Description

【0001】

[0001]
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a packaging device for packaging a product (packaged product) such as fresh food with a stretch film in a backyard of a supermarket, and more specifically, packaging having a function of correcting the position of a packaged product supplied to a packaging unit. Relates to the device.
[0002]
[Prior art]
For the film stretched on the packaging part, the elevator with the article to be packaged is pushed up from below, the upper surface of the article to be packaged is covered with the film, and the end of the film is folded into the bottom side of the article to be packaged. Various stretch film packaging devices have been developed. In the packaging apparatus in which the film end is folded after the folding of the other three film ends, the film end on the side opposite to the direction in which the packaged product is discharged after packaging is completed is opposed to the discharge side. Since the film is folded by a folding member that is fixed only at the end of the film, the position of the package is important.
[0003]
However, as shown in FIG. 11, when the work to carry the article 20 onto the elevator 21 is performed by the infeed conveyor 22, the front surface of the protrusion 23 erected on the surface of the conveyor is the starting end of the infeed conveyor. The product is brought into contact with the rear end surface of the product placed on the product placing unit 24 arranged on the side, and the product is conveyed in that state.
At this time, the product placed on the product mounting portion is corrected in direction and position by contact with the protrusion, and position correction is performed. That is, in the case of front side discharge in which the product carry-in side and the product discharge side are the same, the position of the product can be regulated by the infeed conveyor with protrusions.
[0004]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, in the system in which the operator places the article to be packaged on the elevator directly without placing the infeed conveyor as described above, the position of the article to be packaged cannot be regulated.
Note that a packaging device that does not include an infeed conveyor is desired as a packaging device that has a simple structure and is inexpensive.
[0005]
The present invention is a direct-mounting type packaging apparatus that can meet the market demands described above, and can be used to control the orientation, position, and the like of an object to be packaged placed on an elevator for subsequent packaging. It is an object to provide an apparatus.
[0006]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The technical means taken by the present invention in order to achieve the above object is to place an article to be packaged at a substantially upper limit position of the elevator, lower the elevator to position the article to be packaged below the packaging part, and then the upper surface of the elevator to be packaged raised can impact the material to be packaged from the bottom side with respect to films stretched to the packaging unit by increasing the covered with the film, the end of the film on the bottom side of the material to be packaged In the packaging apparatus that folds and wraps, the side portion of the article to be packaged placed on the elevator is in sliding contact with the lowering of the elevator, and is inclined inwardly from the side of the elevator. A guide means having an inclined surface is provided .
As a result, even if there is no infeed conveyor for carrying and placing the article to be packaged on the elevator, the position of the article to be packaged for packaging can be regulated only by placing the article on the elevator and lowering it. Therefore, even with a packaging device in which an operator places an article to be packaged directly on an elevator, packaging with a good finish is possible.
[0007]
The folding of the film end is not limited to the packaging device that performs the final folding when the packaged object is discharged by the discharge pusher, and the packaging and the direction and position of the packaged article should be corrected when the film end is folded. Any device can be applied.
For example, in the case of a packaging apparatus in which folding of the film end is performed after folding of the film end on the side facing the discharge side of the packaged object after folding of the other film end, the guide means is on the discharge side of the elevator It arrange | positions in the side part which opposes. Thereby, position control of the side facing the most important discharge side can be performed.
[0008]
Moreover, although the said guide means is arrange | positioned to the side of the path | route which an elevator raises / lowers vertically, the arrangement | positioning may be provided in the member which comprises a packaging apparatus, or may be provided exclusively as a guide means.
For example, when the weighing device is provided in the packaging device, the weighing device is formed below the elevator and integrally formed on a weighing pan that constitutes the weighing table. In this case, the weighing pan is disposed at a position slightly higher than the lowest position of the elevator (Claim 3).
Further, in the case where the guide means is provided on the weighing pan of the weighing platform, the guide means is erected on the side edge of the upper surface of the weighing dish facing the discharge side, and is inclined at a predetermined angle toward the discharge side. Item 4). Thereby, the position regulation of a to-be-packaged object is performed reliably because the elevator which mounted the to-be-packaged object falls to a lower limit position.
[0009]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.
FIG. 1 shows an outline of a stretch film wrapping apparatus of a type in which a so-called packaged object is directly placed on an elevator without an infeed conveyor, and the wrapping apparatus A is an abbreviated shape in a machine frame 1 having a substantially rectangular parallelepiped shape. At the center position, an elevator 2 that supports the article to be packaged a and moves up and down is arranged, and at a position slightly below the upper limit position of the elevator 2 is provided a packaging portion b that stretches and holds a film used for packaging, On the side of the packaging part b, a roll arrangement part 3 for supplying a film for packaging the article a to be packaged is provided, and a film roll 4 is set on the roll arrangement part 3.
