Description

【0001】

[Problems to be solved by the invention]
When attention is paid to the support structure of the roll-shaped rotary brush 5 main body and the contact state between the roll-shaped rotary brush 5 and the egg E in the egg-cleaning apparatus T, the roll-shaped rotary brush 5 is generally used for cleaning eggs. The apparatus T is arranged symmetrically with respect to the center line of the transport path. One end portion of the shaft 5 a of the roll-shaped rotating brush 5 is held by one bearing (not shown) provided on one side wall of the casing 6, and the other end portion of the shaft is held by the casing 6. While being held by another bearing (not shown) provided on the other side wall, it is configured to be rotatable by a driving means (not shown).
[0006]
Moreover, about the contact state of the roll-shaped rotary brush 5 and the egg E, about the roll shape so that the brush bristles 5b of the roll-shaped rotary brush 5 may contact evenly from the sharp end part of the egg E to the blunt end part. The tip of the bristles 5b of the rotating brush 5 is adjusted in advance to such a height that it touches the bar 1a of the bar conveyor 1.
[0007]
However, as shown in the front view of FIG. 7 (a) and the side view of FIG. 7 (b), the egg E is a so-called “egg-shaped”, so the tip of the bristles 5b of the roll-shaped rotating brush 5 is the egg. There is no equal contact with E. That is, the tip end of the bristles 5b of the roll-shaped rotating brush 5 is in contact with the sharp end h and the blunt end i of the egg E, but the roll-shaped rotating brush 5 is in contact with the trunk j of the egg E. The tip of the brush bristles 5b does not come into contact with the abdomen of the hair.
[0008]
In particular, in the portion of the roll-shaped rotating brush 5 that comes into contact with the body j of the egg E, the bristles 5b are pressed against the egg E in a certain posture, that is, always in the abdomen of the bristles 5b. It becomes the state which presses the trunk | drum j of the egg E. Even in such a state, when the roll-shaped rotating brush 5 is new, the bristles themselves have a repulsive force to return to the original posture every time the egg E passes through the roll-shaped rotating brush 5. Therefore, the efficiency of removing the dirt that is firmly stuck to the trunk of the egg E is not lowered.
[0009]
However, the chicken egg cleaning apparatus T has the following problems as it repeats the cleaning of the eggs.
(1) Since the tip of the bristles 5b of the roll-shaped rotating brush 5 comes into contact with the surface of the egg E and rubs many times, the brush surface of the roll-shaped rotating brush 5 has “skins” at regular intervals. End up. Once the above-mentioned “skin” is attached to the brush surface of the roll-shaped rotating brush 5, the egg E is always rubbed with the belly portion of the bristles 5 b, so that it sticks firmly to the body of the egg E. The attached deposits cannot be effectively removed.
(2) For the purpose of using a portion of the brush surface of the roll-shaped rotating brush 5 that is not “fuzzy”, one end of the shaft 5a of the roll-shaped rotating brush 5 is used as the other bearing, and the shaft 5a Even if the other end is mounted on the one bearing, the roll-shaped rotating brush 5 is arranged symmetrically with respect to the center line of the conveying path in the egg cleaning device T. Will come into contact with the portion of the brush surface of the roll-shaped rotating brush 5 that already has a “garbage”.
(3) Although the portion without the “fuzz” is still sufficiently usable, the entire roll-shaped rotating brush 5 must be replaced in a short period of time, which is uneconomical.
[0010]
Therefore, the present invention has been made in view of the above-mentioned problems of the prior art, and the object of the present invention is to form a roll in a short period of time even if the bristles of the roll-shaped rotating brush are attached to the bristles. An object of the present invention is to provide a surface deposit removing device for eggs or spherical fruits and vegetables that does not require the entire rotating brush to be replaced with a new one.
[0011]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to achieve the above object, the present invention comprises a conveying means for conveying eggs or spherical fruits and vegetables in a double row state at a predetermined pitch, a shaft, and brush hairs planted in the radial direction of the shaft. A roll-shaped rotary brush, wherein the roll-shaped rotary brush is in a direction substantially perpendicular to the conveying direction of the conveying means, and the brush bristle tip is in contact with the surface of the egg or spherical fruit vegetable An egg that is provided and rotated by one holding member that holds the vicinity of one end of the shaft and the other holding member that holds the vicinity of the other end of the shaft. Alternatively, in the apparatus for removing adhering substances on the surface of spherical fruit vegetables, a line that divides the distance between the one holding member and the other holding member into two equal parts in the axial direction, and a conveying path in the conveying means The core wire is configured to be separated from the core wire by a predetermined distance in plan view, and the vicinity of one end of the shaft can be attached to the other holding member, and the vicinity of the other end of the shaft can be attached to the one holding member. It is a configuration.
