Claims (6)
- アンダープレート(4)、ベース(17)及びカバー(18)から構成されるハウジングを有し、
消弧用仕切り板の室(14)が設けられ、その消弧室(14)の間に取付けられた接触子(12,13)は、通過する電流が所定値を超えた時生じた電動排斥力によって分離され、かかる電流を制限するように形成されている単極或いは多極の接触子装置(5)と、
前記接触子を開閉させる操作機構(1)と、
前記操作機構(1)を駆動し過負荷及び/或いはショート故障時に作動する熱エネルギー・電磁式トリッパー装置(15)及び回転軸(8)と
を備えている快速トリップ機能付きの低電圧断路器において、
前記接触子装置(5)の少なくとも一側面には開口凸縁(6)が設けられ、前記開口凸縁(6)は高圧ガスを生成・貯蔵する空間(34)と連通しており、アンダープレート(4)の相応なる箇所には回転軸(8)が設けられ、
前記回転軸(8)は前記開口凸縁(6)と対応して設けられる力受け部材(10,30)と、当該力受け部材(10,30)によって伝達される回転力を利用して操作機構(1)のトリップ装置(23)を動かすことでスイッチをトリップさせる駆動部材(9)とを備え、
前記駆動部材(9)はロック部材(7)と対応して配置され、
前記回転軸(8)の下端はアンダープレート(4)の台座(32)に設けられ、その上端は支持部材(33)に取付けられ、前記支持部材(33)はアンダープレート(4)と連接されていることを特徴とする快速トリップ機能付きの低電圧断路器。 - 請求項1に記載の快速トリップ機能付きの低電圧断路器において、前記接触子装置(5)の開口凸縁(6)の中には、一つの浮動センサー(29)が設けられ、前記センサー(29)と前記開口凸縁(6)との間には軸方向のストローク・スペースを設け、前記力受け部材(30)は翼片形を呈し、その力受け面(20)は前記開口凸縁(6)の軸線と直交していることを特徴とする快速トリップ機能付きの低電圧断路器。
- 請求項1に記載の快速トリップ機能付きの低電圧断路器において、前記開口凸縁(6)の外表面は円錐形を呈していることを特徴とする快速トリップ機能付きの低電圧断路器。
- 請求項1に記載の快速トリップ機能付きの低電圧断路器において、前記開口凸縁(6)の外表面は円柱形を呈し、
前記力受け部材(10)はカップ形を呈し、前記開口凸縁(6)に取り付けられ、且つ両者の嵌合距離は前記力受け部材(10)のストロークより長くなっていることを特徴とする快速トリップ機能付きの低電圧断路器。 - 請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の快速トリップ機能付きの低電圧断路器において、前記回転軸(8)にはリセット・スプリング(3)が設けられていることを特徴とする快速トリップ機能付きの低電圧断路器。
- 請求項5に記載の快速トリップ機能付きの低電圧断路器において、前記回転軸(8)と、駆動部材(9)と力受け部材(10,30)は、一体に形成されていることを特徴とする快速トリップ機能付きの低電圧断路器。
