【発明の属する技術分野】
本発明は、遊技盤の裏側に入賞球を案内する入賞球集合部材を備えたパチンコ機に関し、特に、この入賞球集合部材に遊技盤の中央に形成される開口部よりも大きい窓部を形成すると共に、この窓部の裏側周縁部に特別図柄表示装置が取り付けられる複数の取付部を形成することにより、特別図柄表示装置がこの窓部より大きい場合には、該特別図柄表示装置をこの取付部を介して取り付け、特別図柄表示装置がこの窓部より小さい場合には、該特別図柄表示装置を前記開口部の周縁部に取り付けることでき、入賞球集合部材を特別図柄表示装置のサイズの異なる種類のパチンコ機に共用化することが可能なパチンコ機に関するものである。また、入賞球集合部材を主要集合部材と補助集合部材とによる複数の分割構成とすることにより、主要集合部材の設計変更をすることなく、補助集合部材のみを一部設計変更することが可能となり、より広範な種類のパチンコ機への共用化による製造コストダウンを図ることが可能なパチンコ機に関するものである。

【従来の技術】
従来より、弾球遊技機には、ＣＲＴ（Cathode Ray Tube）やＬＣＤ（Liquid Crystal Display）等を用いた種々の映像表示装置が取り付けられている。例えば、特開平７−１３２１６６号公報に示される遊技機においては、ＬＣＤより構成される可変表示装置の収納枠体の左右外側にはビス孔を有する取付部が設けられており、また、プラスチック製の入賞球集合カバー部材の主要カバー部材の前記ビス孔に対応する位置には可変表示装置本体取付ボスが一体成形され突設している。したがって、可変表示装置本体を収納枠体に固設し、収納枠体の取付部のビス孔にビスを挿通し、ビスの先端を可変表示装置本体取付ボスにネジ込むと、可変表示装置本体は主要カバー部材に堅牢に取り付けられる。また、入賞球集合カバー部材を主要カバー部材と補助カバー部材との分割構成にするようにすれば、同一タイプの可変表示装置を使用するようにすれば、主要カバー部材は設計変更することなくそのままにして補助カバー部材のみを新たに設計、製造すればよく、結果的に開発コストの低減化を図ることが可能となる。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
しかしながら、前記特開平７−１３２１６６号公報に記載されている遊技機においては、入賞球集合カバー部材の共用化を図り、開発コストの低減化を図るためには同一タイプの可変表示装置を用いる必要があるが、現実的に広範囲の機種に同一タイプの可変表示装置を共用化することは困難であるという問題がある。また、低コストのパチンコ機の実現化を図るためには高価な大型可変表示装置を採用することが困難となり、入賞球集合カバー部材の共用化ができなくなるという問題がある。

そこで、本発明は、上述した問題点を解決するためになされたものであり、入賞球集合部材に遊技盤の中央に形成される開口部よりも大きい窓部を形成すると共に、この窓部の裏側周縁部に特別図柄表示装置が取り付けられる複数の取付部を形成することにより、特別図柄表示装置がこの窓部より大きい場合には、該特別図柄表示装置をこの取付部を介して取り付け、特別図柄表示装置がこの窓部より小さい場合には、該特別図柄表示装置を前記開口部の周縁部に取り付けることでき、該入賞球集合部材を特別図柄表示装置のサイズの異なる種類のパチンコ機に共用化することが可能なパチンコ機を提供することを目的とする。また、入賞球集合部材を主要集合部材と補助集合部材とによる複数の分割構成とすることにより、主要集合部材の設計変更をすることなく、補助集合部材のみを一部設計変更することが可能となり、より広範な種類のパチンコ機への共用化による製造コストダウンを図ることが可能なパチンコ機を提供することを目的とする。