[0012]
The distance between the one holding member and the other holding member, which is divided into two equal parts in the axial direction, and the center line of the conveying path in the conveying means is the distance in the conveying means. It is preferable that the pitch is approximately 1/4 of a predetermined pitch.
[0013]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Embodiments of the present invention will be described below with reference to the accompanying drawings. 1-4 is a figure explaining embodiment of the surface deposit | attachment removal apparatus of the chicken egg or spherical fruit vegetables concerning this invention. In addition, in this specification, the processing target object of the surface deposit removal apparatus of the said chicken egg or spherical fruit vegetables is demonstrated with a chicken egg.
[0014]
As apparent from a comparison between FIG. 1 and FIG. 5, the surface adhering substance removing device T (hereinafter simply referred to as “device T”) of the egg or spherical fruit vegetables of the present invention and the egg cleaning described in the above-mentioned prior art. The basic configuration is the same as that of the device T, and the same components are denoted by the same reference numerals and description thereof is omitted.
[0015]
FIG. 2 is a perspective view of the bar conveyor 1 and the basket 2 in the apparatus T, and the egg E is placed between the bar 1a and the bar 1a of the bar conveyor 1 in the same manner as the egg washing apparatus T described in the prior art. One by one. And six eggs E are accommodated in the recessed part 2a-2f of the cage | basket 2 formed in 6 rows by the predetermined pitch P in the state of being turned sideways, and the said egg E is pushed by the bar 1a by the drive of the said bar conveyor 1 Thus, it is configured to be conveyed in the X direction while rolling in the recesses 2a to 2f. In addition, CL1 between the recessed part 2c and the recessed part 2d is the centerline of the collar 2, ie, the centerline of a conveyance path | route.
[0016]
The plurality of roll-shaped rotating brushes 5 of the apparatus T are configured to be rotatable by driving means and power transmission means such as a motor, a chain and a sprocket (not shown). The plurality of roll-shaped rotating brushes 5 are configured to be able to adjust the height between the egg E and the roll-shaped rotating brush 5 by a height adjusting mechanism (not shown). In addition, as a material of the brush bristles 5b of the roll-shaped rotating brush 5, a known polyethylene or nylon impregnated with Sic (silicon carbide) is selected.
[0017]
The hot water supply device 3 of the device T includes a hot water boiler that controls the temperature and supply amount of hot water (not shown). In addition, as for the fluid ejected from the hot water supply device 3, warm water is easier to remove than normal temperature water, and if the surface temperature of the egg is raised to a certain level, the egg is easily dried in the next drying step. In addition, although warm water (hot water) is desirable for the purpose of preventing invasion of germs from the eggshell, ozone water having a high bactericidal effect may be used instead of the warm water.
[0018]
3 is a cross-sectional view taken along the line A-A in FIG. 1, and one end portion 5 c of the shaft 5 a in the roll-shaped rotating brush 5 of the apparatus T is one bearing 7 a provided on one side wall of the casing 6. The other end 5d of the shaft 5a is held by another bearing 7b provided on the other side wall of the casing 6. As shown in the figure, a distance L formed between one bearing 7a holding one end 5c and the other end 5d of the shaft 5a in the roll-shaped rotating brush 5 and the other bearing 7b is formed. Yes.
[0019]
Further, the distance L formed by one bearing 7a and the other bearing 7b holding one end 5c and the other end 5d of the shaft 5a in the roll-shaped rotating brush 5 is bisected in the axial direction. The center line of the bag 2 of the apparatus T, that is, the center line CL1 of the transport path is offset by a predetermined distance d with respect to the line CL2 to be divided. The offset distance d is preferably about ¼ of the pitch P of the recesses 2a to 2f of the flange 2. More preferably, it is 1/4.
[0020]
In this embodiment, the distance L formed by one bearing 7a holding the one end 5c and the other end 5d of the shaft 5a and the other bearing 7b in the roll-shaped rotating brush 5 is divided into two equal parts. As shown in FIG. 3, the line to be defined is defined as a line that divides the inner distance formed by the bearing 7a and the bearing 7b into two equal parts in the axial direction.
[0021]
Next, an experimental example will be described in which the apparatus T having the above-described configuration is set to the following various conditions to remove deposits adhering to the eggshell surface of the chicken egg E.
