Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a water-in-oil emulsified cosmetic excellent in usability and stability. More specifically, when applied to the skin or hair, it instantaneously phase-inverts and is excellent in overflowing water, moisturizes and moisturizes the skin or hair, and is excellent in use feeling and stable over time. High water content oil-in-water emulsified cosmetics with a water phase component content of 50.0% by weight or more, which is excellent in stability and stability during mass production and transportation, that is, stability against shear load and vibration .
[0002]
[Prior art]
Conventionally, water-in-oil type (W / O type) emulsified cosmetics have been used as cosmetics that protect skin and hair and impart flexibility. As an emulsifier of this water-in-oil type (W / O type) emulsified cosmetic, generally, a polyhydric alcohol fatty acid ester activator such as glycerin fatty acid ester or sorbitan fatty acid ester, or a polyoxyalkylene-modified organopolysiloxane activator Is used.
[0003]
In the W / O type emulsion, separation of the oil phase, which is a continuous phase, easily occurs due to aggregation of water droplets at a low temperature, and particles increase and settle due to coalescence of water droplets at a high temperature. Oil phase separation is likely to occur only with oil. This tendency is particularly strong in a W / O type emulsion having a high inner water phase in which water is 50% by weight or more of the whole. In view of such a problem, in order to improve the temperature stability, a method of increasing the viscosity by blending a large amount of wax has been taken, but even this method has insufficient stability at high temperatures.
[0004]
In addition, this W / O type emulsion has advantages such as protection of hair and imparting flexibility as described above, but since the outer phase is an oil, it is used such as stickiness during use, weight of stretch, hardness, etc. There was also a problem to be improved in gender. In order to improve such usability, it is applied to the skin and hair at a high internal water phase ratio, and at the same time, the emulsified particles break down, the internal phase water overflows, and is stable over time during long-term storage. However, polyhydric alcohol fatty acid ester-based activators and polyoxyalkylene-modified organopolysiloxane-based activators that have been used as conventional W / O type emulsifiers have high stability. Even if an inner aqueous phase type W / O type emulsified cosmetic can be prepared, the problem in terms of stability cannot be sufficiently solved.
[0005]
Especially in cosmetics, it is supplied to consumers in various forms such as bottles and tubes. As a result, in cosmetics where the emulsified particles are broken during application and the water in the inner phase overflows, Even if it is stable, the problem is that oil-water separation occurs due to pressure and vibration during transportation. Considering practicality and commerciality, it is inevitable to consider the stability during mass production and transportation, and when filling bottles and tubes with mass production machines, the internal phase overflows with water. It is important to eliminate the problem of separation and vibration caused by vibration during transportation.
[0006]
Under such circumstances, the pasty polyether-modified silicone composition of the structural formula (I) used in the present invention is a paste-like polyether-modified silicone composition obtained by kneading it with a silicone oil under a shearing force. Has recently been developed, and a technique for producing a water-in-oil emulsion composition having excellent stability over time and feeling of use using the composition has already been proposed (Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 6-40847).
[0007]
In this composition, it has been proposed to contain silicic acid anhydride or hydrophobic silica so as not to impair the stability over time, but it is difficult to say that the stability over time is sufficient. Although a specific example of a composition containing certain cetyl 2-ethylhexanoate is also described, it is not sufficient in the sense of water overflow, that is, the phase inversion.
[0008]
The present inventor is also conducting research and development of high internal water phase oil-in-water emulsified cosmetics, paying attention to the characteristics of the above-mentioned crosslinked polyether-modified silicone and pasty polyether-modified silicone composition, and using them In addition, high-internal water-in-oil emulsified cosmetics excellent in usability and stability are also being manufactured. As a result, it was proposed that cosmetics with improved aging stability can be produced by combining a paste-like polyether-modified silicone composition with a combination of an inorganic salt / organic acid salt or a water-soluble polymer. Kaihei 2001-2520) has not been able to solve the above-mentioned problem that water overflows and separates due to a share during mass production, and is not sufficient for practical use and commercial use as a cosmetic product.
