Description

【0001】

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the drawings.
[0010]
FIG. 1 is a perspective view showing an internal structure of a moving footwear storage box according to the present invention with a cover plate opened, FIG. 2 is a plan view thereof, and FIG. 3 is an external perspective view showing the footwear storage box in use. 4 is a side view thereof, and FIG. 5 is an end view thereof.
[0011]
The footwear storage box in the illustrated example includes a box body A and a shelf assembly B to be assembled in the box body A. The box body A includes a back plate 1, left and right rotating side plates 2 and 3 located on both side edges of the back plate 1, and upper and lower bent end plates 4 and 5 located on both ends of the back plate 1. It is made into a vertically long rectangular box with the sides open. Each of the plate materials used is made of a plastic corrugated cardboard having an integral structure in which a core material is sandwiched between two substrates, lightweight and inexpensive, and excellent in wear resistance and impact resistance.
[0012]
The back plate 1 is formed by folding a single long rectangular plastic corrugated cardboard into three U-shapes, and using an intermediate vertically long rectangular main plate. Upper and lower bent side plates 4 and 5 which will be described in detail later are formed by the bent plate portions at both ends bent and raised.
[0013]
Therefore, the back plate 1 has a two-layer reinforced structure in which the locked plate piece 7 is attached to the inner surface. The to-be-latched plate piece 7 is formed by bending its long side edges at right angles to form a L-shaped cross section, and forming a rising portion 7a at the rising portion. The standing portion 7a is provided with a plurality of engagement holes (engaged portions) 8... Which are engaged with the rotating side plates 2 and 3 at the bending angle positions at equal intervals. A pair of latching holes (latched parts) 9 and 9 for latching latching hooks 17 of the reinforcing frame 10 to be described later are opened side by side at an intermediate position of the standing part 7a.
[0014]
As the rotating side plates 2 and 3, a single piece of vertically rectangular plastic corrugated cardboard with finger-fitting holes 6 formed therein is used in such a direction that the core member increases the rigidity in the direction perpendicular to the back plate 1. Of the rotating side plates 2 and 3, the rotating side plate 2 on one side (the left side in the figure) is fixed to the upper end edge of the one side portion 2a by fitting the vertical frame member 10a of the resin reinforcing frame 10 from above. is doing. As shown in FIG. 4, the rotating side plate 2 is provided with a cut a in the length direction along the vertical frame member 10a, leaving the inner substrate of plastic corrugated board, as shown in FIG. 4, and the cut a is used as a fulcrum. As shown by the dotted line in FIG. 5, the box body A can swing inside.
[0015]
On the other side of the rotating side plate 2, a cut b (see FIG. 6) is provided by cutting in parallel with the cut a while leaving the inner substrate of the plastic corrugated cardboard. The cut b is shown by a dotted line in FIG. Thus, the bent plate portion 2b is formed by bending inward. The bent plate portion 2b is partially cut away at the bent corner portion, and a plurality of engaging convex portions 2c that engage with the engaging holes 8 of the back plate 1 during assembly are provided at equal intervals. . The engaging convex portions 2c are projected in the direction opposite to the extending direction of the bent plate portion 2b. Further, the folded plate portion 2b is used for folding when the latching engagement between the engagement convex portions 2c and the engagement holes 8 of the back plate 1 is removed on the inner plate surface, as shown in FIG. A resin handle 11 having a circular arc shape is attached.
[0016]
On the other hand, the rotation side plate 3 on the other side (right side in the figure) is formed by folding one wide rectangular plastic corrugated cardboard into two L-shaped plates and using one of the side plates. The remaining other side plate portion forms a lid plate portion 15 that opens and closes the front opening S of the box body A. Then, at the boundary position between the lid plate portion 15 and the rotation side plate 3, the plastic substrate is left with a cutout, leaving the outer substrate, and the lid plate portion 15 is turned by the outer substrate as a hinge at the cut. It can be opened and closed. The lid plate portion 15 is formed with a stop plate piece 15a which is provided with a similar cut at the hook side edge opposite to the hinge side so as to be bent, and a pair of set holes are provided with a gap between the stop plate pieces 15a. 16.16 are provided. Further, the rotating side plate 3 is clamped by the vertical frame member 10b of the resin reinforcing frame 10 at the hinge position.