(1) The brush surface of the roll-shaped rotating brush 5 is φ180 mm × L 480 mm, the thickness of the bristle is 0.25 mm, the length of the bristle is 60 mm, and the material of the bristle 5b is polyethylene.
(2) The number of roll-shaped rotary brushes 5 is set to four, and the number of rotations of each roll-shaped rotary brush 5 is set to 1300 rpm.
(3) The tip of the brush bristles 5b of the roll-shaped rotating brush 5 is adjusted to a height that touches the bar 1a of the bar conveyor 1.
(4) The pitch P of the recesses 2a to 2f of the flange 2 is 80 mm, and one bearing 7a and another bearing holding one end 5c and the other end 5d of the shaft 5a in the roll-shaped rotating brush 5 The distance L formed with 7b is 540 mm, and the offset distance d is 20 mm (distance of 1/4 of the pitch of the recesses 2a to 2f of the flange 2).
(5) About the fluid which ejects from the hot water supply apparatus 3, the hot water maintained at 40 to 50 degreeC is used.
(6) As for the egg E that is the object to be cleaned, the egg E having a size from M to LL collected in the chicken house is used.
[0022]
After the apparatus T is set to the above-described conditions, a process from the removal of chicken droppings and the like adhering to the surface of the egg E by the apparatus T until the egg E is cleaned will be described.
(1) M-sized to LL-sized eggs E supplied to the apparatus T are loaded one by one between the bar 1a and the bar 1a of the bar conveyor 1, and are placed in the recesses 2a to 2f of the basket 2. For example, it is accommodated in a double row state of six rows at equal intervals, and is conveyed in the X direction while rolling in the recesses 2a to 2f of the basket 2 by driving the bar conveyor 1.
(2) Warm water of about 40 ° C. to 50 ° C. is spouted from the hot water supply device 3 to the eggs E transported by the bar conveyor 1, and the eggshell surface of the eggs E becomes wet by the warm water.
(3) The hot water ejected from the hot water supply device 3 flows along the recesses 2a to 2f of the basket 2, and the eggs E are always in contact with the hot water, so that the dirt attached to the surface is easily removed. It becomes a state.
(4) Since a plurality of roll-shaped rotating brushes 5 are driven to rotate in the same direction, the tips of the bristles 5b of the roll-shaped rotating brush 5 come into contact with the surface of the egg E and are rubbed many times. Dirt adhering to the surface is removed. And the sewage which washed away the said dirt is drained toward the upstream from the downstream of the conveyance path | route of the egg E through the said baskets 2a-2f.
(5) When the removal of the dirt by the roll-shaped rotating brush 5 is finished, the water adhering to the surface of the egg E is blown off by the draining air blown from the blower 4 and dried, and the egg E is cleaned. Ends.
(6) The tip of the bristles 5b of the roll-shaped rotating brush 5 is in contact with the surface of the egg E and rubs many times while repeating the processes (1) to (5) described above for a certain period. The brush surface of the roll-shaped rotating brush 5 has “skins” at regular intervals, and the removal efficiency of dirt that is firmly attached to the body of the egg E gradually decreases.
(7) As described above, when the removal efficiency of the deposits on the egg E decreases, the drive of the device T is once stopped. At present, one end portion 5c of the shaft 5a in the roll-shaped rotating brush 5 is held by one bearing 7a provided on one side wall of the casing 6, and the other end portion 5d of the shaft 5a is the casing. From the state of being held by another bearing 7b provided on the other side wall 6 (state shown in FIG. 3), one end 5c of the shaft 5a of the roll-shaped rotating brush 5 is connected to the other bearing 7b. The other end 5d of 5a is attached to one bearing 7a (state of FIG. 4). That is, the both end portions 5c and 5d of the shaft 5a are reversed left and right.
(8) As a result, a line CL2 that divides the distance L = 540 mm between the bearing 7a and the bearing 7b holding both ends 5c and 5d of the shaft 5a in the roll-shaped rotating brush 5 into two equal parts in the axial direction. And the center line CL1 of the transport path are offset by 20 mm, and therefore, as shown in FIG. 4, the “face” of the brush surface in the roll-shaped rotating brush 5 generated in the processes (1) to (5). It is possible to remove the dirt adhering to the eggshell surface of the chicken egg E with the brush surface of the part not attached with “Wise” W without avoiding the part with W.
(9) Thereafter, the operation of the apparatus T is resumed, and the processes (1) to (5) described above are continued.
