバーとの両者間に跨って封印シールを貼り付けておくことにより、ボックスカバーの開放そのものを禁止して制御基板の不正改造等の不正行為を防止している。万一、ボックスカバーが不測に開けられ、制御基板に対し不正行為が行われた場合には、封印シールが切断あるいは剥離されていることを確認することで、前記不正行為が行われた事実を容易に認識できるようになっていた。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
ところで、前記従来の構造においては、封印シールさえ剥がせばボックスカバーを開放することが可能となる。このため、封印シールが剥離されてボックスカバーが開かれ、制御基板の不正改造等の不正行為が行われた後、再度、封印シールが巧妙に貼り付けられると、不正行為の事実を発見することが困難となり、制御基板に対する不正行為が不測に行われてしまうという問題があった。また、制御基板取付台においては、その保持手段が外されることで制御基板取付台を開放することが可能となる。このため、保持手段が外されかつ制御基板取付台が開放されることから、遊技盤の裏面の中継基板やその配線等に対しても不正行為が不測に行われてしまうという問題があった。

この発明の目的は、前記従来の問題点に鑑み、制御基板に対する不正行為あるいは、中継基板やその配線等に対する不正行為を簡単な構造によって確実に防止することができる遊技機を提供することである。

【課題を解決するための手段】
前記目的を達成するために、請求項1の発明に係る遊技機は、木枠に開閉可能に組み付けられた前枠の開口部周縁裏側に沿って取り付けられるベース枠内に各種の遊技用電気部品を配置した遊技盤が嵌め込まれる一方、前記遊技盤の裏面側に装着される制御基板取付台の周囲を取り囲むように枠状に形成される裏セット板が前記ベース枠の裏側に開閉自在に取り付けられ、さらに前記制御基板取付台の裏面に前記遊技用電気部品を制御する制御基板を収納する制御基板収納ボックスが設置されると共に、該制御基板収納ボックスを覆う裏カバー体が前記制御基板取付台に着脱自在に取り付けられる遊技機において、前記制御基板取付台は、前記遊技盤の裏面に向けて開口しかつ周壁部と前記制御基板収納ボックスが取り付けられる台板部とを備えて箱形状に形成されると共に、前記周壁部の一側の両端部分に前記遊技盤の裏面にビスによって取り付けられる有底筒状であって弾性的に縮開可能に所定数の割溝によって形成された弾性係止部と係合する筒状の係合部が形成される一方、前記周壁部の他側辺に沿って薄肉で一体の取付台ヒンジによって結合された取付部が一体形成され、該取付部の両端部分に有底筒状でビスによって前記遊技盤の裏面に止着されるボス部が形成され、さらに前記周壁部の一側の中程に水平状に係合部が突設される一方、前記周壁部の他側の中程に封印部材が挿通される係止孔が貫設され、前記裏カバー体は、前記遊技盤の裏面に向けて開口しかつ周壁部と蓋板部とを備えて前記制御基板収納ボックス及び前記制御基板取付台を覆う大きさの箱形状に形成されると共に、前記周壁部の一側両端部に前記有底筒状の弾性係止部に嵌め込まれる拘束部が突設される第1フランジ部が張り出される一方、前記周壁部の他側両端部に前記有底筒状のボス部に嵌め込まれる嵌合凸部が突設される第2フランジ部が張り出され、さらに前記周壁部の一側の中程に前記水平状の係合部と係合する断面鉤形状の係止フックが形成される一方、前記周壁部の他側の中程に前記封印部材が挿通される挿通孔が貫設され、前記ボス部をビスで止着し且つ前記弾性係止部に係合部を係合させて前記制御基板取付台が前記遊技盤の裏面に取り付けられた状態で、前記裏カバー体の拘束部を前記有底筒状の弾性係止部に嵌め合せながら前記断面鉤形状の係止フックを前記水平状の係合部に係合させるように回転させ、その回転を引き続いて行って前記嵌合凸部を前記有底筒状のボス部に嵌め込み、その後、前記封印部材を前記挿通孔及び前記係止孔に挿通することにより、前記裏カバー体を前記制御基板取付台に取り付け、この取付状態において前記制御基板取付台の前記係合部と弾性係止部との係合状態が、前記裏カバー体の拘束部の当該弾性係止部への嵌め合せにより解除できないようにしたことを特徴とする。したがって、裏カバー体によって制御基板収納ボックスと制御基板取付台とが覆われているため、制御基板に対する不正行為が防止される。また、裏カバー体が閉じ状態にあるときには、制御基板取付台の係合部と弾性係止部との係合状態が裏カバー体の拘束部の当該弾性係止部への嵌め合せにより解除できないようにしたため、制御基板取付台が不測に開放されることが防止される

