Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a car wash machine provided with a cleaning means provided in a car wash machine main body, and for cleaning a vehicle by the cleaning means.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Conventionally, as shown in FIGS. 20 and 21, a car wash machine has a cleaning brush means including a top brush and a side brush for brushing and cleaning the vehicle to be cleaned 105, and a cleaning means such as a drying means including a top nozzle and a side nozzle. In many cases, it is installed outdoors with a car wash machine main body 100 provided with means. For this reason, rainwater that has fallen on the car wash machine main body 100 or snow melting water that has accumulated snow flows from the upper surface of the car wash machine main body 100 to the outer peripheral surface such as the front surface or the side surface, hangs down the outer peripheral surface, Therefore, there is a problem that the outer peripheral surface of the car wash machine main body 100 becomes dirty. Therefore, the upper surface 101 of the car wash machine main body 100 has an inclined surface that is inclined so that the rear surface 102 side is lower than the front surface 103 side so that rainwater or snowmelt water that falls on the upper surface 101 flows down to the rear surface 102. (In FIG. 20, the slope of the inclined surface of the upper surface 101 of the car wash machine body 100 is exaggeratedly drawn), which can be clearly seen from the driver, customer, worker, and the like of the vehicle 105 that causes the vehicle 105 to enter the car wash position. Dirt is prevented from adhering to the front surface 103 and the left and right side surfaces 104.
[0003]
Further, in the car wash machine, as shown in FIG. 20, while the car wash machine body 100 is moved forward on the travel rail 108 (moving from the left side of the travel rail 108 to the right side in the figure), a top nozzle, a side nozzle, etc. The drying means is sprayed from the drying means toward the vehicle 105 to be cleaned, and the car wash machine body 100 travels at a position where the rear surface 102 of the car wash machine body 100 passes the right end (see FIG. 20) of the vehicle 105. 2. Description of the Related Art A so-called drive-through type car wash machine is known in the art in which the car is stopped to finish the car wash and the vehicle 105 exits to the left (see FIG. 20) after the car wash is completed.
[0004]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
UpWhen a puddle of rainwater remains on the surface 101 or there is snow on the upper surface 101, rainwater or snowmelt dripping from the rear surface 102 on the vehicle body surface, or the snowfall falls, causing rainwater or snowmelt water or snow accumulation There is a possibility that substances that cause dirt contained in the car may remain on the vehicle body surface.
[0005]
Further, in the car wash machine that dries the vehicle 105 while moving the car wash machine main body 100 forward, when a rainwater puddle remains on the upper surface 101 or there is snow on the upper surface 101, drying by the drying nozzle is performed. There was a problem that rain water or snowmelt dripped from the rear surface 102 on the finished body surface, or the snow fall.
[0006]
The present invention has been made to solve the above problems,CoveredIt is possible to prevent rainwater and snowmelt collected on the upper surface from dripping into the washing vehicle and to prevent the snow from falling, and to reduce dirt on the rear surface.oneIn addition, it is possible to prevent rainwater and snowmelt accumulated on the upper surface of the vehicle to be cleaned after drying, and to prevent the snow from falling, and to reduce dirt on the rear surface.twoThe purpose.
[0007]
[Means for Solving the Problems]

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Hereinafter, the present inventionofEmbodiments will be described based on examples of the present invention shown in the accompanying drawings.
[0010]
First, referring to FIGS.First referenceAn example will be described.
[0011]
FIG.First reference example2 is a schematic plan view of the car wash machine, FIG. 3 is a front view of the car wash machine body, FIG. 4 is a side view of the car wash machine body, and FIG. 5 is a view of the car wash machine body. 6 is an enlarged partial sectional view taken along line 6-6 in FIG. 5, FIG. 7 is an enlarged partial sectional view taken along line 7-7 in FIG. 5, and FIG. 8 is taken along line 8-8 in FIG. FIG. 9 is a view showing a state in which rainwater is applied to the inclined upper surface portion of the car wash machine body from the oblique lateral direction.
[0012]
As shown in FIGS.First reference exampleAs usual, the car wash machine body 1 is a washing means for washing the vehicle 5 to be washed, a top brush 2 that is supported by the car wash machine body 1 so as to be movable up and down and cleans the upper surface of the vehicle 5 to be washed. A pair of left and right side brushes 3 that are supported by support rails 3a supported by the car wash machine main body 1 to clean the front and rear surfaces and the side surfaces of the vehicle 5 to be cleaned so that the car wash machine main body 1 can be reciprocated in the left-right direction. , 3 etc. are provided as appropriate. The cleaning means is also provided with a drying means for performing a drying process on the wet body surface following the cleaning using the brush or the like. The drying means is connected to a blower built in the car wash machine body 1 and blows air from both the top nozzle 6 of the air outlet for blowing air from above the vehicle 5 to be cleaned and from both sides of the vehicle 5 to be cleaned. A pair of left and right side nozzles 7, 7 and the like to be attached are provided as appropriate. The car wash machine body 1 is provided with a pair of left and right driving traveling wheels 8a and driven traveling wheels 8b driven by a driving motor (not shown) on the bottom, and the left and right driving and driven traveling wheels 8a and 8b are laid on a horizontal floor surface. The car wash machine body 1 is moved back and forth back and forth.
