Description
Claims (7)
- 1以上の電気抵抗点火器への電源からの通電を制御する通電制御システムであって、
1以上の電気抵抗点火器へ電圧の印加を制御するように構成配置された制御装置と、
前記電源の出力電圧を測定するように前記電源に接続されるとともに、前記測定された出力電圧を前記制御装置に供給するように前記制御装置に接続される電圧測定装置と、
を備え、
最初に印加される前記電圧は、フル・オン期間に対して印加される第1の電圧であり、前記フル・オン期間の後印加される平均電圧は、前記第1の電圧より低い第2の電圧であり、
前記第1の電圧は、前記1以上の電気抵抗点火器の両端に現れる電圧が、前記1以上の電気抵抗点火器への印加公称動作電圧よりも高くなるレベルで印加され、
前記第2の電圧は、前記1以上の電気抵抗点火器をほぼ一定の動作温度に保持し、
前記フル・オン期間は、前記測定された出力電圧に基づいて決定される、
通電制御システム。 - 前記制御装置は、スイッチを選択的に動作させるように構成配置され、前記第2の電圧を調整する請求項1に記載の通電制御システム。
- 1以上の電気抵抗点火器への電源からの通電を制御する通電制御システムであって、
電源と1以上の電気抵抗点火器との間に接続されたスイッチと、
前記スイッチに接続された制御装置と、
前記電源の出力電圧を測定するように前記電源に接続されるとともに、前記測定された出力電圧を前記制御装置に供給するように前記制御装置に接続される電圧測定装置と、
を備え、
前記制御装置は、前記スイッチを選択的に制御して、前記1以上の電気抵抗点火器への電圧印加を制御するように構成配置され、
さらに、最初に印加される前記電圧は、フル・オン期間に対して印加される第1の電圧であり、前記フル・オン期間の後印加される平均電圧は、前記第1の電圧より低い第2の電圧であり、前記第1の電圧は、前記1以上の電気抵抗点火器の両端に現れる電圧が、前記1以上の電気抵抗点火器への印加公称動作電圧よりも高くなるレベルで印加され、前記第2の電圧は前記1以上の電気抵抗点火器をほぼ一定の動作温度に保持するようにされ、
前記フル・オン期間は、前記測定された出力電圧に基づいて決定される
通電制御システム。 - 前記第2の電圧は、前記1以上の電気抵抗点火器の公称動作電圧である請求項3に記載の通電制御システム。
- 前記電気抵抗点火器はセラミック点火器である請求項1又は3に記載の通電制御システム。
- 電源に接続された1以上の電気抵抗点火器への通電を制御する通電制御方法であって、
前記電源から前記電気抵抗点火器へ第1の電圧をフル・オン期間に印加するステップであって、前記第1の電圧は、前記電気抵抗点火器の両端に現れる電圧が前記電気抵抗点火器への印加公称動作電圧よりも高くなるように、印加されるステップと、
前記第1の電圧より低い第2の電圧を前記電気抵抗点火器へ印加するステップであって、前記第2の電圧は、前記1以上の電気抵抗点火器をほぼ一定の動作温度に保持するステップと、
前記電源の出力電圧を測定するステップと、
前記測定された出力電圧に基づいてフル・オン期間を決定するステップと
を有する通電制御方法。 - 前記電気抵抗点火器はセラミック点火器である請求項6に記載の通電制御方法。
