Description

【0001】

[Industrial application fields]
The present invention relates to pressure sensitive copying paper. More specifically, it is a pressure-sensitive copying paper having a falsification preventing function consisting of a single sheet of paper, and can be used by printing and recording variable information unique to a user with a printing device such as a general-purpose non-impact printer. The present invention relates to a pressure-sensitive copying paper capable of exerting a pressure-sensitive copying function by writing by folding itself into three in an S shape or a Z shape.
[0002]
[Prior art]
In conventional pressure-sensitive copying paper (sheet), for example, as shown in Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 8-230317, a color former is applied to the back surface of one paper substrate, and the color is developed on the surface of the other paper substrate. There is a so-called copy sheet set in which a plurality of sheets are overlapped by applying an agent and bonding the end portions of each sheet with an adhesive.
Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 9-207433 is an example of a pressure-sensitive copying type information recording sheet made of a single sheet. A copy sheet composed of a single sheet of the publication has a developer layer provided on the entire surface of the sheet substrate, a desensitizing ink layer provided on a predetermined surface of the developer layer, and the desensitizing ink. A pressure-sensitive copying sheet in which a color former layer is provided on the surface of the layer.
[0003]
Conventional forms have been given only fixed information by mass production printing. However, in recent years, in addition to the conventional fixed information only, the form and information required for the user's purpose is added to the fixed information and printed (overlay printing). What can be done is being sought. The same applies to forms composed of pressure-sensitive copying sheets.
In the pressure-sensitive copying sheet having the configuration disclosed in Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 8-230317, a sheet coated with a developer and a sheet coated with a color developer are prepared separately, and then superimposed on each other. This is a so-called copy form set in which the end portions of the paper are used by bonding or adhering means. To print individual customer information on the copy form group, it is necessary to apply pressure from the surface of the overlaid form using an impact printer (also referred to as a dot printer).
However, in recent years, the means for overlay printing variable information to be added has changed from an impact printer to a non-impact printer in terms of print quality, cost, and processing speed. Therefore, there is a problem that it is necessary to separately prepare an impact printer in order to perform overlay processing of variable information in such a superposed copy form set.
[0004]
According to the pressure-sensitive copying sheet disclosed in JP-A-9-207433, a color former layer is provided on a part of the developer layer provided on the entire surface via a desensitizing ink layer, and the color developer layer Is folded inward so that a part of the color developing agent is transferred to the surface of the developer layer by the writing pressure from the back side of the paper, and characters and the like can be displayed on the surface of the developer layer.
However, although the desensitizing ink layer is provided, it is self-coloring, so when the writing pressure is applied and the color former microcapsule is broken, the color former is oily, so the color former is not attached to the desensitizing ink layer. Through the reaction with the developer of the lower layer of the desensitizing ink, an image blurred in the writing portion is formed. Further, depending on the conditions, the developer and the color former may react through the desensitizing ink layer even if they are simply stacked and stored, and the paper surface becomes dirty.
[0005]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
Therefore, in the present invention, the function of the pressure-sensitive copying paper can be exhibited by using it in a folded state, in particular by folding it in three in an S-shape or Z-shape, and it is easy for the user to overlay print variable information in a single sheet state. In addition, after a predetermined writing of the amount of money, etc., it was made to provide a single copy sheet that is difficult to tamper with.
[0006]
[Means for solving the problems]
The first of the gist of the present invention for solving the above-mentioned problems is a pressure-sensitive copying paper that can be used by printing variable information on the whole or a part of the pressure-sensitive copying recording surface. A color former layer is provided on the first portion of the back surface of the material, a transferable self-color former layer is provided on a part of the color former layer, and a developer layer is provided on the second portion of the back surface of the substrate; When the pressure-sensitive copying paper is folded in three in an S-shape or Z-shape, at least a part of the color developer layer, a part of the developer layer, and the transferable self-color developer layer A pressure-sensitive copying paper, wherein a part and a part of the developer layer face each other and overlap each other. Such pressure-sensitive copying paper makes it difficult to falsify writing or printing items.
