またユニット202からはABS(アンチロックブレーキシステム)信号、VSA(車両挙動安定化センサ)信号が出力される。
図2で、(A)は縦断面図であり、(B)は(A)におけるA−A線断面図である。
【0023】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a braking device, and more particularly to an electric braking device with improved responsiveness.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Of the currently known vehicle electric control brake systems, a complete electric system has not yet appeared on the market. On the other hand, an electric control brake system using hydraulic pressure is used in, for example, DaimlerChrysler vehicles. The system configuration basically includes (1) a sensor for detecting a driver's braking request (sensing unit using hydraulic pressure, pressure, stroke, etc.) and its detection signal extracting unit, and (2) driver's braking. A central processing unit that calculates the braking force of each wheel from the request, and (3) a brake driving actuator (hydraulic drive system or electric drive system) that operates in response to a control command from the central processing unit. Unlike the conventional brake system, the electrically controlled brake system can freely change the total braking force of the four wheels of a four-wheeled vehicle as needed without depending on the driver's pedaling force. The braking force can be changed to a value proportional to the value of the load sensor attached to each wheel, so that stability during braking of the vehicle can be achieved. Further, as an electric control brake system, an electric motor brake device (EMB: Electric Motor Brake) that uses a configuration in which a motor and a speed reducer are combined instead of the above-described hydraulic pressure is also known. (For example, refer to Patent Document 1).
[0003]
Still another conventional electrically controlled brake system is the system described in Patent Document 2. The electric control brake system described in Patent Document 2 includes a main control device (42) and electric motor control devices (44, 46, 48, 50, 52) for each electric motor as control systems. That is, this electric control brake system has a control system including one main control unit and a plurality of sub-control units. As a basic configuration of this control system, when the operation and amount of operation of the brake pedal are detected by the detection unit (stroke simulator), the operation signal is first input to the main control unit and processed there. A control signal obtained by the main control unit is sent to each sub control unit, and further, the operation of the corresponding brake device is controlled through processing in each sub control unit.