【課題を解決するための手段】
前記目的を達成するために、請求項１に係るパチンコ機は、中央に開口部が形成されるとともに各入賞口に入賞した入賞球を該遊技盤の裏側に案内する入賞球案内孔を備えた遊技盤と、前記開口部より視認可能に配設されて変動図柄を表示する特別図柄表示装置と、該遊技盤の裏側に配設されて各入賞口に入賞した入賞球を案内する入賞球集合部材とを備えたパチンコ機において、前記入賞球集合部材は、遊技盤の上方にある前記入賞球案内孔の出口周縁の近傍部をほぼ覆うように前記遊技盤の裏側に取り付けられるとともに、該入賞球案内孔に案内された入賞球を回収する主要集合部材と、前記主要集合部材の下方に配置され、前記主要集合部材によって覆われない前記入賞球案内孔の出口周縁の近傍部をほぼ覆うように前記遊技盤の裏側に取り付けられるとともに、該入賞球案内孔に案内された入賞球を回収する補助集合部材と、により上下方向に分割して構成され、前記主要集合部材と前記補助集合部材との組合せにより、前記開口部に対向し且つ該対向する開口部を含む形状に形成される窓部を有し、前記主要集合部材は、前記窓部の裏側周縁部に突設される複数の取付部と、入賞球案内孔から回収した入賞球を通過させることにより、前記入賞球を前記補助集合部材へと流下させる切欠部と、前記主要集合部材の前記切欠部の外側面に設けられ、前記切欠部における入賞球の通過を検出する入賞球検出スイッチと、を備え、前記補助集合部材は、前記切欠部の鉛直下方向で且つ前記切欠部に対向する位置が、前記切欠部を介して流下する入賞球を通過させ、補助集合部材内へと導くように切り欠かれ、前記特別図柄表示装置が前記窓部よりも小さい場合には、該特別図柄表示装置は前記遊技盤の開口部の周縁部に取り付けられ、前記特別図柄表示装置がこの窓部より大きい場合には、該特別図柄表示装置は前記取付部を介して取り付けられることを特徴とする。

このような特徴を有する請求項１に係るパチンコ機は、入賞球集合部材に遊技盤の中央に形成される開口部に対向する、該開口部よりも大きい窓部を形成すると共に、この窓部の裏側周縁部に特別図柄表示装置が取り付けられる複数の取付部を形成することにより、特別図柄表示装置がこの窓部より大きい場合には、該特別図柄表示装置をこの取付部を介して取り付け、特別図柄表示装置がこの窓部より小さい場合には、該特別図柄表示装置を前記開口部の周縁部に取り付ける。
これにより、入賞球集合部材を特別図柄表示装置のサイズの異なる種類のパチンコ機に共用化することが可能となると共に、広範な種類のパチンコ機に共用化することができて製造コストダウンを図り、小型の特別図柄表示装置の取り付けと相まって低コストのパチンコ機の実現化が可能となる。

また、前記入賞球集合部材は、前記遊技盤の入賞球を裏側に案内する入賞球案内孔の出口周縁の近傍部をほぼ覆うように形成されているため、遊技盤の入賞球案内孔の出口位置の設計変更に余裕を持たせることが可能となり、入賞球集合部材のより広範な種類のパチンコ機への共用化を図ることが可能となる。また、入賞球集合部材のより広範な種類のパチンコ機に共用化することができて製造コストダウンを図り、小型の特別図柄表示装置の取り付けと相まって更なる低コストのパチンコ機の実現化が可能となる。

【発明の実施の形態】
以下、本発明に係るパチンコ機について具体化した実施の形態を図面を参照して詳細に説明する。先ず、大型液晶ディスプレイ（本実施形態では、約７インチ液晶ディスプレイ）等から構成された特別図柄表示装置が取り付けられたパチンコ機の場合について図１乃至図３に基づいて説明し、続いて、小型液晶ディスプレイ（本実施形態では、約３インチ液晶ディスプレイ）等から構成された特別図柄表示装置が取り付けられたパチンコ機の場合について図４及び図５に基づいて説明する。

