Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a lighting fixture in which a terminal block is attached to a board of a fixture body from the front side, and more particularly to a mounting structure for the terminal block.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Generally, the terminal block of a lighting fixture is stored in the fixture main body. However, in the case where the lighting fixture is embedded in a state where it is embedded in the ceiling or the like, if the terminal block is stored in the fixture main body, it becomes difficult to check or replace the terminal fixture. Therefore, a lighting fixture is provided in which a terminal block is attached to the substrate of the fixture body from the front side, and a reflector is attached so as to cover the terminal block. In this case, the maintenance work of the terminal block can be performed only by removing the reflector without removing the instrument body from the construction site such as the ceiling.
[0003]
And in the lighting fixture which attaches a terminal block to the board | substrate of a fixture main body from the front side, the type which latches and attaches the terminal block 3 to the board | substrate 1 shown in FIG. 9, and the terminal shown in FIG. There is a type in which the base 3 is attached to the substrate 1 by screwing. As shown in FIG. 9, the locking-type lighting fixture includes a pair of latches in which a latching opening 2 is formed in a substrate 1 of the fixture body, and a terminal block 3 is latched at an opening edge portion of the latching opening 2. Protruding pieces 4 are provided so as to be elastically deformed so that the interval between the engaging protruding pieces 4 is narrowed, and inserted into the engaging openings 2 to be engaged with the opening edge portions of the engaging openings 2 opposite to each other. Thus, the terminal block 3 is attached to the substrate 1 from the front side.
[0004]
In this case, a protrusion 6 is formed on the outer side of the distal end portion of the both locking projections 4 so as to protrude gradually from the distal end side to the proximal end side. The opening edge portions are opposed to each other. In addition, a pair of locking projections 4 project from the terminal block 3 at the opposite outer side surfaces 3 a and 3 b of the terminal block 3, and the pair of locking projections 4 are formed on the terminal block 3. In the direction along the outer side surfaces 3a and 3b, the substrate 1 is elastically deformed by expanding and narrowing each other, and the locking opening 2 is arranged on the substrate 1 at each of the positions corresponding to the locking protrusions 4 of both pairs. Forming. In addition, a positioning projection 13, a screw mounting hole 14, and a grounding projection 15 are arranged in the middle of the back side of the terminal block 3. A through hole 16a, 16b and 16c are arranged and formed.
[0005]
On the other hand, as shown in FIG. 10, in the screw-type lighting fixture, the terminal block 3 is arranged on the front side of the substrate 1, and the screw mounting hole 14 formed on the back surface of the terminal block 3 is inserted from the back side of the substrate 1. The terminal block 3 is attached to the substrate 1 from the front side by screwing the fixing screw 31 through the through hole 16b. In this case, the terminal block 3 is positioned and fixed so as not to rotate by inserting and engaging the positioning protrusion 13 or the grounding protrusion 15 with the through holes 16a and 16c.
[0006]
However, in any of the above types of lighting fixtures, there is a problem that it is difficult to remove the terminal block 3 from the front side of the substrate 1. That is, in the locking type shown in FIG. 9, the inclined surface of the protrusion 6 is in sliding contact with the opening edge portion of the locking opening 2, so that the both locking protrusions 4 are narrowed so that the distance between them is reduced. Thus, the operation of inserting and locking the both locking convex pieces 4 into the locking openings 2 is easily performed, but conversely, the both locking convex pieces 4 are removed from the locking openings 2 and removed. If it does so, the protrusion 6 will be caught in the opening edge part of the latching opening 2, and cannot be removed easily.
[0007]
In this case, the engagement between the protrusion 6 of the locking protrusion 4 and the opening edge portion of the locking opening 2 can be set loosely to facilitate the removal. Can easily fall off the substrate 1 inadvertently. For example, after the power cable, which is external wiring, is connected to the terminal block at the time of construction, the wiring process is performed. At that time, the power cable is pulled or bent. The terminal block is easily detached due to an external force. In this case, since the terminal block is often provided with a ground terminal, detachment of the terminal block may be a serious problem.
[0008]
In the screw type shown in FIG. 10, the terminal block 3 is attached to the front side of the substrate 1, but here the fixing screw 31 is screwed from the back side of the substrate 1. The instrument body can only be embedded and installed after the terminal block 3 is attached to the substrate 1. In this case, the terminal block 3 is securely attached and fixed to the substrate 1. However, if the terminal block 3 is to be removed from the substrate 1 after construction, the fixing screw 31 is attached from the back side of the substrate 1. Therefore, it is necessary to remove the instrument body from the construction site such as the ceiling, and the replacement work of the terminal block 3 becomes extremely difficult.