[0010]
Further, a film transport means 5 is disposed in a path passing over the packaging part b from a position above the roll placement section 3, and both sides of the film 4 ′ fed out from the film roll 4 by the film transport means 5. The film 4 ′ is drawn and cut by a predetermined length with the film interposed therebetween, and the cut film 4 ′ is stretched around the packaging part b.
[0011]
Furthermore, left and right folding plates 6, 6 'and a rear folding plate 7 are arranged above the conveying means 5, and the end of the film 4' covering the top surface of the packaged object a is placed on the bottom side of the packaged object a. The discharge pusher 8 is disposed above the rear folding plate 7 so that the packaged article a ′ can be pushed and discharged horizontally toward the heat seal part (discharge part) 9. Has been. The front end of the film 4 ′ is folded to the bottom surface side of the article to be wrapped a by being pushed to the heat seal portion 9, and the end portion of the folded film is heat sealed by the heat seal portion 9 for packaging. Complete.
A weighing table 10 is disposed below the elevator 2, and when the elevator on which the article to be packaged a is lowered to the lower limit position, the article to be packaged a is placed on the weighing table 10 and is weighed. Configured to get.
[0012]
The elevator 2 is a mounting table on which the article to be packaged a is placed. The elevator 2 pushes up the article to be packaged a from the lower side with respect to the film 4 ′ stretched on the packaging part b, and covers the upper surface of the article to be packaged a. It functions to wrap the film 4 ', and includes an elevating part 2a and an elevator head 2b. The elevating part 2a is directed downward on the upper surface plate 201 to which the elevator head 2b is attached and the width direction ends of the upper surface plate 201. The side plates 202 and 202 ′ that are vertically attached are substantially gate-shaped, and one end portion of the connecting plate 203 is attached across the left and right side plates 202 and 202 ′, and the other end portion of the connecting plate 203 is the machine frame 1. It is connected to. The left and right side plates 202, 202 ′ and the machine frame 1 are provided with links 204, 204 ′ located below the connecting plate 203 to constitute a lifting link mechanism.
The elevating unit 2a is operated in the vertical direction by rotating the electric motor 205 through a rotating shaft 206, an operating rod 207 connected to the rotating shaft 206, and a vertical rod 208 connected to the operating rod 207, and is in a certain range. Move up and down.
In addition, the start position and the end position of the upper and lower one cycle in the elevator 2 are set to upper limit positions on which the packaged object a is placed or packaging is performed.
[0013]
Further, the upper surface plate 201 of the elevating part 2a is configured such that the gap 11 penetrating in the vertical direction is formed in a substantially comb-like shape on the plane, the weighing platform 10 is disposed at a lower position corresponding to the upper surface plate 201, and the elevator 2 is lowered. When this is done, the weighing pan 10b constituting the weighing platform 10 is fitted and protruded into the gap 11 so that the packaged object a on the elevator 2 can be mounted and the weight of the packaged object a can be measured. . It should be noted that the elevator 2 is stopped from rising until the elevator 2 is lowered to the lower limit position and the weighing table 10 is completely weighed.
[0014]
The elevator head 2b attached to the upper surface of the top plate 201 having a comb-teeth shape is a well-known one in which a head member is attached to the upper part of a rod rod so as to be able to fall down. It is installed upright at a predetermined interval.
Then, the article a to be packaged is placed on the elevator head 2b of the elevator 2 when the elevator 2 is located at the upper limit position, and the elevator 2 is lowered after the article to be packaged a is placed. .
The lowering of the elevator 2 is configured to be performed by detecting the presence / absence of the article to be packaged a on the elevator head 2b of the elevator 2.
Whether or not the article to be packaged a is placed on the elevator 2 located at the upper limit position is detected by the article detection sensor 13 disposed in the packaging portion b which is the upper limit position of the elevator 2, and the article detection sensor. Thirteen detection signals are used as conditions for starting the elevator 2 to descend.
[0015]
The film conveying means 5 sandwiches and holds both sides of the leading end portion of the film fed from the film roll 4 set in the roll arrangement portion 3 arranged at the upstream position from the packaging portion b, and addresses the length necessary for packaging. It is pulled out and cut and stretched and held on the packaging part b.
The film conveying means 5 includes a pair of upper and lower endless elastic belts 5a and 5a 'sandwiching a side end in the width direction of the film, and a clamp that presses the lower elastic belt 5a' toward the upper elastic belt 5a. It consists of a plate 5b and a presser belt 5c arranged so as to overlap the upper surface on the start end side of the lower elastic belt 5a ', and these are arranged on the front and back with the packaging part b interposed therebetween.
