Claims (4)
- 突起を備える片面と他面を有する正極蓋と、外部絶縁板と、負極ピンと、金属板の全面を接着剤を介して絶縁体で覆ってなる正極タブおよび負極タブと、内部絶縁板からなり、前記正極蓋は第1の貫通孔を備え、前記外部絶縁板は前記第1の貫通孔に挿入する第1の柱状部と前記第1の貫通孔に挿入しない第1のつば部、および前記第1の柱状部と前記第1のつば部とに連通した中空部を備え、前記負極ピンは前記中空部に挿入する第2の柱状部と前記中空部に挿入しない第2のつば部を備え、前記正極タブは前記第1の柱状部を挿入する第2の貫通孔を備え、前記内部絶縁板は前記第2の柱状部を挿入する第3の貫通孔を備え、前記負極タブは前記第2の柱状部を挿入する第4の貫通孔を備え、前記正極蓋の前記突起を備える片面に前記正極タブを重ね、前記正極タブに前記内部絶縁板を重ね、前記内部絶縁板に前記負極タブを重ね、前記第1の貫通孔、前記第2の貫通孔、前記第3の貫通孔、前記第4の貫通孔が同軸上に位置するよう配し、前記正極蓋の前記他面から、前記第1のつば部を残して前記第1の貫通孔に前記第1の柱状部を挿入し、前記中空部に前記第2のつば部を残して前記第2の柱状部を挿入し、前記第2の柱状部の先端に設けたかしめ箇所のかしめにより、前記正極蓋と、前記外部絶縁板と、前記負極ピンと、前記正極タブと、前記内部絶縁板と、前記負極タブを一体化し、前記突起の先端が前記正極タブの前記絶縁体と前記接着剤を突き破り前記金属板に接触することで前記正極蓋と前記正極タブが接続し、前記かしめ箇所が前記負極タブの前記絶縁体と前記接着剤を突き破り前記金属板に接触することで前記負極ピンと前記負極タブが接続することを特徴とする密閉型電池。
- 前記正極蓋の前記他面は第1の凹部を備え、前記第1のつば部は第2の凹部を有するとともに前記第1の凹部に嵌合し、前記第2のつば部は前記第2の凹部に嵌合し、前記内部絶縁板は第3の凹部を備え、前記第3の凹部は前記第4の貫通孔と、前記かしめ箇所を収納することを特徴とする、請求項1記載の密閉型電池。
- 前記正極蓋の前記突起は、先端までの高さが前記正極タブの前記絶縁体と前記接着剤を合わせた厚さより高いくさび状であることを特徴とする請求項1または2記載の密閉型電池。
- 前記密閉型電池は、リチウム二次電池であることを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載の密閉型電池。