[0005]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
The electric motor brake device according to Patent Document 1 described above requires a large motor and a low deceleration rate in order to obtain sufficient braking torque and response. If an attempt is made to equip a vehicle with a motor that satisfies this condition, the vehicle will be mounted under the vehicle spring, so that a mounting space is required in the portion where the vehicle is springed and the portion becomes heavy. As a result, it adversely affects the mountability and ride comfort. In addition, if it is attempted to achieve a high deceleration rate using a small motor, the response of the motor is lowered, and therefore the response at the initial stage of braking becomes insufficient.
[0006]
Further, in the electric control brake system according to Patent Document 2 described above, the operation signal output from the detection unit of the brake pedal is first processed by the main control unit, and then the operation of the brake device is performed via each sub control unit. Since the control is performed, when a quick response is required, there arises a problem that the initial braking response is insufficient.
[0007]
In order to solve the above problems, an object of the present invention is to provide a braking device configured as an electrically controlled brake system that does not adversely affect mountability and riding comfort and that does not have insufficient braking initial response.
[0008]
[Means and Actions for Solving the Problems]
The brake device according to the present invention is configured as follows in order to achieve the above object.
[0009]
A braking device according to the present invention (corresponding to claim 1) includes at least two movable members that press friction members (friction pads) against both side surfaces of a brake rotating body (brake disc), and each of these at least two movable members. Are connected to the at least two actuators (electric motors) for driving the movable member, the pedal operation amount detection unit for detecting the pedal operation amount, and the pedal operation amount detection unit. A main control unit (central ECU) that calculates and outputs a control amount of each of at least two actuators based on a detection value output from the unit, and is provided corresponding to each of the at least two actuators. And at least two sub-control units (electric motor ECUs) for driving and controlling the actuator based on the output signal relating to the controlled variable. Eteiru. In the braking device described above, the at least two sub-control units are connected to the pedal operation amount detection unit and the detection value output therefrom is input. Or Based on the detected value, an auxiliary control amount for driving and controlling the corresponding actuator is calculated and output. When the auxiliary control amount is calculated before receiving the signal related to the control amount output from the main control unit in each sub control unit, the sub control unit determines the control amount output from the main control unit. Until the signal is received, the actuator is driven and controlled using the signal related to the auxiliary control amount. When the signal related to the control amount is received from the main control unit while the actuator is driven and controlled using the signal related to the auxiliary control amount, the actuator is driven based on the signal related to the control amount of the main control unit. control To do.
[0010]
According to the above braking device, each of the at least two sub-control units corresponding to the actuator and provided near the actuator is connected to the pedal operation amount detection unit as a backup system of the main control unit. A detection value related to the operation amount output from the operation amount detection unit is input to calculate a signal related to the control amount. The control amount calculated by each sub-control unit compensates for the response delay of the main control unit with respect to the control amount calculated by the arithmetic processing of the main control unit, assists the braking control of the main control unit, and responds at the initial stage of braking. This is an auxiliary control amount for increasing the value. Before each sub-control unit receives a signal related to the control amount output from the main control unit, the sub-control unit controls the operation of the actuator with quick response based on the signal related to the control amount calculated by its own arithmetic processing. Then, the braking operation is performed in the electric brake device. In this way, when a detection signal is generated from the pedal operation amount detection unit which is a pedal sensor, each sub-control unit, that is, each motor control ECU executes control without passing through the main control unit, that is, the central ECU. Therefore, the response delay at the beginning of braking can be eliminated. For example, if the communication cycle from the central ECU to the motor drive ECU is 10 ms, the brake will work quickly for 10 ms. In the present invention, it is possible to shorten the 28 cm braking distance at the time of braking from 100 Km / h, for example, by using a backup system constituted by the sub-control unit for the initial braking command. In addition, the detection signal related to the operation amount from the pedal operation amount detection unit is not simply communicated directly to each sub-control unit, but each sub-control unit is provided with a brake assist determination logic. The It is possible to improve response during sudden braking.
[0011]
Ma Octopus In this configuration, as described above, the high responsiveness at the initial stage of braking is executed by the sub-control unit provided close to each actuator, but the final state of the braking control is based on the braking control by the main control unit. To achieve stable control.

[0045]
Normally, as shown in FIG. 9, the motor starts driving with the direct instruction value from the pedal force sensor, but if there is no main system instruction even after a predetermined time (variable by the pad clearance), simple BA determination and preceding By stopping the motor drive, the braking force usually rises quickly, but unnecessary braking in the event of noise or sensor deviation can be prohibited.
[0046]
At the time of backup, the BA (brake assist) simple determination is performed based on the direct instruction value from the pedal force sensor as shown in FIG. 10, but the main system BA instruction or BA equivalent even if a predetermined time (different from the normal time) elapses. By prohibiting simple BA determination when there is no clamping force instruction value, the braking force at the time of BA rises quickly, but unnecessary BA when the main system does not perform BA determination can be promptly prohibited. In the table, Fcm is an indicated clamping force and kM is a threshold value, but it may be a simple BA flag.
[0047]
In this way, the responsiveness of the emergency brake can be improved. In this embodiment, the vehicle state signal to the clearance adjustment unit is a signal related to the steering angle and the vehicle speed, but other signals related to the yaw rate, wheel speed, lateral G, etc. may be used. good.
[0048]

Since the electric motor is driven and controlled, the braking control can be performed without waiting for the control command of the main controller, and as a result, the response delay at the initial stage of braking can be eliminated.
[0050]
Ma Double When each of the plurality of sub-control units receives a signal related to the control amount from the main control unit while driving and controlling the electric motor using the signal related to the auxiliary control amount, the control amount from the main control unit Since the electric motor is driven and controlled based on the signal related to the above, stable braking control can be performed under more precise control.