[0013]
A tire stopper 10 is provided on the floor surface between the running rails 9 and 9 to position the vehicle 5 to be cleaned at the vehicle washing position at the tire position of the vehicle 5 to be cleaned. The driver of the vehicle to be cleaned 5 entering the car wash position facing the car wash machine main body 1 can easily stop the vehicle to be cleaned 5 at the regular car wash position between the traveling rails 9 and 9 by the tire stopper 10. It has become. In addition, the car wash machine main body 1 is connected to a water storage tank, a water delivery pump, and the like (not shown) via a water pipe and the like, and constitutes a car wash machine together with these washing means. Then, the car wash machine main body 1 is moved forward and backward by a predetermined number of times with respect to the vehicle 5 to be cleaned at the car wash position and brushed with the brushes 2, 3 and 3. A series of washings including brushing washing and drying treatment can be performed by blowing the air from the top nozzle 6 and the side nozzle 7 and performing drying treatment on the vehicle 5 to be cleaned while turning backward at the front end. For vehicles to be cleaned manually using water at other locations, the vehicle may be cleaned only with the drying process, which is dry-baked in the first forward and dried again in the next reverse. It can be done.
[0014]
As shown in FIG. 3, the car wash machine body 1 is formed in a gate shape so as to travel on the traveling rails 9, 9 across the vehicle 5 to be cleaned.
[0015]
As shown in FIG. 3, the front surface 11 shown in FIGS. 1 and 2 has a front opening 11o surrounded by left and right leg portions 1L, 1R and an upper portion 1U connecting the both leg portions 1L, 1R. The rear surface 13 shown in FIGS. 1 and 2 is surrounded by both leg portions 1L, 1R and an upper portion 1U connecting the both leg portions 1L, 1R, and is located at the same position as the front opening 11o in FIG. The rear opening 13o is provided.
[0016]
As shown in FIG. 3, the side nozzles 7 and 7 protrude inward from the legs 1L and 1R (that is, the inner ends 7A and 7A of the side nozzles 7 and 7 protrude into the front opening 11o). The width between the inner ends 7A and 7A of the side nozzles 7 and 7 is set to the left and right width W in which the vehicle 5 to be cleaned can be positioned during cleaning. An operation panel 12 for operating various operations of the car wash machine including the car wash body 1 is provided on the front surface of the right leg 1R.
[0017]
As shown in FIGS. 3 and 4, the main body frame 15 constituting the main part of the portal-type car wash machine main body 1 has a plurality of outer plates made of metal or the like having a thickness of 1 mm or less outside the structure constituting the skeleton. The outer surface is formed by depositing the sheets. As shown most clearly in FIG. 6, corner frame members 16 are integrally provided at the uppermost portions on the left and right sides inside the main body frame 15. The outer upper portion of the corner frame member 16 is a curved surface (hereinafter referred to as a curved surface) whose cross-sectional arc (R = 30 to 60 mm) shape continues in the longitudinal (front-rear) direction. The corner frame member 16 extends in the front-rear direction of the main body frame 15, and is inclined forward and backward so that the front side 16A is raised. The base frame member 17 is mounted in parallel to the traveling rail 9 by supporting the rotation shafts of the front and rear driving wheels 8a and the driven wheels 8b. The corner frame members 16 and 16 on each side are symmetrical and have the same height, and between the corner frame members 16 and 16 on both sides, a plurality of intermediate frame members 18 cross in a beam shape in the left and right direction of the car wash machine body 1. The intermediate frame members 18 are horizontal in the left-right direction of the main body frame 15. By the corner frame member 16 and the intermediate frame member 18, the upper surface 20 of the main body frame 15 (hereinafter referred to as the frame upper surface 20) is inclined in the front-rear direction and forms a horizontal inclined surface in the left-right direction cross section. The frame upper surface 20 has a height difference of about 25 mm between the front end 20a of the frame upper surface 20 that is the high point of inclination and the rear end 20b of the frame upper surface 20 that is the low point of inclination. Further, since the longitudinal length of the main body frame 15 is about 2300 mm, the upper surface 20 of the frame is gently inclined.
