プレスブレーキでは、上型と下型との間に位置する板材を、上型の下降によって上型先端部を下型の凹部に進入させることにより、曲げ加工を行う。このようなプレスブレーキにおいて、板材の各部を順次折り曲げ、最後に板材を角パイプ状に曲げ加工することがある。このように角パイプ状に曲げ加工した板材は、曲げ加工の完了時において、上型を両面から挟むような形となる。この角パイプ状の板材は、上型の曲げ線方向に沿って引き抜くことによりプレスブレーキから排出する。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
しかし、角パイプ状に曲げられた板材は、上型を挟み付けるように上型の両面に強く押し付けられた状態になる。このため、板材を上型の曲げ線方向に沿って引き抜くときに、引き抜きが円滑に行えず、上型の表面が傷付くことがある。

この発明の目的は、このような課題を解消し、角パイプ状に折り曲げた板材を板材曲げ線方向に引き抜くときに、板材が上型の表面に強く接しても、板材を簡単に引き抜くことができ、上型に傷が付くのも防止できるプレスブレーキを提供することである。

【課題を解決するための手段】
この発明のプレスブレーキは、成形用の凹部を有する下型と、この下型に対して前記凹部に進入する先端部分を有する上型とを備え、上型と下型との間に位置する板材を、前記先端部分が前記凹部に進入することにより曲げるものであって、前記上型の先端部分よりも上部に、この上型の表面に露出して前記板材の前記上型との摺接に対する摩擦を低減する摩擦低減部材を設けている。
この構成によると、角パイプ状に折り曲げた板材を板材曲げ線方向に引き抜くときに、板材が上型の表面に接しても、板材は摩擦低減部材に接することになる。そのため、板材を簡単に引き抜くことができ、上型に傷が付くことも防止される。
前記摩擦低減部材は、板材曲げ線方向と平行な方向に転動自在なローラ装置からなるものであっても良い。この構成の場合、転動するローラ装置に板材が接するため、より一層小さい引き抜き力で上型から板材を円滑に引き抜くことができる。

【発明の実施の形態】
この発明の一実施形態を図面と共に説明する。図1はこのプレスブレーキの正面図、図2はその側面図である。このプレスブレーキは、ベッド1上に成形用の凹部12(図3)を有する雌型の下型2が取付けられ、ラム3の下端に前記下型2に対してその凹部12に進入する先端部分14(図3)を有する雄型の上型4が取付けられている。ラム3は、両側部でガイド5によりベッド1に昇降自在に設置され、ラム昇降駆動装置6により昇降駆動される。
下型2および上型4は、各々型幅方向に複数の分割型2a,4aに分割されていて、分割型2a,4aの配列個数の選択により、型幅変更が可能とされている。この型幅変更は、分割型2a,4aを、加工に使用する使用位置(図示された位置)と退避位置との間に、分割型選択機構(図示せず)で移動させることにより行われる。

ベッド1には下型2の前後に板材支持台7およびゲージ8が設置されている。折り曲げるべき板材Wは、板材支持台7に載せられてゲージ8に当たるまで、下型2の上に挿入され、ラム3による上型4の下降により、雌型の下型2と雄型の上型4とで挟まれて、板材WがV字状等に折り曲げられる。

前記上型4の先端部分14よりも上部には、図3および図4に側面図および正面図で示すように、この上型4の表面に露出して前記板材Wの上型4との摺接に対する摩擦を低減する摩擦低減部材であるローラ装置9が、各分割型4aごとにそれぞれ設けられている。このローラ装置9は、上型4の表裏に露出する一対のローラ10,10からなり、板材曲げ線方向X(図1)と平行な方向に転動自在とされている。また、ローラ装置9の一対のローラ10,10は、図5に水平断面図で示すように、上型4の内部で、2条のローラ抱持溝11aを有する左右一対の支持部材11,11間に介在して、互いに接するように支持されている。さらに、ローラ装置9は、隣接する分割型4a,4aの間で互いに上下に分けて配列されている。すなわち、一方の分割型4aで上位置にローラ装置9が配置されると、その隣の分割型4aでは下位置にローラ装置9が配置されており、上型4の全体では、板材曲げ線方向Xに沿って、各ローラ装置9が上下に千鳥状に配置されている。また、上位置のローラ装置9のローラ10と、下位置のローラ装置9のローラ10とは、上下方向において一部が重なる位置関係とされている。

