BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to an incomplete combustion detection device for a combustion apparatus in which a plurality of combustion portions each provided with ventilation means for supplying combustion air to a burner are provided in a casing.
[0002]
[Prior art]
The incomplete combustion detection device of the above-mentioned combustion device uses, for example, a carbon monoxide gas sensor as incomplete combustion detection means for detecting incomplete combustion by detecting the combustion exhaust gas burned by the burner, The carbon monoxide gas sensor is configured to detect incomplete combustion when the detected value is equal to or greater than a set value, and the carbon monoxide gas sensor corresponds to each of the plurality of combustion portions and has the same number of combustion portions. There are as many as there are.
When incomplete combustion is detected by the incomplete combustion detecting means, the incomplete combustion detecting means stops the combustion of the burner of the combustion section targeted for detection, and performs maintenance work for the combustion section, etc. The incomplete combustion of the combustion apparatus was prevented.
By the way, the cause of incomplete combustion is that the air supply port or suction part is caused by foreign matter or dust adhering to the air supply port provided in the casing or the suction part of the ventilation means to supply the combustion air. Ventilation abnormalities in which combustion air supply to the burner decreases due to blockage and foreign matter or dust adheres to the discharge part that discharges combustion exhaust gas burned by the burner, and the discharge part is blocked and discharged Exhaust abnormalities that reduce the amount of combustion exhaust gas may be considered.
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, in the conventional apparatus, the same number of incomplete combustion detection means as the plurality of combustion sections is provided, which increases the cost. In particular, as the number of combustion sections increases, the cost increase becomes more significant. become.
Therefore, in order to reduce the cost, it is conceivable to provide incomplete combustion detection means so that a part of the plurality of combustion parts is to be detected, but incomplete combustion is caused in each of the burners of the plurality of combustion parts. In addition, since the timing at which incomplete combustion occurs with use differs depending on the combustion section, the occurrence of incomplete combustion in the combustion apparatus may not be detected.
[0004]
The present invention has been made paying attention to this point, and an object of the present invention is to provide an incomplete combustion detection device for a combustion device that can prevent incomplete combustion of the combustion device while reducing costs. The point is to provide.
[0005]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to achieve this object, according to the first aspect of the present invention, the specific gas concentration detection of a combustion apparatus in which a plurality of combustion portions each provided with a ventilation means for supplying combustion air to the burner is provided in the casing. In the device
Incomplete combustion detection means for detecting incomplete combustion by detecting the combustion exhaust gas burned by the burner;
Control means is provided for performing incomplete combustion prevention processing when incomplete combustion is detected based on a detection value of the incomplete combustion detection means during combustion of the burner,
Said incomplete combustiondetectionThe means is configured to detect the combustion exhaust gas of the combustion portion, which is predicted to be incomplete combustion earlier than the other combustion portions among the plurality of combustion portions.
When the control means detects incomplete combustion based on the detection value of the incomplete combustion detection means, the control means is configured to execute incomplete combustion prevention processing for stopping combustion of the burner,
The incomplete combustion detection means is configured to detect the combustion exhaust gas of the combustion part having the largest burner maximum combustion amount or the most frequently used combustion part among the plurality of combustion parts. .
[0006]
That is, incomplete combustion is detected by providing incomplete combustion detection means only in a combustion part of a plurality of combustion parts that is predicted to burn quickly and become incomplete combustion in comparison with other combustion parts. It becomes possible to make the number of detection means smaller than the number of a plurality of combustion parts.
In addition, among the plurality of combustion sections, incomplete combustion detection means is provided in the combustion section where combustion of the burner is predicted to become incomplete combustion earlier as compared to other combustion sections, and the incomplete combustion detection means Thus, by detecting incomplete combustion, the occurrence of incomplete combustion in the combustion device can be detected quickly.
Therefore, by detecting the incomplete combustion of the combustion device promptly, the combustion of the burner is not only incomplete combustion but also incomplete combustion is predicted to be incomplete combustion with use compared to other combustion parts. It is possible to stop the combustion of the burner and perform maintenance work such as inspection and cleaning with respect to other non-combustion parts, and it is possible to prevent incomplete combustion of the combustion device.
[0007]
To summarize the above, it has become possible to provide an incomplete combustion detection device for a combustion device that can prevent incomplete combustion of the combustion device while reducing costs.
According to the first aspect of the present invention, the combustion portion having the largest burner maximum combustion amount has the largest amount of combustion air supplied to the burner compared to the other combustion portions. Since incomplete combustion occurs when foreign matter or dust adheres to the suction part of the ventilation means and the intake port or suction part of the ventilation means is slightly blocked, multiple combustion parts with the largest burner maximum combustion amount Of these combustion parts, the combustion part of the burner can be regarded as a combustion part that is predicted to become incomplete combustion earlier as compared with other combustion parts.
Therefore, the incomplete combustion detecting means can detect the incomplete combustion of the combustion apparatus quickly and accurately by making the combustion exhaust gas of the combustion part where the maximum combustion amount of the burner is the largest as a detection target.
[0008]
According to the second aspect of the present invention, the casing is provided with an air supply port for supplying combustion air to be supplied to each of the burners of the plurality of combustion sections.
That is, by providing an air supply port in the casing, it is possible to provide each of the burners of the plurality of combustion units from the air supply port without providing an air supply duct or the like for supplying combustion air to each of the plurality of combustion units. Since the combustion air to be supplied can be supplied, the configuration of the apparatus can be simplified.
Furthermore, by providing an air supply port in the casing, it becomes possible for a plurality of combustion units to share the air supply port, and cost can be reduced.
[0010]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION

[0014]
The carbon monoxide sensor S will be specifically described.
As shown in FIG. 4, the carbon monoxide sensor S detects the ambient temperature of the sensor element S3, the temperature compensation reference element S4, and the carbon monoxide sensor S on the base S2 inside the protective frame S1 made of stainless steel. Temperature sensor S5 is provided.
The sensor element S3 and the temperature compensating reference element S4 are each composed of a platinum wire carrying a catalyst. As shown in FIG. 5, the sensor element S3, the temperature compensation reference element S4, and the resistance elements S6 and S7 are connected to a bridge circuit state. The connector part S8 is connected to the control part H via a lead wire.
That is, the sensor element S3 and the temperature compensating reference element S4 are heated to the detection set temperature (about 200 ° C.) by the flow of current, and the unburned components that are in contact with the surface burn by catalytic action. At this time, since the catalyst supported on the sensor element S3 has selectivity for the carbon monoxide gas, a difference occurs between the element temperatures of the sensor element S3 and the temperature compensation reference element S4.
Since the resistance value of the platinum wire changes depending on the temperature, the difference in resistance value between the sensor element S3 and the temperature compensating reference element S4 increases as the carbon monoxide concentration in the heat exchanged exhaust gas increases.
Therefore, in the bridge circuit, the output value Vs as the voltage value from the connection portion between the sensor element S3 and the temperature compensation reference S4 and the connection portion between the resistance elements S6 and S7 is the monoxide in the heat exchanged exhaust gas. A value corresponding to the carbon concentration is output, and the carbon monoxide gas concentration is detected.
However, the carbon monoxide concentration is calculated by correcting the output value according to the ambient temperature detected by the temperature sensor S5.