[0017]
Further, as in the case of the rotating side plate 2, the rotating side plate 3 is provided with a cut a in the length direction along the vertical frame member 10b, leaving an inner substrate of plastic corrugated board on one side portion 3a, and the cut a is a fulcrum. As shown by a dotted line in FIG. 5, the box body A can be swung inward. The other side portion is provided with a cut b in parallel with the cut a while leaving the inner substrate of the plastic corrugated cardboard, and the bent plate portion 3b is formed by bending inward at the cut b. The bent plate portion 3b is partially cut away at the bent corner portion, and a plurality of engaging convex portions 3c that engage with the engaging holes 8 of the back plate 1 during assembly are provided at equal intervals. . The engaging convex portions 3c are projected in the direction opposite to the extending direction of the bent plate portion 3b. Further, the folding plate portion 3b is also folded on its inner plate surface so as to remove the latching engagement between the engagement convex portions 3c and the engagement holes 8 of the back plate 1 as in the case of the rotating side plate 2. An arc-shaped resin handle 11 that is sometimes used is attached.
[0018]
In the reinforcing frame 10, a resin hook 17 is fixed to the longitudinal frame member 10 b and the longitudinal frame member 10 a that holds the rotating side plate 2 at a substantially intermediate position in the longitudinal direction. A pair of claw-like hook portions 17 a and 17 a (see FIG. 7) that are hooked in the retaining holes 9 and 9 of the back plate 1 when folded are inwardly facing the plate surface of the rotating side plate 3. Is provided. In addition, resin stoppers 18 and 18 (see FIGS. 1 to 4) are fixed to the vertical frame 10 a at positions corresponding to the stopper holes 16 and 16 of the cover plate portion 15. When the lid 18 is closed and locked, the stoppers 18 and 18 engage the projections 18a with the retaining holes 16 and 16 of the lid plate 15 and pass the latching holes 18b through the projections 18a. The plate piece 18c is bent and latched.
[0019]
The bent end plates 4 and 5 are bent and used from the back plate 1 so that the core material of the plastic corrugated cardboard is in the direction in which the rigidity in the direction orthogonal to the back plate 1 is increased in the same manner as the rotating side plates 2 and 3. . The bent end plates 4 and 5 are respectively fixed to the upper end edges of the one side portions 4a and 5a by fitting the horizontal frame members 10c and 10d of the resin reinforcing frame 10 from above. As shown in FIG. 5, the bent end plates 4 and 5 are provided with cuts c along the vertical frames 10c and 10d on one side 4a and 5a, leaving the inner substrate of plastic corrugated board. The inner substrate becomes a hinge so that it can be folded inside the box body A (see FIG. 4). Similarly, the other side portions 4b and 5b are also provided with cuts d so that they can be folded inward at the cuts d. Further, the bent end plates 4 and 5 are provided with a cut e parallel to the cuts c and d at the substantially intermediate position between the cuts c and d, leaving the outer substrate of the plastic corrugated board, and the cut e is used as a fulcrum. The outer substrate becomes a hinge and can be folded inward.
[0020]
And the box main body A of the structure mentioned above fits the L-piece coupling tool 19 made of resin at the four corners of the reinforcing frame 10, and fastens and integrates the frame members 10a to 10d. The bent end plates 4 and 5 and the rotating side plates 2 and 3 are integrally coupled.
[0021]
As shown in FIG. 1, the shelf assembly B includes a plurality of horizontal shelves 20 on which footwear is placed, and a pair of vertical partition plates 21 that partition the storage space for footwear in the box body A from side to side. -It is comprised with 22.
[0022]
The shelf board 20 uses one rectangular plastic corrugated cardboard, and on the corrugated cardboard both ends 20a and 20b, the lower board is left and cuts f and f are formed in the short width direction, and both cuts f In the middle of f, the same cut line g is provided in the width direction leaving the lower substrate, and each shelf board 20 is formed to be foldable upward. Such a shelf plate 20 has base end portions 20a bonded to the inner surfaces of the rotating side plates 2 and 3 and arranged in multiple stages in the height direction of the box body A, while the tip end portion 20b is connected to the partition plates 21 and The partition plates 21 and 22 are held in parallel with the rotary side plates 2 and 3 by being bonded to 22.