[0009]
By the way, as shown in Japanese Utility Model Laid-Open No. 56-70903, Japanese Utility Model Laid-Open No. 2-42315, and the like, there is also known a lighting fixture in which a terminal block is detachably attached to a substrate of a fixture body. However, in any of these, the terminal block is attached to the substrate via another member. In the other member (the one disclosed in Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 56-70903, the spring (20), -42315 requires a holder (8)), which increases the number of members and increases the cost, complicates the structure related to the attachment of the terminal block, and makes it difficult to assemble here. Have a problem.

[Problems to be solved by the invention]
The present invention was invented in order to solve the above-described problems in the prior art, and the problem was that the terminal block was easily and securely attached to the substrate of the instrument body, and the terminal block was removed after construction. It is to provide a lighting device that can be easily replaced.
[0013]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
According to a first aspect of the present invention, a lighting opening is formed in the substrate of the lighting device body, and a pair of locking protrusions that are locked to the opening edge portion of the locking opening are provided on the terminal block. Then, the terminal blocks are fixed to the board by elastically deforming both locking projections so that the distance between them is narrowed, inserting the locking projections into the locking openings, and locking each of the locking protrusions to opposite opening edge portions of the locking openings. It is a lighting fixture that is detachably attached from the front side, and is formed with a release opening for inserting a release tool that opens continuously to the locking opening at a position where the terminal block of the board does not cover. is there.
[0014]
Therefore, in this case, both the locking projections are elastically deformed so that the interval between them is narrowed and inserted into the locking opening, and each of the locking protruding pieces is engaged with the opening edge portions of the locking opening facing each other. By stopping, the terminal block can be easily attached to the substrate from the front side, and the assembly workability is improved. In the attached state, both the locking protrusions are locked by the elastic restoring force to the opening edge portions of the locking opening facing each other, so that the terminal block is stably and securely attached to the board. The terminal block does not come off carelessly during and after construction.
[0015]
Here, since the release opening for inserting the release tool is formed in the substrate, even after construction, the tip portion is inserted into the release opening from the front side using a tool such as a screwdriver or nipper as the release tool. Both the locking convex pieces locked to the opening edge portions of the locking openings facing each other on the back side of the substrate can be removed by the release tool. In addition, since the release opening is continuously open to the latch opening and is formed at a position that does not cover the terminal block of the board, the opening of the release opening is used when removing the latch protrusions with the release tool. The edge and terminal block do not get in the way, so the terminal block can be easily removed from the board, and the terminal block can be replaced easily from the front side of the board without removing the instrument body from the construction site. It will be a thing.
[0016]
The lighting fixture according to claim 2 of the present invention is the lighting fixture according to claim 1, wherein the substrate is formed of a metal plate material, and the locking convex piece is formed of a synthetic resin material integrally with the terminal block. It is what.
[0017]
Therefore, especially in this case, since the substrate is formed of a metal plate material, the locking opening, the release opening, etc. can be easily formed by punching the substrate, etc. Since the convex piece is made of a synthetic resin material integrally with the terminal block, the locking convex piece can be easily formed without increasing the number of parts. Elasticity is also imparted.
[0018]
The lighting fixture according to claim 3 of the present invention is the lighting fixture according to claim 1 or 2, wherein the lighting fixture is inclined so as to gradually increase from the distal end side to the proximal end side on the outer side of the distal end portion of both locking projections. Protruding protrusions are formed, and both the protrusions are respectively locked to the opening edge portions of the locking openings facing each other.
[0019]
Therefore, particularly in this case, when the both locking convex pieces are inserted and locked into the locking openings, the protruding inclined surfaces are in sliding contact with the opening edge portions of the locking openings, so that both the locking convex pieces are mutually engaged. It is elastically deformed by a narrowing operation so that the interval is narrowed, whereby both locking convex pieces can be smoothly inserted and locked with respect to the locking opening. In addition, in the attached state, the high protruding portion is locked to the opening edge portion of the locking opening, and both locking protruding pieces are difficult to come off from the locking opening. Both the locking convex pieces can be easily removed by pressing the release tool inserted from the opening against the protrusions locked to the opening edge portion of the locking opening.
