本発明は、矩形枠体状に形成された外枠の開口前面に対して遊技盤を配設した中枠が組付けられると共に、各種効果音を出力し得る出力装置を備えた遊技機に関する。

【従来の技術】
例えば、パチンコ機やアレンジボール機等の遊技機は、機内にセットされる遊技盤上の遊技領域における所要位置に、数字や文字等の識別可能な図柄を変動表示し得る各種の図柄表示装置が配設され、遊技状態に対応して該図柄表示装置で図柄変動や種々の演出(リーチ演出や大当り演出等)を行なうよう構成されている。また、前記遊技機の所定位置には各種効果音を出力し得る出力装置が配設されており、前記図柄表示装置での演出に合わせて効果音を出力させることで、遊技者が興趣ある遊技を行ない得るようになっている。

前記出力装置は、例えば下球皿等の取付部材に形成される取付孔と対応する裏側(遊技機裏側)に配設され、その前側を向く出力部が取付孔と連通するようになっている。また、この出力部の保護を目的として、取付部材と出力装置との間にカバー体が配設される。なお、前記カバー体は、前記取付部材の取付孔と出力装置の出力部との間に整列する状態に位置させたもとで、後方から複数箇所をネジで取付部材に螺着して固定されている。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
前記遊技機では、カバー体をネジで取付部材に螺着した後、前記出力装置を取付部材にネジで螺着している。すなわち、カバー体用のネジと、出力装置用のネジとが必要となるため、部品点数の増加を招き、コストが嵩む問題がある。また、前記カバー体を確実に取付けるために複数箇所にネジを螺着するので、作業工数が多く非常に煩わしい作業となっている。更に、前記ネジの締め付けが弱かったり、ネジから離れた位置では、取付部材とカバー体との間に隙間を生ずる畏れがある。前記取付部材とカバー体との間に隙間が生じると、前記出力装置における出力部の前面から出力された音が隙間から漏れて、該出力部の後面から出力される音と干渉したり、当該出力部の後面から出力された音が隙間から漏れて、前面から出力される音と干渉して打消し合うため、鮮明な音の出力が困難となり、遊技の興趣が損なわれてしまう。この場合、特に低音域における音の打消し合いが強くなるため、遊技の迫力や臨場感に乏しくなる問題も指摘される。

また、前記出力装置を取付部材にネジで螺着した場合、該ネジ止め位置以外の部分で前記カバー体との間にも隙間ができる場合があり、このときには、前述と同様に出力部の前後に出力される音が打消し合って遊技者に聞こえる音が不鮮明になる等の問題を招く。

【発明の目的】
本発明は、前述した従来の技術に内在する前記欠点に鑑み、これを好適に解決するべく提案されたものであって、出力部の損傷等を防止するカバー体を、ネジ等を使用することなく所要位置に簡単に取付け得る遊技機を提供することを目的とする。

【課題を解決するための手段】
前記課題を克服し、所期の目的を達成するため、本発明に係る遊技機は、
矩形枠体状に形成された外枠 (A) の開口前面に対して遊技盤 (J) を配設した中枠 (B) が組付けられると共に、各種効果音を出力し得る出力装置 (20) を備えた遊技機において、
前記外枠 (A) の下辺を構成し、前端縁に設けられた前板 (73) に前後に貫通する第1の開口部 (22) および第2の開口部 (105a) が形成された下枠部材 (41) と、
前記出力装置 (20) の出力部 (21) を囲繞する枠状のフレーム (20a) および前記下枠部材 (41) の前板 (73) の間に配置され、該前板 (73) に形成された第1の開口部 (22) に臨む出力部 (21) の保護カバー体 (30) と、
前記保護カバー体 (30) に設けられ、前記出力装置 (20) のフレーム (20a) に対して全周に亘って当接すると共に、前記下枠部材 (41) における前板 (73) の裏側に対して前記第1の開口部 (22) の開口縁の全周に亘って当接する当接部 (35b,37b) と、
前記下枠部材 (41) における前板 (73) の裏側に固定されると共に、板状部分に前記フレーム (20a) に背面側から当接する状態で前記出力装置 (20) が固定され、該板状部分に出力装置 (20) の後部を挿通する通出孔 (24a) が形成されたサブフレーム (24) と、
前記サブフレーム (24) において前記出力装置 (20) のフレーム (20a) が当接する板状部分の端縁の全周に亘って設けられて該フレーム (20a) を囲繞し、前記前板 (73) 側に向けて立ち上がる隔壁 (24c) と、
前記下枠部材 (41) の裏側に密着するよう配設されて当該下枠部材 (41) とにより気密的な収容部 (104) を画成し、該収容部 (104) 内に前記出力装置 (20) の後方側を収容する収容ケース (103) と、
前記下枠部材 (41) の前板 (73) に形成された第2の開口部 (105a) から前記収容部 (104) 内に延出し、該収容部 (104) を外部に連通するバスレフダクト (105) とを備え、

