Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a light emitting device for a gaming machine and a gaming machine using the same.
[0002]
[Prior art]
2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, award winning devices for gaming machines in which a game ball guiding member (also referred to as a rotary wing piece or a blade) is displaced based on establishment of a predetermined game condition such as a tulip or an accessory has been widely provided. Among these, a prize-winning device called an electric tulip is generally used in a form in which an actuator, a transmission mechanism, a blade member, and the like are attached to an integrally formed main body. In such an electric tulip, a device is devised to increase the interest in the game by providing a lamp on the rear side thereof (see, for example, Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 6-47494).
[0003]
In addition, there are some windmills for gaming machines that have been devised to enhance the interest of the game by providing a lamp on the rear side of the windmill (see, for example, Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 5-30457).
[0004]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
By the way, such a lamp (light emitting means) is often located considerably behind the rotating tulip of an electric tulip, a windmill, etc. due to restrictions on the location of the wiring board for the lamp (lamp substrate). Wind turbines tend to become longer and longer in the front-rear direction. In addition, in order to irradiate the rotating blades, windmills, etc. with sufficient light, a through-hole for transmitting light from the lamp to a base plate attached from the front side to the board surface of the game board is opened largely. Or the base plate or the like is made of a transparent plate, or a light reflecting plate or a diffusing plate must be installed, which may increase the manufacturing cost associated with the lamp installation. Furthermore, when the mounting area to a game board, such as a baseplate, becomes large in connection with these, the enlargement of attaching parts, such as a prize-winning apparatus and a windmill, also becomes a problem.
[0005]
The problem to be solved by the present invention is to provide a light emitting device for a gaming machine that can suppress an increase in manufacturing cost associated with the installation of light emitting means and can be downsized, and a gaming machine using the same.
[0006]
[Means for Solving the Problems and Effects of the Invention]
In order to solve the above problems, a light-emitting device for a gaming machine according to the present invention has, as a first aspect,
A base plate attached from the front side to the surface of the game board;
A front side decorative portion that is formed integrally with or separately from the base plate and projects forward from the base plate,
A light emitting means for illuminating the front decoration part;
A wiring board that is disposed in a board storage space formed between opposing contact surfaces of the base plate and the game board, and that supplies predetermined power to the light emitting means;
Equipped with a,
The wiring board is disposed so that the rear surface thereof is in contact with the board surface of the game board, and at least a part of the outer edge part thereof overlaps with the peripheral part of the hole part of the game board formed to penetrate in the front-rear direction. Thus, it is sandwiched between the base plate and the game board .
[0007]
In order to solve the above problems, the light-emitting device for gaming machines of the present invention has, as a second aspect,
A base plate attached from the front side to the surface of the game board;
A front side decorative portion that is formed integrally with or separately from the base plate and projects forward from the base plate,
A light emitting means for illuminating the front decoration part;
A wiring board that is disposed in a recess formed on the base plate on the side of the contact surface facing the game board, and to which the light emitting means is attached;
[0008]
Furthermore, in order to solve the above-mentioned problem, the light emitting device for gaming machines of the present invention is a third aspect,
A base plate attached from the front side to the surface of the game board;
A shaft member is supported on the base plate in a direction crossing the game board, and a rotating part that rotates around the shaft member in response to contact with a flowing game ball,
A light emitting means for illuminating the rotating part;
A wiring board that is disposed in a board storage space formed between opposing contact surfaces of the base plate and the game board, and that supplies predetermined power to the light emitting means;
It is provided with.
[0009]
Next, in order to solve the above-mentioned problem, the light emitting device for gaming machines of the present invention is a fourth aspect,
A base plate attached from the front side to the surface of the game board;
A shaft member is supported on the base plate in a direction crossing the game board, and a rotating part that rotates around the shaft member in response to contact with a flowing game ball,
A light emitting means for illuminating the rotating part;
A wiring board that is disposed in a recess formed on the base plate on the side of the contact surface facing the game board, and to which the light emitting means is attached;
It is provided with.
[0010]
According to these light emitting devices for gaming machines, the wiring board for supplying predetermined power to the light emitting means is disposed in the board storage space formed between the opposed contact surfaces of the base plate and the game board, or the light emitting means is attached. By disposing the printed circuit board in the concave portion formed on the side of the base plate facing the game board, the space can be effectively used and the light emitting device for the gaming machine can be reduced in size. And, since the wiring board for the light emitting means is arranged in the above-described space, the light emitting means can be brought close to a winning device that is an object to be illuminated, so a light transmission hole, a transparent base plate, a light reflecting plate An increase in manufacturing cost associated with the installation of light emitting means such as a diffusion plate can be suppressed.