[0020]
The lighting fixture according to claim 4 of the present invention is the lighting fixture according to any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein a pair of locking projections is provided at each of the opposed outer surface portions of the terminal block. The pair of locking projections protrudes backward from the base, and the pair of locking projections are elastically deformed by expanding and narrowing each other in the direction along the outer surface of the terminal block. A locking opening is formed in the substrate at each of the corresponding positions, and a release opening that is larger than each locking opening is formed continuously with the opposite outer opening edge portions of the locking openings. It is characterized by.
[0021]
Therefore, in this case, in particular, the pair of locking projections and the pair of locking openings are locked on both sides of the terminal block, so that the terminal block can be reliably and stably maintained with respect to the board. It is fixed. Moreover, the pair of locking projections are elastically deformed by expanding and narrowing each other in the direction along the outer surface of the terminal block, and the release opening of the board opens larger than the locking opening. Since it is formed along the outer side surface, it can be elastically deformed so that both locking convex pieces can be easily narrowed with a release tool inserted from a large release opening. The unlocking operation for removing becomes easier.
[0022]
The luminaire according to claim 5 of the present invention is the luminaire according to any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein the pair of protruding protrusions on the one outer side surface portion of the terminal block are located behind the terminal block. The pair of locking projections are elastically deformed by expanding and narrowing each other in the direction along the outer surface of the terminal block, and correspond to the pair of locking projections. In the position, a locking opening is formed in the substrate, a release opening that is larger than the locking opening is formed continuously with the opening edge portion outside the locking opening, and the one outer surface portion of the terminal block is formed. On the opposite side, a locking stopper is projected from the back of the terminal block, and the terminal block is slid in the direction toward the locking opening on the circuit board so that the locking stopper is locked. The latch receiving opening to be formed is formed.
[0023]
Therefore, in this case, in particular, the pair of locking convex pieces and the locking opening are locked on one side of the terminal block, and here, the pair of locking convex pieces are mutually connected in the direction along the outer surface of the terminal block. It is elastically deformed by expanding and narrowing, and the release opening of the substrate opens larger than the locking opening and is formed along the outer side surface, so that it is inserted from the large release opening. The unlocking tool can be elastically deformed so that the both locking projections can be easily narrowed, and the unlocking operation for removing both locking projections becomes easier.
[0024]
Also, on the opposite side of the terminal block, the retaining latch is slid into the latch receiving opening of the substrate to be retained so that the both locking projections and the locking opening are in the locked state. In this case, the same locking stopper cannot slide and does not come off the locking receiving opening. Therefore, the locking by the locking stoppers on both sides of the terminal block and the locking by the both locking projections are more difficult to remove, and the terminal block is securely attached to the board in a more stable state. It is fixed.
[0025]
In addition, by sliding the terminal block in the direction toward the locking opening, the locking stopper is locked in the locking receiving opening, and then both locking protrusions are inserted into the locking opening. Stop or remove the locking protrusions from the locking opening with the release tool on only one side of the terminal block, and then slide the terminal block in the opposite direction to lock the locking stopper The terminal block can be removed from the receiving opening and thus the terminal block can be attached and detached from the board more easily and reliably.
[0026]
The lighting fixture according to claim 6 of the present invention is the lighting fixture according to claim 5, wherein the retaining stopper is formed of a pair of retaining pieces having the same shape as the retaining convex piece, and is formed in the retaining receiving opening. Is provided with a large opening through which the retaining stopper is put in and out and a small opening where the retaining stopper is retained, and both retaining pieces are provided at the opening edge of the small opening. A stopper piece for preventing the two from narrowing each other is provided.
[0027]
Therefore, in this case, in particular, the retaining stopper is formed of a pair of retaining pieces having the same shape as the retaining convex piece, so that the retaining stopper body is unified in shape with both retaining convex pieces. And easy to design. In addition, here, the retaining latch is inserted into and removed from the large opening of the latch receiving opening, and is retained by the small opening of the latch receiving opening. The stopper piece protruding from the opening edge portion of the small opening portion prevents the narrowing movement between the two retaining pieces, so that the retaining member is more securely locked so as not to come off from the latch receiving opening. The
[0028]
The lighting fixture according to claim 7 of the present invention is the lighting fixture according to any one of claims 1 to 6, wherein the reflection plate can be removed so as to cover the terminal block on the front side of the substrate. In addition, the illumination lamp is connected and held to the instrument body on the front side of the reflector.
