Description
【0001】

[0007]
Accordingly, an object of the present invention is to provide a method for coating a contamination-preventing sheath on an insertion portion of an endoscope, which can easily cover the insertion portion of the endoscope with a simple structure.
[0008]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to achieve the above object, according to the method of covering the insertion portion of the endoscope of the present invention with the anti-contamination sheath, the insertion portion is covered with the insertion portion in order to insulate the insertion portion of the endoscope from the external environment when the endoscope is used. In the coating method of the contamination prevention sheath for the insertion portion of the endoscope for covering the insertion portion with the contamination prevention sheath made of a detachable flexible and elastic material, the inner diameter dimension of the contamination prevention sheath is defined as the outer diameter of the insertion portion. The anti-contamination sheath is formed to be larger than the size, and is crushed in the axial direction before being covered with the insertion portion, folded in a bellows shape, and then covered with the insertion portion while being stretched in the axial direction.
[0009]
An engagable base that is detachable near the proximal end of the insertion portion of the endoscope is attached to the proximal end opening side of the contamination prevention sheath, and locks the engagement base near the proximal end of the insertion portion. If the anti-contamination sheath is stretched in the axial direction, the anti-contamination sheath will not sag, so it is easy to use, and the anti-contamination sheath is stretched in the axial direction to reduce the diameter and adhere to the outer surface of the insertion portion. If it does, it can be used more smoothly.
[0010]
In addition, the distal end of the channel tube disposed along the axial direction in the contamination prevention sheath is fixed to the distal end of the contamination prevention sheath, the proximal end extends from the proximal opening side of the contamination prevention sheath, and the channel tube is inserted. In the case where the guide channel is formed in the insertion portion, the channel tube passed through the guide channel can be covered smoothly by pulling the channel tube from the base end side and covering the insertion portion with the contamination prevention sheath. .
