Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a desk with a panel in which a panel is provided along the side or rear side of a top plate.
[0002]
[Prior art]
As this type of conventional desk with a panel, there is a desk provided with locking brackets (frames) for attaching the panel to the rear end or the left and right side edges of the desk on both sides of the desk side surface of the panel. Yes (see, for example, Patent Document 1).
[0003]
Also, a pair of panel fixtures (frames) linked to the lifting device inside the panel is projected from a long hole on the desk side surface of the panel, and this panel fixture is provided at one end of the desk. Some brackets are attached and a panel is supported on a desk so that the height can be adjusted (for example, see Patent Document 2).
[0004]
[Patent Document 1]
Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 10-211033 [Patent Document 2]
Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 11-276258
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
In the conventional desks with panels described in Patent Documents 1 and 2, the mounting bracket or panel mounting tool for supporting the panel is either directly fixed to the desk-side panel surface, or from the panel surface. Since it protrudes, when attaching a bracket to them, the attachment part of this bracket is restricted only to the protrusion part from the panel surface in an attachment metal fitting or a panel attachment.
[0006]
Therefore, when mounting a large panel on a desk, etc., in order to stably support it, the mounting bracket and the panel mounting tool can be enlarged to increase the mounting area with the bracket, or to increase the rigidity by making them thick. It is necessary to increase the size of the mounting bracket, and the size of the mounting bracket and the bracket is increased, and the degree of freedom in designing the panel and its mounting portion is restricted.
[0007]
In addition, if the mounting brackets are provided on the panel surface, the protruding dimension of the bracket from the desk cannot be made too large for the appearance, so the distance between the end surface of the desk top panel and the panel cannot be increased. , A feeling of pressure by the panel occurs.
[0008]
The present invention has been made in view of the above problems, and by making it possible to cover the entire circumference of the vertical gutter in the panel mounting frame with a bracket, the mounting strength of the panel is increased, and this is stabilized. An object of the present invention is to provide a panel-equipped desk that can be supported by the bracket, and has a minimum protrusion dimension from the desk of the bracket, and can increase the distance between the end surface of the top plate and the panel. Yes.
[0009]

[0011]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.
FIG. 1 is a plan view of a desk with a panel according to the present invention, and FIG. 2 is a front view of the desk. In FIG. Has a pedestal (4) having casters (3) at the lower end, and supports the top plate (2) at three points.
[0012]
A panel comprising a frame (5) having a rectangular frame shape and a mesh-like planar member (6) on the rear surface of the top plate (2) (which will be described below with reference to the lower side in FIG. 1). (7) is mounted as height adjustable.
[0013]
Since both the panels (7) have the same configuration except for the size, only the rear panel (7) will be described below.
[0014]
Since the four corners of the frame (5) and the planar member (6) have the same structure, the upper left corner will be described as an example.
As shown in FIGS. 3 to 5, the frame (5) includes a pair of left and right pipe-shaped vertical rods (8), and a pair of upper and lower horizontal ribs (9) having a vertically long oblong pipe-shaped cross section, It consists of a connecting member (10) that connects both ends of the vertical hook (8) and the horizontal hook (9), and each of these members is formed of a lightweight material such as an aluminum alloy.
[0015]
On the outer surface of each connecting member (10), a support rod (11) that faces the diagonal direction of the frame (5) and is slightly inclined rearward from the rectangular surface formed by the frame (5) is integrated. Is formed.
[0016]
At the free end (outer end) of each support rod (11), a disk-shaped mounting portion (11b) to which a corner member (21), which will be described later, can be mounted is projected rearward. ing.
[0017]
Further, on the opposing surface of the base (10a) that forms the vertical of each connecting member (10), a vertical and cylindrical protrusion (12) that can be fitted in the end of the vertical rod (8), and a horizontal rod ( A projecting part (13) having a horizontal and vertically elliptical cross section that can be fitted to the end part of 9) is provided in a projecting manner.
[0018]
In order to form the frame (5) by assembling the above members, the both ends of the vertical rod (8) and the horizontal rod (9) are formed on both protrusions (12) and (13) of the four connecting members (10). After fitting the parts, the vertical rod (8) has a long bolt (15) from the outside in the insertion hole (14) facing the up and down direction drilled in the base part (10a) as shown in FIG. By inserting and screwing the tip into a nut (16) press-fitted into the hollow hole at the end of the vertical hook (8), the horizontal hook (9) is projected as shown in FIG. The screw (18) is screwed into the two left and right female screw holes (17) facing the front-rear direction drilled in (13), respectively, and then coupled.