[0023]
As the partition plates 21 and 22, a vertically long plastic corrugated cardboard having a slightly shorter width than the rotating side plates 2 and 3, as shown in FIG. 7, a plurality of hook-and-loop fasteners m are affixed to the opposing surfaces 21a and 22a. It is installed. As the hook-and-loop fastener m, for example, a so-called magic tape (registered trademark) that is used by attaching a countless number of small male side tapes having hook-shaped hooks and a female side tape having loops to be detachably fastened. ) Is used. And the partition plates 21 and 22 are bonded to the opposing surfaces 21a and 22a via the surface fasteners m so as to be peelable.
[0024]
Further, in this shelf assembly B, the left and right shelf plates 20 positioned particularly at the lowermost stage are formed with relatively long legs 20a and 20b as shown in FIGS. 1 and 8, respectively. The end portion 20a is bonded and fixed to the inner surfaces of the rotating side plates 2 and 3, while the front end portion 20b is bonded to the partition plates 21 and 22 with a hook-and-loop fastener m so as to be peelable. A hook-and-loop fastener m is stuck to the lower surface of the tip portion 20b. When the tip 20b is peeled off from the partition plates 21 and 22 during assembly, the tip is attached to the base end 20a on the rotating side plates 2 and 3 with a hook-and-loop fastener m and folded. A boots storage space W having a height of two tiers is formed at the lowermost stage of the main body A.
[0025]
In the illustrated example, the distal end 20b is bonded to the partition plates 21 and 22 with a hook-and-loop fastener m so as to be peelable, but the proximal end 20b is bonded to the rotating side plates 2 and 3 with a hook-and-loop fastener m. It is also possible to form the boot boot storage space W at the lowest level. Further, both the front end portion 20b and the base end portion 20a are formed so as to be peelable by being bonded to the partition plates 21 and 22 or the rotating side plates 2 and 3 with a hook-and-loop fastener m, so that a similar boot shoe storage space W is formed in the lowermost stage It can also be formed.
[0026]
Now, when assembling the footwear storage box having the above-described configuration when moving, the pivoting side plates 2 and 3 are swung outwardly away from each other with the bent end plates 4 and 5 being upright and engaged. The protrusions 2c and 3c are engaged with the engagement holes 8 of the back plate and latched. Then, when the shelf plates 20 of the shelf assembly B are stretched from the rotating side plates 2 and 3 side and the partition plates 21 and 22 are bonded to each other, as shown in FIG.
[0027]
And when packing footwear, as shown in FIG. 9, it puts footwear on the shelf board 20, and accommodates in the box main body A. As shown in FIG. In the bottom boot storage space W, boots with high insteps can be stored. After the footwear is stored, the cover plate portion 15 is closed, and the projections 18a of the stoppers 18 and 18 are engaged with the retaining holes 16 and 16 as shown in FIGS. It is only necessary to hook and lock the hanging plate piece 18c through the stop hole 18b. After that, a finger is put on the finger-holding hole 6 to carry the whole box and transport it to the moving destination.
[0028]
When the illustrated footwear storage box is used, when it is folded, first, the rotary side plates 2 and 3 have the handles 11 shown in FIG. 2 and are alternately turned inside the box body A as shown in FIG. Then, the engagement convex portions 2c and 3c of the bent plate portions 2b and 3b are removed from the engagement holes 8 of the back plate 1, and the rotating side plates 2 and 3 are folded. As a result, the shelf assembly B is folded while the shelf plates 20 are bent, and at the same time, the bent side plates 4 and 5 lose their support, and naturally bend inside the box body A as shown in FIG. When the reinforcing frame 10 is further pressed from above, the hook-like hook portions 17a and 17a of the hook 17 are engaged with the hook holes 9 and 9 of the back plate 1, and the footwear storage box is shown in FIG. As shown in Fig. 5, the lock is made in a thin box-like folded state. After that, it is only necessary to close the lid plate portion 15 and latch the stoppers 18 and 18 in the same manner as when assembling.
