Claims (7)
- 振動式ジャイロスコープは第1の入力側および第1の出力側を有する1次調整回路の一部分であり、該1次調整回路は固有周波数を有する励振信号を該第1の入力側に供給することによって振動式ジャイロスコープを励振し、
振動式ジャイロスコープは更に第2の入力側および第2の出力側を有する以て2次調整回路の一部分であり、
前記第2の出力側から出力信号が取り出し可能であり、該出力信号は増幅およびA/D変換後に同相成分および直交成分において復調され、
該両成分はフィルタリング後に再び復調されかつドライバ信号にまとめられ、該ドライバ信号は前記第2の入力側に供給され、かつ
前記同相成分から回転速度信号が導出される
という形式の振動式ジャイロスコープを用いた回転速度センサの監視方法において、
前記同相成分および直交成分にテスト信号を付け加え、該テスト信号の周波数はドライバ信号において第2の調整回路の通過領域の外側にある側帯波が生じるようにし、
調整ループの通過後の同相成分および直交成分にそれぞれ存在するテスト信号を監視しかつ
振幅が前以て決められているしきい値を下回っているときに、エラーメッセージを送出する
ことを特徴とする方法。 - テスト信号を付け加える前に前記両成分から測定信号を取り出し、該測定信号を同期検波する
請求項1記載の方法。 - 前記両成分からの測定信号をそれぞれ、それぞれの振幅、相互の振幅比についておよび/またはそれぞれの位相について監視する
請求項2記載の方法。 - 測定信号を成分のフィルタリングの前および後ろで導出する
請求項2または3記載の方法。 - 同期検波された測定信号を前以て決められている時間を介して積分しかつ
積分値を前以て決められているしきい値と比較する
請求項2から4までのいずれか1項記載の方法。 - 同期検波された測定信号を積分しかつ
該積分された測定信号が前以て決められているしきい値に達するまでの時間を測定する
請求項2から4までのいずれか1項記載の方法。 - 変調信号は200Hzの周波数を有している
請求項1から6までのいずれか1項記載の方法。