[0018]
The front frame portion 15F at the upper front surface of the main body frame 15 is covered on the entire upper and lower and left and right surfaces with a metal-made outer plate to form the front head portion 24 (FIGS. 3 and 4). The front head portion 24 has an upper edge on the front side that is a curved surface 24 </ b> A, and the curved surface 24 </ b> A continues to both sides of the front head portion 24. The rear side of the curved surface 24A, that is, the upper surface 24B of the front head portion 24 is substantially horizontal.
[0019]
Side skins 25 are fixed to the left and right side surfaces 14, 14 of the main body frame 15 with fixing members such as bolts. As shown in FIG. 6, the side outer plate 25 has an upper portion curved inward so as to follow the arc shape of the corner frame member 16, and further extends to a horizontal portion inside the arc portion of the corner frame member 16. ing. On the horizontal portion of the side surface outer plate 25, the side end portion of the upper surface side outer plate 30 is overlapped. As shown in FIG. 5, the upper surface side outer plates 30, 30 are covered with three upper surface center outer plates 31, 32, 33 overlapping each other in the front-rear direction of the car wash body 1. The rear side of the main body frame 15 is covered with a rear outer plate 37 (see FIG. 8). The rear outer plate 37 is bent so that the frame upper surface 20 side slightly overlaps the upper surface central outer plate 33. By covering the frame upper surface 20 with the upper surface outer plates 30 to 33, an inclined surface 34 that is horizontal and inclined in the front-rear direction is formed in the cross section in the left-right direction of the car wash machine body 1. The inclined surface 34 is an overlapping portion of each of the outer plates 30 to 33 and the like, and is substantially flush with the gradient of the upper surface 20 of the frame (see FIG. 4), although there is a step similar to the thickness of the outer plate. It becomes a flat inclined surface inclined uniformly.
[0020]
Although not shown in the drawing portions of the leader lines 18, 18, 18, and 21 in FIG. 5, below the upper surface side outer plate 30 and the upper surface center outer plates 31 to 33 are shown in FIG. 4. The intermediate frame members 18, 18, 18 and the front frame member 21 pass in the vertical direction in FIG.
[0021]
A rear cover 47 is attached to the rearmost part of the car wash machine body 1 (see FIGS. 1 and 2). The rear cover 47 secures an opening that does not hinder the cleaning of the vehicle 5 to be cleaned while covering the side brush 3 portion exposed from the rear opening 13o of the main body frame 15.
[0022]
As shown in FIG. 6, each upper surface outer plate 30 to 33 such as the upper surface side outer plate 30 is thin along the edge of the upper surface outer plate 30 to 33 so as to cover the overlapping portion with the adjacent outer plate. The tape material 38 is affixed, and the tape material 38 can prevent the intrusion of rainwater from the gap between the outer plates 30 to 33. One of the outer plates 30 to 33, thisFirst referenceIn the example, a through-hole 44 (see FIG. 5) is provided at an appropriate location in the upper surface center outer plate 32 for passing a water distribution hose or the like that connects the car wash machine body 1 and an external device.
[0023]
Side protrusions 35 and 35 protruding upward from the inclined surface 34 are provided on the left and right sides of the inclined surface 34 (see FIGS. 5 and 6). The side protrusions 35, 35 are formed along the side end 30 </ b> A at a distance of about 300 mm from the side end 30 </ b> A of the upper surface side skins 30, 30 and extend in the front-rear direction of the car wash machine body 1. Yes. As shown in FIG. 6, the side protrusion 35 is formed by one piece 35P of a long angle member having an L-shaped cross section obtained by bending a thin plate at a right angle at an intermediate portion.
[0024]
The other piece 35L of the angle member is fixed to the upper surface outer plates 30 and 30 using a fixing member such as a rivet, and the one piece 35P is perpendicular to the inclined surface 34. The angle member is attached so that the other piece 35L is outside the one piece 35P.
[0025]
The inward surface 35 a and the outward surface 35 b of one piece 35 </ b> P that becomes the side protrusion 35 are perpendicular to the inclined surface 34 and have a hook shape or a wall shape on the inclined surface 34. The side protrusion 35 extends from the vicinity of the front end of the inclined surface 34 to the vicinity of the rear end. By making the side protrusion 35 into a thin plate shape, it is possible to widen the inclined surface portion outside the outward surface 35b while taking a wide inclined surface portion inside the inward surface 35a. The left and right side protrusions 35, 35 are narrower than the driving and driven wheels 8a, 8a and 8b, 8b in the left-right direction of the car wash machine body 1 and between the traveling rails 9, 9. Each protrusion 35 is located on each leg of the gate-type car wash machine body 1.1L, 1RIt is inside the center extension line (FIGS. 2 and 3).