[0011]
In this case, if the LED element attached to the wiring board is used as the light emitting means, it becomes easy to achieve compactness of the light emitting means and the wiring board and suppression of increase in manufacturing cost.
[0013]
In addition, when the rear surface of the wiring board is placed in contact with the board surface of the game board, the number of fastening members such as screws and bolts for fixing the wiring board to the base plate is reduced by sandwiching the wiring board between the base plate and the board surface. May be reduced or omitted.
[0014]
At this time, it is possible to add a configuration in which at least a part of the outer edge portion of the wiring board is sandwiched between the base plate and the game board so as to overlap with the peripheral edge portion of the hole of the game board formed through in the front-rear direction. By sandwiching the outer edge portion of the wiring board between the base plate and the game board, the front surface (front surface or rear surface) of the wiring board can be widely used as a wiring portion to the light emitting means. Therefore, even when the rear surface of the wiring board is in contact with the board surface of the game board, the wiring portion to the light emitting means can be provided relatively easily on the rear surface side of the wiring board, and the malfunction of the light emitting means described above can be prevented.
[0015]
In the present invention, the rear side (or rear side) refers to the side facing the inside of the gaming machine in the direction orthogonal to the board surface of the gaming board (ie, the front-rear direction) (ie, the internal mechanism on which various boards such as the main control board are provided. Side) and front side (or front side) mean the side facing the player on the opposite side. The upper side means the vertically upper side, and the lower side means the vertically lower side.
[0016]
And in order to solve said subject, the light-emitting device for game machines of this invention is as a 5th aspect,
A base plate attached from the front side to the surface of the game board;
A front side decorative portion that is formed integrally with or separately from the base plate and projects forward from the base plate,
A light emitting means for illuminating the front decoration part;
It is disposed in a board storage space formed between the opposing contact surfaces of the base plate and the game board and is positioned and held on the base plate, and is integrally fixed to the base plate by a fastening member, A wiring board for supplying predetermined power to the light emitting means;
Equipped with a,
A flow path for game balls is formed on the front side of the base plate,
The light emitting means is attached to the wiring board so as to be located behind the front surface of the base plate .
Or in order to solve said subject, the light-emitting device for game machines of this invention is as a 6th aspect,
A base plate attached from the front side to the surface of the game board;
A front side decorative portion that is formed integrally with or separately from the base plate and projects forward from the base plate,
A light emitting means for illuminating the front decoration part;
A wiring board that is disposed in a recess formed on the base plate on the side of the contact surface facing the game board, and to which the light emitting means is attached;
With
The wiring board is held in the recess in a form in which the front surface contacts the bottom of the recess formed in the base plate, and is fixed integrally to the base plate by a fastening member,
A flow path for game balls is formed on the front side of the base plate,
The light emitting means is attached to the wiring board so that its optical axis substantially coincides with the axis of a through-hole in the front-rear direction formed at the bottom of the recess and is located behind the front surface of the base plate. It is characterized by.
As described above, the wiring board is attached to the base plate in such a form that the front surface thereof is in contact with the bottom of the concave portion formed in the base plate, while the optical axis of the light emitting means is penetrated in the front-rear direction formed in the bottom of the concave portion. It can be substantially coincident with the axis of the hole. By doing so, the amount of light emitted from the light emitting means is reduced to the rear side, so that a winning device or the like provided on the front side, that is, the side facing the player can be illuminated brightly. Note that when the wiring board is arranged in a form of being embedded in the recess, the amount of light leakage can be almost eliminated.
In addition, the wiring board can be held in the recess of the base plate and can be integrally fixed to the base plate by the fastening member. By holding and fixing the wiring board to the base plate attached to the board surface of the game board, the wiring board can be securely and firmly attached to the board surface.
[0017]
And a wiring board can be integrally fixed with respect to a base plate with a fastening member with the board | substrate holding member which hold | maintains at least one part of a wiring board from back. In this way, the number of fastening members such as fixing screws and bolts can be reduced (for example, assembling with a single screw is also possible) by fastening the base plate, the wiring board, and the board holding member together. As a result, the manufacturing cost can be reduced. In recent years, the recycling of various parts has become an issue in gaming machines as well. By reducing the number of fastening members in this way, the light emitting device can be easily disassembled, and the recycling of parts can contribute to the preservation of the global environment. .
