Description

【0001】

[0001]
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a cushion material particularly suitable for use as a member constituting a furniture product.
[0002]
[Prior art]
For example, in a cushioning material that is applied to the backrest of a chair, etc., the upper half that the seated person's back contacts is softer than the lower half that the seated person's waist contacts. There is something that changes the cushioning. As specific means for changing the cushioning properties at each part, a spring is embedded in the required part of the cushioning material, and the cushioning property is adjusted by layering the difference in elasticity. The cushioning property can be changed by notching a meat stealing part such as a hole or a slit in the required part.
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, the former, in which the spring is embedded in the cushion material, requires not only the cushion material but also other members such as a spring, resulting in an increase in the number of members and a complicated mechanism and machining process, resulting in an increase in manufacturing cost. It is not preferable because it is connected. In addition, the latter, in which the meat stealing portion is cut out in the cushion material, has a durability weakness that the periphery of the meat stealing portion is likely to sag as it is repeatedly used.
[0004]
In view of such problems, the present invention has a simple structure as much as possible, and can support the body comfortably by changing the cushioning property at each part while ensuring the durability of the cushioning material. It is an object.
[0005]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to solve the above-described problems, the present invention provides a cushion material that functions in direct or indirect contact with a part of the body, and includes substantially two or more types of elastic materials that differ in elastic modulus. The elastic part is configured to include a hard part and a soft part that is softer than the hard part provided in at least a part of the pressure receiving region that receives a load from the body.
[0006]
That is, the meat stealer is not cut out for the purpose of changing the cushioning property, but two or more layers of elastic materials having different elastic moduli are combined. In other words, the cushion material having the hard part and the soft part is made of a substantially dense elastic body without having a depletion in the envelope of the outer shape. If this is the case, the soft part will contract more greatly when subjected to a load, and a concave surface will be formed on the pressure-receiving surface together with the hard part to fit the outer surface of the body and realize a suitable support state Can do. In addition, both the hard and soft parts are made of a substantially dense elastic body, and the reference line forming the outer shape is not provided with depletion, slits, continuous irregularities, etc., making it difficult to sag and has high durability. It is possible to be.
[0007]
It is desirable that the soft portion is formed in a shape that substantially corresponds to the outer shape of the part that the body contacts. For example, when the cushioning material according to the present invention is applied to a headrest, it is desirable to form it into a shape that substantially corresponds to the outer shape of the occipital region.
[0008]
If the cushion material has a laminated structure in which at least a part of the hard part and at least a part of the soft part are overlapped in the thickness direction, the durability of the cushion material and the smoothness of the cushioning action are improved. It is possible. In addition, the thickness direction said here refers to the direction substantially parallel to the direction of the load which a cushion material receives from a seated person.
[0009]
If the outer shape of the cushion material is formed so as to form a substantially flat plate shape, the process of tensioning the covering material covering the cushion material by sewing or the like can be simplified.
[0010]
It is preferable that the hard part and the soft part are composed of urethane layers having different hardnesses from the viewpoint of sitting comfort, durability, and manufacturing cost.
[0011]
And if a back-up material is joined to the rear surface of the above-mentioned cushion material to constitute a furniture member, and the member is applied to various furniture, it is possible to manufacture furniture that has the required cushioning properties and is comfortable to use. It becomes possible. The furniture mentioned here is a concept including a chair, a bed, a sofa, a bench, a sitting chair, and the like that can place at least a part of the body in general. Moreover, it is not restricted to what is used in a home, an office, a store, etc., The thing which can be used in a public facility, a vehicle, the outdoors, etc. is included. At this time, it is more preferable if the member has a function of supporting a human buttock or back, and if the backup material has a substantially flat plate shape, the cushion material and the backup material can be joined. The strength can be easily increased, and the simple structure leads to a reduction in manufacturing cost.
[0012]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Hereinafter, an embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. In this embodiment, as shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, the furniture chair 1 according to the present invention is applied to a moving bleacher used in a theater, a hall, a stadium or the like.
[0013]
The movable bleacher seat is formed by supporting the corrugated floors 2 having different heights from each other by a plurality of leg structures 3 that can be moved back and forth. 1 can be expanded and contracted between the developed position shown in FIG. 1 and the storage position shown in FIG. 2 which is retracted rearward and stored in a predetermined storage space in a superposed state. And the chair 1 which comprises the chair main body supported between the some support | pillar 5 and the some support | pillar 5 which were spaced apart by predetermined spacing along the left-right direction on each step floor 2 is arrange | positioned. Yes.
