【発明の属する技術分野】
本発明は、器具本体の基板に表側から安定器が取着される照明器具、詳しくはその安定器の取り付け構造に関するものである。

【従来の技術】
一般に、照明器具の安定器は器具本体内に納められている。しかしながら、照明器具が天井等に埋め込まれた状態に施工される埋め込み型である場合、安定器が器具本体内に納められていると、その点検や交換が困難となる。そこで、器具本体の基板の表側に安定器を取着して、この安定器を覆い隠すように反射板を取り付けた照明器具が提供されている。この場合、器具本体を天井等の施工個所から取り外すことなく反射板を取り外すだけで、安定器のメンテナンス作業を行うことができる。

そして、器具本体の基板の表側に安定器を取着する照明器具では、通常、図6に示す如く、安定器1の長手方向両端に取着部2を配設し、器具本体Aの基板3に同安定器1の両取着部2各々が結合される固定部4を配設し、両固定部4に両取着部2を各々結合させて安定器1を基板3の表側に取着固定している。この場合は、取着部2及び固定部4がいずれも貫通孔で形成されており、両貫通孔となる取着部2と固定部4とに基板3の裏側から固定ボルト23を挿通して、この固定ボルト23に締付ナット24を螺合させることにより、両固定部4に両取着部2を各々ネジ止め固定している。

したがって、この照明器具にあっては、安定器1が器具本体Aの基板3の表側に取着固定されているので、同安定器1のメンテナンス作業を表側から行うことができる。しかしながら、この場合、安定器1を交換するために基板3から取り外す際等に、締付ナット24を固定ボルト23から外すと、この固定ボルト23が同基板3の貫通孔となる固定部4から裏側へ抜け外れてしまうことがある。この場合には、安定器1を更めて取着する際に、固定ボルト23を基板3の裏側から貫通孔となる固定部4に挿入してセットし直す必要があり、器具本体Aを天井等の施工個所から取り外さなければならなくなってしまう。

又、図7に示す如く、安定器1及び端子台13を給電部品台25に固定して、この給電部品台25を器具本体Aの基板3の表側に取着固定してなる照明器具も知られている(特開2002−15617号公報参照)。この場合、給電部品台25に安定器1を固定ボルト23と締付ナット24とでネジ止め固定し、端子台13を同給電部品台25に係止固定し、その後に、この給電部品台25を基板3の表側に取着固定している。

その際、給電部品台25の長手方向両端には取着部2が配設され、基板3にはこの両取着部2各々が結合される固定部4が配設されており、両固定部4に両取着部2を各々結合させて同給電部品台25を基板3の表側に取着固定している。そして、一方の固定部4aを取着部2aがネジ止めされるものとなし、他方の固定部4bを取着部2bが引っ掛け係止されるものとなしている。この場合は、取着部2bを固定部4bに引っ掛け係止させた状態で、固定部4aに取着部2aがネジ止めされるものである。そして、ここでは、取着部2aと固定部4aとに基板3の裏側から固定ボルト23を挿通し、この固定ボルト23に蝶ナット26を螺合させ表側から締め付けることにより、同固定部4aに取着部2aをネジ止め固定している。

更には、この場合、基板3の貫通孔となる固定部4aにその裏側から挿通された固定ボルト23には、この固定ボルト23を同基板3に固定する締付ナット24が螺合されている。したがって、この照明器具にあっては、安定器1が給電部品台25と一体化されて器具本体Aの基板3の表側に取着固定されているので、同安定器1のメンテナンス作業を表側から行うことができる。しかも、固定部4aに挿通される固定ボルト23は締付ナット24で基板3に固定されているので、同基板3から給電部品台25を取り外しても固定ボルト23が同固定部4aから裏側へ抜け外れることはない。しかしながら、この場合、安定器1を交換するために基板3から取り外す際、一体化された給電部品台25全体を同基板3から取り外す必要がある。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
ところで、最近、この種の安定器は技術的な進歩により年々その小型化が図られており、又、安定器はその機能によって長手方向寸法が異なる場合も多い。そして、同じ寸法の安定器を交換する場合は、上記従来の技術に示した照明器具でも対応可能であるが、寸法の異なる安定器に交換する場合には、上記従来の技術に示したいずれの照明器具にあっても、その対応作業が困難となる。例えば、図6に示した照明器具では、器具本体Aを天井等の施工個所から取り外し、同器具本体Aの基板3に新たな固定部4として貫通孔を追加加工により形成しなければならず、このような作業を伴う交換は手間がかかって困難となる。又、図7に示した照明器具では、安定器1及び端子台13を一体化した給電部品台25全体を基板3から取り外し、この給電部品台25から更に同安定器1を取り外さなければならず、このような作業を伴う交換は手間がかかって困難となる。

