Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a hair iron used for applying a straight permanent or a permanent wave to hair.
[0002]
[Prior art]
As a conventional hair iron, there exists a thing as shown, for example in FIG. 10 (refer Unexamined-Japanese-Patent No. 2001-137038). FIG. 10A is an overall view, and FIG. 10B is a cross-sectional view of the main part.
[0003]
As shown in FIG. 10, a conventional hair iron 201 has a power cord 205 connected to an iron body 203, a temperature control device 207 connected to an intermediate portion of the power cord 205, and a power plug 209 attached to an end portion. It is a thing.
[0004]
The iron body 203 includes a pair of resin sandwiching arms 211 and 213. The sandwiching arms 211 and 213 have base end sides 215 and 217 that are rotatably coupled to each other, and corrective bodies 223 and 225 are disposed opposite to the front end sides 219 and 221.
[0005]
Intermediate portions of the sandwiching arms 211 and 213 are configured as gripping portions 224 and 226, and force point portions 227 and 229 located at the rear side of the correction bodies 223 and 225 are configured on the distal ends of the gripping portions 224 and 226.
[0006]
Then, when the power plug 209 is inserted into the outlet, the correction bodies 223 and 225 are heated by the temperature control device 207, the grips 224 and 226 are gripped, and a force is applied by applying a thumb and forefinger to the force points 227 and 229. The correction bodies 223 and 225 on the front end sides 219 and 221 perform the clamping operation. The hair can be slid while pinching by this pinching operation, and the hair can be pinched and straightened by applying a heating action by heat generation of the correction bodies 223 and 225.
[0007]
Therefore, by using such a hair iron, natural eyelashes can be stretched or an artificial permanent wave can be corrected.
[0008]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
By the way, the iron body 203 of the hair iron 201 has a structure that is as light as possible because it is held for a certain period of time. That is, as described above, the holding arms 211 and 213 are made of resin, and the inside is hollow. Therefore, such an iron body 203 can continuously perform a work for a certain period of time and a fine eyelash extending work.
[0009]
However, due to the heat generated by the correction bodies 223 and 225, particularly when the hardness of the distal ends 219 and 221 where the correction bodies 223 and 225 are present decreases with increasing temperature, and force is applied to the force points 227 and 229 to hold the hair. In addition, there is a possibility that the front end sides 219 and 221 are easily deformed. For this reason, the force is not smoothly transmitted from the power point portions 227 and 229 to the distal end sides 219 and 221, which hinders the hair clamping action between the correction bodies 123 and 125, and smoothly performs eyelash extension and the like. There was a problem that I could not.
[0010]
For such a problem, by increasing the thickness of the sandwiching arms 211 and 213 to increase the heat capacity, it is possible to suppress easy deformation of the distal end sides 219 and 221 to some extent by heat. However, if the thickness of the clamping arms 211 and 213 is increased, the overall size and weight increase, so that the iron body 203 is held and the eyelashes are continuously stretched for a certain period of time by a free operation. Can be quite difficult.
[0011]
Therefore, it has been difficult to achieve both the smooth transmission of the force from the power point portions 227 and 229 to the tip side 219 and 221 and the weight reduction of the entire iron body 203 even when the temperature rises.
[0012]
An object of the present invention is to provide a hair iron that can achieve both the smooth transmission of force and the weight reduction of the entire iron body regardless of the temperature rise.
[0013]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
According to the first aspect of the present invention, a proximal end side is rotatably coupled to each other and a distal end side is sandwiched by a gripping operation of an intermediate gripping portion, and a resin sandwiching arm is disposed opposite to the distal end side of the sandwiching arm. In a hair iron equipped with a correction body for holding and correcting by a correction surface while warming hair with a holding operation, The holding arm is movably supported so that at least one of the correction bodies can be moved forward and backward with respect to the other side, and the correction body is biased to the holding arm to elastically adjust the holding state between the correction bodies. Providing biasing means to From the tip side of the clamping arm Above The core material is housed so that the longitudinal direction runs along the gripping part, The core member includes a long plate-like base portion having a surface along the rotation direction of the sandwiching arm and a vertical wall portion formed so as to protrude from the base portion toward the back of the correction body. The wall portion is partially provided with a receiving portion capable of supporting the biasing means so as to face the back of the biasing means, The core member is characterized in that it maintains hardness to a temperature higher than that of the holding arm and regulates thermal deformation of the holding arm.
[0015]
Claim 2 The hair iron according to claim 1, wherein at least one of the correction bodies is movably supported on the holding arm so as to be movable forward and backward with respect to the other side, and the correction body is attached to the holding arm. There is provided a biasing means for elastically adjusting a clamping state between the correction bodies by biasing, and a stopper portion that engages the correction body with the core member to restrict movement in the protruding direction with respect to the clamping arm. It is provided.
[0016]
The invention of claim 3 is the invention according to claim 1 or 2. It is a hair iron of description, Comprising: The said clamping arm is a mating structure which couple | bonds a division | segmentation part with a fastener, The temporary fix part previously couple | bonded with the said one division | segmentation part in the longitudinal direction one end of the said core material And a fastening portion for fastening together with the fastening of the divided portions is provided at a predetermined location of the core material.