[0018]
In the case of a gaming machine winning device, a gaming machine side lamp, or the like having a front decorative portion attached to the base plate, the wiring board can be integrally fixed to the base plate together with the front decorative portion by a fastening member. Thereby, in addition to the above three members, the front decoration part can be fastened together, so that further cost reduction can be achieved.
[0019]
When the rear surface of the wiring board is arranged with a gap from the board surface of the game board, it is easy to provide the wiring portion for the light emitting means on the rear surface side of the wiring board by using the gap formed on the rear surface side of the wiring board. In this case, the light emitting means can be prevented from malfunctioning due to the game balls having conductivity and flowing down the front side of the base plate.
[0020]
Here, the flow path of the game ball is formed on the front surface side of the base plate, and the light emitting means can be attached to the wiring board so as to be located behind the front surface of the base plate. By doing so, there is no possibility that the game ball comes into contact with the light emitting means, and there is no possibility that the light emitting means impedes the flow of the game ball.
[0021]
As described above, an increase in manufacturing cost is suppressed, and by arranging the light emitting device for gaming machines, which has been reduced in size, in the gaming machine, it is possible to achieve reduction in manufacturing cost and downsizing as a whole gaming machine, It will be possible to achieve an interesting board composition.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
(Example 1)
An embodiment in which the present invention is applied to a game machine winning device will be described with reference to the drawings.
As shown in FIG. 1, the gaming machine winning device 1 is arranged on a board surface 101a (see FIG. 7) of a gaming board 101, and includes a rotating member 10 (game ball guiding member) and a solenoid 30 (driving actuator). And a transmission mechanism 41 (FIG. 2). The rotating member 10 can be displaced to a plurality of displacement positions, and sets the ease of entering the game ball into the gaming machine winning device 1 by its displacement. The solenoid 30 has a drive output unit 37 and drives and displaces the drive output unit 37 to a plurality of displacement positions. The transmission mechanism 41 transmits the drive displacement of the drive output unit 37 to the rotating member 10 while converting the displacement of the drive output unit 37 into the displacement of the rotating member 10 via one or a plurality of intermediate transmission members interlocked with the drive output unit 37.
[0023]
In this embodiment, as shown in FIG. 1 or FIG. 2, the drive output unit 37 is linearly drawn into the solenoid 30 (specifically, inside the coil unit 53) by energization. The linear displacement of the drive output unit 37 is converted into the rotational displacement of the rotation transmitting unit 21, and the rotational displacement of the rotation transmitting unit 21 (here, the rotational displacement about the axis parallel to the board surface 101a (see FIG. 7)). Further, the transmission mechanism 41 is configured so as to be converted into a rotation displacement of the rotation member 10 (here, a rotation displacement about an axis orthogonal to the board surface 101a). Note that the rotation transmission unit 21 functions as an intermediate transmission member. The drive output unit 37 is drawn into the solenoid 30 (inside the coil unit 53) while penetrating the coil spring 39. In the energized state, the coil unit 53 is against the bias of the coil spring 39. In the state where the energization is released, the coil spring 39 is pushed forward (specifically, the coil spring 39 pushes out a flange portion 37a formed on the drive output portion 37) and pushes it forward. It is like that. The solenoid 30 is provided with a lead part 31 for supplying power to the coil part 53, and a terminal part 32 is provided at the end of the lead part 31.
[0024]
Further, the drive output unit 37 according to the present invention is configured such that the side plates 51a and 51a made of a metal material surround the side of the coil unit 53, and are connected to the side plates 51a and 51a on the front side. Alternatively, an integrally formed front plate 50 is enclosed. The upper and lower portions of the coil portion 53 are open. And the part which is formed in the form extended further to the side rather than the side board attachment position in the front board 50, exhibits a flange form, and protrudes further to the side rather than the side boards 51a and 51a in the front board 50. A fastening member insertion hole 50a is formed in the solenoid 30 (hereinafter also referred to as a flange portion) to fix and support the solenoid 30 to a housing 43 (substrate holding member) in which the transmission mechanism 41 is accommodated.