[0007]
A second aspect of the present invention that solves the above-described problems is a pressure-sensitive copying paper that can be used by printing variable information on the entire surface or a part of the pressure-sensitive copying recording surface. The first color former layer is formed on the first portion of the back surface of the material, the first color developer layer is formed on the second portion of the back surface of the base material, and the first transition property is formed on a part of the first color developer layer. A self-coloring agent layer is provided, a second color former layer is provided on the second portion of the substrate surface, and a second developer layer is provided on the third portion of the substrate surface. At least a part of the first color developer layer, a part of the first developer layer, and the second color developer when folded in three in an S-shape or Z-shape. A part of the layer and a part of the second developer layer face each other and overlap each other, and further, the first transferable self-coloring agent layer and the first developer layer overlap each other. Pressure sensitive copying Paper, there is in. Such pressure-sensitive copying paper makes it difficult to falsify writing or printing items.
[0008]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Hereinafter, embodiments of the pressure-sensitive copying paper of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the drawings. The pressure-sensitive copying paper of the present invention includes the embodiment I.I. And Embodiment II. Each will be described in turn below.
FIG. 1 shows an embodiment of the present invention. FIG. 2 is a cross-sectional view when the pressure-sensitive copying paper is folded in an S-shape or Z-shape, FIG. 2 is a cross-sectional view when deployed on the same plane, and FIG. 3 is when deployed on the same plane. It is a figure which shows the top view.
[0009]
As shown in FIG. The pressure-sensitive copying paper consists of a single sheet. In FIG. 1, reference numeral 10 denotes a copy paper base, and 13a and 13b denote folding lines. The fold lines 13a and 13b are usually provided so that the copy paper is divided into approximately three parts, but the function of the copy paper is not required if the color developer layer and the developer layer overlap at least partly. Can be fulfilled. In FIG. 1, the folded cross-sectional state is illustrated in a rectangular shape, but for the convenience of illustration, it is actually a paper and is folded into a planar state.
As shown in FIG. 1, the color former layer 11 provided on the back surface of the first portion 101 of the base material 10 and the second portion 102 of the base material 10 in a state of being folded in three in an S shape or Z shape. The developer layer 21 provided on the back surface is in a facing state. In this state, recording is performed from the surface of the paper by the writing tool 30 or an impact printer or the like, whereby the color developer layer 11 and the developer layer 21 “react A”, and the developer layer develops color. Note that either the front side or the back side of the paper may be either, but for the sake of convenience, the side to be written on is the front side and the opposite side is the back side. In addition, when the paper is folded in three in an S-shape or Z-shape, the upper surface portion with which the writing instrument or the like contacts is the first portion 101, the middle folded portion is the second portion 102, and the lowermost surface portion is the third portion. The portion 103 of FIG.
[0010]
A part of the color former layer 11 is provided with a transferable self color former layer 12. When the pressure applied by the writing tool 30 or an impact printer or the like is applied to the part, the color developer layer 11 is in contact with the color developer layer 21. The color developer layer 11 and the transferable self-color developer layer 12 have a different color from the other parts, that is, a characteristic color that develops into a special color and transfers to the developer layer side to “react B”. Since the mixed color of the color former layer 11 and the transferable self color former layer 12 is developed and transferred by itself, it can be used without the developer layer 21, but the color density is slightly lowered. Since such a transferable self-coloring agent layer has a special color, when it is transferred to the second part of the paper, it becomes a different color from the other parts, making it difficult to tamper with the part and facilitating the discovery of tampering. Can do.
As shown in the cross-sectional view of FIG. 2, the color former layer 11 is formed on the first partial back surface of the paper, and the developer layer 21 is formed on the second partial back surface of the paper. This part is not applied. Further, the pressure sensitive recording material is not applied to any part of the surface of the paper.
[0011]
FIG. FIG. 3A is a plan view of the pressure-sensitive copying paper developed on a plane, and FIG. 3A shows the front side and FIG. 3B shows the back side. Only the pressure-sensitive recording material application portion and the folding line of the copy paper are displayed, and other print displays are omitted. As shown in FIG. 3A, the copy sheet is divided into the three portions 101, 102, 103 by folding lines 13a, 13b, and folded so that the 101 portion and the 102 portion of the base material 10 face each other. Will be used. The fold lines 13a and 13b may be perforated lines that can be cut off. As described above, the pressure-sensitive recording material is not formed on the surface side.