最初に、大型液晶ディスプレイ等から構成された特別図柄表示装置が取り付けられた場合のパチンコ機の全体構成について図１に基づいて説明する。図１は本実施形態に係る大型液晶ディスプレイ等から構成された特別図柄表示装置が取り付けられたパチンコ機の全体を示した正面図である。
図１において、パチンコ機１は、いわゆる第一種パチンコ機である。パチンコ機１は、後述する入賞口、特別図柄表示装置、電動役物及び、ゲート等の各種構造物が遊技盤２上に配設されている。その遊技盤２の下には、賞球ケースを介して払い出される賞球を受ける上皿３がスピーカ３ａを内蔵してプレート４に配設されている。そして、その上皿３の下には、下皿５が配設される。また、上皿３に連通する不図示の球送り機構を介して上皿３のパチンコ球がハンドル６に連結された不図示の発射装置へ送られるよう構成されている。また、遊技盤２の裏面には特別図柄表示装置、各入賞口に入賞した入賞球を回収する入賞球集合部材５４（図３参照）、及び賞球の払い出しに係る制御等を行う主基板等が設けられている。尚、この入賞球集合部材５４は、後述のように主要集合部材と補助集合部材とから構成されている。
一方、遊技盤２の周りには、遊技中のエラーを表示するエラー表示ランプ７や「当たり」を表示する当たり表示ランプ８、８が設けられている。また、遊技盤２を囲んだ枠９内には、両肩部に賞球及び球切れ表示ランプ１０、１０が設けられている。

次に、パチンコ機１における遊技盤２上の遊技領域の構成について図２に基づいて説明する。図２は本実施形態に係る大型液晶ディスプレイ等から構成された特別図柄表示装置が取り付けられたパチンコ機の遊技領域を示した正面図である。
図２に示すように、この遊技領域１１は、所定厚さの板材をなした遊技盤２上に入賞口などの各構造物が配設され、それを囲むように環状の外レール１２Ａと内レール１２Ｂが取り付けられて構成されている。この外レール１２Ａと内レール１２Ｂは、発射されたパチンコ球を遊技領域内に案内する重複して形成した案内路１３を構成し、右肩部には外レール１２Ａに沿って打ち込まれるパチンコ球の進行を制限するための段差部１４を有する。

遊技領域１１のほぼ中央には、開口部５０（図３参照）が開設され、この開口部５０の前面側に特別図柄表示装置１８が配設されている。特別図柄表示装置１８は、左、中、右に３分割された特定図柄を表示する液晶ディスプレイ（以下、「ＬＣＤ」という。）から構成された映像表示装置１９が遊技盤２の裏面側から設けられ、また、特別図柄表示装置１８の上方に一面の可変表示手段である図柄表示器２０が設けられている。また、特別図柄表示装置１８は、頂部に入賞口２１が形成され、後述のように遊技盤２裏面の入賞球集合部材５４に連通されている（図３参照）。また、両肩部には特別図柄表示装置１８を通過する通過口（不図示）が形成されている。
一方、特別図柄表示装置１８の左右には入賞口２３、２４が設けられて、後述のように遊技盤２裏面の入賞球集合部材５４に連通されている（図３参照）。そして、特別図柄表示装置１８の両肩側には電飾ランプ付きの風車２５、２６が、また入賞口２３、２４の両側及び特別図柄表示装置１８の間には通常の風車２７、２８、及び２９、３０が設けられている。

