BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a pressure detection device that measures the intake pressure and atmospheric pressure of gasoline and diesel engines, and in particular, an intake pressure that can be suitably used for a fuel injection device for optimally maintaining an air-fuel ratio in gasoline and diesel engines. The present invention relates to a pressure detection device for atmospheric pressure.
[0002]
[Prior art]
In the electronic control of the engine by the fuel injection device, the exhaust gas is made harmless and the fuel consumption is reduced by optimizing the air-fuel ratio. Here, in order to optimize the air-fuel ratio, it is necessary to estimate the amount of air in the cylinder of the engine and adjust the fuel injection amount in accordance with the amount of air. For this reason, an intake pressure sensor is placed at an intake pressure generation site of the engine such as an intake pipe, and the amount of air in the cylinder is estimated based on the measured intake pressure of the engine. Here, since the air amount cannot be estimated accurately only with the intake pressure of the engine, the air amount can be accurately estimated by correcting the intake pressure based on the atmospheric pressure measured by the atmospheric pressure sensor. . That is, in the engine electronic control, two sensors, an intake pressure sensor and an atmospheric pressure sensor, are used.
[0003]
As described above, the intake pressure sensor is disposed in an engine room such as an intake pipe. On the other hand, the atmospheric pressure sensor is incorporated on a printed wiring board in an ECU for engine control arranged in the vehicle interior.

JP-A-9-138173 [0004]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
Currently, it is considered to arrange the ECU in the engine room, not in the vehicle room far from the engine, so that the engine control can be performed more finely. That is, there is a request to increase the communication speed by placing an ECU in the vicinity of the engine. Here, in order to arrange the ECU in the engine room, it is necessary to adopt an airtight structure in order to avoid the influence of rainwater or the like. However, if the ECU is airtight, an atmospheric pressure sensor cannot be built in.
[0005]
[0006]
The present invention has been made to solve the above-described problems, and an object of the present invention is to provide a pressure detection device capable of measuring engine intake pressure and atmospheric pressure.

In order to solve the above-described problem, a pressure detection device according to a first aspect of the present invention includes a hermetic chamber into which intake air pressure of an engine is introduced via a communication pipe for communicating with an intake pressure generation portion of the engine, and a large amount through an opening. One housing comprising a non-hermetic chamber into which atmospheric pressure is introduced;
Two identical pressure sensors respectively disposed in the hermetic chamber and the non-hermetic chamber,
Using the pressure sensor housed in the hermetic chamber as an intake pressure sensor,
Using the pressure sensor housed in the non-hermetic chamber as an atmospheric pressure sensor ,
Forming the hermetic chamber and the non-hermetic chamber back to back,
Covering the intake pressure sensor in the hermetic chamber and the atmospheric pressure sensor in the non-hermetic chamber with a filler,
In a state where the same pressure is applied to the intake pressure sensor and the atmospheric pressure sensor, a difference between measured values of the intake pressure sensor and the atmospheric pressure sensor is obtained, and measurement of the intake pressure sensor and the atmospheric pressure sensor is obtained from the difference. obtain a correction amount of value, and technical features of Rukoto a correction means for correcting the measured value of the intake pressure sensor and the atmospheric pressure sensor.
[0008]
According to the first aspect of the present invention, the pressure sensor is provided in each of the hermetic chamber and the non-hermetic chamber provided in one housing, and the intake air pressure of the engine is introduced into the hermetic chamber through a communication pipe for communicating with the intake pressure generation site of the engine. Thus, the intake pressure is measured by one pressure sensor, and the atmospheric pressure is measured by the other pressure sensor by introducing the atmospheric pressure into the non-hermetic chamber. Therefore, the engine intake pressure and the atmospheric pressure can be measured with one pressure detection device. In addition, since the pressure sensor for measuring the intake pressure and the pressure sensor for measuring the atmospheric pressure are provided in one pressure detection device, both can be kept at the same temperature, and measurement errors due to temperature differences can be eliminated. Furthermore, it can be made compact and easy to install compared to the case where the pressure measuring device for intake pressure and the pressure measuring device for atmospheric pressure are separately provided.
[0009]
The pressure detection device according to claim 2 is an airtight chamber into which the intake pressure of the engine is introduced through a communication pipe for communicating with an intake pressure generation site of the engine, and a non-airtight chamber into which atmospheric pressure is introduced through the opening. 1 housing comprising:
Comprising two identical pressure sensor chips respectively disposed in the hermetic chamber and the non-hermetic chamber,
Using the pressure sensor chip housed in the airtight chamber as an intake pressure sensor,
Using the pressure sensor chip housed in the non-hermetic chamber as an atmospheric pressure sensor ,
Forming the hermetic chamber and the non-hermetic chamber back to back,
Covering the intake pressure sensor chip in the hermetic chamber and the atmospheric pressure sensor chip in the non-hermetic chamber with a filler,
In a state where equal pressure is applied to the intake pressure sensor chip and the atmospheric pressure sensor chip, a difference in measured values between the intake pressure sensor chip and the atmospheric pressure sensor chip is obtained, and the intake pressure sensor chip and the atmospheric pressure sensor chip are calculated from the difference. obtain a correction of the measured value of the atmospheric pressure sensor chip, and technical features of Rukoto a correction means for correcting the measured value of the intake pressure sensor chip and the atmospheric pressure sensor chip.
[0010]
According to a second aspect of the present invention, the pressure sensor chip is provided in each of the hermetic chamber and the non-hermetic chamber provided in one housing, and the intake pressure of the engine is controlled via a communication pipe for communicating with the engine intake pressure generation site to the hermetic chamber. By introducing the pressure sensor, the intake pressure is measured by one pressure sensor chip, and by introducing the atmospheric pressure into the non-hermetic chamber, the atmospheric pressure is measured by the other pressure sensor chip. Therefore, the engine intake pressure and the atmospheric pressure can be measured with one pressure detection device. Moreover, since the pressure sensor chip for measuring the intake pressure and the pressure sensor chip for measuring the atmospheric pressure are provided in one pressure detection device, both can be kept at the same temperature, and measurement errors due to temperature differences can be eliminated. Furthermore, it can be made compact and easy to install compared to the case where the pressure measuring device for intake pressure and the pressure measuring device for atmospheric pressure are separately provided.
[0011]
According to
[0013]
In the first and second aspects , the hermetic chamber and the non-hermetic chamber are formed back to back, and the pressure sensor chip in the hermetic chamber and the pressure sensor chip in the non-hermetic chamber are covered with a filler (for example, a gel filler). For this reason, if one of the airtight chamber or the non-airtight chamber is directed upward, the other is directed downward. The pressure sensor chip arranged upward is affected by the filler (for example, gel filler) from the upper side. Further, the pressure sensor chip arranged downward is affected by the filler (for example, gel filler) in the direction of pulling downward. That is, since the two pressure sensor chips are affected differently by the filler (eg, gel filler), the influence of the filler (eg, gel filler) can be measured, and by correcting the measured value, Intake pressure and atmospheric pressure can be measured very accurately.
[0014]
In claim 3 , since two identical pressure sensor chips share the power line and the ground line, the power line and the ground line for the pressure sensor chip on one side can be eliminated, the cost can be reduced, and the wiring weight can be reduced. Is possible.
