本発明は、回転ドラム周面の雌型と雄型により食品材料を成形するドラム成形装置に関するものである。

魚肉すりみ等の食品材料をホッパーより周面に雌型を設けた回転ドラムに供給し成形するドラム成形機は、一般に、図13に示すように、回転ドラム(50)、すり身を送る2本の身送りローラ(54)を設けたホッパー(53)からなり、ホッパー(53)の側面は側板(52)で回転ドラム(50)の両端に密着して取付けられ、ホッパー(53)から身送りローラ(54)で供給される食品材料が側板(52)と回転ドラム(50)の端部から漏れないようにしているものである。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
上述のように、従来のドラム成形機は、回転ドラムの両端がホッパー(53)の側板(52)で支えられ、ホッパーから供給される食品材料が漏れないようにしているものである。また回転ドラムは高価なものでありから側板(52)を回転ドラムより柔らかなもので作り、回転ドラムの磨耗を少なくし、側板(52)を摩耗し易すくしているが、側板(52)が摩耗すると、側板(52)と回転ドラム(50)の両端の密着が悪くなり、回転ドラムの端から食品材料が漏れるという問題があり、また食品材料が漏れないように側板(52)を、しばしば交換しなれけばならずコストがかかるという問題があった。また回転ドラムやその成形部の洗浄がしにくく、時間がかかるという問題があった。
本発明は、回転ドラムの端から食品材料が漏れることなく、また回転ドラムや成形部の洗浄が容易なドラム成形装置を提供するものである。

【課題を解決するための手段】
本発明(請求項1)は、食品材料のドラム成形装置において、雌型開口部、前記雌型開口部を上下動する雄型底面よりなる成形部を周面に設けた回転ドラム、前記回転ドラムの両端の下方に設けられた支持ローラからなり、かつ回転ドラムに接触するスクレーパーの押圧を支えるローラが設けられており、ホッパーより供給された食品材料を成形部の雌型開口部により成形し、前記回転ドラムを支持ローラ上で回転させながら雄型底面を作動させて雌型開口部より成形した食品材料を取り出すものであることを特徴とするドラム成形装置である。
また、本発明(請求項2)は、ドラム成形装置の駆動手段は、駆動軸、腕部材、その両端の係合部材と中心軸を備え、回転ドラムは一方の端に穴を有する鍔部が設けられ、前記鍔部の穴に駆動手段の係合部材が連結されて、駆動手段の中心軸は回転しないカム軸に着脱自在に連結されることを特徴とする上記(請求項1)に記載のドラム成形装置である。

【発明の実施の形態】
本発明の食品材料のドラム成形装置において、回転ドラムの両端の下方に設けられる支持ローラは、回転ドラムを安定して支持し、回転ドラムを円滑に回転させるためには、2個の支持ローラで支持することが好ましい。