[0025]
Then, a fastening member 35 (for example, a screw, a screw, or a bolt) is inserted and fixed to a fastening member insertion portion 44 formed in the housing 43 while passing through the fastening member insertion hole 50a, so that the solenoid 30 and the housing 43 are connected. It will be fixed. Side plates 51a and 51a are attached and fixed so as to be orthogonal or substantially orthogonal to the front plate 50 provided substantially parallel to the board surface 101a (see FIG. 7). The side plates 51a and 51a and the back plate 51b are integrally formed as a part of a U-shaped metal plate material 51, and both end edges of the U-shaped metal plate material 51 are front sides. The shape is fixed to the plate 50. In the present embodiment, the fitting protrusions 51c and 51c formed at both end edges of the metal plate material 51 are inserted and fixed in the fitting holes 50b and 50b formed in the front plate 50. Yes. As described above, if the metal member 51 surrounding the coil portion 53 is provided with a flange portion and the flange portion is fixed to the housing 43 (that is, the metal member 51 holding the coil portion 53 is directly fixed to the outside of the housing 43. Thus, if the solenoid 30 is not surrounded by the housing 43), the solenoid 30 can be integrated without being surrounded by the housing 43, which contributes to a compact device configuration.
[0026]
Further, as shown in FIG. 2, the casing unit 4 of the gaming machine prize winning device 1 is supported by the rotating member 10 so as to be displaceable, and protrudes to the front side of the board surface 101a (see FIG. 7) of the gaming board 101. The front side unit 2 to be attached in the form of the above and the front side unit 2 are formed separately from each other, and can be attached to and detached from the front side unit 2 with the configuration including the transmission mechanism 41 and the housing 43. And a rear unit 3 to be attached.
[0027]
Thus, by forming the front unit 2 provided on the front side of the game board 101 and the rear unit 3 provided on the rear side and provided with the transmission mechanism 41 as separate bodies, the front unit 2 is formed. The front side unit 2 can be changed according to the usage pattern. Therefore, in order to create a new decoration mode, it is sufficient to change only the front side unit 2, and the rear side unit 3 having the transmission mechanism 41 can be shared, so that the parts can be used efficiently, the parts can be recycled, and the like. Thus, the manufacturing cost can be suppressed, and the labor involved in assembly can be reduced. For example, if it is desired to change the decoration mode according to the gaming machine to be installed, or if only the front unit 2 fails, wears out, etc., only the front unit 2 needs to be changed. It becomes.
[0028]
In addition, in this embodiment, the game ball guiding member includes a pair of rotating members 10 and 10 that are rotatable about an axis that intersects the board surface 101a (see FIG. 7) of the gaming board 101 as shown in FIG. In addition, a gap formed between the pair of rotating members 10 and 10 is used as a game ball winning opening 7, and the winning opening 7 is a first opening mode in which the game balls enter one ball (see FIG. 3 (a)) and a pair of rotating members 10, 10 so as to have at least two opening modes, that is, a second opening mode (FIG. 3B) that opens wider than the first opening mode. They are displaced relative to each other. In FIG. 3, the gaming machine winning device 1 is a gaming machine tulip (specifically, an electric tulip) in which a pair of rotating members 10, 10 are configured as a pair of blade members.
[0029]
Further, the front unit 2 is formed integrally with the base plate 12 and the base plate 12 attached to the board surface 101a (see FIG. 7) of the game board 101 in parallel or substantially in parallel, or The front decoration part 11 which is formed separately and projects forward from the plate surface of the base plate 12 is configured. In other words, as shown in FIGS. 3 (a) and 3 (b), the front decorative portion 11 is configured to protrude forward from the board surface 101a in the state of being attached to the board surface 101a. It is configured to receive a game ball. In the present embodiment, the base plate 12 and the front decoration portion 11 are formed separately, and are engaged by an engagement configuration described later.
[0030]
Further, the rotating members 10 and 10 as the game ball guiding members are rotatably supported by the front decoration portion 11 and / or the base plate 12 so that the axis intersecting (orthogonal) with the board surface 101a is the rotation axis. The prize-winning port 7 is opened and closed by turning the turning members 10 and 10. Specifically, as shown in FIG. 1, the rotation member support shafts 11 a and 11 a formed on the front decoration portion 11 are inserted into the support shaft insertion holes 10 b and 10 b formed on the rotation member 10, respectively. The rotation member 10 is supported so as to be rotatable about the central axis of the rotation member support shaft 11a as a rotation axis. And the front decoration part 11 and the baseplate 12 are fixed in the state in which the rotational members 10 and 10 were supported by the rotational member support shafts 11a and 11a, and this baseplate 12 is fixed. Thus, the rotation members 10 and 10 are prevented from coming off from the rear side of the rotation member support shafts 11a and 11a.