[0029]
Therefore, especially in this case, the terminal block attached to the front side of the substrate is covered with a reflector and protected with a good appearance, and even if it is an embedded type constructed in a state embedded in the ceiling or the like, Without removing the instrument body from the construction site, the reflector can be removed for easy maintenance and replacement of the terminal block. Further, the illumination lamp is connected and held on the front side of the reflecting plate, and performs an illumination operation without any trouble, and can be easily replaced.
[0030]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
1 and 2 show a lighting apparatus according to a first embodiment corresponding to claims 1 to 4 and 7 of the present invention. In the lighting fixture of this embodiment, a locking opening 2 is formed in the substrate 1 of the fixture main body A, and a pair of locking convex pieces 4 which are locked to the opening edge portion 2a of the locking opening 2 in the terminal block 3. Is a projecting project. Then, both the locking projections 4 are elastically deformed so that the distance between them is narrowed, inserted into the locking opening 2 and locked to the opposite opening edge portions 2a of the locking opening 2, respectively. 3 is detachably attached to the substrate 1 from the front side. In this case, the release opening 5 for inserting the release tool that opens continuously to the locking opening 2 is formed at a position where the terminal block 3 of the substrate 1 does not cover.
[0031]
Moreover, in the lighting fixture of this embodiment, the board | substrate 1 is formed with a metal plate material, and the latching convex piece 4 is integrally formed with the terminal block 3 with the synthetic resin material. In addition, in this case, a protrusion 6 is formed on the outer side of the distal end portion of the both locking projections 4 so as to protrude gradually from the distal end side to the proximal end side. The two opening edge portions 2a are opposed to each other.
[0032]
Further, a pair of locking projections 4 are provided behind the terminal block 3 at each of the opposing outer side surfaces 3a and 3b of the terminal block 3, and the pair of locking projections 4 are connected to the terminal block 3 in the same manner. It is assumed that they are elastically deformed by expanding and narrowing each other in the direction along the outer surfaces 3a and 3b. Then, a locking opening 2 is formed in the substrate 1 at each of the positions corresponding to the two pairs of locking projections 4, and each of the locking openings 2 is continuously connected to the opposite opening edge portions of the locking openings 2. A release opening 5 that is larger than the stop opening 2 is formed.
[0033]
Hereinafter, the lighting fixture of this embodiment is demonstrated more concretely. The terminal block 3 has an outer shell formed of a synthetic resin material in a hollow substantially rectangular parallelepiped shape, and a plurality of terminal holes (not shown) such as a power supply terminal and a ground terminal are disposed on the surface side thereof. A power cable 19 (described later), which is an external wiring, is connected to a terminal hole that becomes a power terminal. A pair of locking convex pieces 4 are integrally projected on the outer side surfaces 3a and 3b on opposite sides of the terminal block 3, respectively. There are a total of two pairs of locking projections 4 on both sides of the terminal block 3, and each locking projection piece 4 has a tip portion from each outer surface 3 a, 3 b to the back of the back of the terminal block 3. It protrudes so as to protrude.
[0034]
The paired locking projections 4 are made of a synthetic resin material and have an appropriate elasticity, and are elastically deformed by expanding and narrowing so that the distance between them increases or decreases. The direction in which the expanding and narrowing operation is performed is the direction along the outer side surfaces 3a and 3b of the terminal block 3. In addition, the distal end portion of both locking projections 4 projecting backward from the back surface of the terminal block 3 has a substantially one-sided arrowhead triangle inclined outwardly from the distal end side to the proximal end side. A protruding shape 6 is formed to protrude.
[0035]
The protrusion 6 is configured such that when the locking protrusion 4 is inserted into the locking opening 2 of the substrate 1 to be described later, the inclined outer surface is brought into sliding contact with the opening edge portion 2 a of the locking opening 2. is there. In the state where the locking convex piece 4 is locked in the locking opening 2, the end edge portion of the protruding protrusion 6 on the side protruding high is locked to the opening edge portion 2 a of the locking opening 2. It is. At that time, both the locking projections 4 are restored so as to expand from the state narrowed by the elasticity, and the projection 6 is detached from the opening edge portion 2a of the locking opening 2 in a stable state by this elastic restoring force. It is locked so that there is no. In this case, if the outer surface other than the protrusion 6 of the locking projection 4 is elastically brought into contact with the opening edge portion 2a of the locking opening 2, a more stable locking state is obtained, but it is not necessarily in contact. It is not something that must be done.
