Description

【0001】

A dust collection filter that protrudes toward the leeward side and curves in a semicircular shape and is detachable, and a seal portion that seals a gap between the dust collection filter and the main body, and the dust collection filter folds the flat filter medium. The folds are formed in a fold shape and the fold-folded portions are bonded and connected so as to have flexibility in the fold-folding direction.
[0014]
ADVANTAGE OF THE INVENTION According to this invention, while increasing the surface area of a dust collection filter and improving dust collection efficiency, an air purifying filter which can improve sealing performance and can prevent an air leak is obtained.
[0017]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
The present invention has a box-shaped main body having an air inlet portion on one surface and an air outlet portion on the other surface to form an air flow path, and protrudes toward the leeward side inside the main body, and is curved in a substantially semicircular shape. And a dust collecting filter that is detachably provided, and a seal portion that seals a gap between the dust collecting filter and the main body, and the dust collecting filter is bent in a fold folding direction in which a flat filter material is formed in a fold shape. The fold-folded part is bonded and connected so that it has the property.By forming the dust collection filter in a curved shape, the surface area of the dust collection filter is increased, pressure loss is reduced, and a large air volume is possible. The dust efficiency is increased and the sealing portion improves the sealing performance, thereby preventing air leakage.
[0019]
Embodiments of the present invention will be described below with reference to the drawings.
[0020]
[Example]
( Reference Example 1)
As shown in FIG. 1 and FIG. 2, the air inlet portion 1 is provided on the lower surface, the air outlet portion 2 is provided on the other surface, and the semicircular arc shape is formed on the inner surface portion of the box-shaped main body 4 in which the air flow path 3 is formed. A flat dust collecting filter 9 in which a seal portion 5 is provided, a flat filter medium 6 is folded in a fold shape inside the main body 4, and a fold portion 7 is adhered and connected with an adhesive 8 so as to have flexibility in the fold folding direction. Is mounted in the main body 4 so as to protrude toward the leeward side, bend in a substantially semicircular shape, and abut on the seal portion 5 provided on the inner surface of the main body 4, and the air inlet portion 1 is provided with a vent hole 10. An air cleaning unit 12 is configured by attaching the grill 11.
[0021]
In the above configuration, when the air purification unit 12 is installed, an opening for attaching the main body 4 is formed in the ceiling 14 of the room 13 so that the main body 4 is provided in the ceiling 14, and the blower 15 provided in the back of the ceiling and the ceiling 14 are provided. The blower outlet 16 is connected via a duct 17, and the dust collection filter 9 is stored in a circular shape in the main body 4, and is put in contact with the seal portion 5 provided in the main body 4. Install and install.
[0022]
When the blower 15 is operated, the contaminated air sucked into the main body 4 through the decorative grill 11 is absorbed by the dust collecting filter 9 by the suction force from the large outer peripheral side of the dust collecting filter 9 curved in a semicircular shape. The purified air, which has been filtered through the inside and purified, is blown out to the outlet 16 and diffused into the room 13 to purify the air in the room 13.
[0023]
Further, when the dust collection filter 9 is replaced or cleaned, the makeup grill 11 can be removed from the room 13 and the dust collection filter 9 can be taken out and replaced.
[0024]
In this way, the dust collection area of the dust collection filter 9 is increased and the dust collection efficiency is increased, and the dust collection filter 9 is attached in contact with the seal portion 5 provided on the inner surface of the main body 4. The gap between the filter 9 and the main body 4 is sealed to prevent air leakage.
[0025]
( Reference Example 2)
As shown in FIGS. 3 to 5, a frame-shaped fixture 19 having a concave groove 18 that engages with an end of the curved dust collection filter 9 </ b> A is provided on both sides, and the fixture 19 and the outer side of the concave groove 18 are provided. A fixture seal portion 20 that seals between the inner surface of the main body 4A is provided, and a dust collection filter 9A is detachably provided in the main body 4A via the fixture 19.
