Description
【0001】

[0006]
The present invention has been made in view of the above circumstances, and an object thereof is to prevent the inner housing and the outer housing from being separated when the elastic body is broken without caulking the outer housing of the vibration-proof ball joint. To do.
[0007]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to achieve the above object, according to the first aspect of the present invention, a ball stud having a ball portion and a stud portion, a bearing that swingably covers the ball portion of the ball stud, and an inner that supports the bearing. In an anti-vibration joint including a housing, an outer housing having an opening into which the inner housing is fitted, and an elastic body connecting the inner housing and the outer housing, the inner housing cannot pass through the opening at both end surfaces. A vibration-proof ball joint is proposed, which has first and second flanges, and at least one of the first and second flanges can pass through the opening only at a predetermined angular position. .
[0008]
According to the above configuration, the first and second flanges of the inner housing cannot pass through the opening of the outer housing, but at least one of the first and second flanges can pass through the opening at a predetermined angular position. Therefore, after the at least one flange is set to the predetermined angular position and passed through the opening of the outer housing and rotated, the inner housing and the outer housing are connected by an elastic body to assemble a vibration-proof ball joint. Can do. Even if the elastic body breaks, since the first and second flanges cannot pass through the opening of the outer housing at the angular position, it is possible to prevent the outer housing from separating from the inner housing. And since it is not necessary to perform a crimping process to an outer housing, the fall of durability by peeling of the surface treatment of an outer housing can be prevented.
[0009]
According to the second aspect of the present invention, in addition to the configuration of the first aspect, the relative rotation of the inner housing and the outer housing is suppressed so that the at least one flange is not at the predetermined angular position. An anti-vibration ball joint characterized by including a rotation suppressing member is proposed.
[0010]
According to the above configuration, the relative rotation suppressing member prevents the inner housing and the outer housing from rotating relative to each other so that the flange of the inner housing does not pass through the opening of the outer housing. And it can prevent more reliably that an outer housing isolate | separates.

【The invention's effect】
As described above, according to the first aspect of the present invention, the first and second flanges of the inner housing cannot pass through the opening of the outer housing, but at least one of the first and second flanges is a predetermined one. Since it can pass through the opening at an angular position, the inner housing and the outer housing are connected by an elastic body after the opening of the outer housing is rotated with the at least one flange at the predetermined angular position. As a result, an anti-vibration ball joint can be assembled.
[0035]
Further, according to the invention described in claim 2, since the relative rotation suppressing member suppresses the relative rotation of the inner housing and the outer housing, the flange of the inner housing is prevented from passing through the opening of the outer housing. It is possible to more reliably prevent the inner housing and the outer housing from separating when the elastic body is broken.