[0036]
Further, in the middle of the back side of the terminal block 3, a positioning projection 13, a screw mounting hole 14, and a grounding projection 15 are arranged in this order along the outer side surfaces 3a and 3b. Yes. This structure exists because the terminal block 3 shown in FIG. 9 is used as it is as the conventional technique, and the lighting projection of the present invention does not require the positioning protrusion 13 and the screw mounting hole 14. It becomes. However, with respect to the screw mounting hole 14, when it is a construction site where the terminal block 3 is not removed, the fixing screw 31 is screwed into the screw mounting hole 14 as described above with reference to FIG. The terminal block 3 may be attached and fixed. The positioning protrusions 13 may be used with the positioning protrusions 13 remaining if the terminal block 3 is to be positioned more reliably.
[0037]
The substrate 1 constitutes a flat portion in the middle of the instrument body A described later, and is formed of a metal plate material such as a steel plate. The substrate 1 is formed with a substantially rectangular locking opening 2 for inserting and locking the two pairs of locking projections 4 of the terminal block 3 in each pair. A substantially rectangular release opening 5 which is continuous and larger than the locking opening 2 is formed in the opposite outer opening edge portions of the both locking openings 2. Therefore, the entire opening in which the locking opening 2 and the release opening 5 are continuous has a symmetrical shape on both sides in the middle of the substrate 1.
[0038]
In this case, the opening edge portion on one side adjacent to both opening edge portions 2a to which the locking convex piece 4 of the locking opening 2 is locked is opened to communicate with the release opening 5 over the entire length of the side. The release opening 5 is formed so as to have a width dimension larger than the width dimension between both opening edge portions 2a of the locking opening 2. The locking opening 2 and the release opening 5 are formed simultaneously as a series of openings by punching the substrate 1 or the like.
[0039]
In the middle of the substrate 1, between the locking openings 2 and the release openings 5 on both sides, a through hole 16a is formed at a position corresponding to the positioning projection 13, screw mounting hole 14, and grounding projection 15 of the terminal block 3. , 16b, 16c are arranged and formed. When the terminal block 3 is attached to the substrate 1, the positioning projection 13 and the grounding projection 15 are inserted and engaged with the through holes 16a and 16c so that the terminal block 3 is rotated. Positioned not to. Note that this structure is also because the terminal block 3 shown in FIG. 9 is used as it is as the conventional technique, and is not necessary in the lighting fixture of the present invention.
[0040]
By the way, the whole lighting fixture of this embodiment is constructed as a structure as shown in FIG. 3, for example. In this case, a substantially rectangular mounting opening 17 is formed in the ceiling B, and the instrument body A is constructed so as to be embedded in the mounting opening 17. A mounting bolt 18 for hanging is suspended in the mounting opening 17, and a power cable 19, which is an external wiring, is led out from the mounting opening 17. Is connected to the terminal block 3 through the substrate 1.
[0041]
The instrument main body A has a substantially rectangular box shape that opens downward, and a pair of sockets 20 are disposed on the inner surfaces of the opposite sides in the longitudinal direction. A ballast 21 is installed and fixed, and the terminal block 3 connected to the ballast 21 is also attached to the lower surface of the substrate 1. Then, the instrument body A is constructed by being fitted into the mounting opening 17 from below, and at that time, the mounting bolt 18 is inserted into the mounting hole 22 formed in the substrate 1 of the instrument body A, and this A mounting nut 23 is screwed onto the mounting bolt 18. By tightening the mounting nut 23 against the lower surface of the substrate 1 via a washer 24, the instrument main body A is embedded in the ceiling B and is suspended and fixed. The
[0042]
Further, here, the reflector 25 is detachably attached to the front side of the substrate 1 so as to cover the terminal block 3, and the illumination lamp 26 is connected and held to the instrument body A on the front side of the reflector 25. Yes. In this case, the reflection plate 25 is formed in a long plate shape bent in a substantially V-shaped cross section, and is fixed to the middle portion of the substrate 1 by screwing or the like along the longitudinal direction thereof. Electric parts such as the base 3 and the ballast 21 and the screwed portion between the mounting bolt 18 and the mounting nut 23 are covered. On both sides of the reflecting plate 25, an illumination lamp 26, which is a straight tube type fluorescent lamp, is mounted by being held connected to the socket 20 provided in the instrument body A.
