本発明は、例えば即席焼きそばなどのように、注湯後に湯切りして喫食される即席食品のパッケージに使用される即席食品用湯切り蓋材に関する。

【従来の技術】
従来、即席食品用湯切り蓋材としては、一縁部に片寄った領域に湯切り孔を形成した基材と、この基材上を覆う表面材とを積層すると共に、基材の湯切り孔上を覆う表面材の一縁部と表面材のその他の部分との間に切り離しラインを形成し、この切り離しラインに隣接する湯切り孔側の表面材の縁部を外方に延出させて剥離用タブを形成したものが知られている(実公昭57−55175号公報)。

上記従来の即席食品用湯切り蓋材は、基材側の周縁部を容器の開口部周縁にヒートシールして取り付けられ、湯切り孔形成側とは反対側から蓋材の一部を剥離して容器内に注湯した後、剥離用タブを摘んで、基材の湯切り孔上を覆う表面材の一縁部を切り離しラインに沿って分離すると共に基材から剥離することで、湯切り孔を露出させて容器内の湯を注ぎ出すことができるものとなっている。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
ところで、上記従来の即席食品用湯切り蓋材における基材と表面材間の剥離は、両者間の接着強度を剥離剤の塗布などによって引き剥がし可能に調整しておくことによる界面剥離によって行われるものとなっている。

しかしながら、上記界面剥離は、接着強度を好都合な状態に調整しにくい問題がある。例えば接着強度が強すぎる場合、表面材の剥離作業が行いにくくなったり、表面材の剥がし残りを生じて、表面材を剥離しても完全に湯切り孔が露出されないことを生じる。また、接着強度が弱すぎると、輸送や保管途中での不用意な表面材の剥離を生じ、商品価値が失われやすくなる。