[0019]
Thus, a strong frame-like frame (5) having a horizontally long rectangle as shown in FIG. 2 is formed, and support rods (11) extend substantially diagonally at the four corners.
[0020]
As shown in FIGS. 7 to 10, the planar member (6) described above is woven in a mesh shape with natural fibers or chemical (synthetic) fibers, and cylindrical mounting portions (19 a) are provided on the four sides of the upper, lower, left, and right sides. A formed rectangular mesh material (19) having elasticity, four pipe-shaped mounting rods (20) fitted in each cylindrical mounting portion (19a), and upper, lower, left and right mounting rods (20 ) And four corner members (21) that connect the ends of the mesh material (19). The four corners of the mesh material (19) are cut at an angle of approximately 45 °, and the ends of the mounting rod (20) are cylindrical. The mounting portion (19a) slightly protrudes from both ends.
[0021]
Each corner member (21) has a substantially fan shape when viewed from the front, and the protruding end portion from the cylindrical mounting portion (19a) of the mounting rod (20) is slightly tightly fitted to the opposing portion in the vertical and horizontal directions. Stepped consisting of a bottomed mounting hole (22a) that can be mated and an insertion hole (22b) that is slightly larger in diameter than the mounting hole (22a), in which the end of the cylindrical mounting part (19a) can be loosely fitted Holes (22) are formed opposite to each other.
[0022]
Further, as shown in FIGS. 8 and 10, the inner ends of the corner members (21) facing the corner portions of the mesh material (19) are opened and the corners of the mesh material (19) are opened. A slit-like concave groove (23) having a width that allows the cut portion of the part to be inserted obliquely in a 45 ° direction is formed so that both ends communicate with the insertion holes (22b) of both stepped holes (22). Yes.
[0023]
As shown in FIG. 6, on the front and rear surfaces of the outer corner of each corner member (21), there are a mounting portion (11a) of the support rod (11), a tightening washer (26) to be described later. Is formed, and a through hole (25) facing in the front-rear direction is formed in the center of both the recesses (24).
[0024]
In order to assemble the planar member (6), as shown in FIG. 10, after inserting attachment rods (20) into the respective cylindrical attachment portions (19a) on the four sides of the mesh material (19), each attachment rod The projecting ends of both ends of (20) are fitted into both mounting holes (22a) of the corner member (21), and both ends of the cylindrical mounting portion (19a) are inserted into the insertion holes ( The corner of the mesh material (19) may be inserted into 22b) so as to be inserted into the concave groove (23).
[0025]
This assembly work is performed while pulling the mesh material (19) strongly outward, and after the assembly, the mesh material (19) is tensioned, so there is no slack in the mesh material (19) and the mounting rod (20) There is no possibility that both end portions of the slab are easily detached from the corner member (21).
[0026]
Further, the four corners of the mesh material (19) are accommodated in the concave grooves (23) of the corner member (21) and are not exposed to the outside, so that the appearance is improved.
[0027]
In order to form the panel (7) by attaching the frame (5) to the planar member (6) after assembly, as shown in FIGS. 3 and 6, the support rods at the four corners of the frame (5) are provided. After fitting the free end mounting portion (11a) of (11) into the concave portion (24) on the front side of each corner member (21) in the planar member (6), the thickness is added to the concave portion (24) on the rear side. The meat fastening washer (26) is fitted, and the bolt (27) inserted from the rear of the fastening washer (26) is inserted into the through hole (25) of the corner member (21) and the support rod (11 ) Are screwed into the bottomed female screw hole (28) of the attachment portion (11a), so that the four corners of the planar member (6) are smaller than the frame (see FIG. 1 and FIG. 2). A panel (7) that is supported at four points by the free ends of the four support rods (11) of 5) and that has a gap between the frame (5) and the planar member (6) is formed.
After the panel (7) is assembled, the frame (5) is not visible from the outside, so the appearance is improved.
[0028]
Further, since the support rods (11) extend diagonally from the four corners of the frame-shaped frame (5) and the planar members (6) are supported by the free ends, the size of the frame-shaped frame (5) is increased. Can be attached to the planar member (6) having large vertical and horizontal dimensions, and the frame (5) can be reduced in size and weight.
[0029]
The panel (7) is attached to the top plate (2) as follows.
As shown in FIG. 11 to FIG. 13 (showing an example of mounting the panel on the rear side of the desk), close to the lower end of the left and right vertical shafts (8) (only shown on the right side for symmetry) in the frame (5) In this case, a vertically long panel support member (29) is fitted so as to be slidable in the vertical direction. A rear end portion of the two-piece bracket (30) forming a vertical plate shape is fixed to the front by a screw (31).