[0031]
As shown in FIG. 2, the base plate 12 of the front unit 2 is formed with a recess 12 i on the side facing the game board 101 (that is, the board surface 101 a side), and the recess 12 i has a pair of rotating members. A wiring board 6 on which two pairs of chip-like LED elements 5, 5, 5, 5 (light emitting means) for illuminating 10 and 10 are mounted so as to protrude to the front side is arranged. The wiring board 6 is attached to the base plate 12 in a form of being embedded in the recess 12i so that the front surface thereof contacts the bottom of the recess 12i. On the other hand, each LED element 5 is inserted into the through hole 12j from the rear side so that the optical axis thereof substantially coincides with the axis of the through hole 12j in the front-rear direction formed at the bottom of the recess 12i (see FIG. 5). The amount of light leakage to the rear side is reduced, and the rotating member 10 provided on the front side, that is, the side facing the player is brightly illuminated.
[0032]
3A, in the assembled state of the front unit 2 and the rear unit 3, the position corresponding to the action portion 21a of the transmission mechanism 41 provided in the rear unit 3 in the rotating member 10. In addition, a protruding portion 10a is formed as an actuated portion that receives the action of the acting portion 21a. As the drive output portion 37 is driven and displaced, the action portion 21a is displaced in conjunction with the drive output portion 37 and acts on the protruding portion 10a. As shown in FIG. 2, when the front unit 2 is removed from the rear unit 3, the acting part 21 a and the acted part (projecting part 10 a) are separated. 3A shows the case where the drive output unit 37 is in the first displacement position, and FIG. 3B is drawn into the second displacement position (the coil unit 53 (see FIG. 1)). The case of being in the displacement position is shown. Further, the rotation members 10 and 10 take a rotation displacement position corresponding to the displacement position of the drive output unit 37. In FIG. 3A, the rotation members 10 and 10 are the first rotation. The displacement position is taken, and in FIG. 3B, the rotation members 10 and 10 take the second rotation displacement position. The two pairs of LED elements 5, 5, 5, 5 correspond to the first rotational displacement position and the second rotational displacement position, respectively, when viewed from the rotational axis direction of the pair of rotational members 10, 10. Has been placed.
[0033]
Returning to FIG. 1, both the base plate 12 and the front decoration portion 11 are made of a resin member, and the engaged portion is resin-formed in a part of the base plate 12, while the engaged portion is partly in the front decoration portion 11. The engaging portion that engages with the joint portion is formed of resin. Specifically, a hole is formed in either the front decoration part 11 or the base plate 12, and a protrusion for insertion into the hole is formed in the other, and the protrusion is press-fitted into the hole or bonded after insertion. In this manner, the front decoration part 11 and the base plate 12 may be integrated.
[0034]
A pair of protrusions 11d are formed at the tips of the pair of rotating member support shafts 11a, and a pair of protrusions 11e are formed below the protrusions 11d. These protrusions 11d and 11e function as engaging portions, and the holes 12d and 12e function as engaged portions. When the front unit 2 is removed from the rear unit 3 as shown in FIG. 2, the engaging portion and the engaged portion are engaged with each other, and the base plate 12 and the front decoration portion 11 are fastened. It will be integrated by the structure which does not use a member. That is, in the removed state, the front decorative portion 11 and the base plate 12 are coupled and integrated with each other by engagement of a resin member, not by fastening with a fastening member (for example, a metal member such as a screw). In addition, the engagement structure of resin members is not limited to this, What is necessary is just the engagement form to which the front decoration part 11 and the base plate 12 are fixed.
[0035]
On the other hand, in the attached state as shown in FIGS. 3 and 4, the rear side unit 3 and the front side unit 2 are fixed using the fastening member 36 (see FIGS. 1 and 2) so as to sandwich the wiring board 6. In addition, the fastening member 36 used for the attachment is also used for fixing the base plate 12 and the front decoration part 11. More specifically, a fastening member 36 (for example, a screw, a screw, or a bolt) passes through the housing 43 (substrate holding member) of the rear unit 3, the wiring substrate 6, and the base plate 12 of the front unit 2, respectively. It is inserted into a female screw portion 11 f (see FIG. 6) as a fastening member insertion hole formed in the decorative portion 11, and the housing 43, the wiring board 6, the base plate 12, and the front decorative portion are fastened by the fastening member 36. 11 is fixed integrally. More specifically, the fastening member 36 includes a pair of left and right through holes 49 formed in the housing 43, a pair of left and right through holes 6 f formed in the wiring board 6, and a pair of left and right through holes 12 f formed in the base plate 12. Each penetrates and is inserted into a female screw portion 11 f (see FIG. 6) formed in the front decoration portion 11. The female screw portion 11f is formed at a position corresponding to the through holes 12f and 12f in the front decoration portion 11 so as to open to the rear side in a direction orthogonal to the board surface 101a.