上記構成のプレスブレーキにより、例えば図6(A)〜(C)に示すように順次曲げ加工を行い、板材Wを角パイプ状に加工したときに、その加工板材Wは上型4から板材曲げ線方向Xに引き抜かれる。この引き抜き作業において、図3に仮想線で示すように、筒状に加工された板材Wの端部aは上型4の表面に押し付け状態となることがある。しかし、その端部aはローラ装置9のローラ10に接することになり、上型4の表面には直接摺接することはない。その結果、板材Wの端部aで上型4の表面が傷付けられることなく、上型4からの板材Wの引き抜き作業をローラ10の回転により簡単に行うことができる。

また、ローラ装置9は、上型4の表裏に露出する一対のローラ10,10からなるので、板材Wの引き抜き作業をより円滑に行うことができる。さらに、前記一対のローラ10,10は上型4の内部で互いに接するように設置されていて、板材Wの引き抜き時に板材Wの摺接により一方のローラ10が回転すると、その回転が他方のローラ10に板材引き抜き側の回転となって伝達される。したがって、いずれか片側の面で引き抜き抵抗が大きな場合に、他方の引き抜き力で抵抗の大きな方の引き抜きの補助が得られ、小さい引き抜き力で板材Wをより簡単に引き抜くことができる。また、上型4の隣接する分割型4a,4aの間で、ローラ装置9は上位置と下位置とに分けて配置されているので、上型4の剛性を全体にわたって平均化し、かつ極力小さく抑えることができ、また上型4と摺接する恐れのある板材Wの端部aが上下方向のどの位置にあっても、板材Wを円滑に引き抜くことができる。特に、上位置のローラ装置9のローラ10と下位置のローラ装置9のローラ10とは、上下方向において一部が重なる位置関係とされているので、これら上下のローラ装置9,9の継ぎ目によって板材Wの引き抜きが妨げられるようなことがなく、板材Wを円滑に引き抜くことができる。

【発明の効果】
この発明のプレスブレーキは、成形用の凹部を有する下型と、この下型に対して前記凹部に進入する先端部分を有する上型とを備え、上型と下型との間に位置する板材を、前記先端部分が前記凹部に進入することにより曲げるものであって、前記上型の先端部分よりも上部に、この上型の表面に露出して前記板材の前記上型との摺接に対する摩擦を低減する摩擦低減部材を設けたため、角パイプ状に折り曲げた板材を板材曲げ線方向に引き抜くときに、板材が上型の表面に接しても、板材を簡単に引き抜くことができ、上型に傷が付くことも防止される。
前記摩擦低減部材が、板材曲げ線方向と平行な方向に転動自在なローラ装置からなる場合は、より一層小さい引き抜き力により、上型から板材を円滑に引き抜くことができる。
この発明のプレスブレーキ用上型は、成形用の凹部を有する下型に進入する先端部分を有し、この先端部分よりも上部に、この上型の表面に露出して板材の摺接に対する摩擦を低減する摩擦低減部材を設けたものとしたため、プレスブレーキに用いることにより、角パイプ状折り曲げた板材を板材曲げ線方向に引き抜くときに、板材が上型の表面に接しても、板材を簡単に引き抜くことができ、上型に傷が付くことも防止できる。

The press brake according to the present invention includes a lower mold having a molding recess, and an upper mold having a tip portion that enters the recess with respect to the lower mold, and is a plate material positioned between the upper mold and the lower mold. The tip portion is bent by entering the recess, and is exposed above the tip portion of the upper mold, exposed on the surface of the upper mold, and is slidably contacted with the upper mold of the plate material. A friction reducing member for reducing friction is provided.