[0030]
A support piece (30a) which is horizontal at the upper end of the bracket (30) is fixed to a reinforcing plate (32) fixed to the lower surface of the rear end of the top plate (2) by screws (31).
[0031]
On the outer surface of the panel support member (29), two upper and lower elastic pressure holding means (33) and a stopping means (34) are provided in the middle.
[0032]
The elastic holding means (33) is accommodated in the holding hole (35) drilled in the panel support member (29) so as to be slidable in the left-right direction, and the round head at the tip is attached to the vertical hook (8). The pressing pin (36) that can be projected and retracted, and the holding pin (36) outside the pressing pin (36) are also contracted, and the locking pin (36) is always connected to the vertical rod (8). It consists of a compression coil spring (37) that urges toward it.
[0033]
(38) is a closing plate for closing the opening of the holding hole (35).
The round head at the tip of the pressing pin (36) can selectively engage with a plurality of semicircular arc-shaped engaging grooves (39) formed at equal intervals on the outer surface of the vertical rod (8). It is like that.
[0034]
The stopping means (34) slides in the left-right direction in a holding hole (41) drilled in the center of the back surface of the concave portion (40) formed in a vertically long rectangle formed in the thick part of the panel support member (29). It is housed in a stop pin (42) that can be accommodated and the round head of the tip advances and retracts toward the vertical rod (8) and a holding hole (41) inside thereof, and the stop pin (42) is always vertically The coil spring (37) urged outwardly away from the flange (8) and the support pin (43) facing the front-rear direction in the recess (40) can be rotated in the left-right direction. The operation lever (44) is provided with a horizontal and tapered pressing piece (44a) which is pivotally attached and can push the outer surface of the stop pin (42) at the center of the inner surface.
[0035]
The height adjusting means of the panel (7) is constituted by the engaging groove (39) formed in the upper and lower elastic pressure holding means (33), the stopping means (34) and the vertical rod (8).
[0036]
As shown in FIG. 13, in the locked position where the operating lever (44) is substantially vertical in the recess (40), the pressing piece (44a) faces the left-right direction and presses the outer surface of the stop pin (42). Thus, the round head protrudes toward the vertical rod (8) and enters into the engaging groove (39) between the upper and lower pressing pins (36).
[0037]
Therefore, the vertical movement of the panel (7) with respect to the panel support member (29), that is, the bracket (30) is reliably prevented.
[0038]
On the other hand, as shown in FIG. 14, when the operation lever (44) is rotated upward, for example, to the unlock position, the pressing piece (44a) is rotated downward and the tip thereof is moved away by the stop pin (42). Thus, the stop pin (42) is moved outward by the compression coil spring (37), and the round head is detached from the engagement groove (39).
[0039]
Therefore, if the vertical rod (8) or the entire panel (7) is moved strongly in the vertical direction, the pressing pin (36) of the elastic pressure retaining means (33) is detached from the engagement groove (39), and another engagement groove ( By automatically entering and engaging 39), the height of the panel (7) can be adjusted stepwise by the number of the engagement grooves (39). If the operation lever (44) is rotated to the state shown in FIG. 13 after the height adjustment, the panel (7) is stopped and held at that position.
[0040]
In order to prevent the operating lever (44) from rotating loosely in the locked position of FIG. 13, the tip surface of the pressing piece (44a) is a vertical planing surface or the center of the outer surface of the stop pin (42). The part may be slightly recessed.
The stop means (34) may be provided only on one of the left and right panel support members (29) depending on the size and weight of the panel (7).
Further, a ball (steel ball) can be used instead of the pressing pin (36) of the elastic pressure holding means (33).
[0041]
When the panel (7) is attached to the top plate (2) of the desk (1) in this way, the planar member (6) is moved to the frame (5) by the free end of the support rod (11) inclined backward. ) Separated from the rear end (or side end) of the top plate (2) of the planar member (6) is large and large around the top plate (2). By forming the space, the feeling of pressure by the panel (7) is eliminated.
[0042]
Moreover, when the display of an OA apparatus etc. is mounted in the rear end part (or side end part) of the top plate (2), this may be protruded largely behind (or the side) of the top plate (2). Therefore, the upper surface of the top plate (2) can be used effectively.
[0043]
Furthermore, since the frame (5) and the planar member (6) are separated from each other, the entire outer peripheral surface of the vertical rod (8) of the frame (5) can be held by the panel support member (29). The panel (7) is supported firmly and stably by the top plate (2).