[0014]
The chair 1 in the present embodiment will be specifically described with reference to FIGS. 3 and 4. The support | pillar 5 attaches the cover which coat | covers the front-and-rear edge part to the support | pillar main body extended up and down over the front-back direction. The lower end of the support column 5 is pivotally supported by the base 4, and the support column 5 is rotated with the pivot point 41 as a fulcrum, so that the support column 5 is in the lying posture shown in FIGS. 2 and 4, or FIGS. It can be held in the standing posture shown.
[0015]
The chair body includes a seat 6, a backrest 7, and an armrest 8. The seat 6 is pivotally supported by a seat pivot support portion 51 provided at a substantially intermediate height position of the support column 5, and when the seated person uses the chair 1, the seat 6 is rotated to a substantially horizontal position. When the seated person stands, the passage can be secured by raising the seat to a substantially vertical position as indicated by an imaginary line. Incidentally, a preload is applied to the seat 6 in the direction of the rising operation at a substantially vertical position.
[0016]
The armrest 8 has an opening facing downward, and is pivotally supported by an armrest pivot support 81 provided on the support 5 in a state where the upper end of the support 5 is inserted into the opening. A fin is formed at the rear end of the armrest 8 so that when the chair 1 is folded into the lying position, the fin 5 is engaged with the fin provided on the rear edge cover of the support 5 so that the support 5 and the armrest 8 interfere with each other. This is suppressed.
[0017]
The backrest 7 includes a backrest main body 71, a back plate 72 provided on the back side of the backrest main body 71, and a side plate 73 provided on a side edge of the backrest main body 71. The upper end portion of the backrest 7 extends obliquely rearward of the column 5, and the lower end portion is movably supported through a link mechanism (not shown) provided on the base 4. Further, the intermediate height position is pivotally connected to the rear end portion 82 of the armrest 8.
[0018]
Then, the chair body is held in the lying posture shown in FIGS. 2 and 4 in which the seat 6, the backrest 7 and the armrest 8 are folded together with the support 5 or the standing posture shown in FIGS. To get. That is, in use, the corrugated floor 2 is deployed to the unfolded position and the chair 1 is raised from the corrugated floor 2 to be in a standing posture, the seat surface 6a is set to be substantially horizontal, and the backrest surface 7a is set to be substantially vertical. Can be used. Moreover, it is possible to take a folded state in which the seat 6 and the backrest 7 are overlapped as a lying posture in which the chair 1 is rolled so as to be lying down on the corrugated floor 2 at the time of storage, and then the corrugated floor 2 is stored in the retracted position And can be stored in the storage space in a superposed state.
[0019]
In the chair 1 as described above, in the present embodiment, the seat 6 and the backrest 7 have a thin and substantially flat plate shape, and the chair 1 in the lying down state Y in the storage position as shown in FIG. It can be stored in.
[0020]
More specifically, as shown in FIGS. 5 and 6, the seat 6 has a substantially flat plate shape that lays in the front-rear direction and the width direction and supports the load by the seated person to retain the seat 6. Backup material 61, side plate 62 erected on both sides of backup material 61, cushion material 63 that fills the area surrounded by backup material 61 and side plate 62, and tension fabric 64 that covers the outer periphery of cushion material 63 It comprises.
[0021]
The cushion material 63 is made of a substantially solid elastic body without having a depletion in the envelope of the outer shape, and plays a role of absorbing an impact at the time of sitting by elastically deforming a pressure receiving region that receives a load. The upper surface of the cushion material 63 is formed into a substantially flat surface, and the seat surface 6a, which is a pressure receiving surface that supports the seated person's buttocks in a state where no load is received, is substantially flat. The cushion material 63 includes a substantially dense hard part 631 and a substantially dense soft part 632 that is softer than the hard part 631. Specifically, as shown in FIG. 5, the soft portion 632 is formed in a shape substantially corresponding to the outer shape of the buttock and the crotch base portion of the bottom view person, and part or all of the outer periphery of the soft portion 632 is formed. A hard part 631 is provided along the line. Further, as shown in FIG. 6, a soft portion 632 having a predetermined size is provided in a region in contact with the upper surface of the backup member 61 in a side sectional view, and the hard portion is embedded so as to fill the upper, front, and rear regions of the soft portion 632. 631 is provided. That is, at the site where the soft part 632 is provided, a laminated structure in which the soft part 632 and the hard part 631 are stacked in the thickness direction is formed.
