Claims (15)
- 実耳測定用プローブ・チューブを補聴器のマイクロホンに結合させるためのアダプタであって,
補聴器のハウジングのまわりに配置されるようになっているスリーブを含み,上記スリーブは,音を上記プローブ・チューブから上記マイクロホンへと通過させる音開口を含むことを特徴とする,アダプタ。 - 上記スリーブは,上記音開口と接続されて配置されるとともに,上記プローブ・チューブの内壁に係合するようになっている管状部材を含むことを特徴とする,請求項1に記載のアダプタ。
- 上記管状部材は,金属管であることを特徴とする,請求項2に記載のアダプタ。
- 上記スリーブは,弾性材によって作られていることを特徴とする,請求項1から3のいずれか1項に記載のアダプタ。
- 上記スリーブは,少なくとも部分的に透明材によって作られていることを特徴とする,
請求項1から4のいずれか1項に記載のアダプタ。 - 上記スリーブは,シリコーン・ゴムによって作られていることを特徴とする,請求項1から5のいずれか1項に記載のアダプタ。

- プローブ・チューブと,上記プローブ・チューブをマイクロホンに接続するアダプタとからなる実耳測定装置において,
上記アダプタは,補聴器のハウジングのまわりに配置されるようになっているスリーブを含み,上記スリーブは,音を上記プローブ・チューブから上記マイクロホンへと通過させる音開口を含むことを特徴とする,実耳測定装置。 - 上記スリーブおよび上記プローブ・チューブは,一体的な部材を構成することを特徴とする,請求項10に記載の装置。
- 上記プローブ・チューブは,耳内における適正な位置決めのための位置決め手段を含むことを特徴とする,請求項10または11のいずれか1項に記載の装置。
- 上記位置決め手段は,上記プローブ・チューブに沿って摺動可能なスリーブを含むことを特徴とする,請求項12に記載の装置。
- 補聴器の内蔵マイクロホンを用いて実耳測定を実施する方法において,
プローブ・チューブと上記プローブ・チューブをマイクロホンに接続するアダプタとからなる実耳測定装置であって,上記アダプタは,補聴器のハウジングのまわりに配置されるようになっているスリーブを含み,上記スリーブは,音を上記プローブ・チューブから上記マイクロホンへと通過させる音開口を含む,そのような実耳測定装置を用意し,
上記装置を上記補聴器の上記ハウジングのまわりに取り付けて,上記音開口が,上記補聴器の上記内蔵マイクロホンの上に配置されるようにし,
上記プローブ・チューブを,耳内において,上記プローブ・チューブの自由端がイヤープラグと鼓膜との間における耳腔内において開口部を呈するような態様に配置し,
上記マイクロホンを用いて上記耳腔内において上記補聴器から生じる音の音圧を検出する,方法。 - 上記音圧の検出に先立って較正を行い,この較正において上記プローブ・チューブの上記自由端を上記補聴器の出力トランスデューサ付近に配置し,上記補聴器からの既知の信号に基づいて音圧を測定することを特徴とする,請求項14に記載の方法。
