Description
【0001】

[Problems to be solved by the invention]
As described above, the conventional pipe joint shown in FIG. 2 has a feature that it is very easy to connect and disconnect the pipe body. However, on the other hand, it is possible that another pipe body is coupled to the pipe joint instead of the original pipe body. For example, a nylon tube is used for a truck air brake tube, but there are 50 to 100 tubes per truck. And the same pipe joint is used for all of the mating counterparts, and they are installed side by side in a narrow piping place. Therefore, there is a possibility that the tube is mistakenly joined to a pipe joint of a different line.
[0006]
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION Accordingly, an object of the present invention is to provide a pipe joint with an erroneous pipe prevention mechanism that does not connect an erroneous pipe body to the pipe joint while maintaining the ease of coupling and detachment of the pipe body. To do.
[0007]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The present invention has been made to solve the above problems, and the gist of the present invention is that it can move in the axial direction on the tube insertion port side inside the inner peripheral surface of the sleeve fixed to the joint body. A collet and a lock claw capable of expanding and contracting diameter on the back side of the collet are arranged. When the collet is pushed toward the back side of the joint body, the tip of the collet expands the diameter of the lock claw and the tube A pipe joint that can be detached, and at least when the collet is located on the tube insertion port side, the rear end of the collet is exposed from the tube insertion port of the sleeve, and the exposed portion of the collet is the outer surface of the tube Incorrect piping prevention mechanism, characterized in that the collet is colored with the same color as the identification mark attached to the resin, and the collet is formed of a resin, and is colored in a desired color by adding a pigment when molding the collet. Related to the pipe fittings That.
[0008]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
In the pipe joint of the present invention, a collet capable of moving in the axial direction and a lock claw capable of expanding and contracting are inserted in order from the pipe insertion port side on the inner peripheral surface of the sleeve fixed to the joint body. . When the tube is inserted into the joint body, the collet moves to a position where it abuts against the lock claw and stops. When the tube is further inserted, the lock claw is expanded in diameter, and the tube finally becomes the seal material. It reaches the innermost part of the previous joint body. In this respect, the pipe joint of the present invention is the same as the conventional one, and when the internal pressure is applied, the inner peripheral end of the lock claw is inserted into the outer surface of the pipe body, so that it can be coupled by simply inserting the pipe body into the joint body. .
[0009]
Further, in the pipe joint of the present invention, when the collet is pushed toward the back side of the joint body, the tip of the collet expands the diameter of the lock claw, and the pipe body can be detached. Also in this respect, the pipe joint of the present invention is the same as the conventional one, and the pipe body can be easily detached.
[0010]
In this way, the pipe joint of the present invention maintains the simplicity of coupling and detachment, and characteristically, at least when the collet is located on the pipe insertion port side, the rear end of the collet is away from the tube insertion slot of the sleeve. The exposed part of the collet is colored in the same color as the identification display on the outer surface of the tube. That is, a different color identification display is provided for each tube body, and erroneous piping is prevented by coupling with a pipe joint of the same color.
[0011]
This point will be described in more detail. It is also possible to color the joint body and the sleeve if they are simply color-coded. However, since these constitute the outer surface of the pipe joint, there are many opportunities to come into contact with an operator or the like (which is always gripped when the pipe body is joined and detached), and there is a problem that paint and plating are peeled off. In addition, since the joint body and the sleeve are metal members because they are also strength members, coloring must be applied after painting. Then, it will be inferior to productivity and economical efficiency by the part which requires a coloring process.
[0012]
For this reason, first, it is necessary to color an internal part that does not have a fear of peeling off and that can be easily visually recognized from the outside. Second, if it is a part that can be made into a resin, there is an advantage that it can be colored into a desired color simply by adding a pigment during molding.
[0013]
Therefore, the present invention focuses on the collet inserted on the inner peripheral surface of the sleeve, exposes the rear end of the collet at least on the tube insertion port side from the tube insertion port of the sleeve, and colors the exposed portion. It was decided to do. That is, only the rear end of the collet is exposed, and since it is the portion with the smallest outer diameter in the pipe joint, there is almost no contact with an operator or the like. Moreover, it may be a metal or a resin, and in particular, according to resin injection molding, a collet that does not lose color can be easily produced.
[0014]
Note that exposing the collet creates the possibility of inadvertently pushing the collet, leading to unintentional detachment of the tube. Therefore, the collet may be exposed only when it is located on the tube insertion port side, and may not be exposed when the collet moves to the back side as the tube is inserted. In short, the visibility of the colored portion of the collet is compared with the ease of separation, and the degree of exposure may be determined as appropriate according to the use conditions and the like.
[0015]
Thus, the exposure of the rear end of the collet may be always or temporarily, and the colored part may be the entire collet or only the exposed part. However, the exposure means not only protruding in the vertical and horizontal directions of the tube insertion opening, but also being visible when viewed from the front of the insertion opening without protruding.
[0016]
On the other hand, an identification display is attached to the outer surface of the tubular body. The identification display may be formed, for example, by winding a colored tape around the outer periphery of the distal end portion of the tubular body so that the color of the tape matches the color of the collet. However, attaching the identification display includes not only newly attaching a tape or the like, but also the tube itself colored on the entire outer surface or a part thereof.
[0017]

【The invention's effect】
Characteristically, the pipe joint of the present invention is characterized in that at least when the collet is located on the tube insertion port side, the rear end of the collet is exposed from the tube insertion port of the sleeve, and the exposed portion of the collet is the outer surface of the tube. Since it is colored in the same color as the identification display attached to the pipe, it is possible to easily and reliably avoid erroneous pipe connection to the pipe joint while maintaining ease of connection and disconnection of the pipe.
