従来のこの種フリーアクセスフロア用支持脚では、図3に示すごとく、パネル載置用台座1’と床パネルBのコーナー部B’とにわたって締結ボルト6’を連携させるのに、パネル載置用台座1’上にボルト貫通穴9’を貫通形成した筒状突起9”を突設せしめ、そのボルト貫通穴9’を通して締結用ナット7’に螺合締結させるようにしていた(特許文献1参照)。
その為に、床パネルBのコーナー部B’に開口形成したボルト挿通穴5’から締結ボルト6’を挿入させた場合に、床パネル側のボルト挿通穴5’とパネル載置用台座1’側の筒状突起9”のボルト貫通穴9’とのセンター(軸芯)が少しずれると、図3の仮想線で示すごとく締結ボルト6’の先端が筒状突起9”の先端部に当接してボルト貫通穴9’内に挿入し難くなることがあった。その場合、床パネルの敷設作業性が非常に悪くなる。

斯かる目的を達成する本発明の請求項1に係るフリーアクセスフロア用支持脚は、床パネルのコーナー部を載承するパネル載置用台座を備え、該パネル載置用台座と上記床パネルのコーナー部とにわたって締結ボルトを連携させるようにしたフリーアクセスフロア用支持脚であって、前記パネル載置用台座に、前記床パネルのコーナー部に形成したボルト挿通穴と対応する位置に上部が略すり鉢形状に形成された連携用穴を形成すると共に、該連携用穴の内周面に雌ネジを刻設し、前記床パネルのボルト挿通穴と前記パネル載置用台座の連携用穴内周面に形成した雌ネジとにわたって締結ボルトを連携させるようにした事を特徴としたものである。
また、本発明の請求項2に係るフリーアクセスフロア用支持脚は、前記パネル載置用台座に、前記床パネルのコーナー部に形成したボルト挿通穴と対応する位置に上部が略すり鉢形状に形成された連携用穴を形成すると共に、該連携用穴の裏面側に締結用ナットを回動不能に設置し、前記床パネルのボルト挿通穴と前記パネル載置用台座の連携用穴内に設置した前記締結用ナットとにわたって締結ボルトを連携させるようにした事を特徴としたものである。