As shown in FIG. 3B, the color developer layer 11 is applied to the first portion 101 of the paper on the back side of the copy paper, and the developer layer 21 is applied to the second portion of the paper. A transferable self color former layer 12 is provided on a part of the color former layer 11. An entry field is provided on the surface side corresponding to the transferable self-coloring agent layer 12, and special items such as a receipt amount and a code number are entered.
As the self-color-developing layer, a microencapsulated developer and a color-developing agent applied in two layers or mixed and applied in one layer can be used, both of which are commonly used materials. is there.
[0012]
FIG. 4 shows an embodiment II. FIG. 5 is a cross-sectional view when the pressure-sensitive copying paper is folded in an S-shape or Z-shape, FIG. 5 is a cross-sectional view when deployed on the same plane, and FIG. 6 is when deployed on the same plane. It is a figure which shows the top view. In any case, an example in which the second transferable self-coloring agent layer 122 is provided is illustrated, but the second transferable self-coloring agent layer may not be provided.
[0013]
As shown in FIG. 4, the embodiment II. The pressure-sensitive copying paper is also made of single-cut paper.
As shown in FIG. 4, in a state of being folded in three in an S shape or a Z shape, the first color former layer 111 provided on the back surface of the first portion 101 of the substrate 10 and the second of the substrate The first developer layer 211 provided on the back surface of the portion 102 is brought into a facing state. In addition, the second color former layer 112 is provided on the surface of the second portion 102 of the substrate 10, and faces the second developer layer 212 provided on the surface of the third portion 103.
In this state, the first color developer layer 111 and the first developer layer 211 are “reacted A” by recording from the surface of the paper with the writing tool 30 or an impact printer, and the first developer layer 211 is changed. Color develops. Further, the second color developer layer 112 and the second developer layer 212 “react C”, and the second developer layer 212 develops color.
[0014]
A part of the first color former layer 111 is partially provided with a first transferable self-color former layer 121. When a writing pressure or the like is applied to the part, the first developer layer “Reaction B” between the first and second portions, and a color that is different from that of the other portions and is transferred to the first developer layer 211 side. Similarly, if necessary, a part of the second color former layer 112 is partially provided with a second transferable self-color former layer 122. It has a characteristic of “reaction D” with the other developer layer 212, developing a characteristic color different from other portions, and transferring to the second developer layer 212 side. As described above, since both the first and second transferable self-coloring agent layers are self-coloring and transferring, there is no need for the developer layer, but the color density is slightly lowered.
As shown in the cross-sectional view when developed on the plane of FIG. 5, the first color developer layer 111 and the first transitional self-color developer layers 121 and 102 on the back surface of the 101 portion of the base material are the first color developer on the back surface of the portion. A second color former layer 112 and a second transferable self-color former layer 122 are applied and formed on the surface of the agent layers 211 and 102, and a second developer layer 212 is applied on the surface of the 103 portion.
[0015]
FIG. 6 shows Embodiment II. 6A and 6B are plan views of the pressure-sensitive copying paper developed on a plane, with FIG. 6A showing the front side and FIG. 6B showing the back side. As shown in FIG. 6A, the copy paper is divided into three portions 101, 102, 103 by folding lines 13a, 13b. On the front side, the second color former layer 112 and the second developer are developed. The agent layer 212 is applied, and the second color former layer 112 in the 102 portion of the substrate 10 and the second developer layer 212 in the 103 portion are folded and used. If necessary, a second transferable self-color-developing layer 122 is provided on a part of the second color-developing layer.
As shown in FIG. 6B, a first color developer layer 111 and a first developer layer 211 are provided on the back side of the copy paper, and a part of the first color developer layer is formed. The first transferable self-coloring agent layer 121 is provided.
An entry or printing field is provided on the surface side corresponding to the first and second transferable self-coloring agent layers 121 and 122, and special items such as a receipt amount and a code number are entered.
[0016]
In FIG. 3 and FIG. 6, printing is omitted because it is made of blank paper, but fixed information necessary for the paper may be printed in advance.
User-provided variable information such as letters, numbers, and ruled lines in the entry field can be printed and formed on any part of the color developer layer and the developer layer on the front and back sides of the pressure-sensitive copying paper. .
[0017]
Next, a method for using the pressure-sensitive copying paper of the present invention will be described.