【作用】
本発明は、外枠の下辺を構成する下枠部材の前板と、出力装置の出力部を囲繞する枠状のフレームとの間に、該前板の第1の開口部に臨む出力部の保護カバー体を介装したもとで、該出力装置のフレームに背面側からサブフレームを当接させ、このサブフレームを前板の裏側に取付けることにより、当該出力部が第1の開口部に臨む状態で出力装置を取付固定する。また、前記サブフレームを前板の裏側に取付けることで、前記出力装置のフレームがサブフレームの板状部分に対して密着すると共に、前記保護カバー体の当接部の全周が出力装置のフレームに対して密着し、更に保護カバー体の当接部および隔壁の夫々の全周が前板の裏面に対して密着する。このように、前記出力部の保護カバー体をネジ等を使用することなく固定することができ、部品点数を減少させてコストの削減を図り得る。また、ネジの締め付け作業が減少するので、取付作業を簡単に行ない得ると共に、作業時間を短縮し得る。更に、前記出力装置のフレームをサブフレームの板状部分に対して密着させると共に、前記保護カバー体の当接部の全周を出力装置のフレームに対して密着させ、更に保護カバー体の当接部および隔壁の夫々の全周を前板の裏面に対して密着させることで、各部材間に隙間を生ずるのを抑制し得る。これにより、出力部の前面(後面)に出力された音が隙間を介して後面(前面)に通出することはなく、音の干渉による打消し合いが防止されるので迫力や臨場感のある遊技を行ない得る。

【発明の実施の形態】
次に、本発明に係る遊技機につき、好適な実施例を挙げて、添付図面を参照しながら以下詳細に説明する。なお、本実施例では、出力装置を一般的なパチンコ機に配設する場合について説明する。

(パチンコ機全体の概略構成)
そこで、先ず本実施例の出力装置を配設するパチンコ機について、図1を参照して要約説明する。本実施例のパチンコ機Pは、その基本的な概略構成として、矩形枠体状に形成される外枠Aの開口前面側に対し、前枠Bが連結支持手段および施錠手段を利用して着脱および開放可能に組付けられている。そして前枠Bには、横開き式のガラス扉Dを組付けた窓枠Cと、ガラス扉Dの下部において前枠Bに対して着脱および開放可能に組付けられる開閉セット板の前側に上球皿Eが組付けられると共に、該開閉セット板の後側に電動式の球送り装置(図示せず)等がセットされている。また、前記前枠Bの下部に下球皿Fおよび打球発射装置H等が設置されると共に、裏側に機構セット盤(図示せず)が装備され、更に該前枠Bの後側に設けた保持枠(図示せず)の正面内部に、所要の遊技領域Iを構成した遊技盤Jが着脱交換可能にセットされる。そして、前記下球皿Fの下部(前記外枠Aを構成する後述の下枠部材41における前板73の両側部に、パチンコゲーム中に発生する様々な遊技状態に応じて各種効果音を出力し得る出力装置20,20が夫々設置されている。