[0026]
In the above configuration, the end of the dust collection filter 9A is engaged with the concave groove 18 of the fixture 19, and the dust collection filter 9A is held in a curved state, and the end of the dust collection filter 9A is sealed by the concave groove 18. The When the dust collection filter 9A is inserted into the main body 4A by the fixture 19 in this state, the gap between the fixture 19 and the main body 4A is sealed by the fixture seal portion 20, and the dust collection filter 9A is mounted in the main body 4A. .
[0027]
Thus, the end of the dust collection filter 9A is engaged with the concave groove 18 of the fixture 19, so that air leakage at the end of the dust collection filter 9A is prevented and the fixture seal portion 20 prevents the fixture from being attached. The gap between 19 and the main body 4A is sealed, and the sealing performance is improved.
[0028]
Further, since the dust collection filter 9A is mounted in the main body 4A via the fixture 19, the dust collection filter 9A is accurately held in a curved state, and there is no need for a separate holding member for the dust collection filter 9A. Improves.
[0029]
( Reference Example 3)
As shown in FIG. 6, the bottom surface 21 of the concave groove 18A of the fixture 19A with which the end surface 9a of the curved dust collection filter 9A abuts is deep on the inner side where the inner diameter side of the dust collection filter 9A faces and the outer side on which the outer diameter side faces. The structure is inclined so as to be shallow.
[0030]
In the above configuration, when the flat dust collection filter 9A is curved, it is difficult to hold the end surface 9a of the dust collection filter 9A in a horizontal state due to the force of returning to the outer diameter side. Thus, the end surface 9a of the dust collecting filter 9A is made to be inclined to the bottom surface 21 of the concave groove 18A by inclining the bottom surface 21 of the concave groove 18A of the fixture 19A in accordance with this inclination. Close to.
[0031]
Thus, since the bottom surface 21 of the concave groove 18A of the fixture 19A is inclined so that the inside is deep and the outside is shallow, the dust collection filter 9A is inclined when the flat dust collection filter 9A is curved. The end face 9a and the bottom face 21 of the groove 18A are matched, and without applying excessive force to the dust collection filter 9A, air leakage at the end face 9a of the dust collection filter 9A curved in a natural state is prevented and the sealing performance is improved. To do.
[0032]
( Reference Example 4)
As shown in FIGS. 7 and 8, a guide 22 having a shape covering the end of the dust collection filter 9 is provided at the end of the dust collection filter 9 engaged with the concave groove 18 of the fixture 19.
[0033]
In the above configuration, when the flat dust collection filter 9 is bent and attached to the fixture 19, the end of the dust collection filter 9 is covered with the guide 22, and then engaged with the concave groove 18 of the fixture 19. The dust collection filter 9 is attached so as to be held in a curved state.
[0034]
Thus, since the end of the dust collection filter 9 is covered with the guide 22 and then engaged with the fixture 19 and the groove 18, the dust collection filter 9 is collected when engaged with the groove 18 of the fixture 19. The end portion of the dust filter 9 is prevented from being deformed or damaged, and air leakage due to deformation and breakage of the end portion of the dust collection filter 9 is prevented, thereby improving the sealing performance.
[0035]
Further, by covering the end portion of the dust collection filter 9 with the guide 22, when the dust collection filter 9 is engaged with the concave groove 18 of the fixture 19, the guide 22 serves as a guide and can be easily attached and detached. Will improve.
[0036]
( Reference Example 5)
As shown in FIG. 9, the dust collection filter 9 </ b> B prevents the end portion of the deodorizing filter 23 formed of activated carbon integrally provided on the lee side of the dust collection filter 9 </ b> B from being inserted into the concave groove 18 of the fixture 19. The deodorizing filter 23 has a short length.
[0037]
In the above configuration, when the dust collection filter 9B is curved and engaged with the concave groove 18 of the fixture 19, the deodorizing filter 23 provided integrally on the leeward side of the dust collection filter 9B is longer than the dust collection filter 9B. Since it is formed short, the end of the deodorizing filter 23 is attached without being engaged in the concave groove 18 of the fixture 19.