[0043]
Moreover, the whole lighting fixture of this embodiment may be constructed as a structure as shown in FIG. In this case, the instrument main body A is formed of a rectangular flat substrate 1, and a plurality of pairs of attachment pieces 27 project from both sides thereof. The reflecting plate 25 is formed in a substantially rectangular box shape that opens downward, and a portion bent in a substantially V-shaped cross section is formed in the middle of the bottom plate portion. The reflecting plate 25 is folded in a substantially V-shaped cross section. In the bent portion, the electrical parts such as the terminal block 3 and the ballast 21 and the screwed portion between the mounting bolt 18 and the mounting nut 23 are obscured, and the reflector 25 is provided in the mounting opening 17 of the ceiling B. It is fitted from below and fixed to the instrument body A.
[0044]
At that time, sockets 20 suspended in pairs at both ends in the longitudinal direction of the substrate 1 serving as the instrument body A pass through the reflector 25 and project below it. In this state, the reflector 25 Is fixedly attached to each attachment piece 27 of the instrument main body A with a knob screw 28. Then, the illumination lamps 26 are mounted and connected to the respective pairs of sockets 20 protruding below the reflecting plate 25. The other structure is the same as that shown in FIG. 3, and the description thereof is omitted here.
[0045]
Therefore, in the lighting fixture of this embodiment, after both the latching convex pieces 4 are elastically deformed so that the interval between them is narrowed and inserted into the latching opening 2, each of the latching convex pieces 4 is elastically restored. The terminal block 3 can be easily attached to the board 1 from the front side by engaging with the opposite opening edge portions 2a of the locking opening 2 by force, and the assembly workability thereof is good. Become. Then, both the locking protrusions 4 are expanded by the elastic restoring force and locked to the opening edge portions 2a opposite to each other of the locking opening 2, so that the terminal block 3 is attached in the attached state. The terminal block 3 will not be inadvertently removed even when the wiring is performed at the time of construction or after the installation of the instrument body A is securely fixed to the substrate 1 in a stable state. .
[0046]
In this case, since the release opening 5 for inserting the release tool is formed in the substrate 1, even after construction, the tip portion is inserted into the release opening 5 from the front side using a tool such as a screwdriver or nipper as the release tool. Then, with this release tool, the respective locking portions of both locking convex pieces 4 locked to the opening edge portions 2a opposite to each other on the locking opening 2 on the back side of the substrate 1 can be removed. In addition, since the release opening 5 is continuously open to the latch opening 2 and is formed at a position where the terminal block 3 of the substrate 1 does not cover, the work of removing both the latch convex pieces 4 with the release tool is performed. During the operation, the rim portion of the release opening 5 and the terminal block 3 do not get in the way. Therefore, the terminal block 3 can be easily removed from the substrate 1 and the replacement work for replacing the terminal block 3 is also possible. It can be easily performed from the front side of the substrate 1 without removing the instrument body A from the construction site.
[0047]
Further, in the lighting apparatus of this embodiment, since the substrate 1 is formed of a metal plate material such as a steel plate, the openings such as the locking opening 2 and the release opening 5 are formed by punching and pressing the substrate 1. Can be easily formed. In addition, since the both locking projections 4 are formed of a synthetic resin material integrally with the terminal block 3, the both locking projections 4 can be easily formed without increasing the number of parts. The convex piece 4 is also given appropriate elasticity by a synthetic resin material.
[0048]
Further, in the lighting fixture of this embodiment, when the both locking projections 4 are inserted and locked into the locking openings 2, the inclined outer surfaces of the protrusions 6 on both sides are opposite to each other of the locking openings 2. By making sliding contact with the opening edge portion 2a, both the locking convex pieces 4 are elastically deformed by narrowing so that the distance between them is narrowed. Can be inserted and locked. Further, in the attached state, the high portion of each protrusion 6 is locked to the opening edge portion 2a of the locking opening 2, and the both locking protruding pieces 4 are difficult to come off from the locking opening 2. Even in the fixed attachment state, the release tool inserted from the release opening 5 is pressed against each protrusion 6 locked to the opening edge portion of the lock opening 2 so that both the locking convex pieces 4 can be easily formed. Can be removed.
[0049]
Furthermore, in this case, since the pair of locking projections 4 and the pair of locking openings 2 are locked on both sides of the terminal block 3, the terminal block 3 is more stable with respect to the substrate 1. It is securely attached and fixed in the state. In addition, the pair of locking projections 4 are elastically deformed by expanding and narrowing each other in the direction along the outer surfaces 3a and 3b of the terminal block 3, and the release opening 5 of the substrate 1 is locked. Since the opening is larger than 2 and is formed along the outer side surfaces 3a and 3b, it is elastic so that both the locking convex pieces 4 can be easily narrowed by a release tool inserted from the large release opening 5. It can be deformed, and the unlocking operation for removing both the locking convex pieces 4 becomes easier.