[0026]
As shown in FIGS. 5 and 7, a front protrusion 36 is formed on the inclined surface 34 by fixing a long angle member to the front portion of the inclined surface 34. The front protrusion 36 is formed along the front end 34 </ b> A of the inclined surface 34, and extends in the left-right direction of the car wash machine body 1. The angle member that forms the front protrusion 36 is fixedly formed in the same manner as the angle member that forms the side protrusion 35. A front protrusion 36 is formed so as to connect the front ends of the left and right side protrusions 35, 35. As clearly shown in FIG. 5, the left and right side protrusions 35, 35 and the front protrusion 36 are opened to the rear of the car wash machine body 1 when viewed from above the car wash machine body 1. It is formed in a U shape. One piece 36P which becomes the front protrusion 36 is located behind the front end 34A of the inclined surface 34 at a distance of about 25 mm and is formed in the inclined surface 34. Therefore, the one piece 36P is not a vertical portion but an upper portion. Is slightly inclined rearward of the car wash machine main body 1 (see FIG. 7). The inward surface 36 a of one piece 36 </ b> P faces the rear of the car wash machine body 1, and the outward face 36 b faces the front of the car wash machine body 1. The front protrusion 36 extends to the open end 35Le (outer end) of the other piece 35L of the angle member whose end 36e forms the side protrusion 35, and both ends 36e of the front protrusion 36 are on the side. The protrusions 35 and 35 protrude slightly outward.
[0027]
The left end portion of the front protrusion 36 and the left side protrusion 35 are located behind the front protrusion 36 between the left side protrusion 35 and the right side protrusion 35 ( In the following description, “behind the front protrusion 36 between the left side protrusion 35 and the right side protrusion 35” is referred to as “inside the protrusion row”) so that rainwater does not flow out. The right end of the front protrusion 35 and the side protrusion 35 on the right side are connected so that the rainwater does not flow out.
[0028]
As described above, the front protrusion 36 and the side protrusions 35, 35 are formed on the inclined surface 34 of the car wash machine body 1 so as to have a substantially U-shaped protrusion that is open rearward. The The open ends 35Le and 36Le of the other pieces 35L and 36L of the angle members forming the left and right side protrusions 35 and 35 and the front protrusion 36 are covered in the longitudinal direction with the open ends 35Le and 36Le. As described above, the tape material 39 is applied from the upper side across the inclined surface 34 from the other pieces 35L, 36L (FIG. 7), and the gap with the upper surface side outer plate 30 or the like is eliminated.
[0029]
As shown in FIGS. 4 and 5, the outer plate of the front head portion 24 overlaps the front end portions of the upper surface side outer plate 30 and the upper surface central outer plate 31 on the front frame member 21 (FIG. 4) of the main body frame 15. Is done. On top of that, the end of the tape material 39 covering the open end 36Le of the angle member of the front protrusion 36 overlaps (see FIG. 7).
[0030]
In addition, in the inclined surface 34, two hanging metal fittings or fixing metal fitting bolt holes 45 that are attached during transportation are provided on the outer side of the side protrusion 35 (see FIG. 5).
[0031]
Next, this firstreferenceThe operation of the example will be described.
[0032]
When the amount of raindrops falling on the car wash machine main body 1 is small, rainwater gently flows backward along the slope on the gently inclined slope 34, and hangs down on the rear face 13. When the rain is on the side (hereinafter referred to as “the side rain”), if the inclined surface 34 of the car wash machine body 1 is gently inclined backward, the wind energy is further reduced by the rain energy of the falling raindrops. It acts and rainwater tries to flow according to the direction of lateral rain. BookFirst referenceIn the car wash machine main body 1 of the example, as shown below, dripping of rainwater on the conspicuous portions of the front surface 11 and the side surfaces 14 and 14 of the car wash machine main body can be suppressed.
[0033]
As shown in FIG. 9, when it is raining from the right side of the car wash machine body 1, the rainwater on the inclined surface 34 of the car wash machine body 1 is horizontal in the left-right direction. Therefore, it tries to flow toward the left side easily. At this time, the flow of rainwater is caused by the left and right side side protrusions 35, 35, the left side (outside) left inclined surface 34 a of the left side side protrusion 35, and the left and right side side protrusions 35, It is divided into an intermediate inclined surface 34b between 35 and a right inclined surface 34c on the right side (outside) of the side protrusion 35 on the right side. On the intermediate inclined surface 34b, rainwater flows toward the side protrusion 35 on the left side. The rainwater flow is blocked by the inward surface 35a of the left side protrusion 35 and is prevented from flowing to the left inclined surface 34a, so that the rainwater flows on the inward surface 35a of the left side protrusion 35a. Along the lower surface of the inclined surface 34, the air flows toward the rear (in the direction orthogonal to the paper surface of FIG. 9).
