請求項1記載の発明に係る道路用透光型防音壁パネルは、図1〜図3に実施形態を示したように、アルミニウム押し出し成形の材である上辺枠2と、下辺枠3、及び左右の側枠4、4とを組んで、縦、横が1000×1900mm位の長方形をなす周辺枠を形成し、同周辺枠の面内に透光系の合成樹脂板として、本実施例では厚さが5mm位のポリカーボネート板1を嵌め込み固定した構成である。