[0022]
In the present embodiment, urethane is used as the equipment constituting the cushion material 63. That is, the hard part 631 and the soft part 632 are composed of urethane layers having different hardnesses. For example, a hard part made of slab urethane, chip urethane or the like having a relatively large elastic modulus formed into a required shape, on a soft part 632 made of slab urethane or the like having a relatively low elastic modulus formed into a required shape. 631 can be joined to form the cushion material 63. Alternatively, the hard part 631 and the soft part 632 can be formed by filling the mold for forming the cushion material 63 with mold urethane while changing the foaming rate. At this time, the boundary between the hard part 631 and the soft part 632 may not always be clear.
[0023]
When a seated person's buttocks comes into contact with such a seat 6 and a load is applied, the soft portion 632 contracts more greatly and forms a concave shape together with the hard portion 631. As a result, the seat surface 6a of the seat 6 fits properly to the seated person's buttocks and crotch roots, thereby realizing a comfortable support state.
[0024]
As described above, the backrest 7 is formed by joining the back plate 72 to the back side of the backrest main body 71, and is applied to the backrest surface 7 a that is a pressure-receiving surface set on the front surface of the backrest main body 71. The back of the seated person comes into contact. As shown in FIGS. 7 and 8, the backrest main body 71 includes a substantially flat backup material 711 laid in the vertical direction and the width direction therein, and a cushion material 712 attached to the front surface of the backup material 711. It comprises. And the load by a seated person is supported by the backup material 711 and the back plate 72, and the backrest 7 is retained. Further, a tension fabric 713 covering the outer periphery of the cushion material 712 and the backup material 711 is provided. Incidentally, the backup material 711 is omitted, and the mode of attaching the cushion material 712 directly to the front surface side of the back plate 72 is not hindered. In this case, the back plate 72 functions as the backup material according to the present invention.
[0025]
The cushion material 712 of the backrest main body 71 is also made of a substantially solid elastic body without having a depletion in the envelope of the outer shape, and absorbs an impact at the time of sitting by elastically deforming a pressure receiving region that receives a load. Play a role. The forward facing surface of the cushion material 712 is formed into a substantially flat surface, and the backrest surface 7a, which is a pressure receiving surface that supports the back of the seated person in a state where no load is applied, is substantially flat. The cushion material 712 includes a substantially solid hard part 7121 and a substantially solid soft part 7122 that is softer than the hard part 7121. Specifically, as shown in FIG. 7, a soft portion 7122 having a shape substantially inverted like a rear-view bell is formed at a height position corresponding to a portion above a human waist, and the soft portion 7122 is formed. The hard portion 7121 is provided along a part or the whole of the outer periphery of the head.
[0026]
The lower end of the soft part 7122 corresponds to a so-called backrest point W. When building the backrest of a chair, it is preferable to dent relatively backward above the backrest point W and bulge relatively forward below the backrest point. It becomes a natural one corresponding to the curved shape of the spine, making it less fatigued and comfortable for the seated person. For this reason, the cushion material 712 of the backrest main body 71 is configured as described above.
[0027]
Further, as shown in FIG. 8, a soft part 7122 having a predetermined dimension is provided in an area in contact with the front surface of the backup member 711 in a side sectional view, and the hard part is filled so as to fill the front, upper and lower areas of the soft part 7122. 7121 is provided. That is, in the portion where the soft portion 7122 is provided, a stacked structure in which the soft portion 7122 and the hard portion 7121 are stacked in the thickness direction is formed. Incidentally, the hard portion 7121 present at the upper edge portion of the cushion material 712 functions effectively to prevent looseness of the tension fabric 73 stretched so as to cover the cushion material 712. About the equipment which comprises the cushioning material 712, since it is the same as that of the seat 6, description is abbreviate | omitted.
[0028]
When the seated person's back comes into contact with such a backrest 7 and a load is applied, the soft portion 7122 is contracted and deformed more greatly and forms a concave shape together with the hard portion 7121. In addition, the portion below the backrest point W is relatively bulged forward, and as a result, the backrest surface 7a of the backrest 7 fits properly to the seated person's back and provides a comfortable support state. Realize.