[0044]
FIGS. 15 and 16 show a modification of the panel (7). The free end of the support rod (11) in the frame (5) having the same configuration as described above is provided with a transparent or translucent transparent material made of acrylic or the like. A light planar member (45) is attached.
That is, as shown in FIG. 6, in the small-diameter projection (11b) projecting from the rear surface of the mounting portion (11a) at the free end of each support rod (11), and the fastening washer (26) similar to the above The small-diameter projection (26a) projecting from the front surface is fitted into the mounting holes (46) drilled at the four corners of the translucent planar member (45), and thereby the planar member (45) After inserting the bolt, the bolt (27) inserted from the tightening washer (26) side is screwed into the female screw hole (28) of the mounting portion (11a), so that the translucent planar member (45) is Similarly to the above, the four support rods (11) are supported at four points by the free ends.
[0045]
If the inner diameter of the mounting holes (46) drilled at the four corners of the translucent planar member (45) is slightly larger than the outer diameter of both small-diameter projections (11b) (26b), the frame Even if the dimensional accuracy of each constituent member of (5) or an error occurs during assembly, it can be easily attached to the attachment portion (11a) of the support rod (11) of the frame (5).
[0046]
In the above embodiment, the support rod (11) is extended substantially in the diagonal direction of the frame (5) so that the planar members (6) and (45) having large vertical and horizontal dimensions can be supported. However, the extending direction of the support rod (11) may be extended in the vertical direction when a planar member having a large vertical dimension is used, and in the horizontal direction when a planar member having a large horizontal dimension is used. .
[0047]
Further, in order to separate the frame (5) and the planar members (6) and (45), the entire support rod (11) is inclined backward with the base as the center, but the planar members (6) and (45) ) May be bent backward (toward the outside for the side panel of the desk).
[0048]
As a means for preventing the panel support member (29) from moving up and down, instead of the stop means (34) as described above, the panel support member (29) is provided with a female screw hole penetrating toward the vertical rod (8). In addition, a fastening bolt having an operation knob is screwed into this female screw hole, and the operation knob is rotated so that the tip of the fastening bolt is brought into pressure contact with the outer peripheral surface of the vertical shaft (8). The support member (29) may be prevented from moving up and down.
[0049]
In the above embodiment, the bracket (30) that supports the frame (5) is fixed to the lower surface of the top plate (2), but it may be attached to the pedestal (4).
[0050]
Instead of the mesh-like planar member (6), a planar member such as a cloth may be used, and instead of the translucent planar member (45), a planar member such as a wooden board or a decorative board may be used. is there.
[0051]
In the above embodiment, the panel (7) is slidably fitted to the bracket (30) so that the height of the panel (7) can be adjusted stepwise by the height adjusting means. However, as shown in the modification of FIG. 17, the panel (7) may be fixedly attached to the bracket (30).
[0052]
At this time, a plurality of upper and lower insertion holes (not shown) drilled in the vertical rod (8) of the frame (5) in the panel (7) and a panel support member (29) of the bracket (30) were drilled. The bolt (48) may be inserted into the plurality of stepped holes (47), and a nut (not shown) may be fixed to the protruding end on the opposite side.
[0053]
【The invention's effect】
According to the first aspect of the present invention, the planar member of the panel extends outward in the diagonal direction from the four corners of the frame and is spaced outward from the surface formed by the frame. Since the free end of the frame is supported so as to be separated from the top plate in the opposite direction, the vertical rod of the frame is separated from the inner surface of the planar member. Thus, the vertical rod of the frame, since the Ru fitted to embrace the entire circumference by a cylindrical panel support portion of the bracket, the mounting area of the bracket is increased for Tate杆, mounting strength of the panel becomes large, This can be stably supported on a top plate or the like.
In addition, since the planar member is spaced outward from the frame, even if the projection size of the bracket for attaching the panel to the top plate or the pedestal is small, the distance between the end surface of the top plate and the planar member is The large space is formed around the top plate, and there is no feeling of pressure by the panel, and OA equipment mounted on the top plate can be protruded greatly outward, so the top surface of the top plate is effective Can be used for
Further, since the planar member is supported by the free end portion of the support rod that extends outward in the diagonal direction from the four corners of the frame, attach the planar member having a large vertical and horizontal dimension to the small frame. Can do.
In addition, the planar member can be easily attached at four points by each support rod and away from the frame without exposing the frame to the outer surface.
[0054]
According to invention of Claim 2 , the height of a panel can be arbitrarily adjusted according to the height of a top plate, the intended purpose of a desk, etc.