[0009]
The present inventors have continued research and development of this cosmetic material since then, and it is a nonionic high molecular weight substance produced by the alcohol extraction method from the roots of konjac rice, a plant of the potato family. A high internal water phase water-in-oil emulsified cosmetic containing glucomannan, which is a complex polysaccharide of D-glucose and D-mannose, and the crosslinked polyether-modified silicone was proposed (Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 2001-58937). However, the cream, which is a typical product form of this cosmetic, has excellent phase inversion feeling that it becomes water, but it is still inevitable that water overflows and separates due to shear load and vibration.
[0010]
In such an actual situation, the present inventors have used the pasty polyether-modified silicone composition to make the cosmetics having the above-mentioned conventional excellent usability and stability over time and at the same time further improving the stability. After that, we have been working hard on research and development to develop new cosmetics that have stability that can eliminate the overflow and separation of water due to share load and vibration. The present invention has succeeded in achieving this.
[0011]
Therefore, the present invention is instantly phase-inverted when applied to the skin or hair and is excellent in overflowing water, moisturizes and moisturizes the skin or hair, and is excellent in feeling of use without stickiness. In addition to the stability over time, the issue to be solved is to provide cosmetics with excellent stability in mass production and transportation, that is, stability that can avoid water overflow and separation due to shear load and vibration And intended.
[0012]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The high internal water phase water-in-oil emulsified cosmetic of the present invention has been developed in the actual situation as described above, and the cosmetic comprises a cross-linked poly (I) component represented by the following structural formula (I): Contains one or more ether-modified silicones, component (B) carboxymethylcellulose salt, component (C) water and component (D) low viscosity silicone oil, and component (A) 0.1 to 5.0 weight %, Component (C) is contained 50.0% or more. (However, in the following structural formula (I), l is 3 to 20, m is 10 to 200, and n is 1.0 to 10.0.)

[0014]
And, the cosmetic of the present invention adopts such a composition, and when applied to the skin or hair, it instantaneously inverts the phase and is excellent in the feeling of overflowing water, giving the skin or hair moisture, moist, and In addition to being sticky, it has excellent usability, and in addition to stability over time, it also has excellent stability that prevents water from overflowing and separating due to shear load and vibration. That is, in the present invention, in addition to the component (A) cross-linked polyether-modified silicone and the component (C) water that are intended to be blended from the beginning, the components (B) and (D), ie, carboxy The above-mentioned excellent characteristics can be expressed by combining a methylcellulose salt and a low-viscosity silicone oil.
[0015]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
In the following, embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail.
The cross-linked polyether-modified silicone of component (A) used in the present invention is a polymer obtained by cross-linking methylhydrogen polysiloxane with diallyl polyether at both ends. This modified silicone needs to be blended in the cosmetic in an amount of 0.1 to 5.0% by weight, and if it is less than 0.1%, water of 50.0% by weight or more of the internal phase cannot be emulsified, On the other hand, if it exceeds 5.0% by weight, it is unfavorable because the spread is poor and the feeling of use becomes heavy.
[0016]
In order to blend this modified silicone into a cosmetic, it is kneaded with a low-viscosity silicone oil of component (D) having a viscosity of 100 mPa · s or less at 25 ° C. under a shearing force and used as a paste composition. Is good. In that case, 10 to 1000 parts by weight, preferably 20 to 500 parts by weight of the low-viscosity silicone oil with respect to 100 parts by weight of the modified silicone is kneaded under a shearing force to form a cosmetic composition as a paste composition. It is better to blend in.
[0017]
In addition, the modified silicone is difficult to uniformly disperse in the base unless a low-viscosity silicone oil is blended, and it is difficult to obtain a stable high internal water phase oil-in-water emulsion cosmetic. If the blending amount is less than the above range (more than 1000 parts by weight of low-viscosity silicone oil), the manufactured cosmetic cannot maintain a stable and good gel structure, and conversely exceeds the above range (low-viscosity silicone oil If it is less than 10 parts by weight), it is not preferable because it feels heavy on the skin and deteriorates usability and usability.