また、特別図柄表示装置１８の直下には、第１始動口３５ａ、ゲート３５ｂ、３５ｃ、及び普通電動役物４３が配設されている。この第１始動口３５ａは、後述のように遊技盤２裏面の入賞球集合部材５４に連通されている（図３参照）。また、普通電動役物４３は、不図示のソレノイドによって開閉するように構成されており、この普通電動役物４３に係る第２始動口４３ａは、下側に配設される特別電動役物３２の裏側に配設される入賞球案内樋（不図示）に連通されている。また、ゲート３５ｂ、３５ｃにはパチンコ球の通過を検出する検出スイッチ（図示されていない）が備えられており、パチンコ球の通過を検出することで図柄表示器２０を作動させ、該図柄表示器２０の図柄が変動した後、所定状態になった場合（例えば、１、３、５、７のいずれかを表示した場合）に、普通電動役物４３が所定時間開かれて第２始動口４３ａにパチンコ球が入賞しやすくなる。そして、第１始動口３５ａ又は第２始動口４３ａにパチンコ球が入賞することを不図示の各始動口スイッチにより検出することで映像表示装置１９を作動させる。

そして、第１始動口３５ａ、ゲート３５ｂ、３５ｃ、及び普通電動役物４３の下方には、大入賞口３１が形成された特別電動役物３２が配設されている。大入賞口３１は、横幅を持った上方に開口する開閉扉３３が、第１始動口３５ａ又は第２始動口４３ａにパチンコ球が入り、映像表示装置１９の図柄が変動した後に、所定状態を達成した場合（例えば、７７７のように揃った場合等）に開かれる。この開閉扉３３は、不図示のソレノイドによって開口するよう構成されている。また、大入賞口３１内の中央部にはいわゆるＶゾーンが仕切形成されており、該Ｖゾーンへの入賞検出用のＶスイッチ（不図示）が設けられている。また、大入賞口３１内には、開閉扉３３が開かれたときに入賞したパチンコ球の個数をカウントするための大入賞口カウントスイッチ（不図示）が設けられている。

そして、このような特別電動役物３２の両側上方には電飾ランプが施された下入賞口４２ａ、４２ｂが配設されて、後述のように遊技盤２裏面の入賞球集合部材５４に連通されている（図３参照）。特別電動役物３２の直下には外レール１２Ａに沿ってアウト口４４が開設されている。更に、外レール１２Ａに囲まれたこのような遊技領域１１には、前記各構成物とともに複数の釘が打設されてパチンコ球の複雑な流路を構成している。

次に、遊技盤２の裏面に設けられる入賞球集合部材５４の構成及び入賞球の流下について図３に基づいて説明する。図３は本実施形態に係る大型液晶ディスプレイ等から構成された映像表示装置１９が取り付けられた場合の遊技盤２の裏面に設けられる入賞球集合部材５４の構成及び入賞球の流下を示す背面図である。
先ず、遊技盤２の構成を説明する。遊技盤２の構成は、図３に示すように、ほぼ中央部に特別図柄表示装置１８が取り付けられる開口部５０が形成されている。そして、開口部５０の入賞口２１に対応する位置には、切欠部が形成され、特別図柄表示装置１８と協動して入賞口２１に入賞した入賞球を遊技盤２の裏側に案内する入賞球案内孔２１Ａを構成している。また、この開口部５０の左右上方には、各ランプ付風車２５、２６が前面側から挿着される風車取付孔２５Ａ、２６Ａが形成されている。また、開口部５０の左右に設けられる各入賞口２３、２４に対応する位置には、断面が略梨形の入賞球案内孔２３Ａ、２４Ａが形成され、各入賞口２３、２４に入賞した入賞球を遊技盤２の裏側まで案内している。また、開口部５０の直下に設けられる第１始動口３５ａに対応する位置には、断面が略縦長楕円形の入賞球案内孔５５が形成され、該第１始動口３５ａに入賞した入賞球を遊技盤２の裏側まで案内している。また、この入賞球案内孔５５の下側には、特別電動役物３２が前面側から装着される取付孔５６が形成されている。更に、この取付孔５６の両側上方の各下入賞口４２ａ、４２ｂに対応する位置には、断面が略梨形の入賞球案内孔５７、５８が形成され、各下入賞口４２ａ、４２ｂに入賞した入賞球を遊技盤２の裏側まで案内している。