The pair of front and rear constituent members described above are supported by mounting frames 5d and 5d ', and the mounting frames 5d and 5d' are fixed to the machine frame 1 with a predetermined interval.
[0016]
The pair of upper and lower endless elastic belts 5a and 5a 'constituting the film conveying means 5 are driven and rotated in the same direction so that the film can be held and conveyed. The drive system includes a pulley (not shown) that rotates a drive roller 5f ′ around which a lower elastic belt 5a ′ is wound by a motor 5e with a speed reducer, and is fixed to the shaft of the drive roller 5f ′. The belt is wound around a pulley (not shown) fixed to the shaft of the drive roller 5f around which the upper elastic belt 5a is wound so that power is transmitted and the upper elastic belt 5a also rotates. It is configured. The upper and lower elastic belts are equipped with a tension adjusting mechanism in the middle so that the film can be held and conveyed stably and reliably.
Also, the clamp plate 5b that presses the lower elastic belt 5a 'against the upper elastic belt 5a is divided into three as shown in FIG. 2, and the three clamp plates are respectively independent by electromagnetic solenoids or the like. Then, it is driven in the vertical direction, pressed against the lower elastic belt 5a ′, and separated from the lower elastic belt 5a ′. Therefore, the release timing of the three divided clamp plates 5b can be changed separately.
[0018]
Further, on the starting end side of the film conveying means 5, there is provided a pressure-bonding portion 12 that stops the movement of the film by pressure-bonding the front end portion of the film with the lower elastic belt 5a 'and the presser belt 5c. A perforation blade 14 for making a perforation for cutting the film fed from the film roll 4 further upstream is disposed so as to advance and retract in a direction perpendicular to the film surface.
As a result, the leading end portion of the film positioned on the downstream side through the crimping portion 12 installed on the starting end side of the film conveying means 5 is sandwiched by the driving of the conveying means and pulled out by a predetermined length. When the perforation blade 14 is actuated at the pulled-out position to form a perforation on the film 4, the perforation portion is conveyed to a position that has passed through the crimping portion 12, and the perforation passes through the crimping portion 12. The crimping portion 12 is activated to stop the movement of the film. Thereby, since the film located downstream from the crimping part 12 is pulled downstream by driving the film conveying means 5, the film 4 ′ having a predetermined length that is torn and cut at the perforation part is applied to the packaging part b. The stretch is held.
[0019]
As shown in FIGS. 1 and 4, the weighing platform 10 disposed below the elevator 2 includes a scale body 10 a and a weighing pan 10 b on which a packaged object a to be weighed is placed. The upper surface of the weighing pan 10b on which the article a is to be packaged is configured to have a raised floor shape so as to be located slightly above the lowest lowered position (lower limit position) of the elevator 2, and on the upper surface, A groove 15 through which the comb-like top plate of the elevator 2 can pass is formed in a substantially comb-like shape on a plane.
In addition, two guide means 16 are erected on the side edge of the upper surface of the weighing pan 10b on the side where the packaged object a ′, which has been packaged, is discharged, and is vertically formed in the vertical direction. A side surface, that is, a surface facing the outer peripheral surface of the article to be packaged a placed on the elevator 2 is formed on an inclined surface 16a inclined toward the inner side of the weighing pan. The inclination angle is, for example, around 75 degrees. The guide means 16 corrects the position of the article a to be packaged placed on the elevator 2 so that the article a is placed on a predetermined position of the weighing platform 10, and after the completion of weighing, the article a is placed on the elevator 2 again and stretched on the packaging portion b. The object to be packaged a is positioned at a substantially central position of the packaging part b when pushed up to the film 4 '.
[0020]
In addition, a removal sensor 17 that detects the presence or absence of the packaged object a ′ that has been packaged is disposed in the heat seal portion 9, and the removal sensor 17 and the article detection sensor 13 that is disposed in the packaging portion b. A safety sensor 18 is disposed between them.
The safety sensor 18 is a sensor that detects whether there is an operator's hand or the like in the vicinity of the heat seal portion 9, and when it is confirmed that there is no operator's hand or the like within at least the monitoring range of the sensor 18, the packaging cycle starts. Is possible.
That is, it is removed when the article detection sensor 13 arranged in the packaging part b detects the presence of the packaged object a and is “ON”, and the safety sensor 18 detects the absence of an operator's hand and the like and is “OFF”. When the sensor 17 detects that the article to be packaged a 'has been removed, that is, when the sensor 17 changes from "ON" to "OFF", packaging starts. In addition, the packaging operation is started by operating the start key under the conditions (article detection sensor 13: ON, removal sensor 17: OFF, safety sensor 18: OFF). The packaging operation starts when the above conditions are met.
