従来、建物ユニットの保管時や運搬時に、建物ユニットの上面の周囲に防水カバーを被覆するに際し、合板を天井に敷き防水カバーを被せるもの全体を軽量にするために合板を用いず、かつ防水カバーの上に雨水が溜まらないようにするため、特開昭61-257574号公報に記載の如く、防水カバーに空気袋を設け、この空気袋を圧縮空気により膨らませることによって防水カバーの天井面に排水勾配を設けるもの、実公昭56-39085号公報に記載の如く、建物ユニットの相対する天井梁の間に弾性支骨片を弓なり変形させた突っ張り状態で架け渡し、この弾性支骨片の上に防水カバーを被せることによって防水カバーの天井面に排水勾配を設けるものがある。

従来技術には以下の問題点がある。

請求項1の発明に係る建物ユニットの養生装置は、建物ユニットの上面の周囲に防水カバーを被覆するに際し、建物ユニットの上面にカバー持上具を載置し、カバー持上具が有している引張部材を引張操作することにより該カバー持上具を平伏状態から立上状態に変化させ、立上状態のカバー持上具により防水カバーを持上げ可能とする建物ユニットの養生装置であって、前記カバー持上具が、建物ユニットの上面に対し弾性的に弓なり変形できる変形部を備えた持上部材と、持上部材の変形部における建物ユニットの巾方向の一方側に位置する一端部を建物ユニットの周囲でその巾方向の他方側に連結する連結部材と、持上部材の変形部における建物ユニットの巾方向の他方側に位置する他端部を建物ユニットの巾方向の一方側に引張り、該持上部材の変形部を弓なり変形させるとともに、建物ユニットの周囲でその巾方向の一方側に接続する引張部材とを有して構成され、前記持上部材が、建物ユニットの上面に載置される基板ボードと、基板ボードの一端部に連結されて該基板ボードに折り重ね配置される変形ボードとを有し、該変形ボードは前記変形部を構成し、基板ボードの他端部に前記連結部材を連結し、変形ボードの自由端部に前記引張部材を連結してなるようにしたものである。