また、入賞球集合部材５４は、各入賞口２１、２３、２４、３５ａ、４２ａ、４２ｂに入賞して、各入賞球案内孔２１Ａ、２３Ａ、２４Ａ、５５、５７、５８の裏側出口から流下してくる入賞球を回収するための部材であり、前面が開放したＡＢＳ等の樹脂製の箱状体からなり、前面開放部が遊技盤２の裏面にネジ止め等により取り付けられている。該入賞球集合部材５４は、図３に示すように、特別図柄表示装置１８の後方周辺部を覆う主要集合部材５２と、この主要集合部材５２の下方に連接して特別図柄表示装置１８の下側の後方周辺部を覆う補助集合部材５３とから構成されている。

主要集合部材５２は、ほぼ中央部に下側から上側に略コの字型にくぼむ映像表示装置挿入凹部６１が設けられている。そして、この映像表示装置挿入凹部６１と補助集合部材５３の上端面とにより映像表示装置１９が後方より挿入される窓部６２が構成される。また、映像表示装置挿入凹部６１の左右外側には、後端部にネジ孔が形成された取付部６３Ａ、６３Ｂ、６３Ｃ、６３Ｄが裏側に突き出して設けられ、窓部６２の後方から挿入された映像表示装置１９が該取付部６３Ａ、６３Ｂ、６３Ｃ、６３Ｄにネジ止めされる。

また、各入賞球案内孔２３Ａ、２４Ａの出口の周縁部に当接するリブ６５、６６が主要集合部材５２の底面から略四角形状に立設され、各リブ６５、６６の下側の側面には、入賞球が下側の補助集合部材５３に流下するように切欠部６５Ａ、６６Ａが設けられている。また、リブ６６の左下側には、入賞球案内孔２１Ａから流下した入賞球が下側の補助集合部材５３に流下するように切欠部６７が設けられている。

また、補助集合部材５３は、ほぼ中央部に下側から上側に略コの字型にくぼみ、特別電動役物３２が嵌合される特別電動役物嵌合凹部６９が設けられている。また、各入賞球案内孔５７、５８の出口の周縁部に当接するリブ７０、７１が補助集合部材５３の底面から略四角形状に立設され、各リブ７０、７１の下側の側面には、入賞球が下側に流下するように切欠部７０Ａ、７１Ａが設けられている。また、主要集合部材５２の各切欠部６５Ａ、６６Ａ、６７に対向する上側面は、流下してくる入賞球が通過するように切り欠かれている。そして、各切欠部６５Ａ、６６Ａに対向する位置には各リブ７２、７３が補助集合部材５３の底面から立設され、各リブ７０、７１と協動して主要集合部材５２から流下する入賞球を案内する流路を形成している。また、入賞球案内孔５５の出口の周縁部に当接するリブ７５が補助集合部材５３の底面から略四角形状に立設され、このリブ７５の下側の側面には、入賞球が下側に流下するように切欠部７５Ａが設けられている。そして、補助集合部材５３の下側面には、下方に設けられた入賞球案内樋（不図示）に入賞球を落下させるための切欠部７６、７７が設けられている。