[0021]
Next, the packaging operation and the position regulating operation by the packaging apparatus will be described with reference to FIGS.
(1) First, it is confirmed that the elevator 2 is positioned at the upper limit position, and the article to be packaged a is placed on the elevator 2. Then, the article detection sensor 13 detects that the article to be packaged a is placed on the elevator 2 (see FIG. 5).
(2) When the article detection sensor 13 detects the presence of the packaged object a and the above conditions are met, the elevator 2 starts to descend, and the upper end of the packaged article a placed on the elevator 2 is the packaging part b. Move to be positioned lower.
[0022]
(3) When the upper end of the article to be packaged a is located below the packaging part b, the film conveying means 5 is operated to pull out the film from the film roll 4, and the film 4 'is perforated by the operation of the crimping part 12. It cut | disconnects and the film 4 'of the predetermined length is stretched around the packaging part b. The descending elevator 2 continues to descend while passing through the weighing pan 10b, with the comb-like gap 11 and the comb-like groove 15 in the weighing pan 10b of the weighing platform 10 meshing with each other. At this time, for example, when the center position O of the article a to be packaged placed on the elevator 2 is shifted by the dimension L in the discharge side direction (left direction in the drawing) with respect to the optimum packaging position O ′, The peripheral surface on the discharge side of the package a comes into contact with the inclined surface 16a of the guide projection 16 formed on the weighing pan 10b (see FIG. 6).
[0023]
(4) When the elevator 2 is lowered, the article to be packaged a is moved in the center direction of the elevator 2 (to the right in the drawing) by sliding contact with the inclined surface 16a of the guide means 16, and if it is a square tray, Is also corrected (see FIG. 7).
(5) When the elevator 2 reaches the lowest lowered position (lower limit position), the article to be packaged a that has been placed on the elevator 2 is transferred onto the weighing pan 10b of the weighing table 10, and the weight of the article to be packaged a is increased. At the same time, the guide means 16 acts to correct the movement so that the center of the packaged object a is positioned on the center line of the elevator 2 (see FIGS. 8 and 9). In this position correction, the edge of the packaged object a that faces the discharge side is corrected to the optimum position at the appropriate distance L ′ (about 1 to 2 cm) away from the front folding roller 19 and in the correct orientation.
[0024]
(6) When the weighing by the weighing platform 10 is completed, the elevator 2 located at the lowest lowered position (lower limit position) starts to rise, and the article a to be packaged placed on the weighing platform 10 is placed on the elevator 2 again. To rise. And the to-be-packaged object a is pushed up by film 4 'stretched by the packaging part b, and the upper surface of this to-be-packaged object a is wrapped with film 4' (refer FIG. 10).
When the elevator 2 passes through the packaging part b, the left and right folding plates 6 and 6 ′ and then the rear folding plate 7 moves in the central direction of the packaging part b to move the end of the film 4 ′ that wraps the packaged object a. Fold it into the bottom side of the item to be packaged a. When the folding by the left and right folding plates 6 and 6 ′ and the rear folding plate 7 is completed, the discharge pusher 8 is actuated and the packaged object “a” in which the film ends of the three sides are folded is pushed and discharged toward the heat seal portion 9. To do. At this time, the front film end portion (side facing the discharge side) that has not yet been folded is folded on the bottom surface side by passing over the front folding roller 19 disposed in front of the heat seal portion 9. The overlapping part of each film end part folded in the heat seal part 9 is heat sealed. The sensor 17 detects that the packaged object a ′ whose packaging has been completed has been removed from the heat seal portion 9, and the safety sensor 18 also detects that the operator's hand is not near the heat seal portion 9. If so, the next packaging process starts.
[0025]
The present invention is not limited to the above-described embodiment, and can be applied to the following modifications.
(A) The installation position of the guide means is not limited to the discharge side of the packaged object a, and may be arranged on the left or right or rear side. Moreover, the installation of the guide means is not limited to one side, and may be provided on a plurality of sides. When a plurality of guide means are provided, the effect of position restriction can be further enhanced. (B) It is not limited to the one that folds the end of the film at the time of discharging the object to be wrapped by the discharge pusher. If present, the present invention can be applied.
[0026]
【The invention's effect】
According to the film packaging apparatus of the present invention, the position of the package can be regulated without an infeed conveyor. As a result, even in a packaging apparatus in which the article to be packaged is directly placed on the elevator, the article to be packaged can be moved to an optimal position and can be packaged with good finish.
Further, with the configuration according to the second aspect, the most important position regulation on the discharge side can be performed.
Furthermore, according to the third and fourth aspects, the equipment for position regulation can be constructed at low cost and the position regulation can be performed reliably.