[0038]
Thus, since the length of the deodorizing filter 23 provided on the leeward side of the dust collection filter 9B is shorter than that of the dust collection filter 9B, the groove 18 of the fixture 19 has an end portion of the dust collection filter 9B. Since the deodorizing filter 23 whose surface is uneven by the activated carbon is not engaged with the groove 18, the attachment of the fixture 19 to the groove 18 is facilitated, and the uneven surface of the activated carbon. Since there is no engagement by air, the occurrence of air leakage can be prevented and the sealing performance is improved. Further, since the deodorizing filter 23 can be formed in a small size, the cost is low.
[0039]
( Reference Example 6)
As shown in FIGS. 10 to 11, the dust collection filter 9 </ b> C is arranged so that both side portions of the deodorizing filter 23 </ b> A provided integrally on the leeward side of the dust collection filter 9 </ b> C do not come into contact with the seal portion 5 provided inside the main body 4. The deodorizing filter 23A has a narrower width.
[0040]
In the above configuration, when the dust collection filter 9C is housed inside the main body 4, the deodorizing filter 23A is brought into contact with the seal portion 5 provided inside the main body 4 because the width of the deodorizing filter 23A is narrow. Only the dust collection filter 9C is attached to the seal portion 5 in contact therewith.
[0041]
Thus, since the width of the deodorizing filter 23A is narrower than the width of the dust collecting filter 9C, when the dust collecting filter 9C is housed in the main body 4, the surface of the deodorizing filter 23A is uneven by activated carbon. Does not come into contact with the seal portion 5 provided in the main body 4 and the sealing performance between the dust collection filter 9C and the main body 4 is improved. Further, since the deodorizing filter 23A can be formed in a small size, the cost is low.
[0042]
( Reference Example 7)
As shown in FIG. 12, a semicircular seal plate 24 that supports the inside of the curved dust collection filter 9D is provided on both sides of the fixture 19B, and the dust collection filter 9D is placed in the main body 4 via the fixture 19B. When housed, both sides of the dust collection filter 9D are sandwiched and sealed by the seal portion 5 and the seal plate 24 provided inside the main body 4.
[0043]
In the above configuration, when the dust collection filter 9D curvedly attached to the fixture 19B and supported on the inner side by the seal plate 24 is stored in the main body 4, the dust collection filter 9D is applied to the seal portion 5 provided in the main body 4. The dust collection filter 9D is in contact with the seal portion 5 and the seal plate 24, and sealing is performed between the main body 4 and the dust collection filter 9D.
[0044]
As described above, since the seal plate 24 supporting the inside of the curved dust collection filter 9D is provided on both sides of the fixture 19B, the dust collection filter 9D supported by the seal plate 24 in the curved state is provided in the main body 4. When stored, the outside of the dust collection filter 9D comes into contact with the seal portion 5 provided in the main body 4 so that the dust collection filter 9D is sandwiched between the dust collection filter 9D and the main body 4 to prevent air leakage and improve the sealing performance. In addition, the curved shape of the dust collection filter 9D can be prevented from being deformed.
[0045]
(Example 1 )
As shown in FIG. 1 and FIG. 2, the air inlet portion 1 is provided on the lower surface, the air outlet portion 2 is provided on the other surface, and the semicircular arc shape is formed on the inner surface portion of the box-shaped main body 4 in which the air flow path 3 is formed. A flat dust collecting filter 9 in which a seal portion 5 is provided, a flat filter medium 6 is folded in a fold shape inside the main body 4, and the fold portion 7 is bonded and connected with an adhesive 8 so as to have flexibility in the fold folding direction.
As shown in FIGS. 7 and 8, a guide 22 having a shape covering the end of the dust collection filter 9 is provided at the end of the dust collection filter 9 engaged with the concave groove 18 of the fixture 19.