[0050]
Further, in the lighting apparatus of this embodiment, the terminal block 3 and the ballast 21 attached to the front side of the substrate 1 are covered with the reflecting plate 25 and protected with good appearance, and the ceiling Even if it is an embedded type installed in the state of being embedded in B, it is possible to easily perform maintenance and replacement work of the terminal block 3 by removing the reflector 25 without removing the tool body A from the construction site. It can be done. In addition, the illumination lamp 26 is connected and held on the front side of the reflector 25, and performs an illumination operation without hindrance and can be easily replaced.
[0051]
5-8 has shown the lighting fixture which is 2nd embodiment corresponding to Claims 1-3, 5-7 of this invention. In the lighting fixture of this embodiment, as shown in FIGS. 5 and 6, a pair of locking projections 4 protrudes from the terminal block 3 at the outer side surface 3 a of the terminal block 3, and the locking of the pair is performed. The convex piece 4 is not elastically deformed by expanding and contracting each other in the direction along the outer surface 3a of the terminal block 3, and is located on the substrate 1 at a position corresponding to the pair of locking convex pieces 4. A locking opening 2 is formed, and a release opening 5 is formed which is continuous with an opening edge portion outside the locking opening 2 and opens larger than the locking opening 2.
[0052]
Then, on the outer surface 3b opposite to the one outer surface 3a portion of the terminal block 3, a retaining locking body 7 protrudes behind the terminal block 3, and the terminal block 3 is locked on the substrate 1. A locking receiving opening 8 is formed in which the retaining stopper 7 is prevented from coming off by sliding in the direction α toward the opening 2 side. Here, the retaining stopper 7 is formed of a pair of retaining pieces 9 having the same shape as the retaining convex piece 4, and a large opening portion through which the retaining stopper 7 is put in and out of the latch receiving opening 8. 10 and a small opening 12 on which the same locking stopper 7 is locked to prevent the locking stoppers 7 from moving toward each other at the opening edge portion of the small opening 12. A stopper piece 12 for blocking is also provided.
[0053]
In this case, the large opening portion 10 and the small opening portion 11 that become the latch receiving opening 8 are both substantially rectangular and open to communicate with each other, and communicate with the large opening portion 10 of the small opening portion 11. A substantially rectangular plate-like stopper piece 12 is integrally extended at the middle position of the opening edge portion on the opposite side to the side to be closed. Therefore, as shown in FIG. 6, on the small opening 11 side of the latch receiving opening 8, slits 29 that open to the large opening 10 are formed on both sides of the stopper piece 12. Both retaining pieces 9 can be slid and locked in the α direction to be retained.
[0054]
Here, the attachment / detachment operation | movement of the terminal block 3 in the lighting fixture of this embodiment is demonstrated based on FIG. FIG. 7 shows a state where the terminal block 3 is being attached to and detached from the substrate 1, and FIG. 8 shows a state where the terminal block 3 is attached and fixed to the substrate 1. When the terminal block 3 is attached to the substrate 1, as shown in FIG. 7, first, the retaining latch 7 is inserted into the latch receiving opening 8 at the position of the large opening 10 to place the terminal block 3 in the direction a. Slide. As a result, the retaining latching body 7 slides from the large opening 10 to the small opening 11 in the latch receiving opening 8, and the protrusion 6 is latched at the edge of the small opening 11. At the same time, the narrowing operation between the two retaining pieces 9 is blocked by the stopper piece 12, and the retaining stopper 7 is locked to the locking receiving opening 8 so as not to come off.
[0055]
In a state where the retaining latch 7 is retained and latched in the latch receiving opening 8, the terminal block 3 is rotated in the b direction around the latching portion, whereby both latching convex pieces 4 are formed. As shown in FIG. 8, the terminal block 3 is fixedly attached to the substrate 1 by being inserted and locked in the locking opening 2. Conversely, when the terminal block 3 is removed from the substrate 1, a tip such as a screwdriver or nipper is inserted into the release opening 5 from the front side of the substrate 1 as a release tool 30, and the release tool 30 is locked. Pressing against the protrusions 6 that are locked on the back side of the opening 2, the locking portions of the locking protrusions 4 by the protrusions 6 are removed, and the terminal block 3 is prevented from coming off as shown in FIG. By rotating the terminal block 3 in the c direction around the locking portion of the body 7 and then sliding the terminal block 3 in the d direction, the retaining latch body 7 that is retained and retained is retained by the latch receiver. In the opening 8, it slides from the small opening 11 to the large opening 10 and is removed from the locking receiving opening 8.