[0018]
In the structural formula (I), the cross-linked polyether-modified silicone used in the present invention is preferably 3 to 20, and if less than 3, the cross-linked polyether-modified silicone and the low-viscosity silicone oil are kneaded with a shearing force. The paste-like composition obtained by the treatment has poor water emulsifiability, and if it exceeds 20, the swelling property to low viscosity silicone oil becomes insufficient. m is preferably 10 to 200, and if it is less than 10, it does not swell sufficiently with respect to the low-viscosity silicone oil, and if it exceeds 200, a paste-like composition obtained by kneading with the low-viscosity silicone oil under a shearing force. However, the emulsifiability of water becomes poor. n is preferably 1.0 to 10.0, and if it is smaller than 1.0, a three-dimensional structure cannot be formed, and even when kneaded with silicone oil, it does not become a paste-like composition, It becomes inferior to emulsifying property. If it exceeds 10, the cross-linking density of the three-dimensional structure becomes too high, so that a stable paste-like composition that can retain the low-viscosity silicone oil even when kneaded with the low-viscosity silicone oil cannot be obtained.
[0019]
The low-viscosity silicone oil used in the present invention may be either linear or branched. For example, dimethylpolysiloxane, methylphenylpolysiloxane, ethylpolysiloxane, ethylmethylpolysiloxane, ethylphenylpolysiloxane, Moreover, cyclic polysiloxanes, such as dodecamethylcyclohexasiloxane and decamethylcyclopentasiloxane, etc. are mentioned, These may be individual or may be 2 or more types of mixtures.
[0020]
For the oil phase component used in the present invention, in addition to the components (A) and (D) described above, various oil agents used in ordinary emulsion compositions for cosmetics are used within a range that does not impair the uniformity of the oil phase. be able to. As such an oil agent, any of natural animal / vegetable oils and synthetic oils can be used. Specifically, liquid paraffin, squalane and other liquid, paste or solid hydrocarbons, waxes, higher fatty acids, higher alcohols, esters. , Glyceride, silicone oil and the like. This oil phase component is blended in the high internal water phase water-in-oil emulsified cosmetic of the present invention at 10 wt% to less than 50 wt%. If it is less than 10% by weight, it is difficult to make the cosmetic into a water-in-oil type. If it exceeds 50.0% by weight, the water in the inner phase will be too little, and the feeling of moisture will be lacking in terms of use. It is not preferable.
[0021]
Next, the carboxymethylcellulose salt of component (B) used in the present invention is an alkali metal salt of carboxymethylcellulose that has been conventionally used in foods and cosmetics. Sodium salts are generally used in cosmetics. In the present invention, 0.01 to 1.0% by weight of the carboxymethyl cellulose salt is dissolved in an aqueous phase, that is, blended as an aqueous solution. In the present invention, if the carboxymethyl cellulose salt is less than 0.1% by weight, a stabilizing effect against shear load and vibration cannot be obtained, and even if it exceeds 1.0% by weight, the effect is further improved. On the contrary, it is not preferable because it becomes heavy usability.
[0022]
The water phase component used in the present invention contains water as a main component and various water-soluble components including the carboxymethyl cellulose salt described above, and 50.0% in the water-in-oil cosmetic of the present invention. It is preferable to blend ~ 90.0% by weight. Furthermore, it is preferable that 60.0% by weight or more is blended in that a moist feeling can be given. If it is less than 50.0% by weight, the feature of adding water is difficult to appear, and the moisture feeling is lacking. If it exceeds 90% by weight, it is difficult to obtain a water-in-oil type.
[0023]
In the high internal water phase water-in-oil emulsified cosmetic of the present invention, in addition to the essential components, commonly used aqueous components and oily components such as humectants, preservatives, antioxidants, ultraviolet absorbers, Contains cosmetic ingredients such as beauty ingredients, vitamins, fragrances, flavoring agents, thickeners, coloring pigments, glitter pigments, organic powders, metal oxides, tar dyes, etc., within the range that does not impair the effects of the present invention. can do. When blending the powder, it may be left as it is, or it may be hydrophobized, but especially when a hydrophobic powder such as a hydrophobized pigment or organic powder is blended, the stickiness can be reduced without impairing stability. It is preferable because it is possible.
[0024]
Specific products of the high internal water phase oil-in-water emulsified cosmetic of the present invention include emulsions, skin creams, hair creams, liquid foundations, eye liners, mascaras, eye shadows, and other milky or creamy products. These are produced according to a conventional method using the above-mentioned essential components and the above-described additional components that are usually used.