[0023]
Therefore, the apparatus T of the present invention uses the distance L formed by one bearing 7a holding the one end 5c and the other end 5d of the shaft 5a in the roll-shaped rotating brush 5 and the other bearing 7b as the axis. The center line CL1 of the transport path is offset by a predetermined distance with respect to the line CL2 that is divided into two equal parts in the direction, and one end portion 5c of the shaft 5a is connected to the other bearing 7b. Since the other end 5d of 5a is configured to be attachable to the one bearing 7a, for example, the brush surface of the roll-shaped rotary brush 5 is repeatedly removed while the apparatus T repeatedly removes dirt from the eggshell surface of the egg E. When the “contact” is attached to the portion where the egg E and the egg E come into contact with each other at regular intervals, the “rear” adjacent to the “recessed” portion of the brush surface of the roll-shaped rotating brush 5 generated in the initial stage. With the part with It may be unused portion of the removed dirt eggshell surface of eggs E.
[0024]
As a result, even if “brick” is attached to the bristles 5b of the roll-shaped rotating brush 5, the entire roll-shaped rotating brush 5 does not need to be replaced with a new one in a short period of time, which is economical. In addition, it has been confirmed by experiments of the present inventor that the replacement cycle of the roll-shaped rotating brush 5 can be extended from six months to one year by adopting the present invention.
[0025]
A line CL2 that divides the distance formed by one bearing 7a holding one end 5c and the other end 5d of the shaft 5a and the other bearing 7b in the roll-shaped rotating brush 5 into two equal parts in the axial direction. And the reason why the offset distance from the center line CL1 of the transport path is limited to about ¼ of the pitch P of the recesses 2a to 2f of the flange 2 is, as will be apparent from a comparison between FIG. 3 and FIG. From the state where one end 5c of the shaft 5a of the rotating brush 5 is mounted on the other bearing 7a and the other end 5d of the shaft 5a is mounted on the one bearing 7b (mounted state of FIG. 3), As shown in FIG. 4, when both end portions 5c and 5d of the shaft 5a are reversed left and right, the brush surface of the roll-shaped rotating brush 5 generated in the initial stage (the state shown in FIG. 3) is adjacent to the “skin” W. Chicken in the unused part between “Kuse” W This is because it is possible to remove the dirt of eggshell surface of E. Furthermore, when the offset distance is 1/4 of the pitch P of the recesses 2a to 2f of the bowl 2, since the unused portion is located in the portion where the egg E is removed, the dirt can be removed effectively. is there.
[0026]
In addition, although the present Example demonstrated the example which removes the deposit | attachment adhering to the eggshell surface of a chicken egg using warm water, it is not limited to a present Example, It is not limited to a eggshell surface of a chicken egg in a dry state. You may remove adhering substances, such as adhering dust.
[0027]
Further, in the present specification, the example in which the present invention is applied in the case where the “face” is generated on the brush surface of the roll-shaped rotating brush is described, but the present invention is not limited to this, and the brush surface of the roll-shaped rotating brush is not limited to this. It goes without saying that the present invention can be applied even when "wear" occurs.
[0028]
Moreover, in this specification, although the process target of the said apparatus T was demonstrated with the chicken egg, it does not limit to this, For example, a spherical shape, such as a tomato, a strawberry, a pear, and an apple, replaces the said process target with a chicken egg. Fruits and vegetables may be used. And, when removing chemicals such as dust and disinfectant adhering to the surface of these spherical fruit vegetables, the hot water supply device used in the processing of chicken eggs is not necessary, and the processing is performed in a dry state. Also for the kind of conveying means, a plurality of rollers proposed by the present applicant in Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 2001-86969 are used instead of the bar conveyor described in this specification.
[0029]
【The invention's effect】
As is apparent from the above description, the apparatus for removing surface deposits from eggs or spherical fruits and vegetables of the present invention is one holding member that holds one end and the other end of a shaft in a roll-shaped rotating brush. The center line of the transport path is offset by a predetermined distance with respect to a line that bisects the distance formed by the other holding member in the axial direction, and one end of the shaft is Since the other end of the shaft can be attached to the one holding member, the other holding member can be attached to the portion where the brush surface of the rolled rotating brush and the egg contact with each other, for example. Even when the “fake” is attached at the interval, the portion between the “fake” portion of the brush surface and the adjacent “fake” portion of the roll-shaped rotating brush 5 generated in the initial stage. Of the eggshell surface of the egg E Les can be removed. As a result, even if the hair of the roll-shaped rotating brush has a “finger”, it is not necessary to replace the entire roll-shaped rotating brush with a new one in a short period of time, which is economical.