[0036]
In this embodiment, only two fastening members 36 are used for fixing the housing 43 of the rear unit 3, the base plate 12 of the front unit 2, and the wiring board 6, and the fastening members 36 used for fixing the units to each other. It has a configuration that minimizes the need. In addition, in order to fix and support the solenoid 30 to the housing 43 of the rear side unit 3, the two fastening members 35 are provided, and only four fastening members are used for the casing unit 4 of the present invention. . In this way, if the gaming machine winning apparatus 1 is configured with a minimum number of fastening members, the number of parts can be reduced and the assembling labor can be reduced. Further, if a pair of positioning pins 12h, 12h (standing in the recess 12i of the base plate 12 and engaged with the pair of engaging holes 6h, 6h) of the wiring board 6 shown in FIG. Only one fastening member 36 may be used for fixing the plate 12, the front decoration portion 11, and the wiring board 6 to the four members.
[0037]
In addition, the casing unit 4 is attached to the board surface 101a through a pair of mounting holes 9 and 9 (see FIG. 1) formed in the base plate 12 of the front unit 2 (see FIG. 1). This is performed from the front side with respect to the game board 101. At this time, since the rear surface of the wiring board 6 is disposed in contact with the board surface 101a of the game board 101 (see FIG. 3), the wiring board 6 can be held between the base plate 12 and the board surface 101a.
[0038]
As shown in FIG. 5, a flow-down passage for the game ball B is formed on the front side of the base plate 12, following the winning opening 7 (see FIG. 3). Since the LED element 5 is attached to the wiring board 6 with its tip positioned behind the front surface of the base plate 12, there is no possibility that the game ball B contacts the LED element 5, and the LED element 5 There is no possibility of hindering the flow of the sphere B. In addition, since the wiring portion to the LED element 5 is provided on the rear surface side of the wiring board 6, the LED element 5 is prevented from malfunctioning due to the game ball B having conductivity and flowing down the front surface side of the base plate 12. it can.
[0039]

It is configured to be inserted. And the action part 21a is provided in the position corresponding to the protrusion part 10a inserted in the inside of the housing 43, and it acts on the to-be-acted part (protrusion part 10a) in conjunction with the drive output part 37 of the solenoid 30. It is configured.
[0040]
Specifically, as shown in FIG. 1 or FIG. 3, a groove 37b is formed in the circumferential direction between the flange portions 37a, 37a formed integrally with the drive output portion 37, and the transmission circuit is inserted into the groove 37b. A pair of protrusions 21c and 21c formed on the moving part 21 are fitted. The transmission rotation unit 21 is configured to rotate around a rotation shaft 21b having an axis orthogonal to the displacement direction of the drive output unit 37 (that is, the longitudinal direction of the board surface), and corresponds to the displacement of the drive output unit 37. Will rotate. Then, when the transmission rotating portion 21 is rotated, the action portion 21a is displaced (displaced substantially in the vertical direction) to move the protruding portion 10a, and the rotating member 10 is rotated.
[0041]
As shown in FIG. 2, the housing 43 of the rear unit 3 can be formed so as to surround the entire side of the transmission mechanism 41 or substantially the entire side of the transmission mechanism 41. If the housing 43 is formed so as to surround the side in this way, it becomes difficult to operate the transmission mechanism 41 from the side, and unauthorized operation to the winning device 1 can be effectively prevented.
[0042]
As shown in FIGS. 2 and 3, a cage 61 (see FIG. 3) for guiding the game ball backward is formed below the housing 43. The flange 61 is formed in a shape extending rearward in the direction intersecting the board surface 101a. The flange 61 includes a first groove portion 11h formed in the front side unit 2 and a second groove portion 20 formed in the rear side unit 3 in a form following the rear side of the first groove portion 11h. A notch 22 extending along the second groove 20 is formed below the second groove 20. The width of the notch 22 is smaller than the diameter of the game ball.
[0043]
As shown in FIG. 3, the notch 22 is formed with a predetermined length L (see FIG. 3A) with the rear end 20 a of the second groove 20 as a base point. In this embodiment, the second groove 20 (Specifically, the direction perpendicular to the board surface 101a is defined as the length direction). By forming the cutout portion 22 in this way, the amount of protrusion downward of the housing 43 can be reduced by at least the cutout portion 22 (that is, the wall portion of the housing 43 can be omitted, and therefore the wall portion is omitted). The casing unit 4 can be made compact (specifically, the rear side unit 3 can be made compact in the vertical direction).
