本発明は、荷台にリンク機構を介して昇降自在に設けられた荷受台が当該荷台の下方にスライドして格納可能な格納式荷受台昇降装置に関するものである。

従来、格納式荷受台昇降装置は、図7に示すように荷台aを搭載した車輌の車枠a1の後端部に上下2本の上方リンクb1と下方リンクb2を有するリンク機構bを介して荷受台cが設けられており、リンク機構bの作動により荷受台cが地上と荷台aの床面との間で昇降自在に構成されている。そして、この荷受台cは、前後に折り畳み自在に構成されており、昇降作業終了時においては荷受台cの先端部分c1を基端側に折り畳んだ状態で、荷受台c全体を二点鎖線で示すように基端部を中心に車輌の前方側に回動させることによって、図8に示すように荷台aの後端部下方に格納するようになされている。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
しかしながら、上記従来の格納式荷受台昇降装置では、荷受台cの格納を上述のように荷台aの後端部下方において回動させることで行っているため、新たな車輌の荷台aに格納式荷受台昇降装置を装着する場合には、荷受台cを回動させて格納する際に当該荷受台cが荷台aの底面後端部や車枠a1の後端部と干渉することになる。従って、この干渉を回避するために上記荷台aの底面後端部や車枠a1の後端部の干渉する部位d1、d2を切断しなければならず、この切断作業が大変であり作業者の負担が大きいとともに、作業に長時間を要するという問題があった。

本発明の格納式荷受台昇降装置は、荷台に上下2本の上方リンクと下方リンクを有するリンク機構を介して荷受台が昇降自在に設けられるとともに、該荷受台が前後に折り畳まれた状態で上記荷台下方の格納位置にスライドさせて格納できるように構成された格納式荷受台昇降装置において、前記荷受台が、前記荷台の後方に引き出されて折り畳んだ状態から作業状態に展開するとともに上記作業状態から折り畳む展開・折り畳み位置と、この展開・折り畳み位置から前記格納位置側に所定距離スライドさせて荷受台の昇降作動を行う昇降作業位置とに配置可能に構成されたものである。
