前記第1枢支部及び/又は前記第2枢支部は、
回転軸と、
該回転軸を支持する回転軸支持部と、
前記回転軸を外嵌して支持し、該回転軸を、該回転軸の径方向に嵌脱可能にする開口部を形成してある開口支持部と、
