Description

【0001】

[0007]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
As shown in FIG. 1, a suture prosthesis 1 according to the present invention includes a first cloth 3 made of a biodegradable and absorptive material and a second cloth 4 made of an arbitrary material. Two temporary sewing portions 5 are formed into a cylindrical shape, and a pull-out portion 6 made of a loop-shaped temporary sewing thread is formed from one end of the suture prosthesis (backward when attached to the automatic suturing device). The pull-out portion 6 is preferably capable of performing a pulling operation of the temporary sewing thread after the operation, and the length of the pull-out portion is preferably the same as or longer than the arm portion 11 of the automatic suturing device. .
[0008]
The temporary sewing portion 5 may be formed linearly along the side surfaces of the first cloth-like body and the second cloth-like body, and as shown in FIG. Both ends of the temporary sewing thread 7 may be close positions. Such a suture prosthesis material whose front side is substantially closed can be mounted on the staple receiving side of the automatic suturing device so as to cover the tip as shown in FIG.
[0009]
Biodegradable and absorbable materials include polyglycolic acid, polylactic acid, polycaprolactone, glycolic acid / lactic acid copolymer, lactic acid / caprolactone copolymer, paradioxanone, chitin and other knitted fabrics, woven fabrics, nonwoven fabrics, films, etc. In particular, Japanese Patent Publication No. 5-18579 previously invented by the present applicant in terms of flexibility, breathability, appropriate waist, thickness, blood absorbability, ease of passing staples, degradability, and the like. Examples of suitable materials include knitted and woven knitted from polyglycolic acid disclosed in JP-A-5-79586, and non-woven fabric produced by needle punching a woven fabric. The nonwoven fabric may be manufactured by a melt blow method, and is preferably one in which fibers are aligned in one direction. Further, it is preferable that one surface or both surfaces of the first cloth-like body is thermocompression-bonded or pressure-pressed to make the surface smooth.
[0010]
The material of the second cloth-like body is arbitrary, and may be a material such as a polyolefin such as polyethylene or polypropylene, a polyamide such as polyester or nylon, a polyurethane, polystyrene, cotton, hemp or silk. A decomposition-absorbing material may be used. The second cloth-like body is preferably a knitted or woven fabric having elasticity. Stretched knitted fabrics and fabrics are made by appropriately knitting and weaving rubber threads, polyurethane elastic yarns, crimps, bulky processed yarns, etc. in the structure, and stretchable in the vertical and horizontal directions. However, the structure is not particularly limited. From the standpoint of ease of cutting and integration, and the stability of the form, for example, a thread obtained by covering a nylon thread with a polyurethane thread. A power net fabric knitted into warp knitting can be exemplified as a particularly suitable example.
[0011]
Each of the first and second cloth-like bodies is cut to a required size (preferably the same size for work), and then both the cloths are overlapped, and both ends (both ear parts) are integrated by temporary sewing. . Examples of the temporary stitching include a rough-pitch comb stitch that can be easily separated after surgery. Temporary stitching is performed with a single thread, and both ends of the thread extend to an appropriate length from the front side of the suture prosthetic material (the tip side when attached to the automatic suture device), and the rear side of the suture prosthetic material (automatic suture). A pull-out portion connected to the hand side when mounted on the container is formed .
[0012]
The drawing portion may have any shape as long as it can easily pull out the temporary sewing thread, and examples thereof include the shapes shown in FIGS. The pull-out part is for pulling out the thread by one operation by pulling the pull-out part after stapling with an automatic suturing device. The length of the pull-out part is such that the tip of the pull-out part is near the hand of the automatic suturing device. It is preferable to do so. The length of the preferable withdrawal portion is about 2 to 20 times the length of the suture prosthesis, more preferably about 3 to 15 times, and still more preferably about 3 to 10 times.
[0013]
Examples of the temporary sewing thread include sewing threads for sewing clothing, medical suture threads, and the like, and non-biodegradable absorbent materials such as nylon, polyester, vinylon, polyvinylidene fluoride, cotton, silk, and the above-described biodegradable absorption. Consists of one of sex materials. In consideration of the case where the sewing thread is caught and remains in the body, it is preferable that the sewing thread is composed of the same material as the biodegradable absorbent material of the present invention. Furthermore, it is important to achieve the above-mentioned purpose that the inner diameter of the cylinder formed by the integration is equal to or smaller than the outer diameter of the suture device to be applied. Therefore, the size, shape, It is desirable that the sewing means for integration meet this purpose.
[0014]
The temporary sewing thread is preferably a monofilament sewing thread in order to facilitate drawing.
[0015]
The automatic suturing device to which the prosthetic material of the present invention is applied includes UNITED STATE SURGICAL AUTOSUTURE MULTIFIRE GIA 80, 60 TYPE (trade name), ETHICON endo SURGERY PROXIMATE LINEAR CUTTER 75, 55 TYPE (trade name) In application to these, the attachment can be performed by a simple operation of simply fitting the cartridge unit with the staple-containing cartridge portion and the frame portion having the staple receiving groove. The automatic suturing device is preferably an automatic suturing device used particularly when performing a surgery under a thoracoscope.
[0016]