[0034]
On the left inclined surface 34a, rainwater that has fallen on the left inclined surface 34a flows toward the left side surface 14 of the car wash machine body 1 and hangs down on the left side surface 14, but there is no rainwater flow from the intermediate inclined surface 34b. Since rainwater flowing down the left side surface 14 decreases, soot and the like contained in the rainwater can be reduced from adhering to the left side surface 14, and dirt on the left side surface 14 can be reduced. In addition, it is possible to prevent rainwater from flowing to the left side surface 14 of substances that cause contamination such as dust and soot on the intermediate inclined surface 34b, and to reduce the contamination of the left side surface 14. In addition, the amount of dirt substances contained in the process of flowing rainwater to the left side surface 14 can be reduced by the fact that the flow rate of rainwater flowing through the left inclined surface 34a is small and the action of flowing dirt substances is weak and the area through which rainwater flows is small. Dirt on the left side surface 14 can be reduced.
[0035]
In the right inclined surface 34c, when the distance S from the side end 30A of the right upper surface side outer plate 30 to the side protrusion 35 on the right side is small, it directly contacts the outward surface 35b of the side protrusion 35 on the right side. Although there is a possibility that raindrops flow to the right inclined surface 34c and hang down the right side surface 14, the interval S is a predetermined distance or more (firstreferenceIn the example, about 300 mm), raindrops that directly hit the outward surface 35b of the side protrusion 35 on the right side are prevented from dripping on the right side 14. That is, when the interval S is set to a predetermined distance or more, the rainwater that directly hits the outwardly facing surface 35b of the side protrusion 35 on the right side and has flowed to the right inclined surface 34c, along with rainwater that has fallen on the right inclined surface 34c, to the right side 14. Without flowing, it flows toward the rear (the direction orthogonal to the paper surface of FIG. 9), which is the lower side of the right inclined surface 34c. This prevents raindrops that directly hit the outward surface 35 b of the right side side protrusion 35 from dripping the side surface 14. The interval S will be described later.
[0036]
In the case of lateral rain falling from the rear toward the car wash machine main body 1, the rainwater flow toward the front is blocked by the inward surface 36 a of the front protrusion 36 on the inclined surface 34 b behind the front protrusion 36. . Therefore, it is possible to prevent rainwater that has fallen on the inclined surface 34b behind the front protrusion 36 from flowing to the front surface 11, and to reduce the contamination of the front surface 11.
[0037]
Next, the case of the side rain that falls from the front toward the front surface of the car wash machine main body 1 will be described.
[0038]
Raindrops that directly hit the outward surface 36b of the front projection 36 may hang down the front surface 11. However, by providing the front projection 36 rearward with a distance of about 25 mm from the front end 34A of the inclined surface 34, Raindrops that directly hit the outward surface 36 b of the front protrusion 36 are prevented from dripping down the front surface 11. That is, the 25 mm width of the front portion of the front protrusion 36 (hereinafter referred to as “front inclined surface”) is an inclined surface that rises forward, so that the outward surface 36 b of the front protrusion 36 The rainwater that directly hits and flows on the “front inclined surface” flows on the “front inclined surface” in the left-right direction on the “front inclined surface” without flowing on the upper surface 24 B of the front head portion 24. Further, the rain water that has fallen on the upper surface 24B of the front head portion 24 flows to the “front inclined surface” and travels on the “front inclined surface” together with rain water that directly hits the outward surface 36b of the front protrusion 36. It flows in the left-right direction of the car wash machine body 1. The rainwater flowing in the left-right direction flows to the rear of the car wash machine body 1 on the left inclined surface 34a and the right inclined surface 34b. This prevents raindrops that directly hit the outward surface 36 b of the front protrusion 36 from dripping the front surface 11.
[0039]
Further, as described above, the left end portion of the front protrusion 36 and the side protrusion 35 on the left side are connected so that rainwater “inside the protrusion row” does not flow out, and the right end portion of the front protrusion 35 And the side protrusion 35 on the right side are connected so that the rainwater “inside the protrusion row” does not flow out, and as shown in FIG. 5, the rainwater “inside the protrusion row” reliably flows backward. It is like that. That is, in the case of lateral rain from the side, a part of the rainwater blocked by the inward surface 35a of the side protrusion 35 is located on the higher side of the inclined surface 34 along the inward surface 35a of the side protrusion 35. The forward flow is blocked by the inward surface 36 a of the front protrusion 36, and is prevented from flowing to the front surface 11 and the side surface 14.
[0040]
In addition, during lateral rain after the rear, a part of rainwater blocked by the inward surface 36a of the front protrusion 36 is directed toward the side protrusion 35 along the inward surface 36a of the front protrusion 36. The flow toward the side protrusion 35 is blocked by the inward surface 35a of the side protrusion 35, and is prevented from flowing to the front surface 11 and the side surface 14.