本発明は、上記従来の技術における問題を悉く解決するために発明されたもので、その課題は、種類が異なってその長さ寸法の相違した安定器に交換する場合にも、簡単な作業で対応することができる照明器具を提供することである。

【課題を解決するための手段】
本発明の請求項1記載の照明器具は、安定器の長手方向両端に取着部を配設し、器具本体の基板には同安定器の両取着部各々が結合される固定部を配設し、両固定部に両取着部を各々結合させて安定器を基板の表側に取着固定してなる照明器具であって、基板における両固定部を結ぶ直線上で一方の固定部を、種類の異なる安定器の長さ相違寸法に対応した所定間隔で複数にして一連に配設してなるものである。

【発明の実施の形態】
図1は、本発明の請求項1〜に対応した第一の実施形態である照明器具を示す。この実施形態の照明器具は、安定器1の長手方向両端に取着部2を配設し、器具本体Aの基板3には同安定器1の両取着部2各々が結合される固定部4を配設し、両固定部4に両取着部2を各々結合させて安定器1を基板3の表側に取着固定してなるものである。そして、この場合、基板3における両固定部4を結ぶ直線L上で一方の固定部4aを、種類の異なる安定器1の長さ相違寸法に対応した所定間隔で複数にして一連に配設している。

以下、この実施形態の照明器具を、より具体的に説明する。安定器1は断面略コ字型の金属製型材21とその表側を覆うカバー部材22とを有し、同金属製型材21とカバー部材22とで囲まれるスペースに安定器1となるための回路部品や配線等が内蔵されている。安定器1の長手方向両端ではカバー部材22の端縁から金属製型材21の端部が突出し、この突出した金属製型材21の一方の端部にはその略コ字型の底板部分に貫通孔となるネジ止めする方の取着部2aが形成され、同他方の端部は略コ字型で引っ掛け係止する方の取着部2bとなる。この場合、引っ掛け係止する方の取着部2bにも貫通孔が形成されており、これは、上記図6で示した従来の照明器具における安定器1を用いたためで、同取着部2bの貫通孔が本発明では不要となる。

他方、引っ掛け係止される方の断面略L字状の固定部4bは、基板3に切り起こし加工を施すことによりその表側に突出形成されるもので、この固定部4bの巾方向寸法が前記安定器1の略コ字型に突出する取着部2bの両側壁7間の間隔寸法と略合致されている。この場合、断面略L字状の固定部4bに前記安定器1の取着部2bが基板3の表面に沿いスライドされてスムーズに挿入係止され、挿入係止された状態で、同取着部2bはその両側壁7間で固定部4bが当接規制され、横ズレなく位置決めされて確実に引っ掛け係止される。そして、この取着部2bが固定部4bに引っ掛け係止された状態、すなわち、安定器1の一端を基板3に仮保持させた状態で、前記固定ネジ5は取着部2aに下方から挿通されて固定部4aの筒状壁6内にねじ込み挿入される。

ところで、この実施形態の照明器具は、例えば、図2に示す如き構造としてその全体が施工されるものである。この場合、天井Bに略矩形状の取付用開口9が形成され、器具本体Aは同取付用開口内9に埋め込まれた状態に施工される。取付用開口9内には吊り下げ用の取付ボルト10が垂設されており、又、同取付用開口9からは外部配線である電源ケーブル11が導出され、この電源ケーブル11は器具本体Aとなる基板3を貫通して端子台13に接続される。そして、端子台13から前記安定器1や後記ソケット12へと電源供給される。