【発明の実施の形態】
(実施の形態1)
この発明の実施の形態1を図1〜図11にしたがって説明する。パチンコ機の略中央部を底面側から視た断面で表した図1及びパチンコ機を背面から表した図2において、遊技機としてのパチンコ機1は、その木枠2の前側に前枠3が開閉可能に装着されている。前枠3の開口部の前側にはガラス扉の扉枠8が組み付けられている。また、前枠3の裏面には、その開口部の周縁部においてベース枠4が組み付けられている。ベース枠4の枠内には遊技盤20が着脱可能に嵌込まれている。この遊技盤20には、図示しない賞球装置、役物装置、表示装置等が配設されている。さらに、遊技盤20の裏面の中央部には、球の裏誘導路30を有する球誘導ケース31や役物装置に対する役物基板(図示しない)等が組み付けられている。この球誘導ケース31の裏面側には、前記賞球装置、役物装置、表示装置に組み込まれた電機部品(ソレノイド、モータ、ランプ類等)に対し接続ケーブル33によって接続された中継基板32が組み付けられている。この中継基板32は、後述の制御基板収納ボックス61の内部に収納された制御基板60に対し接続ケーブル35によって接続されている。また、遊技盤20は、その裏面の周縁部に配設された裏セット機構9の主体部をなす裏セット板10によってベース枠4の支持面5に押し付けられて保持されている。

前記裏セット機構9の主体部をなす裏セット板10は、次に述べる制御基板取付台50の周囲を取り囲むようにして枠状に構成されている。そして、裏セット板10は、その一側(図1及び図2に向かって右側)において裏セットヒンジ6によってベース枠4の一側に開閉可能に組み付けられている。さらに、裏セット板10は、その自由端側(図1及び図2に向かって左側)において複数の締め具7によってベース枠4に対し係脱可能に締め付けられている。これによって裏セット板10がベース枠4に対し、閉じ状態に保持されている。また、裏セット板10には、球タンク11、タンクレール12、賞品球排出装置13等が配設され、これによって裏セット機構9が構成されている。

前記遊技盤20の裏面の中央部には、前記球誘導ケース31、役物基板(図示しない)、中継基板32等を覆うようにして制御基板取付台50が装着されている。図1と図4の(A)〜(C)に示すように、制御基板取付台50は、合成樹脂の射出成形によって成形され、遊技盤20の裏面に向けて開口しかつ周壁部51と台板部52とを備えて箱形状に形成されている。この制御基板取付台50の台板部52には、前記中継基板32と制御基板60とを接続する接続ケーブル35が挿通されるケーブル挿通孔(図示しない)が形成されている。制御基板取付台50の周壁部51は、開口側が広く台板部52側が狭い複数段の断面段差状に形成されている。さらに、周壁部51のうち、その一側(図4では左側)壁部の上下方向には、薄肉で一体の取付台ヒンジ40によって結合された取付部53が一体成形されている。前記取付部53は、その上下両端部寄りに有底筒状のボス部53aが形成され、そのボス部53aにおいて、ビス55によって遊技盤20の裏面に固定されている。制御基板取付台50は、その周壁部51及び台板部52が前記取付台ヒンジ40を中心として開閉回動可能に組み付けられている。なお、取付台ヒンジ40は、一般には本実施の形態のように、賞品球排出装置13に近接する壁部とは反対側に配設され、制御基板取付台50の開閉回動時における賞品球排出装置13との干渉が回避されるようになっている。

図3と図4の(A)〜(C)に示すように、前記制御基板取付台50の他側の上下部と、これに対向する遊技盤20の裏面部分との間には、遊技盤20の裏面に対し制御基板取付台50を閉じ状態に係脱可能に保持する保持手段70が配設されている。前記保持手段70は、遊技盤20の裏面にビス77によって取り付けられた弾性係止部71と、制御基板取付台50の他側の上下部に形成された係合部75とを備えている。弾性係止部71は、その先端側に開口する中心孔72を備えた有底筒状に形成されるとともに、弾性的に縮開可能に所要数の割溝が形成されている。さらに、弾性係止部71の先端部外周には断面三角形状の係止爪74が形成されている。