As shown in FIG. 13, the shape of the dust collection filter 9E is curved in the shape of the guide 22B that covers the end of the dust collection filter 9E so that the guide 22A can be attached to the fixture 19B from the upper vertical direction. A configuration is adopted in which the guide 22B is inclined to the dust collection filter 9E with an adhesive 25 via an inclined member or the like.
[0046]
In the above configuration, when the guide 22B provided at the end of the dust collection filter 9E is curved so as to be mounted in the concave groove 18A of the fixture 19B, the guide 22B which is attached to the dust collection filter 9E in an inclined direction becomes a vertical direction. 22B can be inserted into the concave groove 18A of the fixture 19B from above.
[0047]
As described above, when the dust collection filter 9E is formed in a curved shape at the end of the dust collection filter 9E, the guide 22B is attached so as to be inclined in a substantially vertical direction. Therefore, the guide 22B is collected in the concave groove 18A of the fixture 19B. When the end portion of the dust filter 9E is engaged and held, if the dust collection filter 9E is curved, the guide 22B provided at the end portion becomes vertical, and the guide 22B can be easily inserted and attached to the concave groove 18A. Further, it is possible to prevent air leakage when the dust collection filter 9E is attached via the guide 22B.
[0048]
Further, the dust collection filter 9E can be positioned at the time of attachment, and the guide 22B is bonded and fixed to the dust collection filter 9E, so that movement can be prevented.
[0049]
( Reference Example 8 )
As shown in FIGS. 14 to 16, a pair of semicircular rails 26 having a U-shaped cross section and storing and holding both side portions of the dust collection filter 9 </ b> F are provided on a fixture 19 </ b> C formed to be extendable and contractible. The configuration.
[0050]
In the above configuration, when attaching the dust collection filter 9F, the rail 26 is moved so as to sandwich the curved dust collection filter 9F in a state where the rail 26 is widened to the left and right, and the dust collection filter 9F is attached to the fixture 19C.
[0051]
Thus, since the pair of rails 27 formed in a semicircular shape having a U-shaped cross section and capable of accommodating and holding both sides of the dust collection filter 9F are provided in the fixture 19C, the dust collection filter 9F is surely kept in a curved state. The air leakage at the end of the dust collection filter 9F can be prevented.
[0052]
( Reference Example 9 )
As shown in FIGS. 17 and 18, the decorative grille 11 </ b> A covering the lower part of the main body 4 </ b> A is provided with a bifurcated open-facing attachment spring 27, and the groove 18 that supports the end of the curved dust collection filter 9 </ b> A is formed. It is set as the structure which provided the engagement hole 29 which the attachment spring 27 provided in 11 A of decorative grilles engages in the frame part 28 of provided attachment 19D.
[0053]
In the above configuration, when the decorative grill 11A is attached, the attachment spring 27 of the decorative grill 11A is contracted and inserted into the engagement hole 29 provided with the attachment 19D for attaching the dust collecting filter 9A to the main body 4A, and then the attachment spring 27 is attached. When the contracted external force is removed, the attachment spring 27 is elastically engaged with the engagement hole 29 by the opening force of the attachment spring 27 and the decorative grill 11A is attached.
[0054]
In this manner, the dust collecting filter 9A is held in a curved shape, the engagement hole 29 is provided in the attachment 19D attached to the main body 4A, and the attachment spring 27 provided in the decorative grill 11A is engaged to attach the decorative grill 11A. As a result, in order to attach the decorative grille 11A, it is not necessary to form the engaging portion of the attachment spring 27 as a separate part in the main body 4A, and the lower surface opening of the main body 4A is not narrowed, and the dust collecting filter 9A is provided. Larger dimensions can be used, reducing pressure loss and improving dust collection efficiency.
[0055]
( Reference Example 10 )
As shown in FIG. 19, an L-shaped portion 30 is formed at the end of the seal portion 5A, and a shape is formed so as to cover and seal the gap between the dust collection filter 9G integrally provided with the deodorizing filter 23C and the seal portion 5A. .