(出力装置の取付構造)
次に、本実施例のパチンコ機Pに対する出力装置の取付構造につき、図2〜図15を参照して以下説明する。図2は前記外枠Aを分解した状態で背面側から視たものであって、該外枠Aは、上辺を構成する木製の上枠部材40と、下辺を構成する合成樹脂製の下枠部材41と、左辺を構成する木製の左枠部材42および右辺を構成する合成樹脂製の右枠部材43とから基本的に構成される。そして、前記出力装置20は、前記下枠部材41の裏側に取付けるようになっている。なお、実施例で左右とは、図1のようにパチンコ機Pを正面側から視た状態で指称するものである。

なお、前記出力装置20は、出力部21の略中央部が後方に凹んだ形状の一般的なコーン型スピーカであり(図7参照)、その外周形状は略楕円に形成されている。また、前記出力装置20には、前記出力部21を囲繞する枠状の取付ベース(フレーム)20aが設けられており、該取付ベース20aに保護カバー体30(後述)が当接するようになっている。なお、この取付ベース20aの各角部近傍には、ネジ26を挿入する通孔20bが夫々穿設されている。

そして、前記出力装置20を取付ける取着部としての前記下枠部材41は、図2〜図5に示すように、所要厚みの長尺な板材で構成され、下面を構成する底板72と、この底板72の前端縁から所定高さで立上がって前面を構成する前板73と、底板72の長手方向両端部に設定される左右の連結部位41a,41bから所定高さで立上がって側面を構成する延出部としての左右の側板74,75とから構成されて、上方および後方に開放する箱枠状に形成されている。また、前記前板73には左右に離間する位置に、該前板73を貫通して前側に開口する略楕円形状の開口部22,22が夫々穿設されており、該開口部22,22の後方側に前記出力装置20の出力部21を位置させることで、該出力部21を外部に露出させ得るよう構成されている。なお、左右に配設される出力装置20,20の取付構造は基本的に同一であるので、左側(図2および図5において右側)の開口部22に取付けられる出力装置20のみを図示して以下説明する。

図5に示すように、前記前板73の裏側でかつ前記開口部22の穿設部位を囲む所要箇所に、複数(実施例では4つ)のボス部(突起)23が後方に向かって夫々突設されると共に、各ボス部23の後端部(頂面)にはネジ孔(図示せず)を夫々穿設してある。そして、前記出力装置20の取付ベース20aと前記前板73との間に前記保護カバー体30を介装して、前記出力部21を前記開口部22に整合させた状態で、出力装置20の後方からサブフレーム24(後述)を前記ボス部23に取付けることで、該出力装置20を下枠部材41の裏側に取付けるようになっている。

(出力装置の保護カバー体)
前記保護カバー体30は、前記出力装置20における出力部21の前側に位置して前記前板73の開口部22を介して外部に臨み、該開口部22の後方に位置する出力部21の保護や装飾手段として機能する。ここで、図6に示すように、前記保護カバー体30は、前記出力装置20の出力部21から出力される各種効果音の通過を許容し得る通孔31a,33aが夫々形成されて、前後方向に重ね合わされる第1カバー部材31、第2カバー部材33および取付枠37から構成される。なお、前記出力装置20における出力部21の前側に前記第1カバー部材31が配設され、該第1カバー部材31の前側に第2カバー部材33が重ねられると共に、該第2カバー部材33の前側に取付枠37が重ねられる。

(第1カバー部材)
前記第1カバー部材31は、図6〜図9に示すように、前記出力装置20における出力部21の外周形状より僅かに小さな相似形状の略楕円の枠体状に形成された外郭枠32と、該外郭枠32と相似形状の複数の規制部31bとから構成されている。また、複数の規制部31bの夫々は、前後方向に所要間隔で離間すると共に、後側(出力部21側)に向かうにつれて外形寸法が順次小さくなるよう構成されており、各規制部31b間にスリット形状の開口部31aが夫々形成される。すなわち、前記第1カバー部材31は、前記出力装置20の出力部21と同様に、その略中央部に向かって凹形状に形成されており、該第1カバー部材31を出力装置20に取付けた際に、出力部21に各規制部31bが近接するようになっている。

