[0009]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Hereinafter, an aerosol type liquid ejection container shown in the drawings will be described as an example. 1 is a container body, 2 is a nozzle 3 fitted in the upper end of a stem that is provided in the center of the top wall of the container body and stands upright. It is a head with.
[0010]
A dome-shaped cap-shaped cover 11 is provided by fitting the lower part of the peripheral wall 12 to the upper part of the container body. When the liquid ejection direction from the nozzle is defined as the front, the cover has a U-shaped recess 13 that is open on the upper surface and both front and rear surfaces when viewed from the front-rear direction. The concave portion closes the inner surface with an inner wall, but the central portion of the bottom of the inner wall has an opening 14, the lower end of the head 2 is positioned in the opening, and the head 2 is positioned between the standing portions 15 and 15 on the left and right of the concave portion. Is provided in a positive manner.
[0011]
A notch 16 having the upright portion as a spatula is provided on the outer surface in the left-right direction of one of the upright portions 15 and 15 so that the upright portion serves as a purse upright portion 15a. The notch 16 is formed in an L shape when viewed from the front-rear direction, that is, an upright surface and a bottom surface extending laterally from the lower end of the upright surface.
[0012]
Through holes 17 and 17 are formed in the left and right directions in the upper portions of the eaves standing part 15a and the other standing part 15, respectively. The positions of these through holes are provided above the upper surface of the head 2. It is desirable from the outside that the through hole 17 of the eaves-raised part is penetrated in the left-right direction, while the through-hole 17 of the erect part is formed only in the upper part of the inner wall part and not in the upper part of the outer wall surface of the cover. In the illustrated example, the inner surface of the upper end of the other upright portion 15 is formed as an inclined wall 18 inwardly, and a through hole 17 is formed in the inclined wall.
[0013]
From the outer edge of the bottom surface of the notch 16 described above, the swing plate 20 is erected through the thin hinge 19, and the guard plate 21 that is elastically deformable in the lateral direction is projected from the upper end of the swing plate, and the guard plate is Insert into the through holes 17 and 17. As shown in the figure, the swing plate 20 may be formed with a large horizontal width by attaching horizontal plates 22 and 22 to the front and rear ends thereof, and attaching the upper end of the horizontal plate to the front and rear surfaces of the guard plate base. As shown in FIG. 1, the guard plate 21 is provided so that the top surface of the tip end portion is in pressure contact with the top surface of the through hole 17 due to elastic deformation of the guard plate in a state where the tip portion is in the through hole 17 of the other upright portion 15. Further, as shown in FIG. 2, in the state where the tip end portion of the guard plate is located in the through hole 17 of the eaves-upstanding portion 15a, the upper surface of the tip end portion is provided so as to be in pressure contact with the upper surface of the through hole by elastic deformation of the guard plate.
[0014]
FIG. 3 shows a state in which the swing plate 20 is tilted and the guard plate 21 is pulled out from the through holes 17 and 17 of both standing parts. The cover 11 is integrally formed with a synthetic resin material in this state, The guard plate 21 may be bent against elasticity and inserted through the through holes 17 and 17 as shown in FIG.
[0015]
【The invention's effect】
The present invention is configured as described above, and the head 2 is not prepared by passing the guard plates 21 through the through holes 17 and 17 as shown in FIG. In use, the rocking plate 20 is tilted outward as shown in FIG. 2, and the head plate is pushed down by moving the tip of the guard plate into the through hole 17 of the eaves upright portion 15a. Since the guard plate 21 can be moved via the swinging plate 20, the operation is easy. Further, since the swinging plate 20 is raised from the bottom surface of the notch 16 provided outside the eaves rising portion 15a, the swinging plate 20 can be placed within the range of the notch 16, and the swinging plate 20 20 protrudes outside the cover 11 and does not get in the way.
[0016]
According to the second aspect, the tip of the guard plate is inadvertently pulled out from the through hole 17 of the other upright portion due to frictional resistance between the upper surface of the front end portion of the guard plate 21 and the upper surface of the through hole 17 of the other upright portion 15. The upper part of the head 2 can be prevented from being opened.
[0017]
According to the third aspect of the present invention, it is possible to keep the tip of the guard plate in contact with the upper surface of the through hole 17 of the spatula upright portion 15a due to frictional resistance, and the tip of the guard plate moves upwards of the head. Is not disturbed, and the tip of the guard plate is removed from the through-hole 17 so that re-insertion is not required.
[0018]
By forming as in claim 4, even when the guard plate 21 is inserted into the through holes 17, 17, the upper part of the swinging plate 20 formed wide is transparent to the eaves-raised portion. Since it is located outside the hole 17, the guard plate 21 can be easily pulled out and inserted with the wide swing plate upper portion.