[0044]
Further, as shown in FIGS. 2 and 3, a guide rib 63 for guiding the game ball that has entered the winning opening 7 to the rear side is formed inside the front decoration portion 11, and the guide rib 63 is mounted on the base. The plate 12 can be extended toward the rear side so as to reach the rear surface 12g side.
[0045]
Further, as shown in FIG. 2, the base plate 12 is formed with a communication hole 12c that constitutes a part of the flange 61, and a switch 25 as a ball entry detecting means is inserted above the communication hole 12c, A switch arrangement hole 12b that fits with the switch 25 is formed. The switch 25 is formed with a passage hole 25a through which a game ball that has entered the winning opening 7 passes, and is connected to an external device via a lead portion 26 and a terminal portion 27.
[0046]
FIG. 7 shows an example of a gaming machine provided with the gaming machine winning device 1 described above. In this gaming machine 100, any gaming machine winning device 1 in the above description can be applied. In the present embodiment, the variable prize winning device also referred to as a so-called tulip has been described as a specific object, but the present invention is not limited to this.
[0047]

[0053]
Further, when the base plate 212 is fixed to the board surface 101a, the rear surface of the wiring board 206 is disposed in contact with the board surface 101a of the game board 101 as shown in FIG. 212 and the board surface 101a.
[0054]
In some cases, a downflow passage for game balls may be formed on the front side of the base plate 212 of the side lamp 200. In such a case, the LED element 205 is attached to the wiring board 206 with its tip positioned behind the front surface of the base plate 212, so there is no possibility that the game ball will come into contact with the LED element 205, Further, there is no possibility that the LED element 205 hinders the flow of the game ball. In addition, since the wiring portion to the LED element 205 is provided on the rear surface side of the wiring substrate 206, it is possible to prevent the LED element 205 from malfunctioning due to a game ball having conductivity and flowing down the front surface side of the base plate 212. .
[0055]
Further, each LED element 205 is inserted into the through hole 212j from the rear side so that its optical axis substantially coincides with the axis of the front and rear through hole 212j formed at the bottom of the recess 212i, and the light to the rear side. Thus, the front decoration portion 211 of the side lamp 200 provided on the front side, that is, the side facing the player is brightly illuminated. As shown in FIG. 9, the main body 211A has a window hole 211j through which the central LED element 205 is inserted. By utilizing these relatively large diameter through holes 212j and window holes 211j, a lamp or the like larger than the LED element 205 can be used as the light emitting means in this embodiment.
[0056]
12 to 14 show modified examples of FIGS. 9 to 11. In this side lamp 200 ′, the number of LED elements 205 attached to the wiring board 206 is five, and the shape of the front decoration portion 211 ′ is also changed. Further, a recess 212i ′ on the side of the contact surface of the base plate 212 ′ facing the game board 101 (that is, the board surface 101a side) is formed deeper. Therefore, as shown in FIG. 14B, when the rear surface of the wiring board 206 is arranged with a gap from the board surface 101a of the game board 101, the gap formed on the rear surface side of the wiring board 206 is used to Since it becomes easy to provide a wiring portion for the element 205 on the rear surface side of the wiring substrate 206, the LED element 205 can be prevented from malfunctioning due to the game ball having conductivity and flowing down the front surface side of the base plate 212 ′. Since the gap is formed on the rear surface side of the wiring board 206, the size of the hole of the game board 101 penetrating in the front-rear direction is changed from the shape X larger than that of the conventional wiring board 206 to the terminal portion 263. It can be reduced to a shape Y surrounding only. Also, in FIGS. 12 to 14, parts common to FIGS. 9 to 11 are assigned the same reference numerals and description thereof is omitted.
[0057]
(Example 3)
An embodiment in which the present invention is applied to a windmill for gaming machines (hereinafter also simply referred to as a windmill) will be described with reference to the drawings.
As shown in FIG. 15, the windmill 300 is arranged on the left and right sides near the center of the board surface 101 a (see FIG. 7) of the game board 101, and includes a base plate 312, a rotating unit 311, and a wiring having a square shape. A substrate 306 and a shaft member 310 are provided, and a plurality of (for example, two) chip-like LED elements 305 (light emitting means) are attached to the front side of the wiring substrate 306 (see FIG. 17).
[0058]
The base plate 312 is attached from the front side to the board surface 101a of the game board 101 through fastening holes (not shown) such as screws through attachment holes 309 and 309 formed at the left and right ends. A recess 312i is formed on the opposite contact surface side (that is, the board surface 101a side). A shaft member 310 supported in a direction intersecting (orthogonal) with the game board 101 is supported by the base plate 312. The main body portion 311A and the distal end portion 311B are received around the shaft member 310 by receiving contact with the flowing game ball. The configured rotating unit 311 rotates. The wiring board 306 is disposed in the recess 312 i formed in the base plate 312 and supplies predetermined power to the LED element 305 that illuminates the rotating part 311 via the terminal part 363 and the wiring part on the rear surface side.