次に、このように構成された入賞球集合部材５４の各入賞球案内孔２１Ａ、２３Ａ、２４Ａ、５５、５７、５８から流下する入賞球の流下経路について説明する。先ず、図３に示すように、入賞球案内孔２１Ａの出口から流下してくる入賞球は、矢印Ａ１のように左側に案内され、各矢印Ａ２、Ａ３のように流下し、切欠部６７を通過して下側に配設される補助集合部材５３の左側を各矢印Ａ４、Ａ５のように流下して切欠部７７を通過して不図示の入賞球案内樋に落下する。
また、入賞球案内孔２３Ａの出口から流下してくる入賞球は、矢印Ｂ１のように流下し、切欠部６５Ａを通過して下側に配設される補助集合部材５３の右側を各矢印Ｂ２、Ｂ３のように流下して切欠部７６を通過して不図示の入賞球案内樋に落下する。
また、入賞球案内孔２４Ａの出口から流下してくる入賞球は、矢印Ｃ１のように流下し、切欠部６６Ａを通過して下側に配設される補助集合部材５３の左側を各矢印Ａ４、Ａ５のように流下して切欠部７７を通過して不図示の入賞球案内樋に落下する。
また、入賞球案内孔５５の出口から流下してくる入賞球は、矢印Ｄ１のように流下し、切欠部７５Ａを通過して右側方向に矢印Ｄ２及び矢印Ｂ３のように流下して切欠部７６を通過して不図示の入賞球案内樋に落下する。
また、入賞球案内孔５７の出口から流下してくる入賞球は、矢印Ｅ１のように流下し、切欠部７０Ａを通過して矢印Ｂ３のように流下して切欠部７６を通過して不図示の入賞球案内樋に落下する。
更に、入賞球案内孔５８の出口から流下してくる入賞球は、矢印Ｆ１のように流下し、切欠部７１Ａを通過して矢印Ａ５のように流下して切欠部７７を通過して不図示の入賞球案内樋に落下する。
尚、各切欠部６５Ａ、６６Ａ、６７、７０Ａ、７１Ａ、７５Ａの外側面には、入賞球の通過を検出する不図示の入賞検出スイッチが設けられる。

次に、小型液晶ディスプレイ等から構成された特別図柄表示装置が取り付けられた場合のパチンコ機における遊技盤８１上の遊技領域の構成について図４に基づいて説明する。図４は本実施形態に係る小型液晶ディスプレイ等から構成された特別図柄表示装置が取り付けられたパチンコ機の遊技領域を示した正面図である。
尚、小型液晶ディスプレイ等から構成された特別図柄表示装置が取り付けられた場合のパチンコ機の全体構成は、大型液晶ディスプレイ等から構成された特別図柄表示装置が取り付けられた場合のパチンコ機１の全体構成とほぼ同じであるが、遊技盤２が遊技盤８１に変更されている。

一方、特別図柄表示装置８６の左右には入賞口８９、９０が設けられて、後述のように遊技盤８１裏面の入賞球集合部材５４に連通されている（図５参照）。そして、特別図柄表示装置８６の両肩側には電飾ランプ付きの風車９１、９２が、また入賞口８９、９０の両側及び特別図柄表示装置８６の間には通常の風車（不図示）が設けられている。

また、特別図柄表示装置８６の直下には、第１種始動口９３が配設されている。この第１種始動口９３は、後述のように遊技盤８１裏面の入賞球集合部材５４に連通されている（図５参照）。そして、第１種始動口９３にパチンコ球が入賞することを入賞検出スイッチ（不図示）により検出することで映像表示装置８７を作動させる。

そして、第１種始動口９３の下方には、大入賞口９４が形成された特別電動役物９５が配設されている。大入賞口９４は、横幅を持った上方に開口する開閉扉９６が、第１種始動口９３にパチンコ球が入り、映像表示装置８７の図柄が変動した後に、所定状態を達成した場合（例えば、７７７のように揃った場合等）に開かれる。この開閉扉９６は、不図示のソレノイドによって開口するよう構成されている。また、大入賞口９４内の中央部にはいわゆるＶゾーンが仕切形成されており、該Ｖゾーンへの入賞検出用のＶスイッチ（不図示）が設けられている。また、大入賞口９４内には、開閉扉９６が開かれたときに入賞したパチンコ球の個数をカウントするための大入賞口カウントスイッチ（不図示）が設けられている。

そして、このような特別電動役物９５の両側上方には電飾ランプが施された下入賞口９８、９９が配設されて、後述のように遊技盤８１裏面の入賞球集合部材５４に連通されている（図５参照）。特別電動役物９５の直下には外レール８３Ａに沿ってアウト口１００が開設されている。更に、外レール８３Ａに囲まれたこのような遊技領域８２には、前記各構成物とともに複数の釘（不図示）が打設されてパチンコ球の複雑な流路を構成している。
