Preferred R 3 and R 4 include C 1-7 aliphatic hydrocarbons such as methyl, ethyl, isopropyl, isopentyl, and the like, and C 6-10 aromatic hydrocarbons such as phenyl, toluyl, benzyl, among others. From the viewpoint of the storage stability of the oxazolidine compound, one of R 3 and R 4 is a hydrogen atom and the other is a hydrocarbon group.
Specific examples of N-hydroxyalkyl-oxazolidine include, for example, 2-isopropyl-3- (2-hydroxyethyl) oxazolidine, 2- (1-methylbutyl) -3- (2-hydroxyethyl) oxazolidine, 2-phenyl-3 -(2-hydroxyethyl) oxazolidine, 2-isopropyl-3- (2-hydroxypropyl) -5-methyloxazolidine and the like. This oxazolidine compound is hydrolyzed by moisture to produce imino groups and hydroxyl groups, which react with the isocyanate groups of the prepolymer to produce urea bonds and urethane bonds without generating carbon dioxide gas, thereby proceeding with crosslinking. . The hydrolysis of this oxazolidine compound is usually accelerated by the presence of an acid.
[0009]
The production method of the polyisocyanate compound of the present invention may be according to the usual production conditions of urethane prepolymer, and can be produced by reacting the active hydrogen compound with an excess amount of the polyisocyanate. For example, a prepolymer having an isocyanate group at the terminal can be obtained by reacting a polyisocyanate and a polyol at 50 to 80 ° C. for about 1 to several hours under a nitrogen stream. The ratio of the polyisocyanate to polyol used is usually 1.2 to 4.0, preferably 1.3 to 3.0 in terms of the equivalent ratio of NCO / OH.
Similarly, the urethane prepolymer obtained by reacting the above active hydrogen compound with an excess amount of polyisocyanate is reacted with N-hydroxyalkyl-oxazolidine. In the urethane prepolymer, free isocyanate groups and oxazolidine are reacted. It is preferable to make it react with the ratio with the hydroxyl group of NCO / OH equivalent ratio 2.5-15, and it is more preferable to react with 3.0-10. When the NCO / OH equivalent ratio is 15 or more, foaming tends to occur at the time of curing, and when it is 2.5 or less, the cured product becomes too soft.
The compounding amount of the urethane prepolymer having an oxazolidine ring in the adhesive is usually 10 to 90% by weight, preferably 20 to 80% by weight.
[0010]
Examples of the nitrogen-containing non-reactive polar organic solvent used in the present invention without substantially react to isocyanate groups, or a dipole moment of 1D or permittivity preferably has 4 or more. Specific examples thereof include, for example, ester solvents such as ethyl acetate and butyl acetate, ketone solvents such as acetone and methyl ethyl ketone, ether solvents such as tetrahydrofuran, N, N-dimethylformamide, N, N-dimethylacetamide, Nitrogen-containing solvents such as 1-methyl-2-pyrrolidone and 1,3-dimethyl-2-imidazolidinone are mentioned, but N, N-dimethylformamide has a strong solubility in polyvinyl chloride as an adherend, It is preferable to use a nitrogen-containing polar solvent such as N, N-dimethylacetamide, 1-methyl-2-pyrrolidone, 1,3-dimethyl-2-imidazolidinone.
This amount in the adhesive nitrogen-containing non-reactive polar organic solvent is 5 to 40 wt%, preferably section is 10 to 25 wt%. If the blending amount is less than 5% by weight, the adhesive performance is deteriorated, and if the blending amount is more than 40% by weight, the adhesive thinning becomes remarkable.
In addition to the above-mentioned compounds, a nonpolar organic solvent such as xylene, toluene, mineral spirit and the like can be added to the composition of the present invention as needed, as long as the object of the present invention is not impaired. Similarly, inorganic fillers such as calcium carbonate, silicon oxide, titanium oxide, clay, talc, and carbon black, fumed silica, surface treated calcium carbonate, organic bentonite, fatty acid amide, etc. An imparting agent, a plasticizer such as dibutyl phthalate, dioctyl phthalate, dioctyl adipate, or the like can be added.
Furthermore, curing catalysts and various additives such as coupling agents, antifoaming agents, leveling agents, matting agents, flame retardants, dispersants, tackifiers, antistatic agents, reaction retarders, dehydrating agents, antioxidants UV absorbers, hydrolysis inhibitors, dyes, inorganic pigments, organic pigments, extender pigments and the like can be used as appropriate.

The test results of the above Examples and Comparative Examples are shown in [Table 1].
[0016]
[Table 1]
As a result of the above adhesion test, the compositions of Examples 1 to 4 containing oxazolidine and a polar solvent showed excellent adhesion and caused material destruction of the adherend. However, the compositions of Comparative Examples 1 and 3 containing only a nonpolar solvent had insufficient adhesion to the vinyl chloride sheet, and peeling occurred at the sheet interface. Further, the compositions of Comparative Examples 2 and 4 using the prepolymer containing no oxazolidine resulted in the foaming of the adhesive, resulting in a significant decrease in adhesive strength.
[0017]
【The invention's effect】
The one-component polyurethane resin-based adhesive composition of the present invention is excellent in adhesion of an adherend having at least a part of the adhesive surface made of polyvinyl chloride, and is particularly a soft polyvinyl chloride sheet containing a large amount of plasticizer. And suitable for bonding to other adherends having a high water content, such as concrete and mortar.
