Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to an absorbent article such as a disposable paper diaper or a sanitary napkin. More specifically, the present invention relates to an absorbent article that is excellent in absorbability of body fluid and prevention of liquid return, is thin and compact, and can be manufactured at low cost. .
[0002]
[Prior art]
Conventionally, such an absorbent article, for example, a tape-type disposable paper diaper 100 as shown in FIG. 3 in a developed perspective view and in FIG. 4 in section AA in FIG. However, the basic configuration is not much different. That is, such a paper diaper 100 generally has a liquid-permeable top sheet 101, a second sheet 102, an upper crepe paper 103a, an absorbent body 104, a lower part in order from the surface side, that is, the surface side in contact with the wearer's skin. A diaper main body 100 </ b> A is formed by the crepe paper 103 b, the waterproof film 105, and the back sheet 106. In the disposable paper diaper 100, a three-dimensional gather 107 for preventing leakage of body fluid such as urine is provided in the width direction of the diaper main body 100A. These parts are bonded to each other with a hot melt adhesive to constitute a diaper body 100A.
[0003]
Conventionally, the top sheet 101 and the second sheet 102 are made of a liquid-permeable woven fabric, nonwoven fabric, porous film, or the like made of polyester, polypropylene, or the like. Absorbent polymer material is used, and the waterproof film 105 and the back sheet 106 are made of a liquid-impervious film such as polyethylene, and a non-permeable or woven cloth bonded to a liquid-impervious film. Is commonly used.
[0004]
However, in the conventional disposable paper diaper 100 configured as described above, since each of the above-described components is bonded to each other by a hot melt adhesive, a large amount of adhesive is required, and the manufacturing cost is increased. Since the adhesive force between them was weak, the second sheet 102 and the absorbent body 104 peeled after urination, and the body fluid sometimes returned (wet back). When the body fluid reverses in this way, it causes discomfort to the wearer, and in particular, when the wearer is an infant, it also causes skin irritation.
[0005]
Moreover, in the said conventional disposable paper diaper 100, since the cellulose pulp was normally contained in the absorber 104 in the amount of 10-70 mass% in order to raise an absorptivity, the diaper main body 100A was thick. For this reason, it gave the wearer a feeling that it was awkward, and it was bulky and extremely inconvenient when carried (for example, see Patent Document 1).

Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 7-236653
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
The present invention has been made in view of the above-described circumstances, and the object of the present invention is to increase the strength of the absorbent body, further improve the absorbability, and prevent the body fluid from being retained in the top sheet. An object of the present invention is to provide an absorbent article that can provide a dry touch feeling in time, has a thin article body, is compact, and can be manufactured at low cost.
[0008]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The above object of the present invention is an absorptivity formed by forming an article main body at least by a liquid-permeable top sheet, a liquid-impervious back sheet, and an absorbent body interposed between the top sheet and the back sheet. In the article, the absorbent body is made of a bicomponent synthetic fiber or a layer composed of the synthetic fiber and the superabsorbent resin, a layer composed of the superabsorbent resin or the superabsorbent resin and the synthetic fiber from the upper layer side. The synthetic fiber or a layer comprising the synthetic fiber and pulp, and a crepe paper layer is provided only in the lower layer of the absorber, and all layers constituting the absorber are disposed between the layers. This is achieved by providing an absorbent article characterized by being heat- sealed so that no voids are formed .
[0012]
Furthermore, the object of the present invention is to provide the absorbent body with a high-absorbency resin having a content of 30 to 70% by mass, a bicomponent synthetic fiber of 35 to 65% by mass, and a pulp of 0 to 10% by mass. It is achieved more effectively by providing an absorbent article characterized by comprising
[0013]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Hereinafter, preferred embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the drawings.
[0014]
FIG. 1 is a developed perspective view of a disposable paper diaper 200 as an example of an absorbent article according to the present invention, and FIG. 2 is a cross-sectional view taken along the line BB in FIG. The disposable paper diaper 200 is substantially the same as the conventional paper diaper 100 described above except for a part of the configuration, that is, the configuration of the absorber 204 described later. For this reason, below, the same number corresponding to the 200 series is attached | subjected and demonstrated to the component corresponding to the said conventional disposable paper diaper 100.