[0029]
Generally speaking, although the seat 6 and the backrest 7 are formed in a thin, substantially flat plate shape, it is possible to realize a high level of sitting comfort. Furthermore, since the seat 6 and the backrest 7 can be formed in a thin and substantially flat plate shape while ensuring a comfortable sitting, the degree of freedom in design is also increased.
[0030]
Therefore, according to the above-described embodiment, the cushion materials 63 and 712 that function in direct or indirect contact with a part of the body, such as the buttocks and back of the seated person, are two or more types of elastic materials that differ in elastic modulus. Is formed from a substantially solid elastic body without having a depletion in the outer envelope, and is provided in at least a part of the hard portions 631 and 7121 and the pressure receiving region that receives a load from the body. Since the soft portions 632 and 7122 are softer than the hard portions 631 and 7121, the soft portions 632 and 7122 are contracted and deformed more greatly when subjected to a load, and the pressure receiving surface is concave along with the hard portions 631 and 7121. And can be fitted to the outer surface of the body to achieve a suitable support state. In addition, the hard parts 631 and 7121 and the soft parts 632 and 7122 are both composed of a substantially dense elastic body, and the reference line forming the outer shape is not provided with depletion, slits, continuous irregularities, etc. It is possible to make it difficult to occur and to have high durability.
[0031]
Since the soft portions 632 and 7122 are formed in a shape that substantially corresponds to the outer shape of the part in contact with the body, it is possible to effectively enhance the user's comfort.
[0032]
Since the cushion materials 63 and 712 have a laminated structure in which at least a part of the hard parts 631 and 7121 and at least a part of the soft parts 632 and 7122 are overlapped in the thickness direction, the soft parts 632 and 632, Even when the 7122 is very soft, it is possible to prevent the seated person from feeling the hardness of the backup materials 61 and 711 and feeling uncomfortable or painful. In addition, the durability of the cushion materials 63 and 712 can be further increased.
[0033]
Since the outer shapes of the cushion materials 63 and 712 are formed so as to form a substantially flat plate shape, the process of tensioning the tension fabrics 64 and 713 covering the cushion materials 63 and 712 by sewing or the like can be simplified. In addition, the bonding strength between the cushion materials 63 and 712 and the backup materials 61 and 711 can be easily increased.
[0034]
The hard parts 631 and 7121 and the soft parts 632 and 7122 are preferably composed of urethane layers having different hardnesses from the viewpoint of comfort, durability, and manufacturing cost.
[0035]
Further, the back-up materials 61 and 711 are joined to the rear surfaces of the cushion materials 63 and 712 to constitute the furniture member, that is, the seat 6 and the backrest 7 that are the members for the chair 1, and the required cushioning properties. It is possible to manufacture a chair 1 having a comfortable seat. The seat 6 and the backrest 7 have a function of supporting a person's buttocks or back, and are useful furniture products for many users.
[0036]
Further, if the backup materials 61 and 711 have a substantially flat plate shape, the bonding strength between the cushion materials 63 and 712 and the backup materials 61 and 711 can be easily increased, and the structure is simple. This also leads to a reduction in manufacturing costs.
[0037]
Furthermore, since the seat 6 and the backrest 7 according to the present embodiment are configured so that the overall outer shape is substantially flat, it contributes to stability and space saving when the chair 1 is stacked and stored. It is what you get.
[0038]
The present invention is not limited to the embodiment described in detail above. In particular, the equipment constituting the cushion material, the shape of the hard portion, the soft portion, and the like can be configured in various aspects other than the above embodiment. That is, it is possible to use a material other than urethane for the cushion material, or as shown in FIG. 9, the cushion material 63 has a laminated structure in which the soft portion 632 is provided on the front surface side and the hard portion 631 is provided on the back surface side. In addition, as illustrated in FIG. 10, it is also possible to configure a cushion material 63 or the like in which the hard portion 631 and the soft portion 632 do not form a laminated structure. In addition, it is also conceivable to form the cushion material using three or more kinds of materials having different elastic moduli.
[0039]
Moreover, it does not prevent the formation of a recessed portion such as a bolt insertion hole in the cushion material or the backup material.
[0040]
The furniture or furniture member to which the cushion material according to the present invention can be applied is not limited to the seat and backrest of a chair, but the present invention can be applied to a headrest, a bed mattress, an armrest and other various members. Is possible.
[0041]
Other specific configurations of the respective parts are not limited to the above-described embodiment, and various modifications can be made without departing from the spirit of the present invention.
[0042]
