Description

【0001】

[0001]
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
This invention relates to abrasive for the purpose of obtaining a suitable elasticity, a strong abrasive.
[0002]
[Prior art]
As the conventional abrasive, an abrasive paper or abrasive cloth in which hard fine particles are bonded to a tough paper or cloth is generally known.
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
Conventionally known polishing paper or the like is used for surface polishing of various materials and is used as a nail scrubbing piece as a cosmetic tool, but has a problem that it lacks elasticity and toughness.
[0004]
For example, when toughness is obtained, elasticity decreases and resistance to elongation or deformation increases, so if the polished surface is a curved surface, it must be molded with a curvature that matches the curved surface of the polished paper, etc. In this case, there is a problem that the contact pressure is remarkably different from the uneven portion of the polished surface.
[0005]
[Means for solving the problems]
In the present invention , a low-foaming synthetic resin, a high-foaming synthetic resin layer, a low-foaming synthetic resin layer, and a non-foaming abrasive layer containing an abrasive are sequentially deposited on the non-foaming synthetic resin layer. This problem has been solved. Moreover, the object can be achieved even if an abrasive is mixed in the inertia layer.
[0006]
That this invention, the top and bottom of the high foamed synthetic resin layer, a low foaming synthetic resin layer and particle course, a layer of non-foamed synthetic resin layer containing an abrasive powder at the top of the one low foaming synthetic resin layer It is a large abrasive that features a non-foamed synthetic resin layer on the bottom of the other low-foaming synthetic resin, and the color of the layers with different foaming rates is changed. The material of different layers is changed.
In the present invention, when the abrasive (powder) is mixed in the foamed material, the production is easy. However, depending on the properties of the object to be polished, the strength of the abrasive may become a problem. It is necessary to select the material and thickness of the foamed synthetic resin and the quality of the abrasive particles according to the material and shape of the object.
[0007]
Abrasive materials (powder, etc.) used in the present invention include natural materials using powders such as diamond, emery, clays and talc, and artificial materials using powders of alumina, carborundum, iron oxide and calcined dolomite. However, all materials currently used other than the above materials can be used.
[0008]
The foamed synthetic resin referred to in the present invention is a synthetic resin foamed and elastic, such as polyurethane and polyethylene, and the foaming rate is adjusted according to the desired elasticity (for example, foamed 2 to 10 times).
[0009]
Examples of the elastic synthetic resin include acrylic resin polyurethane, polypropylene, and polyethylene, which are appropriately selected according to the purpose of use. For example, polyurethane is used as an abrasive for nail polish.
[0010]
The synthetic resin is free to be colored and can be colored according to use.
[0011]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
The present invention, the layer to the upper and lower outer and non-foamed synthetic resin layer obtained by mixing Ken friction material powder, and the non-foamed synthetic resin layer not mixed with abrasive powder sandwiched a highly foamed synthetic resin layer low foaming synthetic resin layer Wearing abrasive.
[0012]
[Example 1]
For Figure 1, when a thick abrasive for (e.g. 3Cm~10cm) will be described.
[0013]
A non-foamed synthetic resin layer 11 (for example, 1 cm thick) is coated with a low-foamed synthetic resin layer 12 having a thickness of 3 to 5 times 1 cm, and a high foaming 10 to 20 times with a thickness of 2 cm. A synthetic resin layer 13 is deposited. A low-foaming synthetic resin layer 14 having a thickness of 1 cm is deposited on the high-foaming synthetic resin layer 13, and a non-foaming synthetic resin layer 15 having a thickness of 1 cm containing the abrasive powder 3 is deposited thereon. Thus, a large abrasive 16 is formed. The large abrasive 16 is, for example, a rectangle having a thickness of 6 cm, a length of 20 cm, and a width of 10 cm, and is used for polishing an automobile body or the like.
[0014]
The synthetic resin used for the above may be the same and only the foaming state may be different, or the material may be changed together with the foaming rate, and the difference in foaming rate can be shown by color change.
[0015]
If the middle part of several layers is made highly foamed as described above, the elastic deformation can be greatly increased. Therefore, even a polished surface with relatively large unevenness can be polished sufficiently evenly.
[0016]
[Prototype Example 1]
A prototype of the product of the present invention will be described. In FIG. 2 , a foamed synthetic resin layer 10 in which the abrasive powder 3 is mixed is deposited on the upper surface of the base fabric 1 to form an abrasive sheet 6a. In FIG. 3 , a foamed polyurethane layer 10 a is provided on the upper surface of the base fabric 1, and an abrasive layer 9 in which the elastic synthetic resin 7 and the abrasive powder 3 are mixed is deposited on the upper surface of the foamed polyurethane layer 10 a and polished. A sheet 6a was constructed.
[0017]
[Prototype Example 2]
In Figure 4 for (a) (b), a description will be given of an embodiment of a multiple abrasive layer. A non-foamed abrasive layer 18, 19, 20, 21 (or a low-foamed abrasive layer) having a different abrasive quality is applied to the peripheral wall of a rectangular parallelepiped and highly foamed elastic synthetic resin core 17. As the non-foamed abrasive layer, 30 to 50% of abrasive powders (alumina, iron oxide and other conventionally used abrasive powders) with different particle sizes are mixed in a polyethylene resin liquid.
[0018]
The low foam polishing layer is obtained by mixing a foaming agent (amount corresponding to the expansion ratio) and abrasive powder in a polyethylene resin liquid, and applying this to the four circumferences of the elastic synthetic resin core 17. In this case, if two types of polishing powder are used, two types of polishing layers can be formed. If it is set to four types, it can also be set as four types of polishing layers.
[0019]
【The invention's effect】
According to this invention, the highly foamed synthetic resin layer is sandwiched between the low foamed synthetic resin layers, and the non-foamed synthetic resin layer containing abrasive powder is layered on the low foamed synthetic resin layer. It can be used for large large abrasives .
[0020]
Further, the change in foaming rate can be shown by the color change.