[0015]
That is, this disposable paper diaper 200 has a diaper body 200A formed of a top sheet 201, a second sheet 202, an absorbent body 204, a crepe paper 203, a waterproof film 205, and a back sheet 206 in this order from the surface side. The waterproof film 205 is provided as necessary, and is not necessarily required. Further, a three-dimensional gather 207 for preventing bodily fluid leakage is provided in the width direction of the diaper main body 200A, and a fastening tape 208 is attached to the upper side in the longitudinal direction, that is, both ends on the back side. The paper diaper 200 is used by being attached to the wearer's crotch portion, and then fastening the fastening tape 208 to the abdomen position of the front body.
[0016]
In the present paper diaper 200, as shown in FIG. 2, the absorber 204 is composed of three layers, that is, a first layer to a third layer, and each layer is laminated by thermal fusion. The first layer is composed of a synthetic fiber made of bicomponent such as polyethylene and polypropylene, polyethylene and polyester, or polypropylene and polyester, or the synthetic fiber and a superabsorbent polymer (hereinafter referred to as “SAP”). Has been.
[0017]
The second layer is composed of the SAP or the synthetic fiber and the SAP.
[0018]
Here, the content of the SAP contained in the absorber 204 is desirably 30 to 70% by mass.
[0019]
Furthermore, the third layer is composed of the synthetic fiber or the pulp made of the synthetic fiber and cellulose fiber. A fourth layer is formed of crepe paper 203 below the absorber 204 configured in this manner.
[0020]
Note that the layer configuration of the absorber 204 is not limited to three layers, and the number of layers can be changed as needed.
[0021]
Here, the content of the pulp is preferably 0% or 10% by mass or less. Thus, by making content of a pulp into 0% or 10 mass% or less, while being able to make thickness thin, the intensity | strength of an absorber can be increased.
[0022]
The present paper diaper 200 is configured as described above, and the layers constituting the absorbent body 204 are bonded by thermal fusion, so that no voids are formed between the respective layers. Therefore, body fluid is transferred from the top sheet 201 to the absorbent body 204. It flows, absorbs and retains quickly. As a result, the body fluid does not retain water on the top sheet 201, so that the surface is not sticky and a dry dry touch feeling can be given to the wearer.
[0023]
Moreover, since the adhesive force between each layer is strengthened by the thermal fusion, delamination, for example, the second sheet 202 and the absorber 204 are not peeled after urination, and the absorptivity is further improved.
[0024]
In addition, since a bicomponent is used for the synthetic fiber of the absorbent body 204, the thickness of the absorbent body 204 can be extremely thin, for example, the thickness under a load of 0.5 g / cm 2 can be reduced to 3 mm or less. It eliminates the feeling of time and the bulkiness of carrying.
[0025]
Further, since the respective layers can be firmly bonded by heat fusion, a large amount of hot melt adhesive as in the prior art is not required, and the manufacturing cost can be greatly reduced.
[0026]
Furthermore, even if the absorber is very thin as described above, the absorption amount is 520 g or more under a pressure of, for example, 2.0685 × 10 3 Pa, and the absorption amount is equal to or more than that of the conventional absorber. It has been confirmed that an amount of absorber is obtained.
[0027]
As described above, the contents of the present invention have been described by taking a disposable disposable diaper whose tape is an absorbent article as an example. Needless to say, the present invention can also be applied to known absorbent articles.
[0028]
【The invention's effect】
As described in detail above, the absorbent article according to the present invention has a structure in which the absorbent body is composed of a plurality of layers, and the layers are bonded and integrated by thermal fusion to reduce the thickness. This improves the flow of body fluid and prevents the body fluid from retaining water in the top sheet. For this reason, according to the absorbent article which concerns on this invention, a dry touch feeling can be given to a wearer.
[0029]
Further, since each layer of the absorbent body is made of synthetic fiber, particularly bicomponent synthetic fiber, in addition to being able to be thinned as described above, each layer can be firmly bonded, and therefore delamination after urination can be eliminated.
[0030]
Furthermore, since the amount of the adhesive is reduced, there is a practically significant effect that it can be manufactured at a low cost.