FIG. 7 shows the step of folding the pressure-sensitive copying paper of the present invention and the state after the folding, and FIG. 8 shows the state where the pressure-sensitive copying paper (Embodiment I.) is filled and then developed into a flat state again. Embodiments of Pressure Sensitive Copy Paper of the Present Invention As shown in FIG. 7, it is folded in three in an S-shape or a Z-shape so that the portion 102 of the base material is inside from the fold lines 13a, 13b, that is, (1) in FIG. When folded in the order of (2) (or (2) → (1)), the area where the developer layer is formed on the surface of the substrate faces the area where the color former layer is formed. On the surface of the copy sheet, there are provided a customer address / name entry column 15 and a receipt amount entry column 16 on the surface of the portion coated with the transferable self-coloring agent layer (FIG. 7B). ).
In this state, by recording with a writing instrument such as a ballpoint pen or an impact printer in the address / name entry field 15 on the surface of the base material, the coloring agent and the developer react with the writing or printing pressure, and the color develops. The agent layer develops color. In addition, the transferable self-coloring agent layer 12 and the developer layer 21 are “reacted B” to develop color by filling in the receipt amount entry column 16.
At this time, if the dyes of the transferable self-color-developing layer 12 and the color-developing layer 11 are dyes of different colors, the color generated by the “reaction A” between the color-developing layer 11 and the developer layer 21 The color developing agent of the transferable self-coloring agent layer 12 is different from the color produced by the “reaction B” with the developer layer 21.
[0018]
In addition, since the self-color-developing layer 12 formed on the color-developing layer 11 is transferable, a portion of the color-transferring self-color-developing layer that is colored during writing is recorded. It is transferred on the agent layer 21 with the characters “normal pattern”. In addition, since the color former layer 11 and the transferable self color former layer 12 react with the transferable self color former layer, the characters written or printed by the writing means or the impact printer and the “reverse pattern” characters (mirror image) Is formed. A developer having such a transfer property can be obtained by adding calcium carbonate, wax or the like to a normal developer.
[0019]
As shown in FIG. 8, when the address / name entry field 15 is entered from the front surface of the pressure-sensitive copying paper, the “reaction A between the color former layer 11 and the developer layer 21 is formed on the back surface of the second portion 102 of the base material. The color of (a) is developed, and when a number of “4000” is entered in the receipt amount entry column 16, the color former layer 11, the transferable self color former layer 12, As a result of the reaction, the color of (c) is developed, and the back surface of the second portion 102 of the substrate is caused by the “reaction B” of the color former layer 11, the transferable self-color former layer 12, and the developer layer 21 ( The color of a) will develop. In this case, in the case where the developer layer 21 is not provided, the color development of (a) cannot be obtained, but the color development of (a ') having the reduced color density of (a) can be obtained.
[0020]
FIG. 9 shows a state in which the pressure-sensitive copying paper (Embodiment II) is developed into a flat state again after filling in. Embodiment of pressure-sensitive copying paper of the present invention II. In this case, as shown in FIG. 9 (B), the back of the third portion 103 of the base material is also transferred with the “normal pattern” characters, and the address, name, receipt amount, etc. are transferred. It is different from the case of. If the color development between the first color developer layer and the developer layer is different from the color development between the second color developer layer and the developer layer, the difference in paper type becomes clear.
If a description column for specific matters is provided only on the second portion 102 or the third portion 103 on the substrate surface corresponding to the second transferable self-coloring agent layer 122, the third portion of the substrate It is possible to obtain a record that has been transferred to the surface of 103. This record can record information that the customer cannot know if the first part is removed and the entry is made only from the surface of the second part.
[0021]
As shown in FIG. 9, when the address / name entry field is entered from the front surface of the pressure-sensitive copying paper, the color of (a) is developed on the back surface of the second portion 102 of the base material, and the receipt money amount entry field is The color of (a) is developed and the color of (a) is developed on the back surface of the second portion 102 of the substrate. It is the same as the case of. Embodiment II. In this case, due to the “reaction C” between the second color developer layer 112 and the second developer layer 212, the color of (d) is developed, and the surface of the second portion 102 of the substrate The color of (f) is developed by the reaction between the second color former layer 112 and the second transitional self-color former layer 122, and the second color former layer 112 and the surface of the third portion 103 of the substrate Due to the “reaction D” between the second transferable self-coloring agent layer 122 and the second developer layer 212, the color of (g) is developed. In this case, in the absence of the second developer layer 212, (ki) color development cannot be obtained, but (ki) color development with a reduced color density can be obtained.