[0017]
【The invention's effect】
According to the first aspect of the present invention, when the gripping portion at the intermediate portion of the sandwiching arm is gripped and operated, the proximal end sides rotate relative to each other and the distal end side performs the sandwiching operation. By this clamping operation, the hair can be clamped and corrected by the correction body disposed opposite to the distal end side of the clamping arm.
[0018]
And from the front end side of the clamping arm Above A core material is provided so that the longitudinal direction extends along the grip part, and the core material maintains hardness to a temperature higher than that of the sandwiching arm, and regulates easy deformation due to heat at the front end side of the sandwiching arm when the correction body generates heat. can do. Accordingly, the gripping portion of the sandwiching arm can be gripped, and the force can be smoothly transmitted from the distal end side of the sandwiching arm to the correction body, so that the hair can be reliably sandwiched and corrected. Further, at least one of the correction bodies is movably supported on the clamping arm so as to be movable back and forth with respect to the other side, and the correction body is biased to the clamping arm to elastically hold the correction body between the correction bodies. Since the urging means for adjusting the hair is provided, the hair can be pinched more reliably between the correction bodies. Furthermore, since the core member is partially provided with a receiving portion that can support the urging means so as to face the back portion of the urging means, the clamping reaction force by the correction body is caused by the receiving portion via the urging means. The hair can be pinched and corrected more reliably by the correction bodies. Further, since the receiving portion is partially provided, the shape thereof is not easily influenced by the curved shape on the holding arm side, and the receiving portion can be easily arranged on the back portion of the urging means.
[0019]
Therefore, even if the holding arm is thin and the heat capacity is reduced, the hair can be reliably corrected for pinching, and by reducing the overall weight, the holding arm can be gripped and the fine wrinkles can be carried out freely. It becomes easy to continue hair stretching for a certain period of time.
[0023]
Claim 2 In the invention, in addition to the effect of the invention of claim 1, at least one of the correction bodies is movably supported on the holding arm so as to be movable back and forth with respect to the other side, and the correction body is attached to the holding arm. Since the biasing means for elastically adjusting the clamping state between the correction bodies is provided, the hair can be accurately clamped and corrected by the correction bodies arranged opposite to each other.
[0024]
In addition, the movement of the correction body in the protruding direction with respect to the clamping arm can be regulated by engaging the stopper portion. Therefore, the shakiness of the correction body with respect to the holding arm can be regulated, and the hair can be pinched and corrected more accurately by the correction bodies.
[0025]
Claim 3 In the invention of Claim 1 or 2 In addition to the effect of the invention, the clamping arm has a mating structure in which the divided portions are coupled to each other by a fastener, and the core material is previously coupled to the one divided portion by a temporary fixing portion provided at one end in the longitudinal direction. Can do. Therefore, it is not necessary to handle the cores individually when the divided parts are combined and connected to each other by the fasteners, and by fastening together the divided parts, a predetermined portion of the core material is fastened to the clamping arm by the fastening part. Can be combined. For this reason, it is not necessary to handle the core material individually when connecting the divided parts, and the assembling of the holding arm can be easily performed.
[0026]

[0055]
Next, the correction body 11 is incorporated, the divided portion 43a is aligned with the divided portion 45a, and the screws 48, 49, 51 are fastened and fixed. As a result, the divided portions 43a and 45a are fastened and joined together, and the fastening portions 89 and 91 of the core member 83 are fastened together by the screws 48 and 49 as described above. Therefore, the core member 83 can be assembled very easily.
[0056]
When the core member 83 is assembled, even if the hole 89a of the co-fastening portion 89 is slightly misaligned with respect to the screw holes of the divided portions 43a and 45a, the temporary fixing portion 93 is formed at one end in the longitudinal direction of the core member 83. Therefore, the core 83 can be easily bent with the temporary fixing portion 93 as a fulcrum, and the centering on the side of the fastening portion 89 can be easily performed by inserting a screw, and the fastening with the screw 48 can be performed very easily. Can do.
[0057]
Next, a case where the hair iron 1 is used to extend eyelashes or repair an artificial permanent wave will be described. Of course, it is possible to apply a permanent wave with the hair iron 1.
[0058]
First, when the hair iron 1 is used, a basic agent such as ammonia, monoethanolamine, triethanolamine or the like is first added to an aqueous solution mainly containing a mercapto compound (reducing agent) such as thioglycolic acid or cysteine. The liquid agent which added the substance and adjusted to pH 6-10 is apply | coated. By this application, the disulfide bond of cystine contained in the keratin protein in the hair is reduced and cleaved as a mercapto group, and then the hair is washed with water and sequentially dried with a dryer or the like, and then heated to 140 to 180 ° C. The hair iron 1 is used to straighten this hair.
