Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a gabion structure.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Gabion work is one type of glue lining that covers and protects the river slope. The gabion works are carried out by installing a stone-worked wire mesh fence near the tip of the dike slope. Conventionally, the stones to be packed in the wire mesh jars use slabs or chestnuts that are larger than the mesh of the wire mesh. On the other hand, in the forest, for the purpose of growing trees, thinning is performed in which a part of the planted tree is cut while growing.
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the present invention]
The above-described conventional gabion structure or thinned wood has the following problems.
<I> The stones that flow down may directly collide with the iron wire of the wire mesh, and the iron wire may break. As a result, clogged stones may flow out.
<B> In recent years, it has been difficult to secure high-quality crushed stones and chestnuts that are larger than the wire mesh.
<C> It takes time for plants to thrive in gabion structures that are filled with crushed stones. For this reason, the scenery after construction is bad.
<D> Thinned timber is often treated as unused because of its low utility value.
[0004]
[Object of the present invention]
The present invention has been made to solve the above-described conventional problems, and an object of the present invention is to provide a gabion structure that protects the surface of a stone-meshed wire netting and can effectively use thinned wood.
[0005]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to achieve the above object, the gabion structure of the present invention is a gabion structure in which a stone-clad wire mesh fence is installed on the slope surface of a dike. It is a box-shaped object surrounded by a metal mesh on six sides, and is provided with a surface coating layer comprising an upper metal mesh packed with a plurality of thinned timbers, and a connector for connecting the upper metal mesh and the metal mesh fence. It is what.
[0006]
[Embodiments of the Invention]
Hereinafter, embodiments of the gabion structure of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.
[0007]
<A> Wire netting wire netting wire 3 uses a well-known thing used for gabion work. For example, it is composed of a box-shaped object surrounded by a metal mesh on the five sides and a metal mesh that becomes a lid. The inside of the wire netting cage 3 is filled with quarry stones 31 and chestnuts. The spar 31 is larger than the mesh. Here, about the calculus 31 packed under the following surface coating layer 10, a thing smaller than a mesh can also be used. The upper surface (surface opposite to the glue surface) of the metal mesh cage 3 filled with stone is covered with a metal mesh. For the portion where the surface coating layer 10 is installed, the surface coating layer 10 also serves as a lid. As a result, the stones packed inside the wire mesh fence do not flow out of the fence.
[0008]
<B> Surface coating layer The surface coating layer 10 is composed of a thinned material 1 and an upper metal mesh 2. The thinning material 1 refers to a log material having a diameter of several centimeters to several tens of centimeters. For example, thinned wood with bark is used. The upper wire mesh 2 refers to a wire mesh that covers the thinned material 1. The upper metal mesh 2 refers to, for example, a sheet metal mesh. FIG. 2 shows the installation situation of the upper metal mesh 2. In this case, the end of the upper metal mesh 2 is connected to the metal mesh cage 3 by the following connector 21. In addition, as the upper metal mesh 2, a box-shaped object having six faces surrounded by a metal mesh, such as a metal mesh cage 3, is used. FIG. 3 shows an installation example of the surface coating layer 10 formed of the upper metal mesh 2 of the box-shaped object. In this case, after the thinned material 1 is packed in the upper wire mesh 2, it is installed on the upper surface of the wire mesh fence 3. The upper metal mesh 2 and the metal mesh cage 3 of the box-shaped object are connected by the following connecting tool 21.
[0009]
<C> Connector connector 21 refers to a device for connecting the wire mesh cage 3 and the upper metal mesh 2. For example, a coil spring, a steel wire, a stranded wire, a resin band, or the like is used. By connecting the wire mesh cage 3 and the upper metal mesh 2 with the connector 21, they are integrated.
[0010]
[Effect of the present invention]
Since the gabion structure of the present invention is as described above, the following effects can be obtained.
<I> Flowing stones do not directly collide with the wire fence. In other words, the thinned wood acts as a cushioning material and protects the wire mesh fence. As a result, the iron wire of the wire netting does not break, and the packed stone does not flow out. The surface coating layer can be easily replaced. For this reason, even if the thinned timber or upper wire mesh is damaged during floods, it can be replaced, and as a result, the durability of the wire mesh can be improved.
<B> A part or all of the surface of the wire mesh fence is covered with a surface coating layer made of thinned wood. For this reason, the crushed stone, the chestnut, etc. arrange | positioned under the surface coating layer can use a thing with a particle size smaller than what is used elsewhere.
<C> Cover part or all of the surface of the wire mesh fence with thinned wood. For this reason, a landscape improves immediately after construction.
