BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a simple tray suitable for storing meat, seafood and the like sold at supermarkets and convenience stores, and more particularly, a thin flexible member such as a film sheet member. Alternatively, the present invention relates to a simple tray that can be easily manufactured using a tubular sheet material or the like.
[0002]
[Prior art]
In stores such as supermarkets and convenience stores, fruits, vegetables and the like are sold in a packaging bag formed of a transparent film or stored in a tray made of a polystyrene foam material. Various packaging bags and foamed polystyrene trays are commercially available and used depending on the application, and are often found in the patent literature. (For example,

[0004]
Among the trays, a polystyrene foam tray is often used and occupies the mainstream of the tray. The reason is that the fired polystyrene tray is lightweight and convenient to carry while having a predetermined thickness, and since it does not deform, it can hold the stored item in its stored state and protect it from external forces. It is. On the other hand, since it is thick, it is bulky during transportation and storage, and it is not easy to print the names of stored items during production. For this reason, printing of product names, producer names, and the like has only to stick a piece of paper printed elsewhere on a tray or stamp it. Furthermore, in recent years, the use of plastic products in plastic products has been contributing to the destruction of the global environment due to the generation of carbon dioxide by incineration and the accompanying global warming and generation of dioxins. There is an urgent social demand to minimize the amount of waste or to efficiently dispose of it. As part of this request, plastic products are separated and collected as resource waste, and the activities for recycling and using them are also popular. However, there is a limit to making the collection of plastic products well-known and thorough, and it may be cumbersome for some households, so plastic products are routinely discharged as household waste, or while being aware of the separate collection of plastic products. However, it was not uncommon to accidentally dispose of it as household waste.
[0005]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
In this situation, if many styrene foam trays continue to be sold and used in the future, it will become more difficult to solve environmental problems and accelerate environmental destruction. For this reason, research and development of environmentally friendly trays are being promoted in place of polystyrene foam trays. As one of the countermeasures,

It is preferable that a tubular sheet material is used for the member, and a predetermined amount of air is enclosed in the bottom wall or / and the side wall.
[0012]
Each of these simple trays is manufactured by using a flexible sheet member and bending the sheet material, partially cutting it, or fixing a part thereof. Therefore, specially complicated machines and equipment are not required for tray production.
In addition, since a flexible sheet material is used, the amount of material used can be significantly reduced, for example, from a quarter to one tenth, compared to a tray using a conventional foamed polystyrene material. In addition, any printing can be performed on the sheet material, and the tray contents, the product name, the price, and the like can be easily printed or attached to the front end portion. Further, the tray material can be easily prevented from being deformed by doubling the sheet material and interposing cardboard or the like between them. Furthermore, by using a tube-like sheet material, not only can a similar cardboard or the like be inserted into the tube for reinforcement, but a predetermined amount of air is sealed in the bottom wall and / or side wall. Also, a buffer function can be provided.

【The invention's effect】
As described in detail above, according to the simple tray of the present invention, a simple tray with a simple configuration can be easily manufactured with a single sheet member having flexibility. In addition, it is possible to provide a buffering function with a simple configuration with little loss of shape. More specifically, since the simple tray of the present invention can be formed of a flexible sheet material, it can be easily manufactured by simply bending or using an appropriate fixing means without the need for specially expensive equipment. it can. In addition, the amount of material used for the tray can be extremely reduced compared to conventional foamed polystyrene trays. As a result, saving resources and handling during transportation are simplified, storage space is not required, and the amount of materials used is remarkably reduced, which makes it possible to eliminate disposal, especially pollution, and is environmentally friendly. .