[0059]
Specifically, the gripping portions 21 and 23 of the sandwiching arms 7 and 9 are gripped, a force is applied by applying a thumb and an index finger to the force application points 25 and 27, and the hair between the hot plates 67 of the correction bodies 11 and 13. Is inserted. Thereafter, the holding arms 7 and 9 are slid to the hair tips while maintaining the state. As a result, the hair sandwiched between the hot plates 67 heated by the ceramic heater 69 is stretched while being heated.
[0060]
At this time, since the hair moves at a predetermined speed between the magnet plates 71 facing the south pole, reduction energy is generated according to Fleming's right-hand rule. This energy is generated from the south pole of the magnet plate 71 in which the electrons of the magnetic pole rotate to the right, and promotes the reducing action of the first liquid. Moreover, it also serves to close the cuticle that forms the surface layer of the hair. When the cuticle is closed, ultraviolet rays can be prevented from entering the hair, and the hair can be prevented from being damaged by the ultraviolet rays.
[0061]
Further, the energy of the reduction reduces the first liquid water cluster. By reducing this cluster, the permeability of the first liquid into the hair is increased. Therefore, the reducing action of the first liquid is further promoted. As a result, it is possible to shorten the treatment time with the risk of damaging the hair, and it is possible to suppress hair damage.
[0062]
After that, a second liquid composed of an aqueous solution of an oxidizing agent such as sodium bromate and hydrogen peroxide is applied to the hair, and as a result, the mercapto group is oxidized to generate a new disulfide bond in the hair, and this straight hair state Can be immobilized.
[0063]
In such hair clamping correction, the heat of the ceramic heater 69 is also conducted to the tip sides 29 and 31 of the clamping arms 7 and 9, and the hardness of the tip sides 29 and 31 of the clamping arms 7 and 9 is lowered and deformed. It becomes easy to do.
[0064]
Therefore, if the core members 83 and 85 are not provided, the distal end sides 29 and 31 can be easily moved by the reaction force applied to the distal end sides 29 and 31 of the sandwiching arms 7 and 9 during the hair clamping operation between the hot plates 67. There is a possibility that the hair is deformed and the hair is not evenly held by the hot plate 67. On the other hand, such problems can be improved by providing the core members 83 and 85.
[0065]
That is, the core members 83 and 85 are internally provided from the distal end sides 29 and 31 to at least the gripping portions 21 and 23, and the gripping portions 21 and 23 side maintain a temperature state that can be gripped by hand compared to the distal end sides 29 and 31. Therefore, the core members 83 and 85 can be firmly supported on the gripping portions 21 and 23 side.
[0066]
Then, the joint member 91 side of the core members 83 and 85 that are firmly supported is positioned in the power point portions 25 and 27 of the grip portions 21 and 23, so that the core members 83 and 85 are connected to the power point portions 25 and 27. The force can be transmitted accurately.
[0067]
By transmitting an accurate force to the core members 83 and 85, the correctors 11 and 13 are supported by the core members 83 and 85, and easy deformation of the distal end sides 29 and 31 can be prevented. Therefore, the hot plates 67 can be made to face each other accurately and the hair can be clamped, so that the treatment can be performed accurately.
[0068]
In the present embodiment, the correction bodies 11 and 13 are urged by the second spring portion 75 that is an urging means, and the clamping state between the correction bodies 11 and 13 is elastically adjusted. Can be performed more accurately.
[0069]
The movement of the correction bodies 11 and 13 in the protruding direction can be restricted by the vertical wall portion 95 as a stopper portion, and the backlash of the correction bodies 11 and 13 can be suppressed and the second spring portion. The correct advance / retreat operation of the correction bodies 11 and 13 by the urging operation of 75 can be maintained for a long time, and the accurate clamping state of the hot plate 67 can be accurately maintained.
[0070]
The second fastening wall portion 99 as the receiving portion receives the second spring portion 75 so that both ends 75a and 75b abut against the back portion of the second spring 75 as the biasing means. The reaction force of the second spring portion 75 can be applied to the heat plate 67 accurately.
[0071]
Accordingly, it is possible to accurately maintain the state in which the correction bodies 11 and 13 are held by the second spring 75 regardless of the heat rise of the distal end sides 29 and 31. Moreover, since the first fastening wall portion 99 as the receiving portion is partially provided on the core members 83 and 85, for example, as shown in the plane of FIG. Even if the shape is narrower toward the sides 29 and 31, it can be formed without being affected by this shape. The base portions 87 of the core members 83 and 85 can be disposed on the flat bottom wall surface 63 on the distal end sides 29 and 31, and can be disposed straight and effortlessly to the gripping portions 21 and 23 side.
[0072]
The present invention is not limited to the above embodiment. For example, one or both of the correction bodies 11 and 13 may be fixed so that they cannot move with respect to the distal end sides 29 and 31. The magnet plate 71 and the first spring 73 can be omitted. The vertical wall portion 95 and the first fastening wall portion 99 of the core members 83 and 85 can be omitted.
[0073]
The core members 83 and 85 can be integrally provided in one of the divided portions 45a and 45b or the divided portions 43a and 43b by two-color molding or the like.