[0056]
Therefore, in the lighting fixture of this embodiment, the pair of locking projections 4 and the locking openings 2 are locked on the one outer surface 3a side of the terminal block 3, and here, in the first embodiment described above. Similarly, the pair of locking projections 4 are elastically deformed by expanding and narrowing each other in the direction along the outer surface 3a of the terminal block 3, and the release opening 5 of the substrate 1 is the locking opening. Since the opening is larger than 2 and is formed along the outer side surface 3a, it is elastically deformed so that the locking projections 4 can be easily narrowed by the release tool 30 inserted from the large release opening 5. Therefore, the unlocking operation for removing both the locking protrusions 4 becomes easier.
[0057]
In addition, on the outer surface 3b side opposite to the terminal block 3, the retaining latch 7 is slid into the latch receiving opening 8 of the substrate 1 to be retained so that the both locking convex pieces 4 and In the locked state with the locking opening 2, the same locking stopper 7 cannot slide and cannot be detached from the locking receiving opening 8. Therefore, the locking by the retaining locking body 7 on both sides of the terminal block 3 and the locking by the both locking convex pieces 4 are in a locked state that is more difficult to be removed, and the terminal block 3 is attached to the substrate 1. It is securely attached and fixed in a more stable state.
[0058]
In addition, as shown in FIGS. 7 and 8, after the terminal block 3 is slid in the direction a toward the locking opening 2, the locking stopper 7 is locked to the locking receiving opening 8. Both locking projections 4 are inserted into and locked in the locking openings 2, or both locking projections 4 are removed from the locking openings 2 with the release tool 30 only on one side of the terminal block 3, and then the terminal block 3. Is moved in the direction d opposite to that described above to remove the retaining latch 7 from the latch receiving opening 8, and thus the terminal block 3 can be attached to and detached from the substrate 1 more easily and reliably. It can be carried out.
[0059]
Further, in the lighting fixture of this embodiment, the retaining stopper 7 is formed of a pair of retaining pieces 9 having the same shape as the retaining convex piece 4, so It is easy to design because the shape of the convex piece 4 is unified. In addition, here, the retaining stopper 7 is inserted into and removed from the large opening 10 of the latch receiving opening 8 and is firmly retained and latched by the small opening 11 of the latch receiving opening 8. In this retaining lock state, the stopper piece 12 projecting from the opening edge portion of the small opening portion 11 prevents the narrowing movement of the retaining pieces 9 from each other. It is more securely locked so as not to come off the opening 8.
[0060]
The rest of the configuration is the same as that of the first embodiment, and the same effects as those of the first embodiment are achieved. Therefore, the description thereof is omitted here. Moreover, as the construction structure of the entire lighting fixture, any construction construction shown in FIGS.
[0061]

[0065]
In the lighting fixture according to claim 5 of the present invention, in particular, on one side of the terminal block where the pair of locking convex pieces and the locking openings are locked, both the release tools inserted from the large release openings are used. The latching convex pieces can be elastically deformed so as to be narrowed easily, and the unlocking operation for removing both latching convex pieces becomes easier. And, on the opposite side of the terminal block, the retaining latch is latched to the latch receiving opening, and in the latched state between the both locking projections and the latch opening, the retaining latch is Therefore, the terminal block is securely attached and fixed to the board in a more stable state. In addition, it is only necessary to use the release tool on only one side of the terminal block, and the attaching / detaching operation of the terminal block to the substrate can be performed more easily and reliably.
[0066]
Further, in the lighting fixture according to claim 6 of the present invention, in particular, the retaining stopper is formed of a pair of retaining pieces having the same shape as the locking convex pieces, and the retaining stoppers are both coupled. It becomes easy to design because the shape is uniform with the convex piece. In addition, the stopper piece prevents the two stopper pieces from narrowing each other while the stopper stopper is locked to the stopper receiving opening, and the stopper stopper is surely secured by the stopper receiving opening. It is locked to.
[0067]
Further, in the lighting fixture according to claim 7 of the present invention, in particular, the terminal block is covered with a reflecting plate to protect it with good appearance, and even if it is an embedded type, the reflection can be performed without removing the fixture body from the construction site. The maintenance and replacement work of the terminal block can be easily performed by removing the board, and the illumination lamp is connected and held on the front side of the reflector, so that it does not hinder the lighting and can be easily replaced. Is something.