[0041]
Therefore, in the case of lateral rain from any direction, the raindrops that have fallen “inside the protrusion row” are blocked by the inward surface 35a of the side protrusion 35 and the inward surface 36a of the front protrusion 36. Then, it flows to the rear, which is the open side of the planar U-shaped protrusions formed by the front protrusion 36 and the side protrusions 35, 35, and flows to the rear surface 13 of the car wash machine body 1. In this way, the rain water dripping down the front surface 11 and the side surface 14 is reduced, and the front surface 11 and the side surface 14 are substances that cause dirt such as soot contained in the rain water, dust on the inclined surface 34, dust, etc. Reduce dirt.
[0042]
In addition, as for the space | interval S from the side edge 30A of the upper surface side outer plate | board 30 to the side part protrusion 35, 15-400 mm is desirable. In other words, if the distance S is less than 15 mm, raindrops that directly hit the outward surface 35 b of the side protrusion 35 may hang down the side surface 14. Moreover, when it exceeds 400 mm, the rain water which droops the side surface 14 cannot be reduced.
[0043]
The side protrusions 35 and 35 and the front protrusion 36 are preferably 5 to 20 mm from the inclined surface 34. In other words, if it is less than 5 mm, it is not possible to effectively block rainwater flowing from the “inside of the protrusion row” to the front surface 11 and the side surface 14. On the other hand, if it exceeds 20 mm, the effect of blocking rainwater flowing from the “inside of the protrusion row” to the front surface 11 and the side surface 14 is not improved.
[0044]
Moreover, since the side protrusions 35, 35 and the front protrusion 36 are provided on the upper surface of the car wash machine body 1, the design of the front and upper end portions of the side surface is not impaired.
[0045]
This firstreferenceIn the example, the drying process in the final process of the car wash is performed while the car wash machine body is moved backward, but the process advances further after the air is blown to the vehicle 5 to be cleaned while moving forward or after the drying process while moving backward. However, even when the drying treatment is performed, the effect of preventing the front and side surfaces from being stained can be obtained in the same manner.
[0046]
The inclined surface 34 and the upper surface 24B of the front head portion constitute the “upper surface of the car wash machine body” in the present invention.
[0047]
Next, referring to FIGS.Second referenceAn example will be described.
[0048]
FIG. 10 is a top view of the car wash machine main body, and FIG. 11 is a partially enlarged cross-sectional view taken along line 11-11 in FIG.referenceThe same reference numerals are given to the same elements as in the example.
[0049]
This secondreferenceIn the example, a molding member 40 is added to the front head portion 24 of the car wash machine main body 1, and as shown in FIG. 10, the front head portion 24 is formed by being divided into three in the left-right direction of the car wash machine main body 1. The The side head panels 22 and 22 forming both sides of the front head part 24 are made of resin (thickness of about 2 mm). The central head panel 23 that forms the central portion of the front head portion 24 between the side head panels 22 and 22 is formed of a thin metal plate. That is, the front frame portion 15F (see FIG. 4) is covered with the side head panels 22 and 22 and the central head panel 23. The upper surface of the front head portion 24 is the firstreferenceSimilar to the example, it has a horizontal upper surface 24B (see FIG. 4).
[0050]
The lateral dimension of the central head panel 23 is 1/3 or more of the lateral dimension of the car wash machine body 1. The rear end portion of the upper surface 24B of the central head panel 23 is overlaid on the front end portion of the upper surface central outer plate 31, and is fixed to the front frame member 21 using bolts or the like.
[0051]
Mold members 40, 40 are fixed to rear end portions of the upper surfaces 24B of the side head panels 22, 22. As shown in FIG. 11, the side head panel 22 abuts the rear end of the upper surface 24 </ b> B to the front end of the upper surface center outer plate 31 and the upper surface side outer plate 30 on the front frame member 21 and covers the abutted portion. Thus, the tape material 43 is affixed. On the tape material 43, the tape material 39 overlaps. The upper surface molding member 40 is fixed to the front frame member 21 with bolts or the like by sandwiching the front end portions of the upper surface central outer plate 31 and the upper surface side outer plate 30 together with the tape members 39 and 43 with the front frame member 21. . The molding members 40, 40 straddle the abutted portions of the side head panel 22, the upper surface center outer plate 31, and the upper surface side outer plate 30, and extend in the direction of the side surface 14 starting from the vicinity of the side edge of the center head panel 23. Thus, the end portion on the side surface 14 side extends to the position outside the end portion 36e of the front protrusion 36 and inside the side end 30A of the upper surface side outer plate 30. A corner molding member 41 is located at the abutting portion between the side outer plate 25 and the side head panel 22. The corner molding member 41 is fixed using bolts or the like with the front end portion of the side surface outer plate 25 sandwiched between the main body frame 15. The corner molding member 41 extends along the front end of the side surface outer plate 25, continues from the side surface 14 to the corner portion having a circular arc shape in cross section, and further curves to the upper surface 24 </ b> B. It has come to take. The upper surface 24B side end of the corner molding member 41 and the side surface 14 side end of the upper molding member 40 are spaced by several tens of mm.