[0059]
In FIG. 15, the shaft member 310 passes through central shaft holes formed in the rotating portion 311 (main body portion 311 </ b> A and tip portion 311 </ b> B) and the rear protruding portion 312 f of the base plate 312. The shaft member 310 is inserted and held in a central shaft hole formed in the fixed cap 313 (fastening member) that covers the rear protrusion 312f from the rear outer side, protrudes from the rear end surface of the fixed cap 313, and comes out of the C-shaped retaining ring or the like. It is prevented from coming off by a prevention tool 314 (see FIG. 16). The shaft member 310 is supported by the central shaft hole formed in the rear protrusion 312f and the fixed cap 313, so that the shaft member 310 is firmly supported.
[0060]
When the above-described shaft member 310 is inserted, the wiring board 306 is disposed in the recess 312i with the rear protruding portion 312f of the base plate 312 being inserted into the center hole thereof. When the fixing cap 313 is put on the rear protrusion 312f, the frictional force (circumferential tightening force) between the inner surface of the fixing cap 313 and the outer surface of the rear protrusion 312f and the front end surface of the fixing cap 313 and the wiring board 306 are provided. The wiring board 306 is held in the recess 312i by the frictional force (axial pressing force) with the rear surface (see FIG. 17).
[0061]
At the time of assembling in FIG. 15, the fastening member 313 integrally uses the board cover 312 to hold the wiring board 306 from the rear surface side of the wiring board 306 using the fastening member 313. It may be fixed.
[0062]
Further, when the base plate 312 is fixed to the board surface 101a, the rear surface of the wiring board 306 is disposed in contact with the board surface 101a of the game board 101 as shown in FIG. 101a.
[0063]
As shown in FIG. 17, a flow path for a game ball is formed on the front side of the base plate 312 of the windmill 300, and the LED element 305 is positioned on the rear side of the front surface of the base plate 312 so that the wiring board Since it is attached to 306, there is no possibility that the game ball will come into contact with the LED element 305, and there is no possibility that the LED element 305 will hinder the flow of the game ball. In addition, since the wiring portion to the LED element 305 is provided on the rear surface side of the wiring substrate 306, it is possible to prevent the LED element 305 from malfunctioning due to a game ball having conductivity and flowing down the front surface side of the base plate 312. .
[0064]
Further, each LED element 305 is inserted into the through hole 312j from the rear side so that its optical axis substantially coincides with the axial line of the through hole 312j in the front-rear direction formed at the bottom of the recess 312i. Thus, the rotating portion 311 of the windmill 300 provided on the front side, that is, the side facing the player is brightly illuminated.
[0065]
As indicated by Z2 in FIG. 16 (b), the base plate 312 is arranged so that at least a part of the outer edge portion of the wiring board 306 overlaps with the peripheral edge portion of the hole portion of the game board 101 formed through in the front-rear direction. Since it is sandwiched between the game boards 101, the surface (front surface or rear surface) of the wiring board 306 can be widely used as a wiring portion to the LED element 305. For example, as shown in FIG. 17, even if the rear surface of the wiring board 306 is in contact with the board surface 101a of the game board 101, the wiring portion to the LED element 305 can be provided relatively easily on the rear surface side of the wiring board 306. The malfunction of the LED element 305 can be prevented.
[0066]
Further, as shown in FIG. 16B, when the wiring board 306 is square (or rectangular) and the hole of the game board 101 is circular, a circle Z2 having a smaller diameter than the circle Z1 circumscribing the wiring board 306 is played. By setting the diameter of the hole portion of the board 101, the outer edges of the four corners of the wiring board 306 can be easily sandwiched between the base plate 312 and the game board 101. In such a case, by making the wiring board 306 square or rectangular, the substrate material can be cut and formed without waste compared to the conventional circular shape, and wiring other than the outer edges of the four corners delimited by the circle Z2 is wired. There is also an advantage that it can be used without waste as a part.
[0067]
Although the embodiments of the present invention have been described above, the present invention is not limited to these embodiments, and the present invention is not limited to the wording of each claim without departing from the scope described in each claim. To the extent that can be easily replaced by them, and improvements based on knowledge that a person skilled in the art normally has can be added as appropriate.
