Claims (3)
- パルプ懸濁液における繊維の濃度すなわち粘度を検出するためのトルクまたはせん断力の伝達装置のための装置であって、二本の同心状シャフト(9,11)間の角度変位を測定するようにされていて、そのシャフトの外側シャフトが一定の回転速度で駆動され、一方、測定体(5)を介して前記懸濁液における現在の抵抗トルクによって作用される内側シャフトが、弾性的に前記外側シャフトに接続されていて、それによって、発生した角度偏位が前記測定体(5)に加えられたトルクの関数を形成するような装置において、前記内側のシャフトすなわち測定シャフト(11)をトルクの大きさとは関係なくゼロ位置まで持ってくるフィードバックシステムを含み、該システムが、中空シャフト(9)の形態の外側シャフトの端部において軸受け点(20)において支承された2個の磁極シュー(19)を囲む電磁フィードバックコイル(18)を含み、同時に各磁極シュー(19)は前記測定シャフト(11)に接続されていて、それによって、変換器(12)によって発生しかつ現在の角度偏位によって左右される電流が、コイル(18)の巻き線(23)まで送られ、そこで力の磁界(25)が発生し、その磁界の強度は前記コイル(18)を流れる電流と、前記磁極シュー(19)と前記フィードバックコイルの磁性部分との間で生じる距離(24)とによって決まり、前記フィードバックコイルの磁性部分は異なる極性となり、前記測定シャフト(11)と共にプリセットした設定点まで前記磁極シュー(19)をリセットし、その電流の大きさが現在のせん断力トルクの測定値であり、該測定値が適当な出力信号に変換可能であることを特徴とするトルクあるいはせん断力伝達装置のための装置。
- 各磁極シュー(19)が前記測定シャフト(11)の端に装着された引っ張り棒(21)と転移アーム(22)とを介して前記測定シャフト(11)に接続されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記測定シャフトが、現在のトルクの大きさとは無関係にゼロ位置を取り、該測定シャフトがゼロ位置を取るために前記測定シャフトにフィードバックシステムが加えるに必要な力を測定するために、請求項1に記載のフィードバックシステムによってトルクおよび(または)せん断力伝達装置における前記測定シャフトをリセットする方法において、前記磁気フィードバックコイル(18)の、前記巻き線(23)に変換器(12)が送り、前記中空シャフト(9)と前記測定シャフト(11)との間の現在の角度偏位を表す前記電流が、本システムにおける前記磁性部分において力の磁界(25)を形成し、前記力の磁界の強度が前記コイル(18)を流れる電流と、前記磁極シュー(19)の磁性部分と前記フィードバックコイル(18)との間で発生する距離すなわち空隙(24)とによって決まり、それによって、前記空隙(24)の各側において、前記磁性部分が異なる極性となり、相互に引き付け、そしてトルクおよび(または)せん断力トルクが瞬間的に増大すると、前記シャフトの間の角度偏位が比例的に変動するのと同時に前記空隙(24)が増大し、前記変換器(12)が前記コイル(18)への電流を増大させ、前記力の磁界(25)が増大し、前記測定シャフト(11)がその初期位置まで戻るのと同時に前記磁極シュー(19)をプリセットした設定点まで引っ張って戻すことを特徴とするトルクおよび(または)せん断力伝達装置における測定シャフトをリセットする方法。