[0052]
As shown in FIG. 11, the back surface of each molding member 40, 41 is a thin part with the side head panel 22 side cut out at the bottom, and the upper surface central outer plate 31, the upper surface side outer plate 30, and the side surface outer plate 25. And the side head panel 22 are allowed to differ in thickness, and the resin side head panel 22 is allowed to be slightly deformed.
[0053]
In this way, on the upper surface 24B in front of the front protrusion 36, the butt portion between the side head panel 22, the upper surface central outer plate 31, and the upper surface side outer plate 30 except for the central portion of the front head portion 24. In addition, a convex portion made of the molding member 40 is formed. A recess extending in the left-right direction of the car wash machine body 1 is also formed between the front protrusion 36 and the upper surface molding member 40. The thickness of each molding member 40, 41 is 3 mm, and the convex portion formed by the molding member 40, 41 is lower than the front protrusion 36. In addition, the convex part which consists of the molding members 40 and 41 is good to make it about 1/2 to 1/5 of the height of the front protrusion 36, and it is good to make it 2-5 mm.

[0056]
Next, referring to FIGS.FruitExamples will be described.
[0057]
FIG. 12 is a schematic side view of the car wash machine of the present invention, and FIG. 13 is a top view of the car wash machine body.referenceThe same reference numerals are given to the same elements as in the example.
[0058]
thisFruitExamples areFirst reference example12, as shown in FIG. 12, the top nozzle 6 and the side nozzle 7 are provided on the rear side of the car wash machine body 1 relative to the top brush 2 and the side brush 3, that is, the rear part in the car wash machine body 1. . The rear surface 13 of the car wash machine main body 1 extends substantially flush with the inclined surface 34 below the rear end. Then, in the final step of the car wash, while the car wash machine body 1 moves forward, a drying process is performed in which air is blown by the top nozzle 6 and the side nozzle 7 toward the vehicle 5 to be washed at the car wash position. After the rear part has passed the vehicle 5 to be cleaned, the car wash machine main body 1 is stopped at the front end position of the traveling rail 9. When the car wash machine main body 1 is stopped, the entire car wash process of the vehicle to be washed 5 is finished, and the car to be washed 5 does not divide the car wash machine main body 1 and is in the same direction as the direction of entering the car wash position before the car wash. It is possible to exit in the direction of arrow x in FIG. As described above, the rear surface 13 of the car wash machine main body 1 is cleaned after the car to be washed 5 enters the car wash position until the car to be washed 5 finishes moving out of the travel range of the car wash machine main body 1. The last time when the vehicle 5 passes over the vehicle 5 to be cleaned that has undergone the drying process in the final stroke is located immediately above the vehicle 5.
[0059]
As shown in FIG. 13, a rear protrusion 55 is formed on the rear surface of the inclined surface 34 on the upper surface of the car wash machine main body 1, and the side protrusions 35, 35 are first on the left side and the right side of the inclined surface 34.referenceIt is formed in the same way as the example.
[0060]
The rear protrusion 55 is formed using a long angle member in the same manner as the side protrusions 35 and 35. The angle member is fixed along the rear end of the inclined surface 34 by using a fixing member in the vicinity of the rear end, and like the side protrusion 35, the angle member has a bowl-like or wall-like shape by one piece of the angle member. It becomes the rear protrusion 55. The left end 55L of the rear protrusion 55 extends to the left side 14 side of the left side protrusion 35, and the right end 55R extends to the right side 14 of the right side protrusion 35. . The left end 55L is the firstreferenceThe right end 55R is outside (right side 14 side) just above the left / right width W, and the right end 55R is outside (right side 14 side) just above the left / right width W. ,rearsurfaceIt is on the outside (on the left side 14 side) from directly above the opening 13o, and the right end 55R issurfaceThe left end 55L and the right end 55R are located on the left and right portal-type legs.1L, 1RIt is located almost at the top of the center. Further, the rear protrusion 55 is narrower (shorter) than the distance between the traveling rails 9 and 9 and is positioned between the traveling rails 9 and 9. The left and right side protrusions 35, 35 have a front end extending 70 mm rearward from the front end of the inclined surface 34 and a rear end extending 80-100 mm forward from the rear protrusion. Both ends 55L and 55R of the rear protrusion 55 are discontinuous with the left and right side protrusions 35 and 35, and the open portion due to the discontinuous portion faces the side surface 14 of the car wash machine body.
[0061]
Below thisFruitThe effect | action of an Example is demonstrated.