[0056]
In the above configuration, when the dust collection filter 9G is housed in the main body 4B, the L-shaped portion 30 of the seal portion 5A provided in the main body 4B contacts and is sealed.
[0057]
As described above, since the L-shaped portion 30 is formed at the end of the seal portion 5A provided on the inner surface of the main body 4B, the dust collection filter 9G comes into contact with the L-shaped portion 30 of the seal portion 5A. 9G can be positioned, and the L-shaped portion 30 increases the sealing area and improves the sealing performance.
[0058]
( Reference Example 11 )
As shown in FIGS. 20 and 21, the air inlet portion 1 is provided on one side, the air outlet 2 is provided on the other side, and protrudes toward the leeward side inside the box-shaped main body 4 in which the air flow path 3 is formed. The air collecting unit 12A is formed by detachably installing the dust collecting filter 9 and the decorative grill 11 which are curved in a substantially semicircular shape.
[0059]
Then, the air purification unit 12A is installed on the ceiling 31a of one room 31A in the building 31 so that the room 31A and the air inlet 1 side communicate with each other, and blown to the ceilings 31b and 31c of the other rooms 31B and 31C. The outlets 32A and 32B are provided, the blower 33 is provided on the back of the ceiling, the air outlet unit 2 of the air cleaning unit 12A and the blower 33 are connected, and the blower outlets 32A and 32B are connected to the blower outlet side of the blower 33 via the blowout duct 34. Connect to and configure.
[0060]
In the above configuration, when the blower 33 is operated, the contaminated air in one room 31A is sucked into the air cleaning unit 12A and purified by the dust collection filter 9 having a large area curvedly provided in the air cleaning unit unit 12A. The purified air is radiated from the air outlets 32A and 32B of the plurality of rooms 31B and 31C by the blower 33 through the blowout duct 34, and the air in the rooms 31A, 31B and 31C is purified.
[0061]
In this way, the air purification unit 12A is provided so as to suck in the contaminated air in one room 31A, and the air purified by the air purification unit 12A is blown from the air outlets 32A and 32B provided in the plurality of rooms 31B and 31C by the blower 33. Since it diffuses, the air can be purified only by providing the air outlets 32A, 32B in the plurality of rooms 31B, 31C, and the air purifying unit 12A and the ceiling 31a, 31b, 31c of each of the rooms 31A, 31B, 31C and Since only one of the air outlets 32A or 32B is provided, the interior and workability are improved.
[0062]
Moreover, since the dust collection filter 9 can be removed by removing the decorative grill 11, the maintainability of the dust collection filter 9 is improved.
[0070]
【The invention's effect】
As is clear from the above embodiments, according to the present invention, a box-shaped main body having an air inlet portion on one surface and an air outlet portion on the other surface to form an air flow path, and the inside of the main body. A dust collection filter that protrudes toward the leeward side and curves in a semicircular shape and is detachable, and a seal portion that seals a gap between the dust collection filter and the main body, and the dust collection filter folds the flat filter medium. The fold-folded part is adhesively connected so that it is bent in the fold-folding direction, so the dust collection area increases and dust collection efficiency increases, and air leakage between the dust collection filter and the main body is prevented. An air purifying unit with improved sealing performance can be provided.
Further, the fixture includes a frame-like fixture having concave grooves on both sides with which the end of a curved dust collecting filter is engaged, and a fixture seal portion that seals between the fixture and the inner surface of the main body. Since the dust collection filter is detachably provided on the main body via an air leak, an air leak at the end of the dust collection filter is prevented, and the gap between the fixture and the main body is sealed by the fixture seal portion, thereby providing a sealing property. improves.
In addition, since the guide of the shape that covers the end of the dust collection filter is attached to the end of the dust collection filter that is engaged with the concave groove of the fixture, deformation and breakage of the end of the dust collection filter are prevented, As a result, air leakage is prevented and the sealing performance is improved, and the guide serves as a guide to be easily attached and detached, thereby improving workability.