このため、図9に示すように、前記第1カバー部材31に形成されるスリット形状の開口部31aを前方向から見た場合の開口幅Zを狭くしても、斜め方向に開口する開口幅Yは充分に広くなっている。なお、前記第1カバー部材31を前面から見た場合の開口部31aの開口幅Zは、前記第2カバー部材33に開口させる後述の開口部33aの直径より小さく設定されている(図10(a),(b)参照)。また、前記各規制部31bは、前記外郭枠32の周方向に離間し、後方に向かうにつれて外郭枠32の略中央に収束するよう設けられて、規制部としても機能する複数の連結部材31cを介して外郭枠32に連結固定される。すなわち、前記第1カバー部材31を前記出力装置20に取付けた状態で、該第1カバー部材31に形成した各規制部31bおよび連結部材31cにより、前記開口部31aを介して異物が裏側へ通入するのは規制されて、前記出力部21の損傷を防止し得るようになっている。

更に、図6〜図9に示すように、前記第1カバー部材31の外郭枠32における外周面の上端および下端の略中央位置に係止片32aが夫々形成され、前記第2カバー部材33に形成される後述の係止孔35aに係止片32aが着脱可能に嵌合するよう構成される。更にまた、前記外郭枠32における外周面の所要位置には複数の突状部32bが形成されており、前記第1カバー部材31と第2カバー部材33とを組付ける際に、該突状部32bが両部材31,33の間に嵌入されて強固に固定するようになっている。

(第2カバー部材)
前記第1カバー部材31の前側に重ねて配設される前記第2カバー部材33は、図6に示すように、第1カバー部材31の外郭枠32と対応する大きさの皿状に形成される平面部34と、該平面部34の全周に亘り後方に向かって突設される枠部35とから構成され、該平面部34には略円形の複数の開口部33aが形成されている。なお前述したように、前記第2カバー部材33の開口部33aの直径は、前記第1カバー部材31を前面から見た場合の開口部31aの開口幅Zより大きくなるよう設定されている。また、図6または図7に示すように、前記第2カバー部材33における枠部35の後方端の全周に亘って、外方向に延出する第1のフランジ部35bが形成されており、この第1のフランジ35bが前記出力装置20の取付ベース20aに当接するよう構成されている。また、前記取付枠37に形成される後述の第2のフランジ部37bに、前記第1のフランジ部35bが当接することで、該第2カバー部材33の位置決めがなされるようになっている。

(保護部材の作用)

なお、実施例では、出力装置の出力部を保護し得る保護カバー体を構成するカバー部材を2つとした場合で説明したが、3つ以上のカバー部材で構成することも可能である。この場合も、カバー部材に形成する開口部を夫々異なる形状とすることで、外部からの異物の通入を防止して、前記出力部の損傷を防ぐことができる。ここで、3つ以上のカバー部材で保護カバー体を構成する場合には、その開口面積が必要以上に小さくならないよう注意が必要である。また、夫々のカバー部材およびその開口部の形状は、実施例のものに限られるものではなく、三角形、四角形、星型その他の形状を採用し得る。例えば、後側に配設されるカバー部材の外郭枠を略円形に形成し、その略中央部に向かって凹形状に形成された規制部に所要径の開口部を複数形成し、前側に配設されるカバー部材を該外郭枠と対応する大きさの略円形に形成して、その平面部に矩形の開口部を形成することも可能である。このとき、前記後側のカバー部材に形成される開口部を、前側のカバー部材に形成される開口部より小さく設定することで、外部からの異物の通入を防止して、前記出力部の損傷を防ぐことができる。