[0062]
According to the above configuration, the left and right side protrusions 35, 35 on the left and right sides are the firstreferenceIt acts in the same way as the example, and the rainwater that flows from the carwash machine body 1 and hangs down the side surfaces 14 and 14 is reduced. The rear protrusion 55 blocks raindrops that have fallen on the car wash machine body 1 from flowing from the inclined surface 34 to the rear surface 13 along the inclined surface 34. The rainwater blocked by the rear protrusion 55 flows to the left and right along the rear protrusion 55, flows rearward from both ends 55 </ b> L and 55 </ b> R of the rear protrusion 55, and hangs down the rear surface 13. The rainwater flowing from the inclined surface 34 to the rear surface 13 is a leg portion outside the rear surface opening 13o.1L, 1RIt flows down the middle part of the rear and does not hang inside the rear opening 13o. As described above, the rear protrusion 55 reduces the rainwater dripping portion that occurs on the rear surface 13.
[0063]
When the car is washed with snow remaining on the car wash machine main body 1 after snowfall, the snow melt flows toward the rear face 13 by the inclined surface 34 provided so that rainwater or the like does not stay on the car wash machine main body 1. . In particular, the flow of snowmelt water on the inclined surface 34 may be promoted by vibration during the movement of the car wash machine main body 1. However, since the rear protrusion 55 blocks the flow of snowmelt water, the inclined surface is inclined on the rear opening 13o. No dripping snow melt from 34. Since the rear surface 13 of the car wash machine body 1 passes over the vehicle 5 to be cleaned at the end of the entire car wash process, water drops fall on the vehicle 5 to be cleaned, and wets the vehicle 5 to be cleaned. , Also prevent it from getting dirty.
[0064]
Further, the rear protrusion 55 prevents the snow on the upper surface from sliding down and falling onto the vehicle 5 to be cleaned located under the car wash machine body 1. Further, in the case of washing the car immediately after the rain, if there is a puddle on the inclined surface 34, the raindrops fall on the washed vehicle 5 in the same manner as the snowmelt water when the car wash machine body 1 moves. In some cases, the rear protrusion 55 can also prevent it.
[0065]
In addition, at least the left end 55L of the rear protrusion 55 is outward from the right side of the left and right width W (on the left side surface 14 side), and the right end 55R is outward from the right side of the left and right width W (right side surface). 14 side).
[0066]
Further, the outward surface of one piece of the angle member of the rear protrusion 55 may be flush with the rear surface 13. Further, since the rear protrusion 55 is formed wider than the distance between the left and right side protrusions 35, 35, the rear ends of the side protrusions 35, 35 are more forward than the rear protrusion 55. Although it is a position, when the side protrusions 35, 35 are positioned closer to the side end 30A of the inclined surface 34, or when the lateral width of the rear protrusion 55 is narrower, the rear protrusion 55 When the left and right width is narrower than the distance between the left and right side side protrusions 35, 35, the rear side edge of the side protrusions 35, 35 is flush with the rear surface 13 of the car wash machine body 1, etc. Thus, it can be extended to a position closer to the rear surface 13. If it does in this way, the open part between the side part protrusions 35 and 35 and the rear part protrusion 55 will face the rear surface 13 instead of the side surface 14. FIG.
[0067]
The rear protrusion is the firstreferenceCan be implemented in example car wash machines. In this case, if there is a puddle of rainwater on the upper surface or if there is snow on the upper surface, the rainwater, thawed water, or snowfall will be prevented from falling on the body surface between the brushing cleaning and the drying process. Thus, it is possible to prevent substances that cause rain, snow melting water, and dirt contained in the snow from remaining on the vehicle body surface.
[0068]

The connection pipe connected by screwing the male screw portion into the female screw hole is further connected to the drainage hose 65 via the joint member 64. The joint member 64 has a bent portion that bends in an appropriate direction so that the equipment provided in the car wash machine main body 1 can be appropriately avoided. The drainage hose 65 is fixed to a frame member extending directly above and below the main body frame 15 directly inside the side face plate 25, and avoids a driving unit that drives the driven and driven traveling wheels 8a and 8b. It extends to the vicinity of the lower end. The tip of the hose 65 is connected to the driving and driven wheels 8a and 8b and the drive transmission means (chain) for transmitting the driving force to the driving wheels 8a so that the drained rainwater can avoid the traveling rails 9 and 9. ) Facing outside.
[0076]
Rainwater inside the protrusions 35, 35, 36, 55 flows backward and is blocked by the rear protrusions 55, the side protrusions 35, and their closed connection parts, and flows out of the protrusions. It ’s gone. The blocked rainwater flows into the discharge port 62, flows down through the hose 65 serving as a drain pipe formed in the car wash machine body 1, and is discharged to the floor surface outside the traveling rail 9.