[0022]
The pressure-sensitive copying paper 1 of the present invention has a non-impact on the entire surface or part of the surface of the base material 10 on which the developer layer is formed, such as an insurance company name, customer number, name, address, etc. Overlay printing can be performed using a printer. Although not shown in the figure, it is also preferable to provide a pattern for embellishing the paper or a background pattern printing. These correspond to variable information added by the user. Further, since the receipt amount is written in the developer layer forming portion, it is preferable to print the position display frame as the receipt amount entry column 16.
Since the color forming agent coating area is not copied, it is considered that the variable information provided is preferably a precautionary note that does not require copying, or a decorative pattern or tint block printing. The printing of this portion is preferably performed by a no-impact printer that does not involve destruction of the microcapsules as described above.
[0023]
The pressure-sensitive copying paper of the present invention is used after being folded in three in an S-shape or Z-shape, filled in or printed, copied to the developer layer, and then separated at the fold lines 13a and 13b. It is normal. As an example of the application field, the 102, 103 part where the developer layer is formed can be used as a copy of the branch, the head office, etc., and the 101 part where only the color developer layer is formed can be used as a customer receipt. The 101 and 102 parts can be used as a copy of a branch, the head office, etc., and the 103 part can be used as a customer receipt.
In general, the variable information includes a common number for associating the main body sheet and the copy sheet, and other information to be given later. It is necessary to print these information on both the main sheet and the copy sheet at the same time. is there. These pieces of information need to be unique information for each form, and may be printed in advance, and may be printed each time it is used. The printer device that can appropriately print information from the computer can process the information. Is suitable. Although not shown, printing on the back surface of the first developer application region is also free.
[0024]
As the variable information forming means, a laser beam printer, an ink jet printer, a non-impact printer such as an ion printer thermal transfer printer, a facsimile machine, or the like can be used. Of course, the individual information entered by the customer may be printed by a non-impact printer.
[0025]
The pressure-sensitive copying paper of the present invention has been described with respect to an example in which the pressure-sensitive copying paper is folded in three in an S-shape or Z-shape, but the present invention can also be applied to the case of three-fold folding by appropriately changing the application position. Fields of application of the pressure-sensitive copying paper of the present invention include life insurance and non-life insurance application forms, receipts, fund transfer request forms, other manufacturing delivery forms, logistics slips, and the like.
[0026]
(Examples regarding materials)
For the color former layer and the transferable self color former layer, an electron donating color former solution that is microencapsulated and ink-coated by a known means can be used. As the developer, an electron-accepting developer is used. An ink can be used. Examples of the color former include, but are not limited to, spiro dyes, fluoran dyes, triarylmethane dyes, diphenylmethane dyes, and thiazine dyes.
The color former layer and the transferable self color former layer are used in combination with dyes having different color tone from the above dyes. Specifically, as the dye of the color former layer, 3-phenyl-spiro-dinaphthopyran (spiro dye), and as the dye of the transferable self-color former layer, 3-piperidino-methyl-7-phenylamino orane (fluorane) System dyes) can be used.
Further, the transferable self-coloring agent layer has a fluid oil component and a wax as main components in addition to the structure of a normal color former in order to impart transferability, and, in addition, calcium carbonate, ethylene- It is formed using an ink to which a vinyl acetate copolymer, a binder or the like is added.
[0027]
【The invention's effect】
Since the pressure-sensitive copying paper of the present invention is composed of only one sheet, there is an effect that the user side is suitable for overlay printing of variable information, which is a unique format, with a non-impact printer or the like.
When the color developer layer and the developer layer are separately applied with the fold line on the substrate as a boundary, and then folded into a S-shape or a Z-shape, the color developer and the developer are used. Therefore, there is an effect that stains due to coloring do not occur as in the case where the self-coloring layer is provided on the entire surface.
In the part where the color former layer and the transferable self color former layer on the substrate surface overlap, the color former and the color former produced by the transferable self color former react in a mixed state. The positive characters appear in the developer layer. Therefore, there is an effect that characters once copied and formed by writing are difficult to falsify.
