この発明は、塔槽類の外壁面を補修する外壁面補修装置及び外壁面補修自動化システムに関するものである。

【従来の技術】
塔槽類の外壁面の補修として、例えば、石油備蓄タンク等の垂直壁面の塗り替えを行なう場合、壁面の塗膜を除去して再度塗装する作業が行なわれる。

この壁面の塗膜を除去する作業は、塔槽類の外壁面にゴンドラを吊り下げ、これに作業員が搭乗してディスクサンダやケレン棒等を用いて劣化塗膜を除去していた。また、主軸の回転で剥離金具の遠心力で打撃して塗膜を除去するものがある(例えば、特許文献1参照)。

また、塗装用ローラや刷毛を用いて外壁面の塗装を行っていた。また、壁面に吸着しながら移動し、ブラスト装置により塗膜を剥離するロボットもあった。さらに、塗装ロボット自体をウインチによって上下に移動させて塗装するものがある(例えば、特許文献2参照)。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
このように、劣化塗膜除去作業及び塗装作業は人力による高所作業のため、危険が伴う。また、劣化塗膜除去作業は、電動工具を把持したまま長時間に及ぶため疲労し易く、また剥離した劣化塗膜が飛散するなど、苦渋作業である。さらに、特許文献1のものでは、壁面を痛めやすく、均一な作業が困難であった。

また、ブラスト装置により塗膜を完全に除去し、金属光沢面を露出させてしまうため、塗り替え時に需要の多い傾度の塗膜剥離作業が行えなかった。さらに、ブラスト装置の付帯設備や消費エネルギーが大きいといった問題があった。

また、塗装作業では有機溶剤を吸引し易いといった問題があった。

この発明は、かかる点に鑑みてなされたもので、危険な高所作業を不要にして、補修作業が簡単かつ容易に行なうことが可能な外壁面補修装置及び外壁面補修自動化システムを提供することを目的としている。

補修物の外壁面の補修を行なう補修装置と、
前記壁補修装置を前記外壁面に沿って移動させる移動装置と、
前記補修物の上方に設置される吊り台車と、下方に設置されるワイヤ緊張ユニットと、
前記吊り台車と前記ワイヤ緊張ユニットとの間に所定間隔で張られる左右一対のワイヤとを有する吊り装置とを備え、

この実施の形態の外壁面補修自動化システム1は、補修物である塔槽類2の外壁面2aの劣化塗膜を除去し、塗装する補修を行なうもので、外壁面補修装置3と遠隔操作装置4とを有する。塔槽類2は、下部2bの外周に台部が設けられ、上部2cの外周に散水用配管10が支柱11によって支持され、散水用配管10には水を噴射するノズル12が設けられ、さらに上部2cに手摺13が設けられている。また、塔槽類2の外壁面に沿って昇降用階段14が設けられている。

次に、外壁面補修装置3と遠隔操作装置4について説明する。まず、外壁面補修装置3は、補修装置5、移動装置6、吊り装置7を有する。

補修装置5は、補修物の外壁面の補修を行ない、外壁面2aの劣化塗膜を除去する壁面塗膜除去装置または外壁面を塗装する塗装装置等である。この壁面塗膜除去装置と塗装装置を別々に構成したものでも、一体に構成したものでも良い。さらに、補修装置5は、壁面塗膜除去装置や塗装装置に限定されず、例えば補修のための検査装置や着色装置等も含めることができる。

移動装置6は、壁補修装置5を外壁面2aに沿って移動させるもので、吊り装置7に備えられる。吊り装置7は、補修物の上方に設置される吊り台車20と、下方に設置されるワイヤ緊張ユニット30と、吊り台車20とワイヤ緊張ユニット30との間に所定間隔で張られる左右一対の吊りワイヤ40とを有し、左右一対の吊りワイヤ40の間に移動装置6を備え、この移動装置6に補修装置5が設けられている。

吊り台車20は、図3、図8乃至図10に示すように、本体フレーム21、可動アーム22、移動用車輪23、アクチュエータ24、カウンタウェイト25、吊りアーム26、控えワイヤ99、制御装置28から構成され、各部を分割して人力により設置箇所まで運搬することができる。また、吊り台車20は、簡易なウインチにより吊り上げてもよい。

可動アーム22には、左右一対の吊りワイヤ40を吊る吊りアーム26が設けられ、アクチュエータ24を駆動して吊りアーム26を可動する。図8の上端部作業時では補修装置5が上方に位置しており、アクチュエータ24が吊りアーム26の先端部26aを外壁面2aから離れた位置に保持し、図9の中間部作業時では補修装置5が中間に位置しており、アクチュエータ24が吊りアーム26の先端部26aを外壁面2aからやや離れた位置に保持し、図10の下端部作業時では補修装置5が下方に位置しており、アクチュエータ24が吊りアーム26の先端部26aを外壁面2aから近付けた位置に保持する。

アクチュエータ24の制御は、補修装置5を構成する壁面塗膜除去装置や塗装装置の上端部、中間部、下端部での作業負荷をモニタし、作業負荷が一定の値になるように吊りアーム26を作動し、補修装置5の吊り高さの違いによって変化する外壁面への押し付け圧力を調整可能であり、これにより高い補修品質を保つことができる。

ワイヤ緊張ユニット30は、図5乃至図7に示すように、左右一対のワイヤの下端にそれぞれ取り付けられたベース31と、このベース31の間隔を保持する間隔保持部材32と、ベース31に配置されるウエイト33と、左右一対の吊りワイヤ40に張力を与えるテンション装置34とを有する。テンション装置34に吊りワイヤ40が滑車35を介して連結される。テンション装置34は、例えばスプリングのトルク変化をテーパードラムにすることによってバランスがとれる機構にしたもので、左右一対の吊りワイヤ40に所定の張力を与える。

移動装置6には、図11及び図12に示すように、補修装置5が搭載され、駆動モータ及び動力伝達手段等の駆動装置64により左右水平方向に移動させると共に自身が持つ左右2台の主巻き上げ機60及び副巻き上げ機61のワイヤ巻上げモータにより上下に移動することができる。

例えば、壁補修装置5を、図12(b)に示すように、一対のワイヤ100で左右のウインチ101に吊し、左右のウインチ101の駆動で2本のワイヤ100の長さを調整することで一定の範囲を移動するものに比較すると、一点で吊り下げるため本体が揺れる、また中央上端部への移動は横方向への力が大きくなり、移動が不可能であるが、この実施の形態の図12(a)のものでは、横揺れせずに安定し、中央上端部への移動が可能である。

このように、回転軸513の回転による遠心力で、剥離部材517を外壁面2aの塗膜に接触させて剥離することで、剥離部材517はしなやかさがあるので外壁面2aの凹凸の表面に対応が可能であり、外壁面2aに溶接線や段差などがある箇所でも作業が可能となり、作業の機械化により作業能率を向上させ、しかも低コストで壁面を痛めることなく、均一な塗膜除去作業ができる。

箱状本体510の外フレーム511aには、重り532が設けられ、箱状本体510を壁面側に荷重を掛け、簡単な構造で箱状本体510の揺れを防止することができ、均一な塗膜除去作業が可能である。
